Dj Curley Sue was amazing! She was extremely professional from our first communication all the way to the end of our wedding day. We downsized our wedding significantly to 40 guests because of COVID and we weren't initially sure if we needed a DJ, but we are glad we decided to book. Curley Sue did a great job of directing people where to go and explaining what was next on the schedule. She was able to get everyone up on the dance floor with the perfect song choices and transitions. Even my friends and family who never dance felt comfortable enough to let loose. I still have guests telling me about how great she was and asking me for her information for their next events. Don't hesitate-- book DJ Curley Sue! -

Ashley is the best! She handles everything with the utmost professionalism and has fun while doing it, which was important for us. To us, having a dj match the vibes and keep people partying was what mattered to us. She was kind enough to let us provide songs and artists we love and build off that combined with how the crowd reacted. She was very easy to work with and within our budget. She also did great with our ceremony, and the photo booth was a big hit! -

With my husband being a musician, we had very specific expectations for our music. With a multicultural guest list, we wanted to make sure everyone felt included and could enjoy the dance floor. DJ Curley Sue exceeded every single expectation.

We booked her for both DJ services and uplighting, and everything was seamless from start to finish. We cannot express how absolutely thrilled we were to have had DJ Curley Sue as our DJ. We got complements all night long about how fantastic she was, how she played great song after great song, and how she expertly kept everyone on the dance floor all night long - a rare feat! The lighting that she brought along set an incredible mood and the audio she set up for the ceremony and cocktail hour was flawless! She was recommended to us by a friend who said her music was everyone’s favorite part of her wedding, and that trend is continuing with our wedding as well!! -

DJ Curley Sue was an amazing DJ - and exceeded our expectations. The DJ is such an important part of a wedding and she was able to bring our vision to life. She listened to us, created a curated playlist that kept our guests dancing and was even able to make some last minute changes on the same day (a song for the end of my parent’s speech, fade out for our dances). She communicated quickly and was very professional. We really enjoyed working with her. She even took pictures of us during our ceremony! Do not hesitate to book her for your wedding, she is the best! -

Really Made Our Day
We love our DJ!!!! She is highly responsive, punctual, and professional. We booked a package inclusive of a photo booth and it was well-appointed with props, backdrop, and real-time support from her assistant. We really enjoyed our reception as she listened to our wishes and read the crowd expertly while still adhering to the timeline and cuing up song for our entrance, first dance, and cake cutting. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect person to trust for the soundtrack and entertainment for our day! -

Our experience with DJ Curley Sue was fantastic! From the start, she was professional, responsive, and helpful. We had negative experiences searching for DJ’s and she really helped to reassure us we were in good hands. When it came to the wedding reception, she had the party started right away. There's a difference between a mediocre DJ and an EXCELLENT one, and it might not be clear until you're listening to an excellent one. We had friends who were at a wedding the day before ours and the husband turned to his wife and said, "I knew the DJ last night was lacking, but DJ CURLY SUE is just putting that man to shame." And they weren't the only people who told us how much they noticed how great she was. So glad we had her!! -

Where to begin? DJ Curley Sue was incredible! You can see the love and passion she has for what she does. So many of my guests after the wedding commented on how much fun they had. I looked at a lot of DJs before deciding on DJ Curley Sue and choosing her was the best decision. She kept the crowd dancing and was great at reading the vibe of the room. Her sister, India came to assist, and she was great! One thing I really love about DJ Curley Sue is she really listened to the type of music we like and made it into music that everyone could like. I've been to a lot of weddings and DJ Curley Sue was definitely the best DJ I've ever encountered. I flipped through pages and pages on weddingwire and i'm so glad i landed on her. She was so good at her job, I don't think I ever left the dance floor! She was also great to work with and goes above beyond. She even stayed and played one last song even though the venue was kicking us out. You can stop looking for other DJ's because Curley Sue is the one! -

Working with DJ Curley Sue was an absolute pleasure. We had an exceptionally warm night and were worried people wouldn't want to dance- but she kept our dance floor full all night!
Her comprehensive form gave us a good framework to brainstorm song ideas and made it easy to let her know what we were looking for. She was prompt for setup, and was able to handle with ease a new venue with multiple ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces- all outdoors. She was excellent at finding the right songs for the right moments and set a stellar lineup and sequence of songs and genres from our recommended list throughout the night. We got so many compliments on our music and her work! She made it easy to have a good time, and we knew we were in very good hands. -

I knew I had to have her DJ my wedding when I started listening in to her virtual Sunday Brunch on FB! She would make my day and have me dancing all throughout my house like I was really at a party! Her vibe, her skills, everything about her made me want to have her DJ for me, so I reached out! She responded quickly and provided fair and reasonable pricing for everything I wanted up front. There were no surprises! We had several meetings before my wedding because she wanted to ensure she did everything I wanted and pronounced everyone’s names correctly. She was very professional, polite and responsive to any questions I had over the planning my wedding. She was even accommodating and didn’t complain one bit about last minute changes. This young lady is pure fire, do you hear me!!!!!! She made my wedding all that I wanted it to be and more! She had a little something for every age group at my wedding, from the young to the middle aged to the more seasoned guests. She had the wedding reception jumping and no one wanted to sit down. Those who couldn’t stand even sat in their seats bobbing their heads. All we heard was “Who is the DJ?” “I wonder if we could get her?” “This DJ is fire!!” Not a soul in attendance at my wedding had anything short of positive to say about DJ Curley Sue! She not only exceeding my expectations but she gained a new fan base at my wedding. She is certainly my DJ for life! I fully intend to use her at all of my events moving forward! -

We found DJ Curley Sue via Instagram. She has previously worked at our venue and was linked. The main thing we wanted at our wedding was a PARTY. We wanted to have a good time. We did just that! To the point we danced for the first 40 minutes and I could’ve sworn we had already danced to the end of the night. All generations were out their seats. There were so many compliments after. We highly recommend booking DJ Curley Sue for your next event. We know we will! -
