    Easy to Work With and Great Rentals!

    Very easy process to work with them as both a planner and a 2024 bride. They were very flexible with any updates that needed to be made, had nice options for flatware, china, etc. for my events. I have received tons of compliments on the table scapes I have designed using their rentals. Would recommend!

    Beautiful event and service

    We got everything we needed from Diamond Events and Rental: dishes, glassware, silverware, chargers, table decor, tables, chairs and linens. The staff was easy to work with and it was well worth the small charge to have everything delivered and picked up. Everyone loved the decor. Our outdoor weddi mg also happened in the hottest September weekend ever! I called them two days before the wedding to ask for a chiller to be added and they added it without any problems. They even helped me to figure out which unit to rent. I highly recommend using Diamond.

    Nick is the best!

    We worked with Nick at Diamond Rental for over a year to figure out how to make a remote high alpine meadow into a wedding venue for our daughter’s wedding. He was quick to respond to emails, resourceful in figuring out what we needed, responsive to the many changes and additions we had to our order, willing to come for a site visit at an inconvenient time. Nick and the Diamond Rental team were showed up on time, set everything up as requested, responded immediately when there was an unpredicted malfunction with the tent lights, and were friendly to work with. The venue turned out beautifully and everything was seamless from our point of view, even though there was a lot of effort behind the scenes.

    Diamond helped make our wedding beautiful!

    It was such a joy working with Randy at Diamond Rentals. He was always response and beyond helpful -- I can't count the number of place setting options he put together, took pictures of, and emailed back to me as I was an out-of-town bride and couldn't meet with him in person. When asked, he gave me his honest opinions about what he thought looked best (since I couldn't see things in person) and worked to make sure all of desires and unique requests were met. I can't recommend Diamond Rentals enough for any of your event planning needs!

    We recently used DIamond Rental for our wedding rentals and had a great experience! Nick at Diamond Rental helped us make sure we did not forget anything and answered every question we had. He also worked within our budget so that we could get the most for our money since weddings are so expensive. The rental furniture that we used was in great condition and was perfect for our wedding vision! I assume everything ran smoothly the day of because I got no frantic phone calls from my wedding coordinator. I would recommend this company for any wedding type rentals!

    We used Diamond Rental for our rehearsal dinner. They provided tables, chairs, drink containers and tiki torches at a very reasonable price. My husband and I were both extremely happy with the level of service they provided. The office staff was awesome and very helpful with suggestions, and tips for the product they provided. The office staff also ordered the tiki torches from another of their locations so I could make sure the wine bottles I was using would fit. We even had to adjust our order and they did it no problem. The delivery drivers were very professional and called when they were on the way. I will be using their service again when I am in need of renting party supplies.

    Diamond supplied our wedding linens.
    They kept the process simple and provided what we asked for on time and without stress or hassle. The linens were in great condition and without any signs or prior use.

    Diamond was great to work with. Brooke really knew the look we were going for and made sure the delivery was on time, and decor was amazing. High quality service and high quality products. All the guests commented on how beautiful the reception was.

    I rented my cake stand and some table linens from Diamond Rental. The process was simple and everyone I dealt with was very nice. Also, In comparison to other rental places I feel like they were the best value.

    I would recommend this rental vendor to anyone. They were so flexible and easy to work with. My family has a strange request because we actually had 2 weddings within a few days of each other. We were able to keep the rentals for a fraction of the cost it would have been to do 2 separate rentals. They are awesome.

    Diamond rental is the only place I will ever use for any event I have now based on my FANTASTIC expierence with them. We rented a tent for my day, chairs, heaters, tables, linens and a roll out carpet to walk down for my isle. They even came out to fix the heaters when one blew a fuse at random. They were nothing but professional and helpful! I recommend them to anyone and everyone that I can! Thanks!

    Easy pick up and drop off, and a great selection! Some items were a little higher priced when compared to other places, but the quality is great and they have a HUGE selection which helps you to get the exact look you are planning!

    We rented a sound system with mic from them for your entertainment. Diamond rental was professional and flexible with the rental. We were able to send someone to pick it up that morning and return it after the weekend for that one day, Saturday, charge. The system worked well except one speaker was blown but it still worked out well.

    Rented chairs for a really good price. Picked them up ourselves to cut costs and they were all ready to go when we got the there and the employee even loaded them in our truck for us! Great service for a great price!

    Diamond Rental provided us with tents, tables/chairs, shepherd hooks. Everything was set up for us by very professional young men. Our only complaint was that a few of the tables that were delivered were dirty and the smaller tent was not the cleanest looking from the inside. But... they were kind enough to deliver in insert to cover the inside. The insert was delivered just hours before the ceremony but all in all... it worked out and they came through with what was promised.
    I would recommend them to anyone and Amie was the best to work with!

    The decorations were beautiful and I loved how it all looked. Brooke was great to work with, sometimes a little hard to get a hold of but otherwise fantastic. They were however, pretty expensive. Especially the labor. I ended up having to have my family set up the linens and tie sashes because we couldn't stomach all the money they wanted to just put table cloths on.

    Diamond rental makes it so easy to rent what you need. We only needed to rent a tent along with linen for the tables and their prices were very good. We were impressed that they would come out to our home and make sure that the tent, lighting, and heating unit would work for what we needed it for. This was a big plus for us.

    We rented a number of items from Diamond Rental for our wedding, but what was really impressive was their work with decorating and lighting. I had a vision for a purple wedding with a lot of ceiling decorations and they brought it to life - in a ski lodge no less! Diamond Rental built a custom ceiling treatment for our dance floor, incorporating tulle and stars purchased in India by my family. The room was completely transformed and I was so happy with the final result. Definitely hire them for your lighting needs - Rusty (the lighting specialist) was worth every penny!

    Diamond Rental had all the tables and chairs we needed, along with table cloths, carpet, a fountain, an arch, and pretty much anything else we could think of! They delivered everything and picked it back up, it was great!

    My votive holders and drink dispensers were absolutely perfect from Diamond Rentals. After some back and forth, we got them ordered and handled. When we picked them up, they were clean and in easy to transport boxes. Pick up and drop off were very smooth and we were thrilled with the way everything turned out. They aren't the cheapest but they sure know what they are doing and their multiple locations make it easy to pick up and drop off.

    We were having the wedding in our backyard and its an odd shape, we needed a way to cover the yard in case of bad weather. the sales person was very helpful and brainstormed ideas with us. he found us the perfect solution and the canopy was installed as discussed.

    Everything was nice. They charged a lot to have someone come and set up the tent that I rented for my wedding shower so we opted to do it ourselves and it wasn't easy. Tent looked nice and was in good shape.

    I loved the items we rented (chairs, backdrop, and fountain). With a little dressing up, they looked very elegant.

    Rented chairs, some were not in that great of shape and were dirty and one was totally broken. Overall service was good, delivery was right on time and so was pick up. Price was good.

    I got to use a special coupon that I had received from a bridal fair so that was nice. We had to pick out the table clothes very early however because we got married on 7-7-7 and it was VERY busy.

    Make sure to verify they have your event booked. We almost didn't get our tables and chairs because an actual invoice was never made before we paid our deposit. They weren't super flexible with drop off days but they were great to talk with and plan our event!

    Diamond Rental was really easy to work with. They were a little bit more costly so we didn't get everything through them. They also wanted to charge us $100 to deliver the stuff and we lived less than a mile away. I thought that was lame so we picked it up ourselves. But the quality of what we rented from them was great!

    They really did have all of the Things I needed to do my wedding... table clothes, tables, chairs, even vases! I had heard they were the best in utah so I tried them. There salespeople were ok... but the rest was really great!

    Everything was great, execpt one thing. When they dropped off the tables and chairs, they did not know on the door or ask where they could put it all. Instead, they put it all in front of the garage. So, when my uncle (who's house it was at) had an emergency to repsond to, he could not back out of the drive way to rush into work. He had to first move all of the charis and tables himself to get out.

    They were good. I don't have much to say. They let us go in and put together a practice table so we could see what it would all look like. They were pretty easy to work with. I liked them and I have no complaints. But I wasn't in love or really impressed. If you're interested in them, I'd recommend going in in-person so that you can see true colors for things (computer screens can make a difference).

    Diamond Rental is pretty much in the valley one of the only rental places. They had lots of options and were very helpful. They were a little over priced but it was really hard to find anything else so I just went with them. They had many colors for table cloths and options. I was very happy with there job. It was only $50 extra for them to come pick up everything and drop everything off, Which for that wasn't very high.
    Chocolate fountains are cute but very messy. We rented two small chocolate fountains to save money. We just had a family member maintain the fountain instead of paying for someone to do it. Next time I would just pay for a person to come in and maintain it through the company you rent the fountain. It was very messy doing it ourself and was very high in maintenance.

    The night before my wedding, about 2 hours before they were supposed to come set up the venue, I get an email that they don't have any of the chairs for the wedding that I booked 4 months earlier and had already paid for. There was some other things I ordered that they forgot to deliver and had to go back for. The end result was beautiful, and they did make give me a full refund on the chairs and substituted for something else. But, it caused a LOT of extra stress and I was bummed I didn't get what I wanted.

    Everything was exactly how I wanted it except that the delivery guys lost our check we gave them upon delivery. However, they were quick to give us a discount refund our credit card and accept another check. I love love loved the chairs, exaclty my vision.

    Diamond Rental was the only place we could find to rent barstool height tables. They were supposed to provide the tables and the table clothes. The items were rather expensive, but they arrived on time. However, the table tops themselves were white with black marks all over them. We had planned on placing white table linens (also provided by Diamond) on the barstool height tables. The linens they provided were not thick enough to hide the black marks on the table tops. Luckily, we were able to find (from another provider) other table clothes the day of the wedding to place under the linens.

    Took a few weeks to get someone to respond, didnt answer phone during business hours, and then delivered tables, chairs, etc on the wrong day.

    I would say that their customer service is not all that great. The first girl I talked to didn't give me much information when I called to reserve what I wanted. I had to ask too many questions to find out all that I should have known. But, eventually she got me taken care of.
    I was very disappointed in the delivery men. They were so rude to the vendor and everyone there. My parents were upset by their behavior and the fact that they yelled at the vendor and my family.
    The chairs were dirty when we got them and it really wasn't a pleasant experience, unfortunately.

    I'm not sure I would use this vendor again. When they delivered our order, there were several things they left out and had to go back to the warehouse for (which cost us most of the day waiting for them). Then after they delivered, we discovered that they had overbooked the overlays were ordered. We didn't even have enough overlays guest tables. The after-hours guy did his best to make things as right as possible. He was able to scrounge up a few more so we had enough to cover the guest tables, but not the banquet tables. He also brought us a whole variety of other overlays for the banquet tables for us to use. We made it work, but when we put in the order months in advance we shouldn't have had to just "make it work." There were a few other things they had overbooked and we couldn't get as well, but those weren't as big a deal. Mostly, the after-hours guy tried to be very helpful, but I'm very disappointed in the company for being greedy and overbooking things.

    The good thing about Diamond Rental is they have everything you need, experience with a lot of venues and the people who actually do the set up are great.
    However, the person I worked with along the way to rent everything and get the logistics figured out was horrible. Unresponsive, unprofessional and not helpful in any way. She would take weeks to respond to a simple question, I would often have to re-email her and she tried to put most of the work on me (including coordinating with the venue, fire permits, etc). Based on my experience with her I would not recommend Diamond Rental to anyone and really considered switching services two weeks before my wedding I was so frustrated.

    They failed to drop off and pick up our wine glasses we rented. We paid for both yet was responsible for both. We also ordered 50 of the same glasses yet was brought half incorrectly. Take your business elsewhere. And I don’t say that lightly.
