Memorable!

We had D.J. John at our ceremony. A+ for all aspects of services. Dimensions in Sound 100% delivers on their promises. A noteworthy mention includes they had slight (completely unnoticeable to myself and our guests) technical difficulties. We didn't even notice ANY issues and we were offered a partial refund. Honestly and professionalism.

Best Dj, Team and Prices Ever!!

When me and my then fiance were looking for a Dj for our wedding we were at a loss due to the fact that EVERYONE charged an additional arm and a leg to add ceremony services to a package. Also, we had a very diverse guest count with different age groups
that really didn't classify as a group lol We found John and it was by far the best deal we've gotten from anything wedding related. We felt like we owed him with all the services he includes with his packages! We met with John and Tony and it felt like an elephant left my chest after we left our first meeting. They answered all our questions, we seen videos of previous events and they gave suggestions for games to get the guests entertained before dinner. Days before the wedding i was so scattered brain, indecisive and changed my mind on so many songs and nothing was a problem they updated everything immediately and assured me that everything would be fine. I didn't feel like they were a vendor i felt like they were FAMILY. The patience, thorough communication, suggestions and support was more than expected. Anyway enough about them. The day of we had John, Tony and Rico and you better believe they had backup upon backup upon backup! They came early to set up and greet us. Once the reception started people were non stop dancing. Dancing, dancing, dancing dancing. Their light shows was a huge hit as well. They did such a great job people didn't want to leave when it was over because the music was so good!! Phenomenal! I'm still getting text msgs telling me about how good the playlist were. And honestly that was all John, Tony and Rico's doing. I can't thank them enough for truly making the day amazing!! Remember music is utmost important when it comes to a party and you will be ecstatic and astonished when you choose Dimensions in sound!!!

Awsome Dj's to work with

When we started looking for DJ's we ended up meeting them using face time to do the interview. John & Tony DJ my wedding at they were awesome DJ's to work with. The dance floor was packed all night and we got great compliments about there music. we would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks John & Tony for making our special day.

Our DJ Aaron was awesome and a lot of fun to work with!! We had two phone calls with him prior to the wedding, and he was super helpful in making suggestions. The dance floor was packed ALL NIGHT, and he was great on being flexible to make sure the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all flowed smoothly based on how everything was going the day of. Thanks for being a part of our big day!

THEY WERE GREAT! TONY IS THE BEST DJ EVER! THIS GUY WAS SO NICE AND PLAYED EVERY SONG WE WANTED AND SOME WE DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR. EVERYBODY HAD FUN! FROM THE SENIORS TO THE TEENERS EVERYONE GOT A SONG. John did my wedding for me in July...He had the whole reception entertained..He was very patient with me.(I was bridezilla) He played all of my requested music..The light show he has is amazing.I would highly recommend him and I'm definitely using him again...Thank you John for a amazing night and putting up with me...

Even tho he is in a wheelchair dont be fooled he knows what he's doing. Played every song we requested. Orderly and timely manner too. Even when other people requested songs he played them too. All in all was a great time..

I would strongly recommend if you are looking for right people at the right price with excellent service for DJ/music and photo booth for your wedding these are the people to hire!! I explained what I wanted and they totally came through and more. They were awesome to work with and I shopped around, they definitely were a great price. You want this special day to be just right and for your family and friends to have fun and that is exactly what was had.

Aaron did a great job at our reception! Everyone had a great time and he kept them dancing all night long. He played a nice mix of music, including plenty of songs from our personal list. He was easy to work with and made sure we met a couple times to go over all of the details for our special day. We couldn't have asked for a better night. I would definitely recommend Dimensions In Sound to DJ your wedding, and the price was right, too! Thanks again Aaron!

Erin did my wedding on April 4, 2014. He was unbelievably amazing. He isn’t your average DJ that just plays music; he actually took the time to interact with our guests. I would say that my husband and I aren’t the most creative so it was nice that he came up with great ideas to spice up the wedding. We had told him that my father in law is a huge Beatles fan. He remembered that and suggested that they do their entrance to one of their songs, as well as gave him a compilation of Beatles songs on a CD. I feel like he went above and beyond our expectations, between the music, the creativity, mc’ing, and lighting; We could have not asked for anything better. Everything was so great and ran smoothly, I highly recommend this company! All our guests were raving about him after the wedding.

My (now) husband and I are very happy with the job Dimensions in Sound did at our wedding. Our DJ was Erin and he was nice, accommodating, friendly and extremely prompt and professional throughout the planning process and of course on the day as well! Dimensions in Sound was affordable and for the quality of work we received, we'd consider it a steal! I would definitely recommend this company if you want a quality DJ service!"

Easy-Going, Professional, Affordable, and Fun. We had our ceremony at Brookfield zoo, which meant there were several different locations that the DJ would have to set-up. Not only were they able to accommodate this, they did it so quickly, you would have never known they moved. Erin was our DJ and he was very energetic and kept the crowd entertained. Perfect during the ceremony, not a second late on anything. Several guests commented that the playlist during the dinner was the most fun soundtrack they have heard at a wedding. Kept all of our guests informed on location changes, instructions, and kept all of the guests entertained throughout the night. Any request we had, Erin made sure to accommodate. Even went out of his way to make sure the lighting at the venue was perfect for the first dance. Highly Recommend!

John and Tony were wonderful. From the beganing John was such a pleasure to deal with. His rate was very fair and affordable for the quality of service. He went out of his way to accomodate our various requests and made the whole process easy. At our reception they were awesome. They had all the songs we requested, All my guest danced non stop. Both of the guys were so nice to us. Always encourage us to dance and keeping the party jumping. Tony made the evening very special by selecting and dedicating a song for my husband and i from my native philippines. I was not expecting that. He even talk to us in our language. Amazing. It really touch me and my family. They also brought some incredible lazor light show. I cant belive i can have that at this kind of reasonable price. John and Tony all i can say is THANK YOU SO MUCH,. MARAMING SALAMAT! I will be recommending you to all my friends.

john and tony were great, it was my wifes 50th bday, they took the time to find and play all the songs from the 80's that we love and manage to mix in some current songs. even played some real oldies for my parents. most of all they were extremely nice. tony really encouraged the guests to dance and made sure everyone brought their request to them. we never stopped dancing. to top it all off they played a love song for the last dance and my wife and i danced. it was amazing. i cant say enough about these guys. thanks so much. you made a special day perfect for us.

My aunt and uncle asked me to find a DJ and I was referred to John by a good friend. John was extremely professional, and couldn't have been nicer. My aunt and uncle emailed John with a short playlist of songs from their era. John responded back with a playlist full of their songs and songs that they had forgotten. They were so thankful and everyone at their party loved John and Dimensions in Sound. The party was a huge success and my aunt and uncle still thank me.

We got married this past May and let me tell you our DJ John Dineen made our night special for us. His professionalism was the finest I have ever seen. The music was outstanding and he got in every one of our requests no matter what genre it was. The laser show was spectacular, probably the finest I have ever seen. Overall the night was a huge success and my family and friends are still talking about it. My wife and I are so happy we made the choice to go with Dimensions in Sound!!!!!!

I would surely recommend Dimensions in Sound to all of my friends and family for their events.

They paid VERY particular attention to specific songs my husband and I requested.

**The entrance and announcement of our wedding party was phenomenal. **

The music selection was immense, the staff was friendly, professional, and even interacted with the kids to keep them happy and dancing.

The lazer show was awesome and the floor was packed all night.

This dj company is awesome! They have an amazing laser show and an awesome selection of music. They worked with me to create a personalized playlist that had the dance floor packed the entire night. I actually ended up booking this DJ company because I heard them at my cousins wedding and literally NO ONE LEFT THE DANCE FLOOR!!! They were SO great with communication throughout the whole wedding process. They were VERY organized and I didn't need to worry about ONE thing on my wedding day (which is so nice b/c if you're a bride, you know you have enough on your mind). My brother's fiance actually asked me for the DJ information that night so that they could use them for their wedding!! I'm not kidding- the dance floor was PACKED all night!!! I HIGHLY recommend them. DJ's determine your night (I think) and they are definitely worth it (AND very reasonably priced)!

We had the best experience with John & Chris! They were so accomodating with all requests that we had for our wedding, they we also wonderful with last minute changes we had. We gave them some guidelines for types of music we wanted played during different points in the evening but let them choose the actual playlists. Our guests LOVED the music. They couldn't stop talking about how awesome the songs were and perfect for the evening. They were professional and courteous throughout the whole eveving. We whould highly recommend them!

We worked with John on all the planning prior to our wedding and he was wonderful- very organized and always replied to my emails quickly. The actual DJ at the reception was Chris and he truly did an awesome job. He was very professional and knew exactly how to time things/music so that the party flowed very smoothly. At the beginning he played little "games" to get people to warm up and know each other. He played all of our requested songs and also made some super selections that fit perfectly with the atmosphere. Our guests and we had a great time because of the great music. The timing of events such as the bouquet/garter toss, cake cutting, etc. was perfect and everything was wonderful. We hired John/Chris for 5 hours, but when the five hours were up and the party was not yet over, Chris was more than happy to stay longer and worked with us on the pricing for the extra hour. We would very, VERY highly recommend Dimensions in Sound to anyone for a wedding. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR WEDDING AWESOME!

I just really want to thank Dimensions in Sound's John Dineen and his partner Jason for making my wedding amazing. Looking for a DJ can be hard and pricey and John worked with our budget and still provided above and beyond performance. He made changes to help me have things the way I wanted, downloaded songs I wanted that he didn't have, and really helped move along each special part of the night along such as first dances, bridal dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, and etc. Everyone still talks about how amazing the music was...everyone from young to old enjoyed their music selections (I didn't give them a play list) and they did better than I could ever!! I highly recommend this company above anyone else! Thank you John and Jason for making my wedding one memorable moment and party!!!!

The DJ was PHENOMENAL!!!
I gave him a list of what songs I wanted and it was like he read my mind as far as timing and the flow of how I wanted the ceremony/reception music to go. He was very flexible with requests from my guests. I was unbelievably impressed with the service. I would absolutely recommend Dimensions in Sound to others and would love to hire them in the future if the need for a DJ should arise.

Everyone had a great time at our wedding! John and Erin kept the party going all night long. The lighting they supplied was fantastic! Add that to the sound system and it made us feel like we were at our own personal dance club. They were very attentive and went out of their way to make sure we were having a good time. We appreciated how they "customized" our wedding, from our entrances down to our last dance. We were very happy we decided to go with Dimensions in Sound.

omg we had so much fun...I don't think I remember if the dance floor was emty at any time...oh on 2 occasions..bride n groom n mother son dance..but other than that everyone was dancing n everyone kept coming up to me n my hubby saying it was the best wedding ever...I'm sure the dj was the reason...plus they also went along with the halloween theme and dressed up..totallly would hire them again for any upcoming events...

I booked John to DJ my December wedding sometime in July. I must say that I was extremely pleased with the service he provided me. He was punctual, professional, and very well organized. He kept our wedding moving right along and the music he played was great. My guests were dancing until the end of the night, and they all seemed to have a good time. It was a very positive experience and I was very satisfied with the service Dimensions and Sounds provided.

We could not have been more pleased with DJ John! We received so many compliments on him. He also does lights for a very reasonable fee. My room looked so elegant & fun. We plan on using him again for our sister-in-law's wedding.

Great Value!

We highly recommend Dimensions in Sound! We used them for DJ services (both for ceremony and reception), photo booth services, and uplighting. The price was extremely reasonable compared to other vendors, and we were so happy with the outcome! They did a great job of playing what we wanted (and not playing anything on our do not play list) while also reading the room! The dance floor was packed all night and so many guests complimented the music!

Erin did a great job with both mc-ing our reception and making sure our guests got out on the dance floor. He met with us a few weeks out and was very helpful in providing thoughts about how to structure our timeline, announcing food for special diets, etc. He even helped us locate our ceremony exit music. We had a pretty do-it-yourself wedding and appreciated his independence and willingness to help however he could. We felt Dimensions in Sound provided excellent service at a great value, and we'd definitely recommend them.

John my DJ was the absolute best.he kept everyone at my reception excited and dancing the night away, we really enjoyed Johns talent and knowledge of music. I would definitely book John services again.

Erin was the DJ for our wedding and was great! Kept the dance floor packed all night and very willing to change a song or play a song we wanted at the last minute!

We used Dimensions in Sound for our wedding (10.20.12). It was awesome. Erin was super flexible and kept our guests entertained. He was even ok with adding all the songs we wanted to our dinner playlist. Not to mention how affordable it was. We were very happy with our choice and would not hesitate to use them again. A real sound choice

My husband and I had a great experience with Dimensions in Sound. Erin was our DJ and he was absolutely fantastic. We added on karaoke and it was a blast! Highly recommend!

Overall, we were pleased with our DJ. However, a few times during the night, the music stopped for a few seconds. They did not play the correct song for our cake cutting (didn't realize until after the honeymoon so not a big deal). They seemed a bit disorganized and did not follow my timeline as directed. They were very easy to work with and were very accomodating for our musical choices. They are very reasonable for pricing - can pick and choose things you want. No specific packages which is nice if you are trying to save money. Very good response time for messages - usually same day response.

Bailed the night before our wedding

I am so upset and heartbroken to have to write this review. My fiance, and now husband, had spoken with John numerous times in preparation for our wedding. We had spent a lot of time choosing the perfect songs and we were looking forward to having all of our songs played as planned. The night before our wedding, we texted the main dj to remove a song from our ceremony. He responded by saying he wouldn't be at our wedding. I honestly don't know if he would have even let us know if we hadn't texted him. We received no phone call or text but assumed it must have been an emergency situation for him to bail on our wedding last minute. He assured us that we would be taken care of by 2 other djs from his company. It was very clear that the other djs had not been prepared by John. As soon as the ceremony began, all of the songs that were played were incorrect. The backup dj ran up to me, right before I was about to walk down the aisle to tell me to pick a new song because the ones I previously picked hadn't been downloaded. This causes so much anxiety for me and took away the vision I had for myself. None of our requested ceremony songs were played. At the reception, my grandmother's name was announced incorrectly before our blessing and all of our entrance songs were wrong. Later, we found out John decided to book tickets for a personal event, knowing it fell on the same day as our wedding. I was so appalled to hear this and it really took away from a day that my Husband and I had been looking forward to our entire lives. We did get our money refunded, but no amount of money can take back those moments we were looking forward to for our wedding. My husband is active duty military and we have been long distance for 3 years. Every couple looks forward to their wedding, but for us it was so much more than that. My husband was so disappointed he couldn't even eat his meal. We are obviously happy to be married, but this really took away from our day. We really trusted John and are so upset. He really let us down and I really hope no other couple has to go through what we did.
