Wonderful Experience

I didn’t exactly have in mind what I wanted when I went in. Jonathan did a great job of helping me figure out what I liked and didn’t. He found the perfect dress! It was so beautiful!

So glad I went to Dimitra!

I found my dream dress working with Jasmine at Dimitra. This was the most reasonable dress shop after visiting a couple others. I throughly enjoyed my experience and didn’t leave confused or wondering if I made a wrong choice. Jasmine knew exactly what direction to go in and helped me choose something absolutely perfect for me!

Great Dress, Great Team

Dimitra Designs was such a fun and welcoming place to walk into. They made sure I had the absolute perfect dress, and that it was enhanced with the perfect veil as well. Jasmine is an absolute pleasure - so thoughtful, patient, and caring. They truly care about making brides feel beautiful, confident, and gorgeous on their big day. I would highly recommend that you look for your wedding dress here.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Jasmine helped me pick out my dress and really listened to everything I had to say, my dress was the 3rd dress I tried on. And At every alteration appointment Rebecca made sure to take pictures and measurements and write everything down so I would have everything exactly how I wanted it. My dress fit perfectly and was everything I’ve ever dreamed of(:

Amazing Experience

We walked in without an appointment due to a terrible appointment at a previous salon. Kim immediately helped us and fit me into her schedule. She looked at my Pinterest and immediately pulled gowns that she thought i’d like and even ones who she thought would look good on me. Each gown I tried on kept getting better and better - and the best part is that I ended up deciding on a dress that same day. She was so great, attentive, helpful, and fun!

Best experience!

Best experience thus far!! Natalie was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and got to know what i liked and disliked with each dress (which is huge). At the end she put me in a dress that I never thought I wouldve liked! She knows body types and what works well with you. If you go here request to work with her!! You won’t be disappointed!

Jessica was the best! She made sure we tried on what I wanted and also try styles that would look best on me. She made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. She went above and beyond to make sure myself and my family had a great experience.

Jasmine was theeee BOMB! From her service, professionalism to selecting dresses that I envisioned, I can't express how awesome she was! She accommodated my family that traveled from Atlanta, was so much fun to work with and definitely made my experience top notch ! I can't wait to wear my dress! Dimitra also have beautiful dresses!

Bridal Dress Shopper

I was able to get an appointment immediately, and the woman I was able to work with, Kim, was outstanding! She truly listened to the vision I had for a dress, and fitted me perfectly. I ended up purchasing my wedding dress at my first stop! I cannot day enough about the service and customer satisfaction that I experienced here.

Dimitra had the perfect dress, better than I could have ever imagined! Jessica helped me choose the dress as well as making sure I tried different styles to make sure I had options! When I put my dress on I immediately knew we had found it and Jessica was there to celebrate with us!!

We worked with Jasmine at Dimitra and she was absolutely amazing to work with! She listened to what I wanted and had a variety of dresses for me to try on, she even had one my Dad had picked as his favorite. She made the whole experience of picking a dress so fun and special, her enthusiasm was contagious as I tried on the dresses. My dress actually came in only 2 months and she offered to keep it at the store until I needed to alter it. Every time we walked in for alterations we were greeted with a huge hello and a hug! Her advice on the veil was great and you can tell she really likes her job! If you go to Dimitra make sure to work with Jasmine!!

Wonderful wedding dress shopping! Service was so good we ended up getting my bridesmaid dresses' here as well. Very prompt and responsive! Much more personal than a David's Bridal experience.

Wonderful experience with Dimitras. They were very professional and listened as I described the perfect gown. It only took 3 dresses to try on when I found the one for me. They knew my body style and what I wanted and found the perfect dress for me. When the veil I ordered had not arrived before my bridal portraits, they let me borrow one for my pictures. They were very accommodating and I would highly recommend you give them a try.

I had an appointment with David's Bridal (the entire 21 minutes we were in there it went horrible) We decided to try this place down the road someone had mentioned. We walked into Dimitra Designs, told them we did not have an appointment but wanted to know if we could look around. They informed me that they were appointment only but they would see what they could do. Ten minutes later I was trying on dresses! Kim listened to what I wanted, she pulled dress after dress. Told me it was going to be okay, trying to offer any solution possible. Made me laugh when I was on the verge of tears. Finally finding THE dress! This place is professional and fun and caring and I would recommend them to anyone!! So glad I decided to try that place down the road that someone suggested!

ETA: My dress is also a little big on me in places and they called their seamstress in, on a Sunday, who lived 30-40 minutes away to reassure me my sleeves could be made to fit. They are literally amazing

Jessica and the team at Dimitra Designs was wonderful. I came in with a list of options and the first dress that I tried on was from my list. Jessica made me feel like a princess by asking how my hair was going to look and fixing it as close as she possibly could in the time allowed. She made sure I had accessories to add to the experience of picking out the perfect dress. She spent extra time with me, even after our appointment time was technically over, to make sure that I was taken care of. I ended up picking out the first dress I tried on! Dimitra allowed me to come and try on my dress, which was from the rack, not ordered, any time I needed to. The employees knew me by name any time I came to the shop. They also were wonderful with being accommodating to bridesmaids who were far away and couldn't come in for fittings. I would suggest Dimitra Designs for any bride looking for incredible service and beautiful gowns. They really are a class act. They know how to keep a stressed bride calm and comfortable!

After a 2 day dress hunt we traveled to SC to Dimitra's. It was tax free weekend so they weren't taking appointments, but the sales associates were floating around helping. After pulling dresses myself (and failing) Jessica came to help me and was a star!! If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have found my dress that day. Not only was she very knowledgable about the dress materials and fits, she gave me the confidence I needed to choose something I loved. I had some alterations made by Judy who was also wonderful and had my dress perfect at the first fitting. I couldn't have been happier!!

Dimitra Designs was great. They have a wonderful staff!! I worked specifically with Grace Gibson and she is INCREDIBLE! She has made the wedding dress process, bridesmaids dresses, grooms tuxes... everything so easy and simple. She has gone far out of her way to be helpful to me, and I would recommend her to anyone. She has been fabulous. We also had alterations done by Adrianna, and though I have not gone to my final fitting, she has done an incredible job. She was able to take the dress down 4 sizes and have it still look beautiful.

I was so impressed with Dimitra Designs. I started my bridal search there and found my dress after trying on only 3 dresses. Tierra was the associate helping me and I couldn't ask for a better person to help me find the dress of my dreams! I didn't end up buying my dress the day I tried it on, but I went back a few days later and ordered it. Tierra spent 2 hours with me and even took me back to the bridesmaids section and helped me pick out dresses. This store is amazing and I will recommend them to anyone!

I bought my bridal dress from Dimitra and am planning to get dresses for my bridesmaids and suits for the men. They did a great job helping me find my perfect dress. I also have a bridesman who I need in green, and they are helping me get exactly what I want. They asked all the right questions and worked hard to make sure I was not overwhelmed. The prices of the dresses are great; I was able to find the perfect dress and it was UNDER budget. The consultants are great at picking out exactly what you want and work hard to give you the best deals.

Dimitra Designs was a pleasure to work with. I bought my dress from them this weekend and was blown away by their professionalism and willingness to help. Jessica Williams, my consultant, listened to what I had envisioned for my wedding gown, and she brought me nothing short of what I wanted while also respecting my wedding budget. Unlike my consultant at David's Bridal, who copped an attitude whenever I disliked a dress she chose for me, Jessica was more than willing to make sure I found the "right" dress. I would recommend Dimitra 100 percent.

If you go to Dimitra, ask for Jessica. She was very helpful. When I told her there were only 4 months before my wedding, she was determined to find the perfect dress for me that day. I gave her an idea of what I was looking for. She brought me 3 dresses and told me to try on my favorite first. There was one that I loved! I tried it on and knew it was my dress. She understood my dream perfectly. I thought I would have to buy a floor model because of time, but they ordered me one and it was in in less than 2 weeks.
I can't speak on the alterations side yet.. we had some trouble communicating what I wanted at my first fitting... but I think they understood before I left. We will see on Wednesday...

I had such a great experience at Dimitra Designs! I actually just went in on a whim waiting for my appointment at another boutique. From the second I walked in, Jasmine was sweet and very receptive to what I wanted. She understood what I was looking for right away. So much in fact that the first dress I tried on was the one I purchased! She also worked with us to get the best price possible. She even went so far as to style my hair in a quick updo so that I could see what the veil looked like with my hair up!

I would recommend Dimitra Designs to any new bride. Jasmine was amazing!

Dimitra Designs provided excellent service as well as a positive overall experience for me. I am a very tall (6'1") plus size bride. It can be quite challenging for me to find dresses that are long enough, but since high school, Dimitra has always been able to deliver. My sales consultant, Olivia, did a great job and picked out great selections for me to try on. During my appointment, Dimitra actually came out and spoke to me, which made me feel really, really special. It was a great experience. Thank you all!

I didn't put as much effort into my wedding dress as I thought I would, but that's a relief because everything else we planned was very time consuming. We went the easy route by simply doing a google search and picking the top designer listed. Was not let down either! We discussed the types of dresses I like and designed my dress quickly from there. Dimitra really knows their stuff. I'm so happy with my dress!

Okay Ladies, I have used Dimitra for MULTIPLE pageant gowns and prom attire. Using her for my bridesmaid gowns and wedding gown was a no-brainer. I received EXCELLENT service from Jessica. She was so sweet and so flexible at my bridal consultation. We had scheduled to do my bridesmaids dresses then mine all in the same day. I tried on 3 gowns that were not in my price range, and I absolutely hated. Jessica went above and beyond to find me the dress that was half of my allotted budget and totally my style. The 4th dress I tried on was the keeper! I paid under what I wanted to for all accessories, and she even gave me a pair of matching earrings to wear on the day of. Jessica is fabulous, and Dimitra always has top of the line gowns for a great value.

By being asked, would you recommend this vendor to a friend?! - YES! I actually already have, and a recent bride friend of mine purchased her beautiful gown here as well. :)

I purchased my wedding dress from Dimitra's in Mach 2013. I found an Allure Cotoure gown online and could not find it anywhere so I attempted to try on other of their beautiful dresses, hoping that it would be similar to the one I had fallen in love with. Unfortunately, I didn't. I drove to Bridals by Lori in Atlanta and did not find half the selection of gowns as I did at Dimitra's so I went back! Dimitra's ending up ordering my dream dress for me at an incredible price, sight unseen, and it arrived in 2 weeks! And it was more beautiful in person! They did an incredible job with the whole process and would highly recommend to anyone!

They were great! The only problem I had was they steamed my dress and made it wrinkle! It looked terrible the day before the wedding! They said that they only did it add a courtesy and really weren't equipped to stream. It ended up working out. My dress was beautiful

I purchased my one of a kind gown over 3 years ago at Dimitra Designs. They carried a dress I had seen online and after trying it on, I absolutely hated it. After being a little bummed, they pulled a handful of dresses for me to try based on my body shape and I literally fell in love with the first one. My mother was in tears and I knew it was the one. After finally getting engaged, I worried about bringing the dress back for alterations but couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. They did a wonderful job on the alterations.

This store has a lot of variety and choices. They had tons of beautiful dresses for bridesmaids and brides. Also a tuxedo department. My consultant was great and more than helpful. My dress was ordered and in in a timely manner and was perfect!

Left feeling like a princess

I had such an amazing experience getting my wedding dress! The moment I walked in the door, I saw a dress and immediately said “I want to try on that dress”. It gave me all the butterflies and warm fuzzies. I could see myself walking down the aisle in that dress and my look was over.

I went in to Dimitra's the day after Thanksgiving in search of my perfect dress. I had "pinned" hundreds of dresses on my Pinterest wedding page and I had a pretty good idea of exactly what I was looking for. All lace and a big "floppy" bow draping down the back and flowing down the train. Jessica had helped my sister find her perfect dress the year before, so we went directly to her and I told her what I was looking for and she went to town pulling dress after dress off the racks. I tried on the first 2 dresses...which were exactly what my Pinterest page consisted of...and hated them. Jess then handed me a dress that I absolutely DID NOT want to try on. I couldn't be happier that I did. I honestly believe that she KNEW this would be my dress. It was all lace Justin Alexander 8557. I still HAD to have my bow--Jess worked with us and we ordered additional fabric that the sash was made of and had it sewn into the sides to make the most beautiful bow and draping ends down the back of the dress. The only reason I can't give a perfect rating is because when I began alterations, the lady asked me when I would like to come in for my final fitting/to pick up the dress and she said the date I picked was fine...I went in on the date and time that we set and put the dress on. The additional fabric for the bow had been sewn in, and the additional length had been taken up...but there were needles throughout the dress because they had not finished the bustle. I was a little disappointed, but luckily I still had 5 weeks. When I finally picked it up--it was beyond perfect!

I used Dimitra for both my wedding dress and my attendant's dresses. After having received rude service at another bridal store before coming here, I was very pleased that my mother and I were greeted with smiles. One of the workers helped with picking out the dresses, and she stayed with us until I was done trying on all the dresses. I fell in love with the very first dress I tried on, but the worker insisted having fun and trying on other dresses, which I did enjoy doing. After it all, I selected the first dress I had tried on. The dress (a one-of-a-kind valued at almost $1000) was on sale for $500. The dress fit great, only needed a small alteration around the shoulders. They have several dresses valued at over $2000+, but for those on a budget (like me) they still offer dresses beautiful enough to make the groom's jaw drop.

I have been to Dimitra's before they moved to their new location and said I would never go again. Everyone there was rude and not too interested in helping. When it was time for me to shop for my wedding dress I did not want to go there but after looking all day and not seeing what I wanted we finally went. The store is super organized - better than any other store in Greenville (we went to the ALL). I will suggest when you go to ask for Jessica. She was amazing and made everything worth while. I told her the style I was interested in and about our price range and she pulled about 10 - 12 dresses for me. She is the I talked to another lady at a different bridal salon and when they asked who helped me their response was she's what make the store. So happy with my wedding gown and all the help we got from Jessica. Everything arrived in a timely manager and it was prefect!

I absolutely loved my gown that I got from Dimitra. One of the consultants (Carol) actually listened to everything I said that I wanted in a wedding gown and brought out the exact one I ended up purchasing. The ladies in the alteration department were also very responsive and did a wonderful job adding the corset back that I wanted. I also needed to get it cleaned and steamed after my bridal portraits ( two months before the wedding) and they were able to get that done for me at a great price. They also kept my gown at the shop until the day before the wedding because I did not have a place to keep it where it would stay safe and not be seen by the groom.

Dimitra Designs has a very large selection of dresses that are very reasonably priced. The consultants are very out going and friendly. Best of all, they are not at all pushy. There was a mix up with my order, but they fixed it with plenty of time to spare. They even paid extra to have my dress shipped without the beading (they paid the company for the custom order because they had told me it would be free). The alterations were done well. Overall, I was very happy with my dress and their service. I even took my future sister-in-law there to get a dress, and they remembered me and were so excited to see my pictures. It's nice to work with people who clearly enjoy what they are doing.

I was very pleased with my Dimitra's experience purchasing my bridal gown. They had the exact gown I wanted in stock, in the right color and size, and I was the first to try it on! Better yet, it was on Black Friday so they had 20% off all gowns. I bought it and a veil the saleswoman recommended that day. They did a minor alteration to the length in the front and bustle in a timely fashion (less than a week). The bustle was sewn correctly, but unfortunately kept falling down the day of the wedding, but I don't think it was their fault. They also steamed my dress the week of the wedding and it looked great. My only complaint about them would be that I was sometimes left waiting for 5-10 minutes for someone to come help me when I first arrived. Overall good experience and I would recommend it!!

My consultant, Jasmine, was FABULOUS from start to finish! She was knowledgeable, responsive to my wishes and helped me select the dress of my dreams. I recommend her to anyone; she is amazing.

I will say that the Bridesmaids dept needs revamping amd better sales consultants. A consultant told us that she would be right with us and never returned; we had to go and find her! Also, their bridesmaid dress ordering is ridiculous; all the girls have to order at the same time and it takes months for the dresses to come! I can understand a longer wait for a bridal gown, but not a bridesmaid dress! Even though I fell in love with a bridesmaid dress there for my girls, we ended up using another vendor with less time/pricing restrictions.

Demitra Designs helped me find the perfect wedding dress. Their staff is very helpful and friendly. They also provided the bridesmaid dresses and Tuxedo rentals. We didn't have may problems. The only set back was them measuring and sizing one of my bridesmaids dresses to small. They were able to let it out and get the dress on her but she wasn't very comfortable in the dress which made me sad but they were friendly and helpful in fixing it. The alterations team is fantastic. They did a beautiful bustle for my dress and made sure that everything was perfect. Overall Demitra Designs is a great place to shop. They have a great team of people working there and plenty of dress/tuxedo options.

I would recomend this place to anyone! My consultant was Cory and he picked the PERFECT dress FOR ME! Not only do they have TONS OF BEAUTIFUL WEDDING GOWNS but I was able to get my bridesmaids, tuxedo, and even wedding invitations all at the same place. I had a younger girl help me the first time I looked there, and although she was helpful, she was not very bubbly and friendly as she should be for helping someone find the dress of their dreams for their wedding day. Jessica was extremely accommodating and after I described what I liked and disliked, she picked out beautiful dresses, exactly like I was looking for. She made sure I was comfortable and checked everything she told me so I would not get any false hopes or information. I had a great experience working with Jasmine as my bridal consultant. She spent a ton of time finding me exactly what I wanted and she was so nice and fun to work with. I ended up customizing a dress - I basically ordered one dress plain and they put the beading from another designer on my dress. Dimitra was willing to do whatever I wanted. You can end up with a fully custom dress which is not something I found at other bridal stores. Their alterations department did a great job getting the dress to fit me perfectly. The store often seems disorganized (especially on a weekend, it often felt crazy in there) and they did not have a great accessories selection. I was also a little annoyed that I found a bunch of wedding dresses I liked on their website, then found out that they don't carry them in the store. But the dress that I bought from them was beautiful and was one-of-a-kind for a reasonable price.

The day started out a little rough as we arrived for a 1PM appointment time for me to try on bridal gowns. They informed us the lady who would be helping me was running about 30 minutes behind. We decided to go browse some bridesmaids gowns in the meantime. 45 minutes later my MOH went to find out what the hold up was. Apparently her prior appointment had run long. While frustrating made me feel better that the consultant would spend plenty of time to make sure I found the gown that was best for me.

When we finally got started I described what I had looked at previously at a different store and somewhat liked. She went to pull a few gowns. When she came back most of the ones she pulled were similar to what I described but she had in mind a dress she thought would look good for me and she wanted me to try on. Needless to say she definitely knew what I wanted before I did. Her pick was the first dress I tried on and she was absolutely right. It was amazing! Not to be that one who picks the first dress then has buyers remorse she helped me into about 4-5 other gowns but I always kept coming back to the first gown. Needless to say I said yes to the dress and haven't looked back!

Jasmine was wonderful to work with and I would totally recommend her to anyone else who's considering Dimitra's for dress shopping. We will be going back for bridesmaids dresses!

I purchased my wedding dress here and it was an amazing experience for me and the alteration process here was also very easy! I also had my bridesmaids order from here and there were a few problems with ordering the wrong sizes dresses so my girls had to get a lot of alterations done which cost them extra money. our groomsmen also rented from them and the only problem we had was that they order the wrong shirts and the guys had to wait another day, the Wednesday before our wedding to pick up their suits.

I had a great experience at Dimitra's! My consultant, Jessica, was fantastic, and I found my dream dress. She listened to my price range. Alterations went well for me. I had an initial fitting and a final fitting and was pleased with the work that was done. They worked with me to have everything done before my bridal portraits!

The service for the tux rental process was awesome! We did not have an appointment, and we simply wanted to venture and inquire about prices and what the store would be willing to do for us, but we loved them so much we ended up staying and figuring out exactly what we wanted and ordered that day!

I'm shocked by some of the poor feedback Dimitra's received in previous ratings. I was in a horrible situation due to another dress shop in town closing down 2 months before my wedding and Dimitra literally saved the day. I found a dress I loved for a very reasonable price less than 2 months before my wedding. Unfortunately, there was no time to order one in my size, so I bought the floor model. The floor model was a size 10. I am a size 0. The alterations ladies are pure genius! The dress ended up looking like it was my size from the very beginning and I received so many compliments on it. All in all it was truly a great experience and I would recommend it to any future brides. They have a wonderfully unique selection for any price range and nice people helping you out.

After trying on dresses at a few other bridal salons, I found my dress at Dimitra Designs. They have a great selection at various price points. My bustle ended up completely breaking at the reception. The alterations team was great, but I wish the bustle had been a little more sturdy.

My dress fitting went awesome!!! It was more than I could have EVER asked for! They catered to me and listened to what I needed! After we paid for the dress, everything changed. I wasn't waited on like I was before. When my dress came back it was PERFECT!!!! It was gorgeous and the fitting was perfect! The only "fitting" that had to be done was just to bustle up the train, which I thought was way too expensive for something so simple.

The bridesmaid dresses were way too big! A lot of altering for every person in my bridal party. I would def. recommend anyone to go to Dimitra's. The BEST thing to do is to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!

Loved the help I received finding my wedding dress! It was perfect and Leah was amazing. I felt that my business was important to them when purchasing my dress and bridesmaids dresses.

We had a few issues when it came to alterations. My mom was rudely dismissed when she brought her dress in to be altered. My mom bought her dress elsewhere but wanted to take our business back there since they had been so wonderful with my dress. They told her they had too many prom dresses backed up and she would have to go somewhere else (2 months before the wedding). We had booked an appointment for my pregnant sister to have a last minute alteration and if we hadn't gone in with my mom's dress we never would have known that they would not honor my sister's appointment either, they had her in the appointment book but had no intent to call us.

We also tried to rent tuxes there. After waiting for 30 minutes while several associates walked by and ignored us we just left and went to Men's Warehouse (who were amazing!)

I would definitely recommend Dimitra for your wedding dress but skip the alterations and tuxes there, especially around prom.

I loved working with Jessica and Jasmine but the alterations were horrible and came out of the suits the week after the wedding and were not ready on time. However, I did love my dress!

Beautiful dresses. Would not have wanted anything else. They tend to be a little pricy though. The people who work here are not very friendly. Espically the owner. They are not willing to work with you or bridesmaids about payment plans. SO if you have college age bridesmaids, you may want to go somewhere else! they want their money for sure!

I purchased my dress and veil from Dimitra. The attendant I had was great, she provided great service...really helped me find the perfect dress. I had some issues when the dress arrived, with it not looking exactly like the one i'd tried on, and when i talked to the manager i found them to be Very strict with their No return policy even though the dress was not the same. Things ended up turning out...but they were not customer friendly.

The store definitely has a lot of dresses, but mostly specializes in pageants and proms. Only one woman on staff was polite and prompt.

We purchased our bridesmaids' dresses from Dimitra's. I took 3 girls with me, and we essentially just pulled every dress we thought might work and tried them all on until we found one we all liked, which didn't really involve much service. Once it was time to order the dresses, the consultants were very helpful, and they provided all the information we needed. The dresses were delivered in 2 months instead of 4, which was great!

My only complaint about Dimitra's is that they claimed they had a "layaway" program where you could pay $100 deposit and then make payments over time; however, every time I called to ask about it, the story was always different...or the consultant I was speaking to had no idea what I was talking about. Just make sure all your girls can pay off their dresses before they order them, or it's going to be a mess.

I loved the dress that I bought. I ended up special ordering my dress as the top was like one dress I tried on and the bottom like a different dress I tried on. It was risky since it was mine as soon as I ordered it even if I didn't like it once it came in. The only complaint I have is that during the wedding the strap they had altered at the shoulder starting popping the stitches. And the dress should have been about an inch or so shorter as I almost tripped a few times during the night as it kept catching under my feet as I walked. Lastly, I would highly recommend to any future bride to use the sticky tape (forget the brand name) that is used to hold clothes to your skin. Someone gave me a strip half way through and it kept the shoulder strap in place as it had been slipping off several times throughout the evening. Wish that had been something Dimitra would have recommended.

Dimitra Designs has a great selection of dresses, but that's about it. I didn't have a great experience with them when I had to go there for a bridesmaids dress when I was in friends wedding. I was a little hesitant to send my bridesmaids there, but I did. I should have looked for the dress somewhere else. They encouraged the girls to order their dress too big then they had to pay a fortune to get the dress altered.

My first interaction with Dimitra Designs was not good. I had called numerous times about a gown and was told I would receive a call back but never did. After about five of these exchanges I called to tell them that they would no longer be receiving my business because of the poor service. That was when I spoke to Jessica Williams, the Senior Bridal Consultant. Jessica apologised profusely for their failure to call me and ensured she would do whatever it took to get me the dress I wanted and to make sure it looked perfect for my wedding day. Jessica is the only reason I went from not giving them my business to getting my gown, alterations, bridesmaids dresses and alterations, and headpiece from their salon. As a plus, I ordered my dress on tax free weekend and got it at a SIGNIFICANTLY lower price because of it. They have a wonderful selection and the staff is all very friendly, it just seems that their communication is lacking. If you are looking here for your wedding gown, I would strongly suggest to speak directly with Jessica from the first interaction. Hopefully it will make your experience better all around.

I purchased my wedding dress and all of the bridesmaid dresses here. On my dress I told them my budget and every dress they brought to me was well over that price, but I did fall in love with one and ended up paying double what my budget was. I am very glad that I did though. I had a beach wedding on St. Simon's island and after the wedding so many random people on the beach were stopping and telling me how beautiful the dress was and taking pictures. The only real problem I had was with my bridal party. We all met and went to pick out their dresses together. They all find their perfect dresses and pay for them. We leave and a month later one of my girls has to back out, I find a replacement for her and we go get her dress. She pays, and we are getting ready to leave, and the sales lady tells me there was a problem with one of the dresses. Tired out my sisters dress had been discontinued for a couple of months. A month after she has paid for it we are finding out that she has to pick another dress. She found one, but was not nearly as happy with it as are was with the first. Overall still better than any experience I have ever had with David's Bridal. And my new husband loved my dress, and said he was glad I spent the extra money.

I bought my dress here and I love it! The consultant who assisted me when I tried on dresses was great. However, it took over 3 months for my veil to come in and they could not give me any sort of time frame when I ordered it (good thing I didn't wait!). I would also not recommend getting your alterations done here. I went elsewhere and they did it for faster and cheaper than what Dimitras quoted me.

Lady that helped us with finding a dress was excellent! She was attentive to our attention to detail. She did an excellent job with the measurements for ordering. The dress fit like a glove, except for the length, but that is to be expected, she is only 4'11. Now the alterations were another story. The first fitting was a disaster, the seamstress was rude and not helpful at all. When my daughter was picked up the dress to have the bridal portraits made, the alterations were terrible. The gown looked like a two year old had hemmed it. We were very displeased. I called immediately and complained. The gown was taken back again and repaired a little better and a couple of more items were corrected also. Then they wanted to charge us for holding charge for keeping the gown an extra week. I was furious, needless to say we did NOT pay. Would I buy another gown from them? NO!

now the ladys here were very nice and i did not get my dress until febuary and the wedding was in may. they did the alterations farily quick and the ladys on the floor were trying to give me all kind of tips to make the day go smooth. my only complaint was the thursday before the wedding i was picking up my dress nad i decided to get a veil. when i asked for some help in picking one for the dress she brought me one that cost 150 dollars and was way over the top. i tried to explain i wanted simple like a plain veil with no beads she started acting like i was bothering her and said they did not have that when i started to say how could you not have a plain one she said she was goign to get the owner. well my mom for a plain veil for 50 dollars and it was just what i wanted no thanks to the ladys attitue which almost had me in tears
