Amazing DJ!

I cannot recommend DJ Adonis enough! From the very beginning he was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. He took the time to learn what our exact vibe was and executed it perfectly!

He did a great job of transitioning throughout the night and had our dance floor packed the whole night! He even let some of our guests do some impromptu karaoke. Guests of all ages were having the time of their lives!

10/10 recommend DJ Adonis for your wedding or event!

The best DJ in the USVI

Our wedding was a PARTY! DJ Adonis had all of our wedding guest on the floor the entire night. I can’t say how many people commented on how fun it was and how amazing the music and dj was. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, a truly kind person, and brought our dance floor to life. Thank you Adonis!

Completely understood the assignment!

I had a destination wedding in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. Your wedding DJ can either make or break the entertainment and vibes of your reception and DJ Adonis kept my guests up out of their seats dancing and we were LIT 🔥!!!! He was extremely professional from our initial engagement until the very end. He honored everything I submitted in his questionnaire, and he even showed up early to make sure our special day went off without a hitch. He even knew how to roll with the flow and “read the room” SEAMLESSLY when I made last minute changes during the reception! I would absolutely recommend DJ Adonis again and again and again!!!

Best DJ ever!

We own a large company here in the Islands, which means a lot of people work for us. DJ Adonis has provided amazing services on 4 occasions. Always knows how to read a crowd and anticipate what music would keep the party going.

Adonis is the BEST!

Adonis was so fun, professional, kind, and all around amazing to work with! He asked great questions prior to the wedding so that everything went so smoothly! He was so fun all night and everyone loved him!! We didn't want the party to end so he even stayed an extra hour so we could keep dancing! 10/10 recommend!!

Amazing!

I was told that Adonis was the best DJ on the island and he surely lived up to his title! He read our group from the moment they walked in the door and gave our party the energy it needed to be a great evening. He himself is also a pleasure to work with. He knows his craft, his music and his level of customer service is off the charts. He was flexible with on-the-spot timing changes! Great guy, great quality and great service! Would recommend to ANYONE who needs a top-rated DJ.

Spectacular Wedding DJ

DJ Adonis was such an amazing presence to have on our wedding day. He was extremely upbeat, all of our guests absolutely loved his outgoing and vibrant personality and attitude, and he kept our dance floor full the entire night with his song selections. When planning our wedding, we debated having a live band versus a DJ - we are SO glad we chose DJ Adonis - he brought a new level to our expectations of what a DJ can bring to a wedding. I would highly recommend DJ Adonis for any event held in the USVI.

Best overall vendor!!

Getting married on an island during a pandemic left a lot of challenges while planning a wedding but Adonis was by far not only the most communicative (answered emails quickly), positive (his emails were always warm and thoughtful) but his music/vibe absolutely killed it at the reception. I would recommend him 1000%! I also had multiple people come up to me and say he's one of the best DJ's they've heard at weddings. Hire him, you won't regret it.

Best DJ around

Adonis is the BEST!!!!!! Once he starts he will keep the event going until the very end. He’s engaging with the entire party and keeps it going. Adonis is extremely professional in the times of uncertainty and fluidity he was able to navigate the waters with ease. He arrived early to our wedding and has top notch equipment. To simply put it if you have read this far into this review and haven’t contacted him yet your doing something wrong.

He worked with us through the entire pandemic from the beginning of 2020 until our new wedding date in October of 2021. He was in constant communication. When our big day finally came Adonis delivered the best DJ experience ever! I highly recommend him for every wedding or event. We had a blast!

Adonis was the BEST!

Adonis was the easiest part of our wedding planning. We spoke once, we sent him a playlist and told him our style and he had it under control from there.

The night was a blast! He read the room well and played our songs with a little flare of his own at perfect timing. His energy is amazing too!

An incredible DJ & Person

DJ Adonis played at our wedding and we could not recommend him enough!! Not only is he an incredible DJ, but also an amazing human being. Our wedding was constantly changing due to varying restrictions and Adonis was right by our side the whole way trying to help us out. DJ Adonis Made The Party!

DJ Adonis was excellent! He caught the vibe and picked songs based on it. We had some little ones dancing and he played baby shark which was amazing then turned it up when needed. Not to mention, hes a super nice guy! Thank you for everything!!

Most Amazing DJ and Person

We had the BEST experience with DJ Adonis. Hands down, the best DJ experience- reception experience- period. He was fun and personable, hyped the crowd, was flexible in reading the crowd to make it a party, and everyone just loved him. DJ Adonis was incredible, before our wedding he would promptly respond to emails, set up times for us to talk (and was flexible in scheduling such calls) and was super organized, with him sending us a thorough document to complete to help him announce/organize our wedding. I cannot recommend DJ Adonis enough. He DJ'd my wedding and was amazing about answering questions beforehand and making sure he had all the information he needed to make the night exactly what we wanted. Danced The Night Away!!

DJ Adonis is awesome!! He incorporated our Yugoslavian cultural music, played our customized first dance mash-up, and kept our guests dancing all night! We could not have asked for a better DJ. Excellent, fun, and friendly DJ!

We've attended 2 weddings where Adonis DJ'ed - a friend's and our own. Both were fantastic. Adonis uses a questionnaire that will help map out most aspects of the timing/order of events, and is very responsive via email to cover the rest. Pricing-wise we was very competitive. As for the actual DJ-ing, everything for our wedding went off without a hitch, and when the real dancing started pretty much everyone was out of their seats and up on the dance floor. Outside of the quality of his work, Adonis is just a great guy. He always has a big smile on his face, and when we ran into him a couple of nights after our wedding he recognized us immediately and called us over to come say hi and congratulate us again. We would highly, highly recommend him for you wedding.

DJ Adonis was the perfect match for our wedding crew! My biggest fear for our wedding was having songs people couldn’t/wouldn’t dance to. Adonis knew how to read the crowd perfectly and kept everyone dancing the ENTIRE night! He was absolutely amazing, not heavy on the mic at all, occasionally hopped on the dance floor and joined in with friends and family, took requests all night, and even stayed later because everyone was having such a great time! DJ Adonis is the perfect DJ for a wedding or any occasion for that matter. Our family and friends continued to talk about how great DJ Adonis was for days after the wedding! Quality Entertainment!

I hired Adonis for my daughter’s wedding, a party with several small “pockets” of people - few who knew each other. Guests included people from the East Coast, the West Coast, Mexico, Canada, and locals. Adonis tied the whole party together. Everyone danced and had a blast. I can’t count how many guests said he was the best DJ they ever heard. Adonis is not only a quality DJ, he is a quality person. His pure joy at what he does, his graciousness toward the guests and staff, and his flexibility with the group dynamics all contributed to the fun. Adonis knows how to get the party on. He is worth every dollar. Adonis came highly recommended to me and I pass that recommendation on to you.

Fantastic!

Adonis was incredible -- he was hands down the best DJ I've ever witnessed. He was definitely the main driver of the party, got people dancing, and kept the crowd involved (all in a very non-intrusive way). Adonis went out of his way to make sure the transition from live music to the DJ was seamless. He also helped handle some unexpected issues that came up with shuttles home, again completely out of his responsibility. Thanks so much Adonis.

So Much Fun!

DJ Adonis was the best! Cannot tell you how many compliments we got from guests – even by the time we arrived at the reception after cocktail hour, everyone was raving about him. He kept our guests engaged and on the dance floor all night, and even started a chant for my grandmother when she went home early to watch from her balcony. We didn’t give DJ Adonis much guidance at all in terms of must play/do not play – and he could not have done a better job playing the music we wanted to hear. If you’re looking for a DJ in the Virgin Islands, he’s your guy!

Kept us all dancing and laughing!

Adonis is fabulous. We had only a vague idea of what music we wanted (and didn't want) for the reception, but trusted him to keep the celebration going. He read the crowd perfectly and kept everyone dancing and laughing! He was flexible when it came to toasts, announcements, and even an impromptu karaoke by one of our guests. He arrived early, was organized, and very professional and friendly. Highly recommend him!

During the planning process he was responsive and timely and exceeded every request. We saw so many positive reviews about him and simply had to book him! We didn’t want anyone else and he definitely lives up to the expectations! Book him.... like right now! You won’t be disappointed!

DJ Adonis is the man!! Not only did he make our wedding the party that it was, but he was very helpful and responsive throughout the planning process. When the Hurricanes hit St. John, I had e-mailed Adonis to check in with him and his family, and to see if he could update me on the state of the island. Adonis e-mailed me back the very next day, which I would have never expected given the circumstances, and he continued to keep me posted on St. John's recovery thereafter. I really appreciated him keeping in touch with me on the state of the island as we would have likely cancelled our wedding plans had he not done so. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and I owe a lot of that to DJ Adonis! He arrived early to set-up on the day of the wedding and even let us keep his disco lights over night so that we could keep the party going after his DJ services ended. DJ Adonis definitely got the party started and kept our guests out on the dance floor all night long. I cannot celebrate DJ Adonis enough! I HIGHLY recommend his services to all brides getting married in the US Virgin Islands - you will not regret it!! If I ever plan another event on St. John, DJ Adonis will definitely be hearing from me!

We got married at the Sand Dollar Estate on 4/17/18. I can honestly say that DJ Adonis made our wedding day! My husband and I were so pleased with his service and value. He did an amazing job picking songs that got every age group dancing at our wedding, and always kept the party going! DJ Adonis was very easy to work with and was very accommodating to our needs and requests. We only gave DJ Adonis a handful of requested songs, and he did a great job filling in the rest of the music for the day. I would highly recommend DJ Adonis for any bride getting married in the Virgin Islands!

I highly recommend DJ Adonis for any event. He was the DJ for our wedding reception in St. John and did an amazing job! He went above and beyond to accomodate people and to make sure they were having the time of their lives! He kept people smiling and laughing all night long with his great sense of humor! Couldn’t have asked for a better DJ! He dealt with us texting him our music list because my computer file never went through properly. Also, there was a island wide power outage during the wedding. Everything shut off. DJ Adonis thought quick and called a friend to bring a generator. He saved the wedding and made the groom and I very happy. Loved working with him!

BY far Adonis made our party. We were scheduling everything from the states and honestly did not know what to expect. When we got to the reception everything was perfect and he had it all figured out. Adonis even set up early, 3 hours before our reception. Respectful, professional and a ton of fun he is the DJ you want on the island. If we could give him 6 stars we would he was incredible. Book him now! Do not even think about getting anyone else.

Adonis has a contagious energy that brings life to any party, and gets people on the dance floor. He did an excellent job not only playing music for our gala event, but MCing - following requests for shoutouts, thank yous, and annoucements for raffles and activities happening throughout the night. DJ Adonis was fantastic! Planning a destination wedding from afar was an interesting experience and DJ Adonis was recommended to us by our venue - Even with limited contact prior to the wedding, it made it feel personal. He provided us with a questionnaire with must plays and no-plays, and was very responsive via email. The music was perfect and he was very flexible -- taking suggestions/requests from the guests and reading the crowd to make sure the dancing continued. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Of all the DJ's I've heard in my lifetime, DJ Adonis was BY FAR the best! He not only played great music, but was so attentive. For example, we did speeches during our rehearsal dinner and someone mentioned how I used to sing 'Santa Baby' at Christmas. Adonis was clearly listening, and had Santa Baby play in the background. It was hilarious! He is fun, up beat and a true professional! I give an A+++ and couldn't have been happier with having him play at our wedding event! HIRE HIM!

Adonis was excellent for our wedding. He will really bring energy to your event. He does a great job scouting out and examining who is who in order to engage the audience, he puts together a good playlist with little input, and he can be a bit of a comedian at times. I was so happy with DJ Adonis. He was extremely accommodating. We needed a microphone for our ceremony and he wasn't booked to show up until after then to set up and he came early, let us borrow it, no complaints. He was incredible. When we wanted faster music, someone just ran up to him to tell him to switch things up and he was on it. Music was great. He had the crowd dancing. It was a fantastic experience and if I were to get married in St. Thomas again, I would book him in a second!

DJ Adonis was absolutely incredible! There was not a dull moment at our reception and everyone was up dancing the entire night, he was engaging and so good at reading the crowd. DJ Adonis was a great addition to our reception! He had a thorough (but not overwhelming) worksheet of our preferences and how we wanted the reception to flow. He took everything we said into consideration while also taking the initiative to bring some of his own ideas without being pushy. During the reception some of our guests wanted to request songs and he ran this by us first which we appreciated. We also let him take it away and play songs he thought would keep the party going and he did AWESOME! We had a great party and I would highly recommend DJ Adonis to anyone. Some of my friends were even saying they want to fly him in to the States for their weddings.

DJ Adonis did a great job at our June 2016 reception getting everyone on the dance floor! He took direction very well and could easily read the crowd to determine which songs would keep the most people dancing. We had a videographer who said that there was no need to choreograph any dancing scenes due to the high energy and enjoyment of all our guests on the dance floor! I would reccomend DJ Adonis hands down to anyone getting married at the USVI.

In the beginning I was probably just like you searching for the best DJ for our Caribbean destination wedding, which for us was in the Island of St. John. After reading many reviews I reached out to Adonis to check his availability and he was very friendly and seemed excited to be a part of our special day. A simple questionnaire from him about music and dance questions and we were pretty much free to focus on all the other wedding planning that goes on.
Now for the reception itself. After a great meal, speeches and cake cutting it was time to party. Adonis came up to me to see how I wanted to start our first dance whether it was be on the dance floor when song starts or walk out to music, which seems minor but because of song intro it was kind of important, that is an example of the little details you'll get from him. Then for the rest of the evening all our family and friends which was 25 total danced our rears off. Dj Adonis was making sure there was never a dull moment by interacting with everyone, an hour in and I think he knew everyone's first name, he felt like a friend at our wedding. I'd have to say I left him with a very vague list of must play songs and he was able to roll with the genre and keep everyone of all ages dancing. That evening and since I've been back home I had so many of the friends and family tell me he was the best DJ they have been a part of at a reception, that means a lot to us and i'm sure to Adonis.
When you love what you do I believe it helps you become great at whatever it is and Adonis has mastered his craft and loves providing a once in a lifetime experience for wedding venues. Thank you again Adonis for an epic evening!

It was great working with Adonis! In addition to being our wedding DJ, he also did karaoke for us at our welcome party - which all of our guests thought was a hit! We would definitely recommend Adonis to other couples.

We had our wedding reception at Alta Gracia, a villa on St. John and it was amazing. It wouldn't have been the same if Adonis wasn't our DJ. He made the party happen! More importantly he played all of our must have songs, and kept the energy going throughout the entire evening.

If I could give Adonis ten stars I would!!! He was so wonderful to work with. He was flexible and came the day before our wedding to set up his equipment so it wouldn't interrupt our cocktail hour during the event. He exudes happiness and love for his profession throughout the entire experience. He went above and beyond our expectations. All the guests have raved about how great he was. He kept the party going, played all the right music, took our important requests and suggestions to heart and really became a guest at the wedding.

My husband and I were married at Caneel Bay Resort on 7/10/15, and we could not have been happier with the services DJ Adonis provided at our reception. He created an awesome playlist that kept people dancing until the very end. All of our guests had such a fun time on the dance floor, and we have DJ Adonis to thank for that! We definitely recommend DJ Adonis for any occasion!

DJ Adonis was fabulous at our wedding on St. John! He interacted well with the crowd, and played a variety of music that all of the age groups enjoyed. My friends are still trying to figure out how they can get him at their weddings in the States!

DJ Adonis did a fantastic job at our wedding! I had a list of special request songs, and he squeezed them all in there. He also played some other great music that got our group dancing (even my dad!). For the father/bride and mother/groom songs, we only wanted a portion of the song played, and he executed flawlessly. Dj Adonis is one of the best! He was incredibly easy to work with and Caneel's go-to. He made the process efficient and seamless. He really knows his stuff and was able to get our unique crowd (half islanders, half state-siders) up and dancing all night! We gave him mostly country music, but asked him to work with the crowd - which, he definitely did. I would highly recommend him if you are working with Caneel Bay or any other venue on St. John.

Adonis was absolutely amazing at our wedding! The only stress I had booking my wedding was getting a GOOD, FUN, ENERGETIC DJ..... I got that and more with Adonis. He engaged with the crowd, made sure everyone was having fun, and by the end, I felt like he was a new found friend. I HIGHLY recommend Adonis in St. John
