Aki was a miracle! I professionally and personally know Aki well. He came right on time! Without him, our wedding would not have kicked off the way it did. Aki’s background come’s with event coordinating experience as I’ve worked many projects with him for many years. Watching Aki’s growth in his career endeavors is so rewarding. I’m so proud and excited to see his skillsets be utilized to his full potential. His intricate tech skills have always been known. It is amazing to see him flourish in this industry. His beautiful family dynamics allows for creativity when working with families and couples. His passion and desire is based off of compassion and the community he serves. Many can say great things about him in the community.
Aki helped coordinate behind the scenes logistics. He presented himself professionally very well by offering a well thought out plan. By incorporating the music, bridal party team entrance to reception, special moments such as cake cutting, being attentive to the needs of the guest at large and more. There were times when he took the load off the wedding planning. His time management skills are sharp and on point. Aki also made sure to check in and made great follow ups.
He’s able to adapt culturally to the needs of his audience. He’s also very quick to adapt to any last minute changes to the program by multitasking and being in tune with his environment. Aki gets along with everyone and has great social skills.
I highly recommend Aki for any event planning as I am a witness to his many works. I reassure folks, this will be of no regrets! His services also offers magnificent lighting which was used at our reception and gave the purple spark we needed to create the ambience that was specifically envisioned.

DJ Aki made my wedding SO special
DJ AKI made my wedding so special he worked together with my husband and made an amazing slideshow to surprise me. He was so sweet, professional and easy to get work with. We had so much fun with him, he even got on the dance floor and showed us how to line dance! I couldn’t of asked for a better DJ. -

Process: Easy from beginning to end. We contacted him almost a year before our wedding, Covid made booking a lot of vendors difficult so I tried to plan ahead as much as possible. We contacted him via WeddingWire and he was very kind and informational. He provided us with an additional means to contact him aside from the WeddingWire messaging. We had a video meeting and he asked a set list of questions as to how his services would be rendered and any additional services he could add as well as his general package for his wedding services.
Personality: He was by far one of our favorite vendors we used for our wedding! DJ Aki is the sweetest and he genuinely wanted our wedding to be the best it could be. He was a great Emcee during our wedding, and the game he had our guests play they all really got into it. He even had people dancing in 100 degree weather in a 500 year old castle (with no AC). He was super patient with our families and even verified their requests were okay with us before he did it. He worked well with our other vendors and at the end of the night the venue and guests were asking for his business card.
Dependability: He arrived to the walkthrough and at the wedding at the agreed upon time. He always made sure to contact us back within 24 hours from the messages. He was responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He was also very efficient with setting up/tearing down his equipment.
Do yourself a favor and hire him for all your DJ/Emcee needs! -

he did a wonderful job, timely and helpful with the extra lighting and sound, projection screen to really ser the event off for us! began with a preplanned schedule and playlist but stayed flexible and went with the flow of the fun! even dipped into a bit of karaoke on request! I'd recommend him for any of my friends or family! -

Met every request like a pro including random song requests, a few karaoke and all sorts of announcements and emcee duties. Smooth baritone voice and the ability to anticipate makes for the perfect dj. -

We can not recommend DJ Aki enough. If you are seeking someone who will sit with you, listen to you, and provide exactly what you are hoping for in your event— look no further.
Aki is extremely receptive to feedback and was willing to talk many times with both my spouse and me in order to determine how we wanted our day to flow. Each song that we had earmarked as special to us was played, and he was able to curate a playlist of music that matched the energy we were seeking for the rest of the time. He got our crowd energized and excited to dance, and he even helped this bride fulfill her lifelong dream of karaoke at her wedding! On top of this, he set up lights that added so much color to our venue, and was thoughtful in his placement of his DJ equipment so that it was out of the way of the dance floor.
He made us feel at ease and enabled us to actually enjoy our wedding because we knew that he had everything under control. He did not come to us repeatedly throughout the wedding to ask questions about timing or set-up. Instead, he came prepared and organized. From setting up a game of “bridal trivia” to dismiss tables to dinner, to ensuring our toast-givers knew the order they would be going in, Aki truly went above and beyond his role in every aspect.
It was so evident that Aki cared about making our wedding the event of our dreams, and we can both attest that he did just that. We cannot thank him enough! If excellence is what you seek, Aki is the man to hire.
