  I purchased the bridal ring from this store and when i broke up with my girl friend -the management went of their way to find me something else for the ring.They had no reason to do all that.
  I was very impressed and thankful to Diamond bazaar staff.

  I bought the item on their online site and needed to get it fixed .
  I found them to be very courteous and very polite and also very proffesional as well.
  I was told to come anytime to get my Diamond ring clean and also offered to clean all my jewelry for free.
  I love their prices and their service.
  No wonder Alicia Keys come to shop here

  i love the wedding band I had custom made with them. It was affordable, everything was on time and the band is so unique. I would use their services again when necessary.

  One of the best services i got since the time i moved from New York-he is my jeweler for life.
  People are very courteous and professional- and most importantly they work with the customer.

  My husband bought me diamond earrings for our wedding anniversary. When I opened them, they immediatley broke. So my husband took it back and they repaired it. Then I noticed that the clasp was really loose and I would run the risk of losing them if I wore them anywhere. So I decided to take it back myself. The girl there was very rude and even suggested that I should have lowered my expectations for having spent only $53 on a pair of "diamond" earrings. I eventually was able to get another pair of earrings, but it took a good fight to get something else to exchange. AND I was told to pay the $20 difference in price even though they had nothing to offer me at the original price and we had to visit the store twice since the original purchase. You get what you pay for! Don't shop here!!!

  SCAM - Do not buy from them

  Absolutely terrible company. Bought a ring online and they sent me a completely different one! When I reached out they said they they "upgraded" it. Yeah, upgraded it to a cheaper ring with less diamond carat weight and an ugly design. They refused to accept a return and only offered and exchange. I repeat, do not buy from them!

  The worst customer service and jewelry that I have ever came across. They have many store and go by many names in the north lake mall but they are all linked. I bought a watch online. It didn’t ship when it was supposed to and I only found out that the watch I was supposed to get (brand new, custom, Gucci watch) was damaged after I called when they failed to ship it about 6 days. They offered to give me a different watch and I elected to go pick it up. They offered to give me a different watch and I elected to go pick it up. When I question the diamonds on the watch he attempted to belittle my intelligence. He continued to catch more of an attitude and become very rude because I did not like the quality of the diamonds. These people are frauds. Save yourself a headache and bad customer service. Buy somewhere where they care about their customer and the quality of their work.
