I couldn’t say enough about DJ Bray. I had the BEST time at my wedding, he was so flexible when I did last minute changes, I wanted to stay on the dance floor all night. My guests went out of their way to tell me how awesome he was. Kind, responsive, professional, and fun!

Couldn’t have asked for a better DJ!

From the moment the music started, the dance floor was packed and it never cleared! DJ Bray kept the energy high all night long with the perfect mix of songs that had everyone—young and old—out of their seats and dancing. Best dj & party

We had guests of all ages on the dance floor all night long! Our friends and family haven’t stopped raving about how much fun the dance floor was! We gave him a basic outline of the music we like (and don’t like), and he absolutely nailed it. My guests were begging for an encore when it was over—LOL!

He also handled all the important moments flawlessly, from perfecting the timing of the music as my bridal party walked down the aisle to my own entrance. He was so thoughtful and attentive throughout.

Our wedding day truly wouldn’t have been complete without him!

Dj bray - five stars

DJ Bray absolutely knocked it out of the park, exceeded our expectations. He not only had EVERYONE on the dance for all night, but paid attention to every detail like managing my Dad's binder for his speech. Many friends and family members commented on his talent to keep everyone entertained with a wide range of music - event Auntie Barbara was grooving at the age of 85. I would highly recommend DJ Bray for any event. We're so grateful have him part of our special day.

100% recommend!!!! Understood exactly what we were envisioning and made it even 10x better. Everyone stayed on the dance floor the entire night and had an absolute blast! We’ve had so many guests tell us how fun our DJ was and ask who we used. Communication before the wedding was always great and super responsive too. We had the night of our lives!

We had the night of our lives and spent the whole night dancing! So many people commented on how much my husband was dancing that night since he's a well known sideliner. DJ Bray did such a good job not only playing songs we requested but kept the vibe going. I would 10/10 highly recommend him and would gladly hire him again for any event!

DJ Braylon is the BEST!

I was so worried when booking a DJ for my wedding this past July. Would my DJ understand the vibe I wanted? Would they know how to keep my guests engaged and having fun? When I met with Braylon all of my worries disappeared. Braylon is hands down the best and my guests had the best time on the dance floor. I loved the setup that Braylon brought with him as well. It looked very nice and wasn’t an eye sore like most DJ setups. Everything about Braylon is super professional and personable. We loved him! BOOK WITH HIM NOW!

You will not go wrong with DJ Bray! He keeps the crowd engaged, there’s a full questionnaire so he gets to know you and your groom, and he reads a room REALLY WELL! We had so many compliments and went to a wedding two months later where there were some shared guest… people said they wished our DJ was there!!! Hire him!

I am so glad I chose Bray to DJ our wedding! His set up was chic and trendy and went perfectly with my venue and wedding design. I love mashups and he definitely delivered. We received so many compliments from our guest during and after the wedding, telling us how great the music was. Our guests danced all night long and I couldn't have been happier with Bray's song selections. He was able to cater to our young and more mature guests. From the beginning he was very responsive even answered questions about other vendors that he would recommend for other services and they were great as well. My daughter loved working with him preparing for her wedding and he did not disappoint the night of. The dance floor was FULL all night long! The Perfect Night!

Braylon definitely knows his stuff and is easy to work with! We allowed him to kind of do his own thing with the music (we just gave him a few genres) and he made the night so fun!! The ceremony was set up with great volume so all the guests could hear, the cocktail hour kept the vibe flowing, and the dinner music was smooth and not at all too loud or too crazy! The dancing, however, was the best part of the night! My husband asked for a party and Braylon delivered! The dance floor was packed all night and kept everyone having fun! He was such a great choice and we are so thankful to have had him DJ our wedding day!

Packed dance floor all night!!

Braylon was our DJ at our wedding this past weekend, and oh my gosh. The dance floor was packed literally all night. He was so acommodating from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to dinner, to dancing. He made sure all the guests could hear during the ceremony, played the best cocktail hour music, dinner was a vibe, and then the party after could not have been more fun. Braylon was amazing! From before we hired him to even after our wedding he was super quick to respond and so easy to work with! He listened to our request while also doing his job well by just reading the room. He played songs that were current, while also playing songs that every generation could enjoy. He helped the whole day run smoothly by also helping with ceremony music and being an amazing emcee through out our reception. Our guest also had a great time with Bertha (his Photo Booth). Awesome DJ & Awesome Party

Braylon is the BEST DJ! He gets the party going. People bring up how awesome he was every time they talk about our wedding. He got everyone on the dance floor immediately. We danced all night!

We got the whole package from him. He did the ceremony, cocktail hour & the reception with lighting and everything. His setup is crisp and clean that it looks nice at any venue. It flowed so effortlessly I didn’t have to worry about anything, which is so nice as a Bride.

I can't begin to express how much of a drastic impact Braylon made at our wedding in December! We are not being biased when expressing he is the best DJ we have ever celebrated to! The way that he interacts with the crowd, reading the room, takes requests and contours the experience that is sincerely custom to your vibe. Our room was electric and still weeks later our friends and family are still talking about the dance floor!

You can't fake passion and that is what you are getting with Braylon. He wants to be there and for you to have an unforgettable time --- you and the room can feel it!

When I worked at a wedding venue in the past, I worked a few weddings with Bray, so he was one of the first calls I made as soon as my daughter got engaged. We booked him right then. Don't hesitate!! Your DJ will make or break your entire reception. I can't emphasize this enough!

I don't think I sat down all night other than to eat! After all the planning stress leading up to the wedding day, we had an AMAZING time dancing the night away!!

Braylon is truly the Best, book him NOW!

This is going to be a long review but worth it because Braylon is quite literally the best DJ you could pick to be part of your vendor team. To say he knows how to read a room is an understatement. If you want a DJ who will keep a the dance floor packed Braylon is the one for you. The only time our guests were in their seats was about 10-15 minutes to take a break because everyone was so exhausted. No one sat down or stopped from the time the dance floor opened up to when the wedding was over.

Braylon knows what he is doing but he also played anything an everything we wanted. Our must play songs, cocktail hour preferences, etc. Some things we were very particular about, like our dinner playlist and he played exactly what we wanted. He’s extremely flexible but he is a fantastic DJ and i really recommend you let him do his thing once the dance party gets going.

My wife and i are VERY particular about music and DJ’s and we had the pleasure of witnessing him action at one of our friends weddings. We could not stop talking about how great he was for months! So much so that when it came time to book a DJ for our wedding after talking with other DJ’s and not feeling the vibe i saw he was also on our coordinators preferred vendor list and It was clear he was meant to be our DJ. we booked him immediately! And it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

Because of Braylon we had the wedding, reception, and dance party of our dreams and everyone hasn’t been able to stop talking about how much they loved our wedding day!

The best of the best!

Braylon is the best - hands down. As a bride and an Austin wedding planner, he is the best I have ever worked with. His communication prior to wedding day, the way he works with other vendors, to obviously keeping our dance floor packed, everything with him is outstanding.
He was able to transition from emotional parent dances, to hyping all of our guests up on the dance floor. He was willing to work in odd requests (like Christmas music in September), and made it the best time. He even made recommendations for ceremony songs when we had trouble deciding. Everything flowed perfectly, if a song was less than 100% with our guests, he quickly and smoothly transitioned into something that matched the vibe.
I cannot recommend Braylon enough - he is the best!

Stop whatcha doin' and get on board with Braylon!! Braylon is top shelf in every way - as a professional and a standout amongst his peers, a tireless hard worker, a creative but more than anything a friend. He has to be one of the most passionate people I know, and at this point I believe 4 of my friend have booked him as a result of plain old word of mouth! You will without a single doubt have a jam packed dance floor - Braylon stays engaged, reads the room, knows when the shift things up, and by the time your day comes, he knows you will enough to make those decisions for you. Braylon made the experience!

I had the pleasure of having Braylon DJ our wedding April 1st, 2021. He was recommended to me by a classmate back in 2020 and choosing him was the best decision I could’ve made. Our wedding was amazing, from the pre-ceremony to the reception! Everyone was dancing. He created the vibe that I wanted for the special day- a party! I didn’t have to guide him on what to play, I simply told him what my husband and I liked during our initial meeting and he took it from there. We definitely got what we paid for and more! I absolutely would have him at another event, and would recommend him to literally ANYONE I know because he was that amazing!

Best dj you will find!

BEST DJ EVERRRRRR. Our reception started at 5:30 and lasted until 11 pm. Braylon had people on the dance floor the ENTIRE night. He was able to read the crowd perfectly and everyone had a blast. He even got out on the dance floor with us (picture provided). If you don’t book Braylon, def making a mistake!! I am trying to find another reason and throw a party just to book him again.

Braylon was very considerate and personable from the start! He pays attention to the details, but also literally kept the entire party going ALL NIGHT, everyone was on the dance floor because he reads the room and maintains a respectively insane fun night! Working with Braylon was great! I found his Instagram and he had such good reviews and feedback from all of his couples. When I reached out to him he was so fast to respond and we had booked with him by the end of the day! We booked him for our reception and we used his up-lighting and everything was awesome! Our guests didn’t sit down, and great guy to work with

Since the day we walked in to a vendor open house, Braylon had us dancing to the music he was playing. We liked his vibe, he was super nice and easy to talk to so we hired him. Then the pandemic started and caused us to have to move the weeding and Braylon was still there trying to be available and was super understanding. We just had our wedding in August and we hired him to do the lighting and photo booth also and he was a hit. He played the perfect mix to keep everyone on the dance floor the entire night and kept it going at the after party. He even did a special mix so I could have a father/daughter dance and combined two songs so I could include my mom and siblings in the dance also. Super great DJ and if we have any other party In the future we’re definitely hiring him again.

Wedding DJ

Braylon was the absolute best from the moment we booked him! He was extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole planning process and made sure our wedding day was perfect. The dance floor was full the entire night and we got tons of compliments on him from all of our guests. We were told by our other vendors and guests that they had never been to a wedding with so much action on the dance floor and we owe all thanks to Braylon for this. Everyone loved him!! He knew exactly what songs to play and when to play them to keep the crowd involved. He played a variety of different music and we all had the time of our lives. Simply the Best

I still believe the best recommendation's come by word of mouth. I confided in one of my bridesmaid's how much anxiety I had about booking a DJ for our big day. Our wedding was slated for NYE, and let's be real the stakes are really high! She told me without hesitation I have your guy, she had been to 2 other weddings he DJ'd at and had nothing but great things to say. After contacting Braylon, he immediately reached out and the process was so seamless, we booked him! We were not able to meet until the day of the wedding, but he was fantastic at communicating with me beforehand. I trusted him completely with his set, he is an artist in every sense of the word. I told him the vibe we were going for and off he went. And did he deliver!!! We still have guests telling us how much fun they had at our wedding, the NYE countdown was perfect, he commanded the room with ease, and the never ending grand march was lit :)
But the biggest testament to his artistry? I had two other friends in attendance who talked to him about DJ'ing for their special days. That is how you know he is the real deal!!! If he is available for your date don't even hesitate. Booking our DJ went from being one of the most stressful parts of our wedding planning to the easiest. Braylon was absolutely hands down the reason my wedding was a success! I had a some wanting to strangle someone moments at my wedding but Braylon made my night! He was at the venue set up and ready to party and even helped me with table setting issues. My feet hurt so much from never leaving the dance floor! Braylon went above and beyond in every way to make our daughter’s wedding better than ever could have imagined. This started from the first time I communicated with him months before and it continued throughout to our wedding. He is super chill and friendly in person and was a calming presence to what can be a high energy/nerves time. He was by far one of our favorite vendors that we worked with. He truly cared about making the night perfect for everyone! He worked with a violinist to do a mix during cocktail hour and never stopped until the wedding was over. We could not get anyone off the dance floor! We hated to leave and hope we can get him out to West Texas soon! Best wedding dj hands down!

I don't even know where to start. Braylon is by far, hands down, the best DJ ever! We booked him way in advance (thank goodness) at the recommendation of our wedding planner (Taylor Bible), and I am so grateful we did! He was FANTASTIC...surpassed our expectations in every way. From the ceremony music/mic setup (sound was perfect according to our guests), to cocktail hour, to music selection for dinner, first dance, processional, etc...it was awesome. He helped me narrow down my song choices, which was a big help. And then he blew us away with the PARTY. That dance floor did. not. stop. I can't tell you how many people told us after the wedding (probably 50 people), "that was the best DJ we have ever heard!" The uplighting at the reception gave it that 'party' feel, and the selfie Photo Booth Mirror was so fun, too! Braylon is an all-around great guy--super professional, kind, and easygoing. He is also such a hard worker and definitely takes pride in his work...I would recommend him to anyone if you want a fun and seamless event! If he is booked, would recommend moving your date around so you can use him. Seriously, y'all, he is that good!!!

Ever been to a boring wedding where no one dances and it’s just awkward? Well, you will NOT get that if you book Braylon! The dance floor was packed the entire night; even at dinner! I had compliments from everyone at my wedding about how wonderful the music was and how much fun they had dancing. He listened to exactly what we wanted music wise and kept the crowd entertained. He noticed when a song wasn’t going over as well and quickly transitioned to something different. Braylon also provided lights and a Mirror Me Photobooth, which my guests loved, and all of this was done at an extremely reasonable price. No hourly rate; he was our DJ for the day. Most of all, he was friendly, professional, and just all around great person to work with. He made my wedding day extra special and we had a BLAST. 100000% recommend. We had an absolute BLAST working with Braylon! I truly believe that music makes or breaks your wedding reception, so I was so nervous about which DJ to hire. After reaching out to a few people, Braylon was the best decision we could’ve made for our day. He was incredibly easy to work with, has such a fun + infectious personality, and is gifted in reading a room. He wanted the music on our wedding day to be exactly like we had dreamed so he carefully tailored everything to our desires — from the start of the ceremony all the way to the private dance after the reception. Wedding DJ

We booked with Braylon because we met him at an open house at our wedding venue where he was a preferred vendor. He had an awesome deal at the open house where if you booked within 24 hours you got his services for a significant discount. Being that we were tightly budgeting for the wedding we went for it. Up until the wedding his service was great, very responsive and reached out about details for the upcoming day.

3 days before the wedding he called us to tell us that he tested positive for COVID19 and would be sending in his back up. We're truly grateful that he was honest with us and didn't just show up even though he was asymptomatic.

The 3 stars is more for his back up DJ. His back up DJ isn't a full time DJ and it showed unfortunately.

There were a few awkward DJ moments throughout the evening.

My walking down the isle song was started when my flower girls were going down the isle, so my favorite part of the song was wasted on them messing around.

2-3 times throughout the reception there were moments when the music stopped and there was no music at all.

He didn't do well with announcing the dinner buffet, so we had to re-announce it because people didn't understand to get their food.

our last dance the music was so loud that we had to signal to him to turn the music down.

he played 3-5 group dance songs back to back, which I had mentioned to our DJ we didn't want a bunch of group dance songs at the wedding. Also with COVID, it wasn't a great scenario for social distancing.

I wish we could have had Braylon, but I hope his backup get's a little more training in these scenarios. I'm sure everything would have gone smoother if we had Braylon as our DJ on the wedding day.

My wedding on 10/13/2018

I booked Braylon for my wedding on 10/13/2018. He showed up and put on a great musical performance. We lost our value with his photo booth. First he spelled my (the bride’s name) name wrong so guests went home with incorrect photo strips. Then I had to keep emailing him to email my guests that had photos emailed instead of printed. Now we’re more than 1 month away from my wedding. I cannot get responses to call, texts, or emails. I have not received my copies of the photos and I have not received confirmation that the name has been corrected. I’ve asked for some kind of update and have heard nothing. This is very unprofessional, because my family and I are left hanging in the wind.

Kept our Deposit And Wouldn't Work With Us

We hired Braylon as our DJ - 4 days prior to the wedding day, my fiancée tested positive for Covid, and we were forced to reschedule. Except for Braylon, all of our vendors worked with us to reschedule, apply our deposits as credits, or give partial/full refunds given the circumstances. We worked to reschedule with Braylon and gave him a soft date that we were "leaning towards" - aka pencil in, or so we thought. Between when we gave him that date and finally confirmed that same date, he had scheduled another client and was no longer available - he did not attempt to let us know he was giving away the date. We believe he had no incentive to hold that date for us, since he ended up taking our entire 100% deposit of $1,350 anyways. We tried to work with him to get a replacement DJ or even a partial refund (it was a Tuesday, Winter wedding - far from peak) - all to no avail. His response: "I don't see why I should be punished." We weren't trying to punish anyone - we were trying to work with our vendors as partners to make the most of an unfortunate situation outside of everyone's control. Again, EVERY OTHER vendor, all small businesses, made an effort to meet in the middle, and all were contractually entitled to keep all of our money if they chose to - none did, except for Braylon. Contractually we may not have been entitled to a refund (the contract was rather confusing), but our experience with Braylon was definitely unpleasant and very far removed from our other vendors. Even a partial refund would have built a lot of goodwill, and Braylon refused after giving away a date he knew we were working towards.
Even before the rescheduling situation, we were unimpressed by Braylon's professionalism and responsiveness, often waiting days for a response. This was just our experience, and if anything, we learned to purchase event insurance and to avoid trying to have a wedding during a global pandemic. Lessons learned...

Backup was sub par

Braylon Smithers could not make our wedding due to illness, but did not notify us of the change. The full-in did not know how to command a room, did not set up the equipment in time, played the wrong songs, did not have working mics for ceremony, cut off two of the songs in the middle of them (bridesmaids walking down, and the send-off song), he did not know the order of the ceremony, and he asked to hold the wedding ceremony to finish setting up... we are very music-driven people with music backgrounds m, so music was a big part for us. Also, “stress free” as stated in services was not present. I very displeased with services for our wedding, which is something we can never get back. I believe the pandemic effected this company because they came recommended, but they have taken a turn for the worst. We had a package for premium lighting and he unveiled a disco ball situation for lights (after asking us if we wanted it) and we did not receive the additional matching lighting for reception. Do not book with them unless you want to be very hands on and pay the extra fee of $150 to have them come to the rehearsal as well. (We were told they don’t usually require it).

He flaked out on us! Got stuck with sucky subtitute!

We hired him for our wedding on 8/3/19. The day of, he had someone else set up his equipment, showed up for 2 seconds only to leave w/o an explanation! The subtitute dj was horrible & barely anyone danced at our reception. Very unprofessional!

Tldr; do not hire braylon smither @itsdjbray he is a liar.

Married 11/12/22 - now that we have had time to settle things and settle for about 2 months I finally have time to sit down and write this review. This is a negative review unfortunately but it truly needs to be said so that nothing like this can happen to anyone else. I will be posting my positive reviews separate from this one.

My husband and I hired Braylon Smither, otherwise known as @itsdjbray on Instagram and has a company called Smither Productions, to perform any and all DJ/Emcee duties for 11/12/22. We entered into contract with Braylon paying in full on 10/11/21, more than a year in advance. We had several meetings and correspondences with Braylon to talk about the vibe we wanted, music we were looking for, etc. it was also made very clear to Braylon that we wanted his service and not his assistant whom we could have booked at a discounted price. Every time that we spoke to Braylon he made it very clear he was excited for our big day and excited to get our family and friends on the floor dancing the night away. He even said those exact words on our last meeting 3 days before our wedding 11/12/22. On the day of our wedding my wedding planner received notice from Braylon stating he could not attend the wedding as he had a family emergency and had to drop everything to be with family. I COMPLETELY agreed and understood and in the moment it was not an issue. Braylon sent his assistant @jpeezymusic (Instagram) she did a fine. However, all our first dances, etc. were the correct songs but wrong lengths or wrong part of the song even when Braylon gave her all our notes and material. We originally hired Braylon because of his setup and how pretty it was and we didn’t get that either on day off because he of course wasn’t there. Cut to the chase - on Monday Braylon messaged us explaining his grandmother had a stroke and died to which I was heartbroken for him and let him known just that. The only thing I asked for was a partial refund at the time as the items we really truly wanted that were in our contract were not there. We agreed on the partial refund and it was paid. Days later Braylon begins getting tagged in photos from the same day, 11/12/22, in Houston at another wedding for a high profile client. When I first reached out to him with all the receipts of what I was seeing I was blocked on all forms of social media and was not getting any response. I had to get my lawyer involved. This is when Braylon finally fessed up to double booking and knowing the entire time he would not be at my wedding while lying to my face. I wish I had been given the opportunity to either
1. Have my meetings with his assistant and get a partial refund
2. Had an option of backing out
MOST of all I wish I had just known. He lied to me without a hesitation and has done it to other couples in the past. He has multiple bad reviews like this on wedding wire. IN THE END - after getting my lawyer involved I got a full refund but that’s only because I found proof that he double booked other couples weren’t so lucky.

He bailed the day before our wedding

We hired Braylon to be the DJ for our wedding on 6/11/2022 over a year before the wedding day. I woke up the day before our wedding to a Venmo titled "DJ refund" and an email stating he would not be at our wedding the next day and that he would not be helping us to find a replacement. When we hired him, I specifically asked what would happen in the event he could not be there and I was told "he always has someone he can reach out to", but I'm sorry to say that was either a lie, or he simply doesn't care enough about his clients to help them -- he would rather leave them out to dry. When I emailed him back begging for help or some recommendations on people I could reach out to myself, there was no reply. In fact, he has yet to reply to this day, over 2 months later. I should have seen the warning signs when a few months before the wedding he listed his DJ table for sale, and then when our final planning meeting about 2 weeks before the wedding day only lasted about 2 minutes. At the time I didn't think anything of it because we had filled out the pre-wedding questionnaire extensively so he probably didn't have any questions, but now it is evident that he just simply didn't care to speak with us. In fact, he was probably never planning to come to our wedding if he couldn't spend more than a few moments talking with us. Because of Braylon's unprofessionalism, he lost not only my husband and I's respect but also the respect of many wedding professionals in the industry. If you want to be disappointed and stressed with finding a new DJ 24 hours before your wedding, then hire Braylon. But if you want to enjoy your wedding day and save yourself the hassle of dealing with a lying and unprofessional owner and company, then steer clear of Braylon Smither and Smither Productions.

Do not hire

DO NOT HIRE BRAYLON WITH SMITHER PRODUCTIONS! I hired Braylon for our November wedding and the night before the wedding, he cancelled and let my wedding planner know he would not be there and sent a random guy on our wedding day to replace him that had no experience and was the worst DJ. Our guests asked who the DJ guy was (because he was so bad- argued with guests on songs to play, wouldn't play a song I went up to him and asked him to play AS THE BRIDE) and my husband and I were so completely mortified. The photo booth we rented from him broke 3 hours prior to the reception and Braylon told my wedding planner on our wedding day he would give a full refund for the DJ services since the guy was so terrible and for the photo booth breaking ($500 is how much I paid for salsa photo booth).

Post wedding- he GHOSTED my wedding planner, me and my mom who all tried to contact him (and he blocked us on social medias). My wedding planner warned her other bride who hired him who's wedding is this month (Feb 2022) about what happened on my wedding day and my wedding planner just spoke with Braylon this week- THREE MONTHS LATER (because of the Feb wedding) and he told my wedding planner he is not issuing any kind of a refund because he thought the wedding was September 5th. When I have a contract signed for November 5th and I zoomed with him face to face to finalize all the details on November 2nd for our wedding. YOUR DJ IS SUCH A HUGE PART OF YOUR WEDDING DAY- PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID BY HIRING SMITHER PRODUCTIONS. AWFUL & HEART BREAKING!!!!

Do not hire - be warned

We had booked him almost 6 months in advance for our 12/4 wedding in Fredericksburg TX at Sunset Ranch. We had paid the full amount upfront. We received a text message the day before our wedding on 12/3 at 7am from Libby (his booking manager) stating "I'm Libby the booking manager for Braylon. Last night Braylon was involved in a tragic car accident with his little brother. They are both hurt tremendously and are both still in the hospital. At this time we are forced to cancel his shows for the entire month at a minimum. As unfortunate as this is we are still so sorry."
Come to find out he's alive and well and did another wedding in Dallas the same day as ours. You will also see that review on this website!
What goes around comes around and karma is a bi**h.
Don't be fooled with this guy's talk, he may be a good DJ and a good talker but he has no ethics and will straight up lie to your face and leave you in bind for your special day.

Canceled less than two weeks before wedding

We booked Braylon May 2019 for our March 2020 wedding. 15 days prior to the wedding, I discovered on Braylon’s Instagram that he had double booked our wedding. Braylon then proceeded to remove himself from our wedding. He also gave us a full refund in the form of a money order. We had to find a new DJ less than two weeks before the wedding.

Unprofessional, lied about services, did not follow through

Save yourself and seek a different vendor other than Braylon Smither. The reason why we choose Braylon was because he was recommended to us by a friend. They did not have anything bad to say about him on their wedding day so we decided to give him a chance. I should have known from the get go that he was all about the money and did not care about his customers. At first, he was very on top of it and reaching out periodically, but as soon as he received his money we did not hear much from him. I had to seek him out and reach out with questions I felt should have been addressed way in advance by him. Red flag #1: his web-sites stopped working. I had to constantly ask questions because he wasn't addressing important aspects about my wedding. On the day of the wedding he did not follow through with what was stated on our contract. He showed up right as the bridal party was showing up when he stated he would get there very early. We were supposed to have a working photo booth for 4 hours and a monogram on the floor. The photo booth was not set up during cock tail hour as promised, the photo booth stopped working , the printer wasn't working, and we NEVER received a copy of ANY of the photos. He also failed to include our monogram. I gave him an itinerary, but I was still the one to remind him of things he needed to address such as reminding the guest we have a photo booth, reminding him it was time to do the garter/bouquet toss, and even had to remind him it was time for our last dance. We had a discussion after the wedding where he promised he would refund the funds for those items that weren't working with the pictures within 30-45 days. Of course, we had to reach out again after 45 days to remind him in which he stated he would get right on that. Again, one big lie after the other. When we tried to reach him again he completely ignored us. I am very disappointed in his work, his unprofessional-ism, and not following through with the contract. Run far away from his services!
