He did our wedding and was all that we wanted. We have been to several weddings and didn't want any stale games or cheesy songs. We wanted a party! Lights, loud music and lots of fun. And DJ ONE3B delivered. He worked with what we wanted from the start and gave us an unforgettable reception. It was amazing and everyone had a great time. -

I’m disappointed to be writing this review but we found Jeremy “Jay”, DJ One3B (Now rebranded to DJ Coolness), to be very unprofessional. My fiance and I booked him back in February for our December wedding. We paid our $100 deposit. We are planning an out of state wedding and so communication with our vendors was paramount. I had to prompt Jay to follow up on emails more than once, and while I understand extenuating circumstances arise, I don’t want to be chasing down a vendor.
Come time to finally have our first zoom call with Jay, we confirmed the day before and even the morning of. We accommodated our day around this meeting around when it came time, Jay never logged on. My fiance texted him five minutes in, and we received no response. I then emailed him 15 minutes into the call time letting him know that due to difficult communication and not having heard from him at that point, we would like to terminate our service agreement and asked for our deposit back as we felt this was in breach of the contract.
He then asked for us to point out which part of the the contract was not upheld stating that the contract was for “the day of the wedding” only. My fiance and I were flabbergasted. We are shocked that professionalism needs to be stated in a contract to be held to. When I responded to him stating our concerns, his first line(response) back was “I’m sorry you feel this way”. A true apology would have done wonders.
Ultimately, Jay refused to give us back our deposit as he claims that we are choosing to cancel the agreement and so our deposit is forfeited.
We are for small business and were really looking forward to working to Jay, but wow, this left a sour taste in our mouth. Absolutely shocked with this service. Would not recommend.
