  This place is awesome! We ordered stemless wine glasses with our own custom logo, they were both the glass that people drank out of for the night and their wedding favor. Anytime I called with questions I was instantly answered with a friendly and helpful response. When we received the glasses there were a few broken ones and a few that had smudges in the design. I counted how many I needed replaced and sent them a few photos as examples and they quickly sent me replacements for all of it, they even asked for my event date so they could make sure to get it to me on time! I would absolutely use them again!!

  I ordered chapsticks, cup, koozies, and bags from discount mugs for my welcome bags. I was very impressed with the chapsticks. I would order them again! I was not impressed with the bags. They looked cute at first but the print cracked off with the first use!

  We ordered whiskey tumblers with our names and wedding date engraved as party favors for our guests. The tumblers came in fairly promptly and were good quality. However, 20 out of the 100 that we ordered came in shattered because of poor packaging (no buffer between layers of glass tumblers). Per Discount Mugs policy, they only replace broken pieces for orders greater than 144 pieces, so for my order, they were only going to reimburse me for the number of broken pieces. However, since the price per tumbler decreases as you order more and there is a set-up fee for every order, I was going to have to pay extra $100 if I put a new order to replace the 100 broken pieces. After several email exchanges with customer service, I got store credit that was sufficient for me to put in a new order for 24 pieces, and I only had to pay for separate shipping. When you order, make sure that you are aware of this refund/replacement policy. Overall the tumblers were nice and our guests liked them. I just wish I didn't have to deal with broken glass while opening the boxes, especially with curious cats around.
