Perfect engagement ring!

I went during a wedding event and the service was amazing. I had no idea what I was looking for in a ring and my sales person, Joanna, was super helpful, even with all the commotion going on. She helped me find the ring of my dreams and answered all of my questions. We'll definitely be back for the matching wedding band!

Excellent customer service very flexible

We went to diamonds direct on the recommendation of an acquaintance. We had only been in Raleigh for 4 months and had been to other jewelers in Maryland were we had just relocated from. We had pretty much realized we would have to go to NY or online to get the quality and price we wanted in a ring. DD surprised us, we are quite knowledgeable about diamonds so they did not need to educate us at all and they were surprised by how clear and specific we were. Our sales person Tessa actually had to order the stones that we were interested in because they did not have what we wanted in the store. We came back a week after she ordered the stones once they were in and they did an excellent job. My fiance went to the back to negotiate price and he actually had screen shots of similar diamonds for online retailers like James Allen on his phone. That did not deter the sales manger and Tessa. They negotiated a price that was on par with the online retailer and even had it shipped out of state to his family to save almost 2 grand on taxes. We are definitely going back to DD. They impressed us.

Wedding Rings!!

I went to look at his wedding band so I could match it close to my engagement ring as much as possible. The lady showed me different ring and nothing was striking my fancy, until she picked up his ring. His ring is two toned gold and silver. It took about one month to order his size, which was fine with me because I don’t need it right away. Plus she kept me within my budget, hubby to be doesn’t want an expensive ring. She even took off about $90 off the price because I missed the sale event. Hubby even got to see it, and even loved it, but he doesn’t know which one I picked out. Because we had several laid out so he couldn’t know the exact one.

I loved my experience here! They are all so kind and friendly! They were willing to do a same day sizing of my engagement ring so I didn’t have to drop it off for a week or so. They are also amazing at finding the right band to fit with your ring!

We love our rings from Diamond's Direct at Crabtree! They cleaned them for us before the wedding and have been happy to accommodate with any questions we may have had. Our buying experience was pleasant also.

Diamonds Direct took care of us the moment we stepped into their store! When we went engagement ring shopping, Diamonds Direct was our first stop (and highly recommended by family members!). Jodi took excellent care of us and was very patient with my bouts of indecisiveness. We did find THE ring on that visit. I was beyond elated when my fiance did propose that he had gotten that very ring and the diamond I picked out!
We also got our wedding bands from Diamonds Direct and we got closento what we were wanting. The gentleman at the pick up counter also took the time to look at my engagement ring and recommended I stop by before the wedding to have it polished complementary.

I can't thank Diamonds Direct enough! And thank you Jodi for taking care of my future in laws, Kevin and me!

Diamonds Direct was great! We went it on a busy Saturday and they still made us feel like the only ones in the store! We were only there for about an hour or so before finding the perfect ring!! My fiance was able to purchase it through one of their sales and got a great deal! Highly recommended!

My fiance surprised me with my ring, so he walked into DD with very little knowledge of the buying process and with no input from me other than the color gold I prefer. Sylvia asked him questions about my personality and helped him find a diamond and setting that were within his budget. I couldn't have designed a more perfect ring myself! People stop me frequently to ask where it came from. However, the setting is a unique shape and we spent 6 months looking everywhere a for a wedding band to match with no luck. DD had us come in for one of their designer showcases, and we were floored by the seemingly endless options available that day. With their very patient guidance we found another unique band that complements the engagement ring beautifully, and purchased it at less than half the appraisal value. They offer flexible payment options and complimentary services for pretty much anything your jewelry might need (often on a walk-in basis), and I swear I've never seen an employee without a smile. If you're going to spend a good chunk of your hard-earned money, you might as well go somewhere that appreciates your investment and will work for your business. Diamonds Direct will absolutely go above and beyond to make you happy.

Sylvia worked with me and my fiance to pick out a ring and she was great with figuring out the type of style we were looking for and presenting us with various options that we really liked. These guys were great. We LOVED the person we worked with, and felt so welcome and pampered. They were having a special holiday event while we were there also, and had drinks available. The selection was the best I'd seen at any jeweler we looked at.

My fiance is extremely frugal, does tons of research before making any purchase, and he bought my engagement ring at Diamonds Direct in Charlotte, NC. I know he shopped around, and haggled, and the fact that he was satisfied with his purchase from Diamonds Direct speaks volumes about their service and value. I bought my wedding band from Diamonds Direct in Raleigh, NC (my groom was deployed, so I was on my own) and Drea helped me design a custom band based on one I had seen elsewhere. Drea was extremely helpful, and the ring turned out better than I imagined; I absolutely LOVE it! Every time I was there everyone was so helpful, and Drea offered to clean my ring every time I went in. They also sized my fiance's wedding band free of charge (I bought it in another country) without disturbing the engraving on the inside. I would absolutely recommend Drea and the Diamonds Direct in general to other brides!

Diamonds Direct is the absolute best place in the world to buy your ring. Make sure to ask for Lisa! She listened and guided me to what was best for me. She also remembered our story when I took my the fiancé in months later. I not only felt comfortable but I was informed by the time I was ready to make a selection. No pressure at all! I think I looked at almost 10 different diamonds over a few days. Best of all they have a trade up policy that is the greatest. I look forward to working with them as we grow.

I could not have asked for a more beautiful engagement ring. The experts at Diamonds Direct were able to help him pick out a ring and then make minor customizations to make me love it even more. We never felt rushed. We always had someone to walk us through looking at rings. My fiancee knew nothing about diamonds before shopping for my engagement ring and the staff at diamonds direct worked with him for three straight days to teach him about diamonds before he made a decision.

I went with my Fiance to pick my ring out and the guy who helped us was very patient with me (and I took my time finding the right one)! He did not try and push us to buy something we didn't feel comfortable buying and he was sure to keep our budget in mind. We found a gorgeous ring! I needed it cleaned about a month after and I was over by their store so I stopped in. They cleaned my ring free of charge and I was in and out of there in no time! Great business.

My husband and I love Diamonds direct! We had such a great experience there. When my husband went to get my engagement ring there, he was very persistent on getting the perfect diamond, and they were very helpful. Amy was the one who helped us out and she was very sweet.
Then we got our wedding bands there, and the prices were great. We got such amazing bands for a great deal. I didn't think it was possible, but it was!

Diamonds Direct helped me when I was in a time crunch! My wedding band came in a month before the wedding and it did not fit correctly. In just a few days they were able to reshape the band and it fits perfectly with my engagement ring. I have never written a review for a store before . . any store. But my experience was so different at Diamonds Direct that I just had to share this with others. After 13 years of marriage, I was in a position of needing to replace my broken wedding band and engagement ring.
I brought my loose diamond with me and told the salesperson that I had a very specific budget. He asked me a few questions about my style and preferences, and then brought me beautiful rings that were all within my budget. He never once tried to persuade me to look at more costly rings or to increase my limit. Then, he found a way to make EVERYTHING fit within that exact amount- the sizing, soldering, tax . . everything. When discussing a concern I had about the ring and band not sitting flush, he immediately contacted the jewelry manufacturer and asked if they could customize it for me and at what cost. He then kept his promise to me of sticking to my budget and waived the $175.00 customizing fee!
Before I made the purchase, I felt like I really needed to do my research to make sure I couldn't find this ring elsewhere for less. I visited nearly all the Raleigh area jewelers and even went online to check out the top discount online dealers. And guess what???? The rings of the same carat weight and quality (Diamonds direct has excellent quality diamonds in terms of the 4 c's) were literally thousands more!!
I know I've gone on and on here, but I need to share one more pretty amazing thing that happened. I asked my salesperson if he would be able to buy my husband's wedding band, to be melted for the gold. My husband hadn't worn the ring in 3 years after a different jeweler had told us it would be very expensive/difficult to fix due to the beveled edges. The salesperson said, "You can't sell the ring your husband wore at the altar" He left for 10 minutes and came back with the ring SIZED! POLISHED and ready for my hubby to wear! Where else would you find that?

We purchased my engagement ring, and both of our wedding bands through Diamonds Direct. Drea was great to work with, and we love our rings! I had to have mine resized several times due to various reasons, and they were happy to help every time. I also swing by periodically to have it cleaned, and they always have it ready in less than 30 minutes. They were very responsive, and we feel as though we got great quality for the price we paid! We would definitely recommend working with them for your jewelry!

The staff at Diamonds Direct have always been very pleasant and very helpful. 4 months after receiving my engagement ring, I lost one of the small accent stones. I was sick. I went back to Diamonds Direct to see how much it would cost to replace and they told me it was free. It seems my ring is covered for lost stones for the entire time I own it.

That made me feel so much better. I love my ring and would shop Diamonds Direct for all my jewelry.

Diamonds Direct was great to work with in helping my fiance and I find my engagement ring, as well as both of our wedding bands! They will do nearly all repairs free of charge (re-sizing, missing diamonds) and are flexible with their individual customers' schedules.

Diamonds Direct is a great jeweler to work with. Picking out our wedding bands was an absolute pleasure for my husband and I. They even have a deal that if you eventually want to make an upgrade on your diamond, you get 110% of what you originally paid for it. We will definitely be going back for all future diamond purchases. I would HIGHLY recommend Diamonds Direct!

We got my engagement ring and both wedding bands at Diamonds Direct. Because we had bought my engagement ring there, the salesperson let us know when they would be having a sale so we could come at that time to get the bands. When we went back the salesperson found a floor sample that fit my ring perfectly. (I would have had to get a band specially made for my particular engagement ring. Luckily this one was available, and since it was a floor sample we got an additional percentage off the price!)

All of the salespeople we've dealt with are awesome. And the rings all appraise for more than what we paid for them. I have friends who've seen my ring and are sad they went to a traditional jewelry store. We have been recommending all of our friends come to Diamonds Direct.

My fiancé purchased my e-ring from here but we had gone there prior to our engagement. During that trip they were very accommodating and showed us exactly what we were looking for in our price range. They are always helpful and will work with you and give you quality jewelry.

My fiancé originally was going to buy the diamond and ring from diamonds directs but then found a better diamond through a private dealer. Diamonds direct still worked with my fiancé on getting my engagement ring.

Not only did the sales rep help us find the best quality/cut/color for our budget, but they were great about re-sizing. Communication was always speedy and professional.

My fiance took me into Diamonds Direct about 6 months ago to look at engagement rings. We learned so much not only about the buying process but about quality and cut of diamonds. I was really impressed with the sales woman (I cannot remember her name to save my life) and how easy she made it for my fiance!

Great selection. Occasionally took too long to respond and both my engagement and wedding rings were 1-2 weeks late coming in.
