    Absolutely flawless start to finish

    Kurt and Dirty Bird took our wedding to the next level; every single request we made was executed perfectly and they didn’t miss a beat (or cue). We had extensive song cues and requests and they hit every single one. Our guests never left the dance floor thanks to their party vibe and they even let me and my (now) husband perform a song with them for our first dance. It was AWESOME all around and Kurt was an absolutely fantastic MC. I cannot recommend them enough!

    Dirty Birds were the perfect choice for our wedding. My fiance and I reached out to the band as soon as we got engaged to ask if they were available on our date. Luckily, they were! Our wedding guests (of all ages) were on the dance floor the entire night. Kurt did an awesome job emceeing the night as well...from the grand entrance to the toasts. Thank you Dirty Birds!!

    We haven't stopped getting compliments on Dirty Bird Band since our wedding on 9.9.2017! Everyone at the wedding has told how great they were and how much fun they had! Everything about working with them was perfect, Kurt was super responsive and easy to work with - even meeting us at the venue to go over setup etc. I am so happy we were able to have them as our wedding band, they were so great at both the ceremony music AND the reception, and made the reception flow so nicely - as well as playing great music! I don't think anyone was sitting once they started to play, everyone was out on the dance floor. HIGHLY recommend them, they will make your wedding so much fun!

    We could not have had our dream wedding reception without Dirty Bird! Beautiful acoustic guitar during cocktail hour. Kurt's MC skills are unbeatable, he kept the reception timeline flowing and organized, and the crowd engaged and pumped. And the guests danced the night away all the way to the last few seconds. If you are looking for a fun, upbeat band who will keep your guests on the dance floor, I would highly recommend choosing Dirty Bird!

    Dirty Bird was amazing and extremely professional. The booking was fast and easy and they were very detailed in requesting music from us beforehand and great at getting a feel for what kind of music we wanted and what we liked. I had many compliments on our playlists throughout our wedding and reception and the dance music was exactly what I hoped for. I was having a hard time focusing on greeting guests because I just wanted to keep dancing! The band is extremely talented and kept our wedding guest entertained. He was an excellent MC and kept the energy going well.

    What can I say, Dirty Bird Band absolutely killed it at our wedding! Kurt has his band-mates over shot our expectations from providing a PA system for our wedding vow exchange, downloading wedding party introduction songs, to the last request of the night which had our entire wedding chanting "1 more song"; we cannot thank you guys enough. Everyone commented on how much of a great time they had at our wedding and how much "the band kicked a$$"; I don't recall leaving the dance floor. These guys are awesome!

    I loved working with Dirty Bird. They were very responsive and collaborative with all of the planning process. They took the time to come out to our venue months in advance to make sure everything would work for everyone. Most importantly, our guests LOVED them and danced all night!

    These guys were absolutely great.

    From the moment I got in contact with them, Kurt was responsive to every communication we sent. He was always able to provide his input without being pushy or suggesting that we change plans to accommodate their preferences.

    They made sure that the recorded music was perfect, from confirming our change of entrance song mere hours before the wedding to ensuring that the music for the ceremonial dances was queued to our requested start/stop criteria.

    When the reception actually started, they played a great mix of music that had everyone from the eldest to the youngest attendees on the floor. And when they concluded their set, they even modified the recorded music playlist to accommodate family members requests.

    I would fully recommend Dirty Bird to anyone in the Southern California area (they came from San Diego to La Quinta for our shindig).

    Dirty Bird was an epic addition to our wedding, they not only provided an amazing dance atmosphere during our reception, but brought lighting, all the sound and even played beautiful classical guitar as we walked down the aisle. I would definitely recommend Dirty Bird for any wedding with the desire to have a live band!

    My wife and I were lucky enough to have Dirty Bird play at our wedding Sept 2013. The entire experience from start to finish was an amazing and interactive experience. Kurt and the guys have an amazing and diverse song selection and they got everyone in the room dancing, and a few ladies on stage too! It was such a fun night because of the tunes, people still talk about it. We highly recommend this amazing band!

    All of the members of Dirty Bird were great to work with and they made booking them very easy. At our wedding, they had everyone up on the dance floor. They are fun, interactive and play some amazing music. Their style is great and the songs they sing are ones that everyone can enjoy. At the end of our wedding, nobody wanted to leave and kept chanting for Dirty Bird to play one more song. You can't go wrong in hiring these guys.

    Dirty Bird was an amazing choice for our wedding. Kurt MC'd our reception beautifully and the band had everyone dancing the entire night. They were very easy to work and plan with beforehand. We simply chose which songs not to play and they developed a playlist on the fly, based on the mood of the audience. It was perfect. I would use them again and again.

    Dirty Bird played at our wedding at the Darlington House in La Jolla, CA. During the cocktail hour, they had one of their guitarists play live which was very welcoming to our guests as they enjoyed drinks and their hors d'oeuvres. During the reception they played all of our requested songs, and even mixed them up so that people of all ages were able to get up and dance. I can't tell you what a difference it makes to have LIVE music at a wedding! We rocked the night away, and I am very happy that we hired Dirty Bird for our big day. It made the experience even more memorable and I still get comments from friends & family to this day about how great the music was at our wedding! I highly recommend them! :)

    Honestly, the best entertainment EVER! I was in the fence on whether to get a band or a DJ so I got both and tried to plan the reception using both and I wish that I would have only gotten the band for the entire time!! They were so much fun even my grandma was dancing and the ladies from church were in their feet singing and dancing with the band. Everyone was talking about my wedding years later and how much fun it was and I'm sure it was mostly to do with Dirty Bird!! I wish I could do it all over again so we could enjoy that evening dancing with everyone again... We all had so much fun. I would book them for any party or event... I actually plan on doing that!
    I hope this helps to make some of those big wedding decisions. I planned my own so I know how hard it is, but I truly mean what I say about this band.

    These guys were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! Honestly, they were the talk of our wedding. coming from a guy, they were worth every penny (but of course they were reasonable). Kurt went out of his way to meet with us before, even when it was pouring down on the day of our meeting. The band knew how to bring it and wasn't like your typical wedding band. I would honestly go see these guys just to see a quality band play. The fact they do weddings as well.... that's just an added bonus to all of us!!

    They didn't even mind when my mom and her friend got up there with the lead singer to dance and sing with them. Dirty Bird was great and really made the night for my wife and I.

    I would highly recommend!!!

    We hired Dirty Bird to play at our wedding and they were amazing. They are talented musicians and performers with a large catalogue of music. They were incredibly accommodating, very responsive, and very professional. Everyone at our wedding danced all night long because it felt like a real concert, and it was. They played familiar, upbeat classic rock that appealed to all ages and had my 16 year old brother dancing with my 74 year old grandmother. Everyone who attended the wedding loved the band and still talk about them 3.5 years later. Dirty Bird provided an atmosphere no Dj could ever hope to create. They are a no brainer if you are considering hiring a band for your wedding.

    Three years later and our wedding guest are still talking about the Dirty Bird. They really were amazing and kept the party going! Even prior to the wedding they were easy to work with and reliable. Trust me, this is the band you want on your special day!

    These guys are AMAZING! They can play any song and are super awesome to work with. If you need a wedding band, or a band for a party - Dirty Bird is it.

    There is nothing like having a live band to make your wedding a hit! Dirty Bird delivered a solid performance and kept the dance floor rocking the entire night. The group is very talented and full of energy to keep the party going. They have a diverse play list, giving them the ability to curtail their performance to various tastes. I would recommend Dirty Bird to anyone searching for a live band to perform at their wedding.

    Dirty Bird followed our DJ and honestly were superior. They played all the music we love and enough hits from our childhood to keep our parents on the dance floor. Quality of musicianship was amazing. Would recommend highly.

    Dirty Bird is AWESOME!! They traveled to play at our wedding and we are so grateful they did! Our guests of all ages loved the music they played - and most importantly my husband and I had the time of our lives dancing the night away to all of our favorite songs. We LOVE these guys!!
