Beautiful rings

We had the best experience working with diamonds direct to find my engagement ring and wedding bands. Chance did a great job helping us find rings we love. The customer service was fantastic. We will definitely return for future jewelry needs :)

My husband got both of my rings from diamonds direct. They have great quality diamonds without the high prices. I recommend to anyone looking for diamond jewelry. They have so many settings it is hard to choose!

Diamonds Direct of Southpark was absolutely fantastic! I will not shop for jewelry anywhere else! My husband bought my engagement through someone else, but both of our wedding bands were purchased at Diamonds Direct. Every time we go in they are absolutely amazing to work with. My husbands band came in a half size too small and they reordered with no problems at all. To top it off, one of the baguette stones on my engagement ring fell out 2 days before my wedding...and Diamonds Direct replaced the stone, checked the setting of all the other ones AND cleaned my ring- even though it was bought at a different store!! By far the best place to go for any jewelry!

Ross is amazing! He helped me preview some rings and put them on a list. My fiance was able to come in and look at the different rings on my list and choose one as well as the diamond that would go in it. That way I was happy with my ring and he go to do the "picking" too. We went back for my wedding band as well. They have a great selection and work with you on the price!

We wouldn't go any place else! The quality of my engagement ring is amazing, and we got a great deal! We worked with Dave Lee, and he was great! We went back to purchase wedding bands, and he was very helpful. I had to get a custom made band for my engagement ring, so it had to be mailed to California. As hard as it was to part with my ring for a week, Dave assured me it would be fine (and insured) and it would definitely be worth it! He was right! The band fits perfectly and looks amazing! My husbands band is great and we got a good deal on that too. They really value loyalty, which is important to us.
There are many perks with Diamonds Direct that make purchasing such an important item from there worth it. If any of the small diamonds around my band or my band of my engagement ring fall out, they will replace them for free. They have free cleanings and also a free upgrade, should I decide I want a new ring (highly unlikely, but good to know there is that option).

For years I've been hearing various people talk about how incredible the experience w/ Diamonds Direct was and now after having dealt with them myself I ceratinly agree with that.

We met w/ Lottie and she was absolutely amazing. From working with my husband to pick out the perfect engagement ring that he wanted me to have, to wedding bands, sizing, etc. She was wonderful and made the entire experience for us something we will always remember.

I highly recommend Diamonds Direct and I'm sure we'll be back as well.

This is your Diamond Warehouse...amazing Staff. Joe Stagnone knows his stuff..I will say the pricing is probably higher then most places but you are getting amazing jewelry. We got our engagement ring and our wedding bands there. Very professional. Don't take the first offer on pricing!

We were very pleased with the service and the overall experience we had working with Diamonds Direct. We never felt pressured and felt like we really learned a lot about diamonds. In the end, my fiance and I felt like we received a high quality diamond engagement ring and wedding bands at an affordable price. My fiance began his search for the perfect diamond in New York and went to several jewelry stores all over the east coast. In the end, the level of service he received at Diamonds Direct is what won him over, and I experienced the same level of service when we went back to select our wedding bands. We highly recommend Diamonds Direct and if you ever visit Diamonds Direct in Charlotte, we suggest that you ask for Dave Lee.

My husband proposed 12/23/11 and I can honestly say I was speechless, surprised and honestly never dreamed of getting married ever! When he got on his knee after a scavenger hunt him and his family set up for the proposal, and opened the box, I was utterly ASTOUNDED at how beautiful my ring was! It was not to small or gody but just perfect the one of a kind! When we went in to have them size the ring down, the staff there were awesome! I got a glass of wine while they sized it right then and there, on top of polishing it up all for FREE! They also sent me home with cleaner for free as well.

Needless to say we both went back to pick out our bands and again service was Amazing! I could and would not reccomend any other jewlry store but Diamonds Direct Southpark

My husband bought my engagement ring here and we bought our wedding bands here. They took care of us and were so helpful. I take my ring to get cleaned all of the time and their turn around is so quick. I have taken other jewelry there to get cleaned and sized and they take care of it no problem. I know we won't go anywhere else to buy jewelry.

I can't tell you how impressed I was with Diamonds Direct of Southpark! I took my engagement ring in because it felt a little less (the diamond). They looked at it and said that they couldn't believe I hadn't lost it because the diamond was that loose! They sent it off to have the entire crown/head rebuilt and the diamond reset. I had it back in 1-1/2 weeks (tho it felt much longer). We also bought our bands there and were very pleased with the variety.

We got our rings from Diamond's Direct at Southpark. We are very satisfied with the service we received. We got quality, designer, jewelry at a very good price. Our rings came in within the specified time frame, which made things very convenient for us. When you are shopping in the store, they serve you drinks and allow you to take your time- no rush, no pressure. I would definitely recommend this jeweler to anyone in the Charlotte area

We purchased our wedding bands here about 2 weeks before our wedding. We literally were in the store for about 20 minutes. The man helping us figured out exactly what we were looking for and was able to find rings my husband and I both loved, were of great quality and were in our price range. I definitely recommend it!

These guys are the best at what they do! Gave me a wonderful deal on a ring that wasn't originally in my price range and set my diamond for free. They go out of their way to make you happy and make sure your dreams come true. At no additional cost they redip your ring in 18K gold for life, replace any diamonds that fall out, and resize for life. What great value!!

We used them to make a custom engagement band with heirloom diamonds of our own. The craftsmanship is beautiful, unique and it was a great price. We were so happy with them that we went back for both of our wedding bands and they are beautiful too. I also like that we can upgrade at any time and receive full credit of the current ring towards the new ring.

Diamonds Direct Southpard is THE Place to get any and all jewelry, but especially your bridal/wedding jewelry!! The selection and pricing is better than anywhere else, hands down! So happy we went here for our rings! Any time I need my ring cleaned, buffed, or even reset, it's a matter of walking in the door and handing them my ring... 20 min later I'm out the door! My engagment ring was an early 1900s art deco piece, and finding a band to match it was rough. Diamonds Direct found the perfect band in no time flat, and gave it to me for a steal. I would HIGHLY reccomend them to anyone on the market for any kind of jewelry!!

Everyone is so helpful and they really appreciate your business which is a rare thing in today's economy. They take time to teach you about diamonds and they have a great selection. From what I've found they also have the best prices. I've been to Jared, Kay's, and like jewelry stores and Diamond's Direct absolutely has the best selection.

Highly recommend Diamonds Direct. My husband fell in love with my engagement ring and with their help, he also found the perfect wedding band to go with it. They also really helped him pick out his wedding band because he had never worn a ring before so it was a hard choice! They cleaned all of my jewelry right before the wedding so it would look just like new :)

I had an idea of what my wedding experience should be and Diamonds Direct delivered on every level. We live in Winston Salem and would make trips to Charlotte just to work with them. When we were going to be going through Raleigh they delivered our rings to the Raleigh store at no cost to make their easier for us. Every time we go to either store they steam clean my rings and have made me a costumer for life.

My husband worked with an in-house designer and created the most perfect engagement ring. It is amazing! It meant so much that my husband was able to help with the design. We have purchased several other items here as well.. including my diamond studs that were a wedding gift. Everything has been beautiful and the staff is great to work with.

I really enjoyed shopping at Diamonds Direct! My fiance went there to buy my engagement ring, and the staff helped him customize a beautiful, vintage-inspired ring that I absolutely adore. I've been there to have my ring re-sized and shopping for wedding bands, and each time, I've been impressed by the staff, their willingness to help and the amount of time they spend with customers on a one-on-one basis. The lady who helped us with our wedding bands was great and provided lots of information about our options, price range, quality and more.

My engagement ring and the wedding bands came from Diamonds Direct of Southpark.
The one thing that I liked about them was the big November sale. My husband and I was able to take advantage of huge savings. I was really satisfied with my rings.
My only thing that I didn't like was that after my husband bought my engagement ring.... I needed to get it resized. When I went in the store, the staff took a while to greet me. Granted that it was a busy Thursday night, I was still expecting someone to say... "Hi. Someone will be with you shortly".

Great experience buying our wedding bands and the engagement ring here. We picked out a few rings together and then the husband went back to pick out my engagement ring himself - the clerk was SO helpful in reading my signs and they selected the one I loved the best!!! Diamonds Direct has been great to work with for both our engagement and wedding ring. And they still offer me great service every time I go in to get my rings cleaned.

We are pleased with my engagement ring, but we decided to go elsewhere for the wedding bands because of price. Diamonds Direct is great, but I do feel that they are over-priced for some items.

At first, the engagement ring wasn't going to get here on time for his proposal plan...little did I know at the time what was about to happen and found out later. Later, we got his band in and it didn't fit after they sized him. The jeweler stretched it and warped the band so we had to order a new one. Luckily, we had plenty of time before the wedding.

My husband's experience buying my engagement ring was apparently just wonderful, working with Amanda at Diamonds Direct. Unfortunately, she was busy during our wedding band purchasing experience, and we were stuck with someone obviously disinterested and not knowledgeable about what we needed. We ended up buying there, but weren't happy about it -- though we do love the rings we ended up with. I'd just say to make sure you get the right person and to refuse to work with anyone who's not. Once we complained after about 2 hours of her just not getting it, things worked out better but I wish we had done that more quickly.
