We hired Digital DJ to provide music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. They had us and our guests dancing all night! The photo booth and up lighting was an added bonus! We were able to take home a book with pictures and notes from our wedding guests that night along with all the images we can digitally upload. Couldn't be happier for our experience with Digital DJ. -

Working with Shannon and his team was such a great experience. He and his team were very professional and fun. I wanted more of a party than a wedding ceremony and explained my vision, and he really brought it to life and even gave me a book and USB of all the photo booth photos at the end of the evening. It was perfect. I highly recommend him!!!! -

I highly recommend Digital DJ ! We worked closely with Shannon since last year for our wedding even after the cancellation .
He sent DJ Jeff who did a phenomenal job , very enthusiastic and kept the party going . All you can ask for very personable and always asking the couple if everything was going good . 5 stars -

Shannon was everything we were looking for in a DJ - experienced, professional, energetic, and ready to get the party started! From the online portal provided for creating our reception playlist, to the pre-wedding planning phone call, and all the details in between, we felt truly listened to and taken care every step of the way. Not only this, but in having to postpone our wedding a year due to COVID, Shannon was incredibly flexible in making sure our wedding day was worry-free and full of the music we love! Thank you! -

ABSOLUTELY the BEST!!! COVID-19 ruined all of our plans for our wedding but Shannon did everything he could to still come thru for us. Still did our sound for ceremony and my songs for girls and I to walk down the isle too!! We had to change gears and move everything home to a small ceremony at our house and Shannon was there for us thru it all!! -

Shannon and his team were simply wonderful during this whole process. We had an Indian wedding and asked Shannon to accommodate to the music, which he did, with ease. He had the party going and gracefully dealt with my crazy family members. His photo booth attendants were so, so nice and were really thoughtful about our memory booth and helping people take photos. I would recommend Shannon and team to any couple! -

We stumbled upon Shannon, and Digital DJ, mostly by chance. We had originally had our hearts set on, and recruited a different DJ. It ended up that he and his fiancé found out they were expecting their second child, and her due date was the day after our wedding. Understandably, that would have taken precedence over our wedding. So, we were tasked with finding someone else. We reached out to our other vendors, who were great resources, and we were given Shannon’s name by multiple people. He came highly recommended, and was well known in the wedding community. We discovered he had even worked at our wedding venue before, and with some of our other vendors, which was a huge bonus. Knowing that he was familiar with our reception space, and could work well with everyone else was very reassuring. We (mostly me, being the worrier) were in constant communication, and he was always extremely prompt with responses. Any question I had, he had an answer. If he didn’t know the answer himself, he reached out to his fellow vendors in the wedding community, and found it for us. Even with last minute changes (mere days before our wedding), he rolled with the punches, and was was nothing but accommodating to our change of mind. We had put together a pretty decent list of preferred, do not play, and guest request songs. It turned out OUR preferences weren’t exactly getting our guests excited, and out on the dance floor. But Shannon brings his A-game. He was able to swiftly read our crowd, and switch gears, so that the dance floor was full. And THAT is precisely what we hired him to do; throw a party that all of our guests would enjoy. Our family and friends still come up to us, and say what a fun wedding it was. I firmly believe that things happen for a reason, and this is a perfect example. We came upon Shannon by total chance, and he more than surpassed our hopes, and expectations. We can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience, and have no hesitation about saying you can put your full trust, and confidence in Shannon’s services. Do yourself a favor, and get some piece of mind by hiring Digital DJ. -

We were lucky to have DJ Ron Stoppable dj our Pink Party celebration to the launch the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Northern VT walk. He kept the party going with energetic tunes. We also got to work with DJ B-RY who ran the photo booth for the walk. People really enjoyed the photos. Would highly recommend. They were both super accommodating and easy to work with. -

Digital DJ- Reading the dance floor so you don't have to.
It was no contest that we were hiring Shannon as our DJ. He is a trusted family friend. Our all around experience with Shannon was superb. He is affordable, flexible, and responsive. He knows exactly how to read a room. My husband and I are hands off kind of people. We left Shannon to his devices on our wedding day and it was the best decision. Feel free to set him loose. You will not be disappointed. GET THE PHOTO BOOTH! The photo booth was the absolute favorite of everyone who attended the wedding. It is well worth it. His wife Michele ran the booth for us and she was fun and attentive. Planning a wedding is daunting. Shannon's DJ service was simple to navigate and was by far one of the easiest parts to planning our wedding. I would give more than 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend Digital DJ and would hire them again. -

Digital DJ is absolutely the DJ you need for your perfect wedding day! Shannon worked with me to create a day of timeline weeks in advance that included so much detail and even listed the songs he would play at each step! Shannon kept my crowd dancing, and even impromptu played "Time of our lives" for groom when he decided to fly each of our guests in his best dirty dancing impression. Michelle did a fantastic job running our photo booth, and created a wonderful keepsake memory book with copies of the photos and messages from each guests! Bonus, they provide you with a usb drive of every photo as well! If you're looking for professionalism, passion, and experience- this power couple are who you NEED!

Hiring Shannon & Digital DJ was one of the best decisions we made! He was incredibly responsive and helpful during the planning process. The online portal made information and preference exchange simple. He was willing to chat with our ceremony’s live music performers and answer their audio-related questions. He even helped me located a rentable popcorn machine to use at the wedding when I was having trouble finding one! On the wedding day, everything went flawlessly. The acoustics and mics during our outdoor ceremony were perfect and heard by everyone. We loved the music played during the cocktail hour and dinner. He really understood the vibe we wanted to set during these times. The announcements were smooth and professional and he demonstrated flexibility on the spot during some last minute timeline changes. And, most importantly, the dance floor was SO much fun! Everyone is still commenting about it. -

It was so easy to work with Shannon - he was very responsive to our inquiries and amazingly accommodated our last minute request to provide microphones and amps for the ceremony. He had everyone on the dance floor in a heat wave in a room with no air conditioning and even indulged my dad when he lead a one more song chant at the very end fo the night! -

Digital DJ was outstanding! Shannon was our DJ and did an exceptional job. We received many compliments from guests on just how excellent he was. The music played was exactly what we could have hoped for. He did a great job balancing requests from guests and our requests during the planning process. We even had guests who commented that it felt like Shannon was a long time family friend that just happened to be our DJ and that they would’ve liked to invite him to their table to just sit and chat. I've officiated over 500 weddings and worked with lots of professional and friend-of-the-couple DJ in the state. While I know how to work with them all, it is such a joy and much easier to collaborate with a pro like Shannon.
If your wedding has more than 50 guests, the sound system and a skilled person managing is necessary. To be heard your officiant will need amplification that is clear and set at the right levels. Music needs to be timed and transitions should be smooth as to not distract.
Shannon has been the DJ for several weddings I've officiated. He is stands out as one of the best. When I arrive and see him as the DJ, I breath a sigh of relief. Shannon is smart and skilled.
As an example, recently I officiated at Echo Lake Aquarium by the water. Minutes before the ceremony, 50' away the Spirit of Ethan Allen - a three floored ship - started its huge engines and let a thousand rowdy people board. Shannon worked with me to make sure the wedding quests could hear me and the beautiful songs the couple had chosen. The processional and recessional music was timed perfectly.
I move around a lot during the ceremony, officiating part of the wedding in the aisle so the couple wasn't looking into the sun. Shannon did an outstanding job with all this thrown at him AND he was gracious and even cheerful.
Lastly, Digital DJ sound equipment is excellent. They have wireless clip mics! Unlike less experienced DJs who have big black microphones on black stands. I can work with those too, I think you will be happier when your photographer delivers your wedding photos to you minus a bunch of black mic equipment near your faces in the pictures.

Shannon of DigitalDJ was AMAZING
Shannon and Digital DJ were amazing to work with! Shannon was very easy to work with and his communication skills were on point! He even called a week before the wedding to confirm all the details with us! The dance floor was full the whole night and all our guests keep telling us how much fun they had! We will certainly be using Shannon and Digital DJ for future music needs! Thank you Dhannon for helping make our wedding celebration perfect -

I was nervous using only online reviews to choose such an important part of our wedding, but as we were wedding planning from a distance (living in Missouri and having our wedding in Vermont) we were not able to meet in person with any DJs. However, I had no reason to be nervous. Shannon was very quick to respond to our questions via email and was very easy to work with. Our DJ was Morrell Bunbury (DJ Bun), and he was awesome! He did the music for our ceremony and reception. The week of our wedding, we changed a few things (father-daughter dance song, bridesmaid and groomsmen intro songs) and it was no problem for Morrell. He was at the venue very early to get set up, and every song for the ceremony was just as we planned it and perfect. The reception music was awesome, and Morrell did a great job reading the crowd to keep people up and dancing. He also made sure to use edited versions of songs, which I really appreciated. My husband has had some bad experiences with DJs in the past, so he was nervous in general about the music and how everything would go, and he thought Morrell did a great job and actually gave him a hug at the end of the night! Morrell definitely changed Adam's opinions on DJs! I can't say enough good things about Shannon and Morrell. You will be very happy if you use them for your wedding!

Shannon did a great job balancing the songs that we wanted, feeling the room’s vibes, and just generally kept everybody on the dance floor from the beginning of our reception up until our last song !! We highly recommend shannon from digital dj if you want to have a great time dancing with friends and family on your wedding day, our feet hurt but our hearts are happy !

He understood our needs, our likes and dislikes and he gave us exactly what we wanted .... an amazingly good time!!!! Shannon literally hit it out of the park for us. He covered the ceremony music as well as the reception. We received so many compliments on how perfectly suited the music was from cocktail hour through the entire party. Our dance floor was NEVER empty. Shannon accommodated everyone including the 23 (yes 23) under 12 year old guests we had. We had line dances for our flower girls, a Beat It dance off for all of our guests and an all around great tune. Shannon is a pro through and through. You will not be disappointed if you hire Digital DJ -

Not only were they great to work with leading up to the wedding (Shannon was very responsive and helped to answer all our questions), but DJ Rousseau was wonderful the night-of. They have a very helpful sheet you fill out beforehand of all your must-play and don't play songs as well as the list of your mother/father dances - it helps to make things very pain free on the big day. DJ helped to keep the crowd going and energized and even re-played a favorite song of mine when I missed it the first time.
I also got their photobooth package and would HIGHLY recommend it. Not only does it make a great addition to a wedding, but they give you a very nice book with all the guest's photos and messages (and on a flash drive as well). They had a great selection of props and had a very friendly and helpful staff. The guests loved it!!
You're in good hands with Digital DJ - so much fun! -
