Made our Special Day Magical!
From the time we found them at a wedding expo til our special day, these guys were great. Easy to work with, straightforward about their pricing, access to create your timeline with specific songs you can download from Spotify. A few weeks before, someone calls you to finalize everything but there is always room for flexibility. Our DJ, Liam, was amazing- professional, friendly and super accommodating. Our guests were raving about him.

Well, price and amazing communication.
We used them for our wedding and we have the best experience with them. They were affordable and communicated with us they did everything that we wanted. They are super easy to work with. i’m not sure if they tell you this before booking I’m sure they do but they do not play any explicit music which for us was perfect.

Dj connections went above & beyond to meet all of our needs! The planning process was smooth & easy , they really prioritize being in communication with you to ensure you have everything you need! Fortunately, we were able to apply several deals (thanks to Dj Wade who I talked to on the phone) to make it much more affordable. The day of the wedding was incredible & Dj Nolan was so kind & made sure we liked everything he played!

We used DJ Connection on a friend's referral and our experience was fantastic. They had well-timed meetings and a very easy-to-use music selection platform. I appreciated the call the week of our wedding to review each song and it's placement--along with our notes.
For example, for the MOB entrance, we played the first few beats of "The Imperial March" and then switched back to earlier instrumental tracks. The DJ was very flexible and the joke was perfectly timed (and well received).
The DJ got on the floor to help lead some line dances and let us end early when we felt we'd done everything. Since my husband I met at a dancehall, music is a big part of our relationship and they captured it so well.

DJ Austin is the BEST!
I cannot express how happy we were with our experience with DJ Connection and DJ Austin here in KC. setting our playlist was a breeze, the whole team was extremely communicative through every step of the process, and our DJ, Austin, took our vision and elevated it to new heights with his professional, but fun attitude and excellent ability to read the crowd and keep the party going. It’s 2 months after our wedding, and our guests are still raving. We only wish we could do it all over again! We are so thankful for these guys!

Our DJ, KB, was awesome. Our wedding was a mix of family and friends, many reluctant to hit the dance floor. But KB smoothly conducted games and music changes that made it an approachable space.
He handled all the announcements we needed clearly, and thought outside the box to get his tech situated so he would be audible throughout the entire venue.
He remained flexible when we made slight changes to our schedule, and was just all-around helpful.
Leading up to the day, the DJ Connection crew held our hands through some pretty efficient meetings to get our song requests and overall vibe for the event. In short, we strongly recommend 'em!'

From the day we booked all the way up to the week of the wedding, we were able to curate the vibe and songs we wanted to play for our family and friends. We are so glad we booked DJ Connection for our wedding! They make the planning process so easy, and they are super thorough, making sure they know exactly what you expect from them for your event. Everyone I spoke with was polite and sincere anytime we had a question, and the price is very reasonable! Our actual DJ on the day was Jonah, and his service was EXCEPTIONAL. He stayed in communication with me to clear up any confusion and ensure things were going according to plan. Having a communicative DJ who helped host the day and keep people on the dance floor was SO instrumental in helping our day run smoothly. I strongly recommend any future brides or event planners use DJ Connection!

Wedding with DJ Connection
I got married in September of '23, and having a really good DJ was something I was very adamant about. The DJ we had from DJ Connection for our wedding was so receptive, professional, and helped to make sure our schedule ran smoothly. He checked in with my groom and I multiple times to make sure everything was all good. We even had a last minute request with songs and he immediately reassured us that he could do that for us. He did just what we requested in the phone calls with the rest of the DJ team a month prior. Overall, this company earns my 5 stars for sure. I would choose them again for any event!

I had an AMAZING experience with DJ Connections. From the very beginning, everyone I spoke with while figure out a price, to the portal they allow you to upload music through, and the DJ they picked for our wedding. All of it was above and beyond and they made my wedding day blissfully easy and hassle free!!! They gave me a deal because I booked so quickly that saved me AT LEAST $500!!!

DJ connections was easy to work with and was accommodating to what we asked for. Staff was very professional and nailed it. Music management was great and was able to follow along with the exact vibe we wanted at our wedding. Inclusions outside of our desired music list were great picks and fit perfectly with the rest. Our DJ, Kole, and the rest of the DJ connection crew were amazing. Kole kept our small party going for hours and played the perfect music selection for the crowd. Great sound and professional employees!
DJ Connection handled the sound and music for our wedding ceremony and reception. They had excellent communication before and during the wedding, and they arrived early to set up their equipment. The sound was crystal clear, and we had no weird feedback issues at any point. They had an extensive playlist that fit well with the vibe of the wedding, and they were extremely professional throughout. I would hire DJ Connection again!

DJ connection was by far the best decision we made on our wedding day! Our DJs name was Jay and they were absolutely AMAZING! Jay was so attentive, had amazing communication, was so personable, and was just a blast! Jay knew exactly how to work the crowd and to communicate with the photographer, bride & groom, and the wedding coordinator. When we were running behind, Jay did everything to get ahold of the bride & groom, photographer, and coordinator to make sure everything would get back on track. All requested songs were played and the lights were amazing! Seriously book with these guys! SO WORTH THE MONEY! Everyone had so many positive compliments for them! Also, their website was super organized, their phones calls were so easy and wonderful. They are such kind people I seriously am so thankful they could be apart of our special day. Jay, you were amazing and my now husband and I will not forget you!! Thanks so much for leaving a sweet note for us as well the next morning. We cherished it!! Definitely give Jay a raise!!!

I was a little worried reading some of the reviews on Wedding Wire, but I will have to say that this vendor was one of the only ones that gave me zero drama. They were flexible, adaptive, responsive, kind, chill, and stress free. I got referral discounts as well. The DJ was amazing. They did everything I asked. Any error was made on my part, not getting things in on time. He got the guests dancing and having fun. I would absolutely hire them again. Thank you!

Our first interaction to our last was amazing with DJ Connection. They were so professional while also being high energy and fun while speaking to them on the phone. We got a link to add all the songs we wanted and didn’t want after booking which was so easy. They gave us a call a week or 2 before the wedding and we finalized details. We loved our DJ and had the most amazing time at our wedding!

DJ Jesse hosted my wedding on November 12. He had excellent energy, played all the songs I had requested, kept to the timeline, kept the bride and groom informed of any special requests without being over bearing, he kept the energy alive on the dance floor and helped with line dances to keep everyone not he same page! We loved the dj we had for our wedding this June! He was on top of it the entire night! The entire bridal party moves outside to do smores? He brings a speaker out for music! I hadn't even had time to practice my walk down the aisle to the song I had picked and he had the timing of my song literally in sync with my walk! He made me so happy on my day! I have to say, I was very hesitant to hire through a service since you don’t know who your DJ is going to be until basically the day of. I took a leap of faith off of all the 5 star reviews and I was not disappointed! Literally everyone was asking me who my DJ was and how they could book him! He did such a fantastic job of keeping the party going all night long. There were only about 70 people at my wedding but the dance floor was full all night! Can’t beat it for the great service and great price.

We hired DJ Connection for our DJ/Emcee and uplight services. We were assigned DJ Robert and he was fantastic! He showed up early to set up and worked with our coordinator to make sure the timeline we set up was being followed yet easily adapted to any last second changes too! He was able to read the room well and kept the party going. We were able to create and customize our playlist on their website. It was super easy to do and we had a follow up call the week before to address any concerns or last minute changes. The uplights were a great addition to our dance floor! They gave a great glow to the dance floor once the sun set. DJ Connection and DJ Robert were fabulous to work with.

I was a bit worried at first because you don't get to meet your DJ until the day of. However, DJ Mike was AMAZING. All of our guests said so as well. So many people have told me that our wedding was the most fun wedding they had ever been to and I really have to hand a lot of the credit for that to the DJ. 10/10 would recommend, just be aware that you won't meet your actual DJ until the day of.

Kept the Party Going!
My experience with DJ Connection was wonderful! From the beginning the planning and selection process was great. Selecting music for your wedding is long, and hard (without guidance from the pros) but DJ Connection had their staff available for inquiries, and questions anytime. As it came close to my event date they scheduled a meeting to tie up all loose ends, and they were wonderful to customize the timeline and day events to my liking. Some dances or traditions I incorporated and others I took out, and they understood and did not make me feel uncomfortable. If I had blank spots for song choice they would help give me suggestions on what I might like based on my music choices/ and likes. The day of the event went smoothly. Our original DJ had a family emergency and our replacement DJ Billy was Phemonimal!! He was AMAZING! He knew the playlist, he knew the music selection and timeline, and he had come promptly (with an assistant). He was nicely dressed, he stepped right in when our ceremonial music players' time concluded. He was personable, friendly, hospitable, and funny. Our guests absolutely loved him! He was engaging and interactive with our guests on a personal level! He was fun to keep the party going and moving. There were no low moments or down times. Our guests felt entertained and amused. I keep getting wonderful compliments about DJ Billy. He even sent us (the bride and groom) a thank you card immediately following our wedding. It was such a sweet and thoughtful surprise. We can not recommend DJ Connection or DJ Billy more highly!

Good experience!!
We were worried about hiring a DJ and them not matching the classy vibe we wanted for our wedding. DJ Connection eased all of our worries and stuck to the low-key, classic kind of music we wanted. They were very professional and well organized throughout the planning process. I recommend!

Best DJ the grooms 85 year old gramma ever heard!!!
The young fella they had DJ the wedding was totally unreal and AMAZING!! I think his name was Max. He was the best DJ anyone ever heard!!! Total crowd pleaser!!! Stillwater OK has the best DJ in the USA!!

It's the small things
We loved working with DJ Connection! They made choosing our music such a breeze. The DJ they matched with us did a great job at sticking with the timeline and keeping the flow going. One of our favorite moments during the day was actually due to the DJs. My husband and I were getting ready to take pictures after the ceremony, and they brought us a margarita and a beer to enjoy together. It was such a special and unexpected moment, and we loved having that time to pause and be with one another. Overall, our experience with DJ Connection was really great!

Dj phillip was amazing!
We booked with DJ connection while they were having a promotion however, after how great our experience was, I know this vendor was priceless! Your specific DJ isn’t assigned until much closer to your wedding day which made us nervous, but we trusted the process! They give you a portal to import your timeline, must play songs, and even don’t play songs. Come the day of, all of our vendors are telling us how helpful the DJ had been throughout the whole process, going above and beyond to help out with the whole thing. DJ Phillip kept the energy going, was a great MC, and was so professional and nice, I would recommend him and DJ Connection to anyone!

Wonderful!
We hired DJ Connection for our wedding reception based on the recommendation of my sister who had them for her wedding reception. They made the night so fun and upbeat. We had a lot of different changes occur during our wedding planning and DJ Connection was always responsive and able to adapt when we provided them with the changes. They were truly amazing and I definitely recommend them for any event.

Our dance floor was AMAZING!
From the first phone call to our wedding day, DJ connection blew us away! The online portal made it easy to pick songs, make a do not play list, make a timeline, and communicate with the DJ. The sound quality was fantastic. We’ve been to a lot of wedding where the mic would cut out and there was no problem at all. DJ Chris kept our dance floor thriving until midnight! I cannot recommend DJ Connection enough!

Even the Moms Loved the DJ!
DJ Donta with DJ Connection was so personable, kind, and did an amazing job as our wedding DJ! He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful night along with our guests. He is such a genuine person, a talented DJ, and left such a good impression that our Moms were complimenting him when telling us what they thought of the wedding day! DJ Connection is an organized company that is great to work with and the DJs they provide are wonderful.
Donta checked in on us a few times throughout the day; he made sure we were hydrated and doing alright. He also entertainingly encouraged our guests to all stand up and welcome us in with our reception entrance--WOW it was an amazing feeling when we entered the room! Furthermore, DJ Connection and Donta helped us make sure the schedule still flowed when we moved some parts of the reception outdoors. We were so impressed and are so thankful that DJ Connection helped make our special day so wonderful!
