Mandy was absolutely amazing. We met prior, and I sent over all the information for what I was looking for. Mandy made my dream come true and so much more. My floral display made the whole play glow, and I could not have had a better display for my special day. I cannot recommend Mandy enough!!

Perfect Wedding Flowers

Mandy was a dream to work with and her flowers were perfect! She took the time to talk with us and figure out what we wanted, make suggestions, and listen to my ideas. I work full time, she made time to speak with me over the phone at lunch time and on Saturday, and we met in person after hours. She honestly cared about our wedding and wanted to get it done right. I HIGHLY recommend that you hire her!

Wonderful and Beautiful!!

BOOK MANDY. Oh my god!! She did SUCH an amazing job. I am absolutely in love with the arch and bouquet that she made for my special day, and she is just so easy and fun to work with. Brilliant, original floral designs!

Our daughter's wedding was difficult to plan because she lived out of state and could not fly in for all of the planning. Mandy was gracious and extremely flexible. She worked with us and our daughter and fiancé to make her wedding more beautiful than our daughter had dreamed. Mandy has an eye for design and excels in creating. She uses the freshest florals with unique touches that really sets her wedding florals apart from the crowd. Thank you, Mandy for making the wedding so beautiful! ~Jen

Mandy was absolutely amazing!! I had a budget on the smaller side and she made me feel just as important. Walking me through and meeting my budget needs. My venue was double booked and she not only talked me through that but adjusted her schedule to meet mine last minute. Not to mention the flowers were absolutely stunning.

Mandy was so accommodating and helpful throughout the wedding planning process! We had to add boutonnieres and cake flowers, and some other last minute things, and she made everything happen! And all of our flowers were GORGEOUS.

Mandy was wonderful to work with throughout the wedding planning process! She worked with my budget and all of my requests. She was always there to answer my questions or make any changes. Where do I start? Mandy left me speechless with her talent. When we first met she immediately understood what I was wanting from describing it, more than I did actually haha.
The day of the wedding, I walked out and saw all the bouquets and was in absolute awe. They were prettier than I could've imagined. Mandy also added flowers to the arch, cake and aisle which made it all!
Communication was SO easy and Mandy was so caring. It felt like we were long time friends and she was helping me for my big day.
I can't say enough good things about her and her business. I'm beyond happy and would recommend her to everyone! Thank you <3

I cannot even begin to describe how amazing Mandy and her work is! I looked at quite a few florist and none of them took the edge off like Mandy did. I was so worried about what my flowers would look like and if they would match, and she made sure she matched everything to a T! The website she uses to break down all of the flowers she uses is the best thing I have seen. You are able to see a picture of every flower she will use and what it’s for (bride, bridesmaids etc) I recommend Mandy to everyone I know! Meeting Mandy was the biggest blessing. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Mandy was an absolute doll to work with. Our flowers turned out gorgeous! I had no idea what I wanted and Mandy helped guide me to what looks good together, what colors would work and they designs that I may like. We did a few 'different' things and they turned out fabulous! My guests kept commenting on our floral rings and my bridesmaids bouquets. I can't say it enough, but everything was gorgeous. Mandy was easy to communicate with, always timely in her response and our appointments and made me feel really comfortable with everything. I didn't have a single worry with our flowers and on your wedding day that's a blessing!

Divine Designs by Mandy did the flowers for my wedding. I could not be more pleased with everything! They were absolutely stunning. Mandy took what was in my head and perfectly translated it into my bouquet. She made every detail and color come to life. Words cannot describe how beautiful the flowers were.

Mandy is a true ARTIST! We loved all of our flower arrangements. She created a bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, an altar arrangement, and cake flowers. Mandy is so friendly and immediately puts you at ease. She is so knowledgeable about growing seasons & which flowers look best together! She suggested adding Amaranthus to the bridal bouquet which was a great recommendation. Mandy is professional about her work and you can tell it is her passion! She followed up with me throughout the process to make sure the flowers matched my vision perfectly for our special day. We loved our experience and highly recommend Mandy for anyone who wants high quality florals for their wedding!

As a professional baker I get to work with lots of florists who are wonderful in their field. When my oldest daughter got married in March. All I can say is Mandy was my first and only choice for my daughters florals. Superior quality and craftmanship.

Mandy was awesome! I met with her and she totally understood my vision! Every worry or concern I had she explained and everything ended up turning out flawlessly! Her flowers were gorgeous. I did not really know what I wanted to do as far as flowers, I only knew colors. Mandy put together her ideas and our wedding flowers were so much prettier than I could have ever imagined! Let her do her thing and you will not be disappointed

We were so thrilled with Mandy. She was so creative, so easy to work with even with a few changes in our order along the way! The arrangements and flowers were absolutely beautiful. I've never seen roses that big! We got so many compliments. I still look at the pictures and am in awe of how beautiful the flowers were. And to top it off she was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Mandy to any future couples.

I found Mandy by just googling florists in the area. She had great reviews and the pictures of her work were beautiful so I decided to contact her for more information and it was the best decision I ever made. I met with her the first time to go over what I wanted. She came with pictures and ideas that went along with my color scheme and theme. I showed her what I wanted and she went above and beyond what I ever imagined. The mix of flowers and colors she used matched me perfectly and were exactly what I wanted. Not only is she amazing at what she does, she is the sweetest person and so fun to work. She will not disappoint!

Mandy is fabulous, I can't believe we were so lucky to have her do our flowers. I showed her a couple of pictures for a combination of what I wanted and she more than nailed it; she totally out did my expectations! She's so creative and will definitely bring your vision to life. We've been married a little more than a week and my bouquet is still thriving! All my guest could talk about were how gorgeous all the flowers were. She even set up the center pieces so beautifully and the mantle at our reception! It was breath taking. I will forever and always recommend her to anyone! Also she's very reasonably priced and will do as much or as little as you want. Everything is fresh and stunning!

Devine designs by Mandy made my wedding a complete dream come true. When planning the flowers for your wedding, it's often hard to feel confident before the day of because you can't physically see your flowers until that day. But Mandy took every step to make me feel confident and extremely excited about my dream becoming her dream as well! I can't even explain how spot on these flowers were to my vision... She noted every detail, every want, every need and put every single one of those things into the most perfect flowers. She also does a "look book" that allows you to see each type of flower she's going to use, in the requested colors. That helped me SO MUCH to feel good about what my day would be like. My wedding was at the Mayo, and that Ballroom speaks wonders on it's own, but MY FLOWERS just took that room to a completely different level. The arrangements, bouquets and boutonnières were everything I could have ever asked for. And all of you brides out there know how important it is for these details to come together how you had once visioned in your head. I still wish I could go back and do this day all over again (almost 3 months later) because everything was such a dream. And Mandy's flowers played such a huge role in that. Don't miss out girls! The pricing was also SO reasonable - we were quoted 10k by the person before Mandy, saying our vision was unreachable at any other price range. But Mandy kept to our budget and did EVERYTHING we had wanted and dreamed up. It just doesn't get any better than that, truly. I would recommend Devine Designs by Mandy to every single bride if I could.

Mandy was absolutely fantastic! She created everything I wanted & flowers were a HUGE deal to me considering our wedding was at the Tulsa Garden Center! She met with me months before the day and took pictures of my dream board, showed me pictures of what she had and listened to exactly what colors and types of flowers I wanted. I couldn't tell you my favorite piece (bouquets, centerpieces, staircase arrangement, etc.) because they were all stunning! She was the right price with beautiful quality work!

I knew that I would love Mandy's work from her website and then when I met with her for our consultation, she was just so easy to get along with and you could really tell she knew what she was doing and she loved what she did. Then, when I received my flowers on my wedding day, I was blown away. She surpassed all of my expectations and I was beyond thrilled with how beautifully she arranged everything. She is the very definition of a creative genius. I will absolutely continue to recommend her to anyone and everyone I know!

Mandy was fantastic! I was nervous because I wanted beautiful flowers but we were on a tight budget.. Mandy made it work! Our flowers were even more beautiful than I'd hoped they'd be! We did bouquets, arch decor, and center pieces. She gave me what I wanted but used her own creativity to make them even better! I also loved that she came in before the wedding to put out all the flowers, it was just so nice to not have that to worry about! We were so happy with Divine Designs by Mandy!

Mandy was amazing! She was so helpful throughout the entire process including picking out flower arrangement, vases, and using arrangements as dual purpose which was cost effective for me! She was quick to respond when I requested a meeting and I had a quote from her by the end of the day! She was extremely afforable and efficient. I even got to see her the day of and iron out some last minute details.

Mandy is very talented at what she does. We spent a lot of time getting input from friends and family on who to use as our vendors for our special day. Mandy's name was brought up many times and once I started looking into her work, I knew she was the best! Her flowers on our wedding day were beyond fresh, beautiful and romantic. Mandy is very easy to work with, she responds quickly to e-mails and phone calls and she truly enjoys what she does which really shows in her flower bouquets/arrangements. I could not have asked for a better florist for my big day, Mandy was simply amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted in my flowers and they turned out beautifully! For our first consult we went over ideas and what would be in season and the combinations that would look good. She had great ideas and input and was so incredibly easy to work with. Any changes I needed or questions I had she answered very quickly and stayed in contact with me through the wedding. I will definitely be recommending her in the future.

My wedding flowers looked better than I could have ever imagined! Mandy designed our bouquets and reception decorations. She was very easy to work with and is great at picking out the flowers. Mandy was one of my favorite vendors we worked with on our wedding day. I had researched a few floral designers in the area, but Mandy was the one that always got back in touch with me right away and really made an effort to design exactly what I had dreamed of. You discuss all you want and can send lots of pictures, but flowers are one of those things where you really have to trust your vendor because you just can't tell how it's going to turn out on the actual day. There's no trial for your bouquet! I was going for a "Roman Holiday" theme and when I walked downstairs on our wedding day I saw the Dresser Mansion transformed into this beautiful, Italian villa. My mouth just dropped. Everything was so much more beautiful than I ever expected. It was just wonderful. I ended up getting my own vases so people were able to take the arrangements at the end of the night, and holy smokes I hardly had any left for myself to take! They were all gone! She's amazing, talented, and a great deal for all the effort she puts in to make it everything you've ever dreamed.

My daughter had her wedding in May at Post Oak Lodge at an outdoor venue. When we met with Mandy we knew what colors we wanted and a feel for the type of flowers and decorations we wanted, but no definite ideas. Mandy's suggestions were perfect and we were very pleased.

The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! Large beautiful roses of all sizes and are still fresh as ever looking. Coral was the color theme so the coral roses were absolutely beautiful! There were so many other flowers in the bouquet I wish I knew the names of all of them. Mandy is very professional and was so great to work with! I will recommend her whenever I can.

Definitely no stress involved with this part of my wedding planning. Our floral arrangements and bouquets were exactly what I had pictured for my wedding! I couldn't have dreamed of more beautiful designs and flowers at my wedding. Our flowers absolutely MADE our wedding! We used several different items for decor and centerpieces, I took my own centerpieces to Mandy including; milk glass vases, mason jars, lanterns, and bird cages. Mandy came up with designs for each one of these and they were amazing! I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of the wedding. Mandy arranged and set up everything for us. Divine Designs by Mandy did an EXCELLENT job on all the events that were associated with my daughter's wedding. From the smaller bouquet for her bridal portraits to the aisle décor for the ceremony, every flower and accent was PERFECT! Mandy had great ideas to help with the planning of the perfect flowers for the wedding and reception. She also provided a "look book" of the flowers that she thought would work best for us....we actually had a visual before we confirmed the flowers to be purchased. Mandy is, in my opinion (and many others I know would agree) the BEST floral designer in Tulsa. I wouldn't be surprised if she was the best in the region! Mandy is creative, fun, brilliant, receptive to client needs and very flexible with order changes and additions. About a month before our wedding, I realized I didn't have a final plan for our overall decor, and Mandy was able to step in and help coordinate not only our bridal party flowers, but all our table decor and additional decorations as well! Everything was ABSOLUTELY beautiful and many of our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. I gave Mandy a basic idea of what I envisioned for my wedding and the flowers I wished to be included in my bouquets and what she came up with was even better than what I had imagined! From the very first time I met her she was so sweet and made herself very accessible. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and even brought my bridal photo shoot bouquet to me at the beauty shop where I was getting my hair done to save me time driving to pick them up. I sailed through most of my wedding planning without a blink, until I got to the flowers. All I knew were my colors and a few flowers that I knew I liked. Mandy made it so easy for me! She showed me a few flowers that would be perfect and I let her put everything else together! Everyone loved the bouquets! Mandy is very creative and her prices are reasonable. I will highly recommend her to other brides!

I want to start my review telling a little bit about my wedding planning experience...I am a Brazilian Bride who lives in Miami/FL and got married in Tulsa/OK (because of Nick's family). Planning a wedding can be very stressful itself but in my situation being from another culture and planning everything through the phone and trusting online reviews seemed impossible to me! Mandy Miller is so Sweet and Talented. We loved her beautiful arrangements! They were very beautifully done, elegant, and the flowers were very fresh and to the highest quality! My bouquet was just perfect, she put little pearls and "diamonds" in the center of the roses adding even more style. All night people were talking about my gorgeous bouquet and also about the centerpieces that by the way I could give to my guests at the end of the night because she didn't ask me return the glass vases. She was the only one that gave me 100% attention throughout the quoting & decision process returning my calls promptly and redoing my quote per my budget. All the other florist vendors were not so excited when I told them I'd have 50 guests. I guess they only treat with full attention larger weddings. We highly recommend Divine Designs by Mandy! Mandy did a great job of putting together what I wanted when I didn't have any examples for her. She went by what I said and delivered beautiful flowers! She was easy to work and communicate with during the whole process. I would definitely recommend her to everyone!

I told her my colors, my favorite flower and showed her my dress. In return, she came up with the most beautiful arrangments I have ever seen and even helped me with some decor decisions. To top it off she incorporated my grandmother's baby bracelet into my bouquet. Mandy is a creative genius!

It was an absolute blessing to have Divine Designs by Mandy be a part of my wedding! Mandy turned something I wasn't very excited about (flowers) into a breathtakingly beautiful part of our ceremony and reception. After meeting with Mandy one time, I knew that whatever she envisioned would be perfect.....and it was! She respected my likes and dislikes, and came up with ideas for decor that I had never dreamed of. Her prices are affordable, she is very organized, and always available for questions/concerns. Mandy was very friendly and she responded to my inquiry about wedding flowers for the bridal party immediately. She consulted with me and sent many pictures of her work so we could decide what was best for the look I wanted. Mandy was an amazing florist to work with for our wedding this past September. It was easy choosing her as we found our first meeting with her so easy going, yet professional all at the same time. She listened intently to my "vision" and offered great advice on extra details we could add to my simple "White Roses Everywhere" dream.

On the day of our wedding I (the bride) didn't have to worry about a thing. When I arrived at the venue the floral arrangements were in place, the bridesmaids in vases, as well as mine awaiting me more beautiful than I imagined. I knew very well that my "all white" was a risk on September 1st in Oklahoma - it was 97 degrees that day, but you would never have known it looking at our flowers.

I was so very pleased, and I'm so thankful that we chose to do our flowers with Mandy! I will cherish them forever :)

Mandy was wonderful to work with. She was willing to listen to all my ideas and give input when needed. She also was willing to work with my budget. Which when you planning a wedding is a big deal. I would recommend her to any of my friends getting married.

Mandy was absolutely phenomenal! I cannot say enough things about her work for our special day. She was prompt in responses, willing to go out of her way to help us, and her flowers were beautiful. There were so many compliments about her flowers. I would recommend her to any bride.

Mandy was great to work with and was very helpful. I was a little disappointed in that some of our greenery looked a little dry, but overall she did an awesome job. She also went above and beyond on the day of by setting up all of the table arrangements and adding the greenery garland to the signs and arbor we had around our venue!! All for a great price too!

I was very pleasantly surprised how Mandy was able to create stunningly beautiful arrangements and bouquets with her own flair from a picture and a conversation we had. She also added a small spray to my wedding cake and it captured the look I was hoping for. Her expertise was helpful when I had questions about what shade of napkin and cake tablecloth to use. Her suggestions proved to be spot on... She is truly talented and would definitely recommend her services.

Mandy was so easy to work with! I was able to add or change anything up until 30 days before, which was nice because I didn't make it to my cake design meeting until 2 months prior. Her prices were reasonable fir the Tulsa area, and my flowers were so beautiful and high quality! She took my scattered vision and made it reality on my big day!
