We recently hosted our daughter's baptism and first birthday reception here, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

From start to finish, everything was seamless. Olivia and Catherine were incredible to work with throughout the planning process. They were always friendly, professional, responsive, and so accommodating to every question and request we had.

On the day of the event, the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Everyone was attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about making our celebration special. Their exceptional service allowed us to relax and truly enjoy such an important day with our family and friends.

We're so grateful to Olivia, Catherine, and the entire team for making our daughter's day such a beautiful and memorable celebration. We would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking for outstanding service and a wonderful event experience!

The day of the event, the entire staff was at the ready and were very visible and ready to assist. My only concern was with the sound system. During the actual talk; the microphone and speaker made a horrible sound .. twice... but we worked through it and the service went on without a hitch!
I received many, many comments about the beautiful venue and the great tasting food (tri- tip & lemon chicken breast).

Last year we enjoyed the live 2 man band that entertained on Mother's Day. This year the music was through a sound system, still good but hard to replace live music. Live music may also drive up the cost of the event.

Love everything; food, service. Just wish there is more drink choices. Also, we were seated in the least desirable location which was the furthest away from the window. Otherwise, it would have been perfect. Thank you

I’ve decided to spent my Mothers Day at Diamond Bar country club. I must say it was simple, pretty, no stress, no long wait or crowded like it would be at most restaurants on this day. Most important it was peaceful. It was a very enjoyable day spent. The servers and everyone there was very pleasant. The food was excellent and I would definitely spent Mother’s day there again!

This was my second year being responsible for my company's holiday party. From the beginning to the end, Jennifer was very helpful and accommodated all of our request. Just had my wedding there a month ago, and everything went smoothly! The events director Jennifer is also great. Very cooperative and helpful. The venue is also pretty as well.

This is not only an incredible venue but it is also the most knowledgeable and accommodating sales and operations team anyone could ever work with. Jennifer Flores is a true professional and helped me with not only sales related questions but gave me insight and resources that made my planning an amazingly easyou and efficient process.

We would like to thank Jennifer for all the hard work she put in to make our 120th Anniversary a success. The professionalism she gave us was remarkable. The participation of the food workers was outstanding especially Ryan. He was so on top of everything. My kudos go out to him. The food was very good especially the Hor d' oeuvre outstanding. The only concern that I would like to mention is that the beef was some what tough but everything was spot excellent. The desserts looked so yummy even though I did not get to try them. We give you the praise for a wonderful evening.

Highly recommend Diamond Bar Golf Course.

Diamond Bar Golf Course is truly a hidden gem. We recently had our wedding here and everything was perfect. The gorgeous garden gazebo provided a great setting for our ceremony. The staff, food, and service were all exceptional. They don't nickle and dime you like most venues for every little thing you need. Jennifer, Hailey, Michelle, and Ryan were so easy to work with and ensured we had no issues throughout the entire process.

We received so many positive comments from our friends and family regarding how amazing the wedding was. It was nice to work with people who actually seemed to care about our big day rather than treat us like a business transaction. With the right lighting, music, and elegant dining set-up, this place was perfect. The pricing is very reasonable and you get to take your wedding photos on a beautiful golf course. Can't really beat that!

I highly recommend DBGC for couples looking for a wedding venue with excellent customer service. I really don't think you will be let down once you speak with the events team and see your options. I also believe that this venue will soon become a popular wedding spot due to their amenities and reputation. I don't typically write reviews but I know outstanding service when I see it.

Our event was a 50th High School Reunion, an anniversary of sorts!

Jennifer, Hayley, Margie and Eric were wonderful in every way and made the planning and actual event run smoothly! I was responsible for this event, planning it from a distance, New Mexico, where I live. Great in every way!
Everyone loved the decor, the food and the service.
The one drawback was the speaker system. We located it on the edge between the dance floor and the dining area and the folks from about midway to the back of the room could not hear anything. Not sure how this could have been remedied.

The Diamond Bar Golf Club staff was amazing from the very first phone call to the end of our event! Professional, friendly, patient, responsive...I could go on & on! This was my first year coordinating our high school swim team end of the year banquet for 275 people- an event I had never even attended. The staff made wonderful suggestions and guided us through the entire event. The catering staff provided delicious food and service! We are very happy!

The event planners were very accommodating and flexible with our payments, they helped clarify and explain exactly what needed to be done in order for things to go smoothly.

I absolutely LOVED this venue. Hayley & Jennifer are amazing. They helped us with all our questions & needs. Our wedding this past Sunday was beautiful there & our guests loved this venue. The food was delicious, the drinks were great & the service was awesome. Planning a wedding isn't easy but they made this less stressful. The venue takes care of so much for you. The cost is unbeatable. & I know that my husband & I will have beautiful photos on the course. I couldn't be happier.

The Diamond Bar Golf Course facility was a wonderful warm and inviting place to hold our annual employee awards banquet. There were so many positive responses from our attendees, the facility is lovely, the food was fabulous, and the staff were all very helpful and accommodating as were the event director and manager.

We hosted a ministry Christmas fellowship and Ms. Healey was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. She accommodated our every need. She was extremely professional and courteous and just simply a great person to work with. Our guest was raving about the event and how everything flowed. Healey is primarily responsible for this. She made sure that we had everything we needed. The waiters were very responsive and professional. They really made the evening a great event. The food arrived just in time. The appetizers were just enough and on time. The dessert arrived on time and was delicious. We look forward to using this venue again in the future. We loved having our wedding here. They were very flexible when it came to arrangements for our wedding and their colors and décor were beautiful. I was looking for an intimate venue where I could have both the ceremony and reception and Diamond Bar Golf Course offered that. They were flexible and tailored the costs to fit within my very tight budget. Jennifer Florez and Haley Bumstead were very friendly and helpful with suggestions. I did not have a coordinator so they stepped in to provide guidance before, during and after the ceremony. The catering staff was very attentive during the reception. They anticipated our needs and were quick with service. Our wedding was everything my husband and I hoped for and we were more than happy with the Diamond Bar Golf Course as our wedding venue. My guests said everything was lovely.

I'm so glad I found this venue for my wedding! From start to finish they responded promptly to all my emails with questions that I had. I worked mostly with Gaby and she was just wonderful! The day of my wedding couldn't have been more great, the staff is all beyond friendly and helpful, especially the banquet manager, he always had a smile on his face and made sure we were doing ok. All our guests loved the venue!

When we started our adventure I was overwhelmed with all the decisions and choices that needed to be made. Diamond Bar Golf Club made it very easy. The facility is beautiful and their wedding reception packages fit any budget. I love how each package included a wedding cake from one of two bakeries. After figuring in cake cutting fees at other places, this was a welcomed relief.
Working with Jennifer and Gabby before hand on all the planning was easy for us. They were responsive and kept us on task. Jennifer didn't mind when I called last minute asking for menu changes and even was willing to help us customize our package to suit our needs.
The day of the event. was a dream. We worked with Raul who was absolutely responsive and intuitive. He made sure we ATE, and had everything we needed even when we didn't know what we needed. He worked with our photographer and DJ - they coordinated when we went onto the golfcourse to take photos and even made sure that gift cards that had been left behind got to us.

This is a dynamic trio and we honestly did not worry about a single thing the day of our wedding. Everything was perfect. All of our guests had a great time and this was an absolute magical evening for us!

Utilize whatever equipment the venue has to offer, it creates a stress free environment. Also, letting them know just how you want the room to be set up, the staff are responsive and extremely helpful in making sure they can accommodate all your needs.

Great location for any occasion

Jennifer is amazing to work with. My reception was exactly how I designed it to a T .

I just had my ceremony and reception there. It was perfect exactly what I wanted. My ceremony started at 7pm and ended at 1am. The reception area is mostly windows so with all the lights from the swags and the candles against the windows it looked amazingly romantic and intimate. Everything was very well done. The packages are very reasonably priced and Jennifer and Laura work well to make it happen for you. The main thing I loved about the place is that it is already so nice that you don't really need any extra decorations at all. Even their basic package comes with centerpieces and a good tasting, good looking cake of your choice. How great is that. I didn't have to lift a finger they set up everything and cleaned everything so I was able to be stress free that day and enjoy what was important. Only one thing our food tasting was absolutely amazing, but on the day of our wedding it was still good, but not as quite as good as our tasting. And if you want to be extra budget friendly there like I did have your wedding any day, but Saturday and you'll save tons.

Diamond Bar Golf Course is a great event venue!!! The catering management was accommodating to our needs for Our Wedding Reception.

We have enjoyed other parties with Diamond Bar Golf Course in the past -- namely our 50th wedding anniversary , and the birthday of our good friend, Gene Jarvis. But, this 90th birthday celebration was the best! Everything went smoothly in planning, and in execution, due to the expertise of you two, Demi and Courtney, plus Johnnie and Jonathon! Thanks so very much!

If I had to rate Courtney alone I would give her 5 stars! I rated the venue a 4.9 overall because there were small details that were a miss. For example, the menu. I ordered the Salmon and Prime Rib but the Salmon was nothing like the Salmon plate I tried at their food tasting and I was very disappointed when I was served my plate. It was still good, but not what I was expecting. It was served with a mango salsa but during the food tasting it was served with a white sauce, that for me, sold the salmon plate. The table arrangements that were supposed to be set up in the front were done incorrectly and we were missing a table. My guest book table ended up becoming the gift table which I wasn't okay with.

Other than what I mentioned above, everything else was perfect. The venue was absolutely beautiful and fulfilled all my dreams.

We had a little incident that caught Courtney off guard but she handled it efficiently and professionally and what could have been very upsetting to my guests went unnoticed by most. She is amazing to work with and is very accommodating with great communication skills.

Overall this was a great venue for my wife's baby shower. The staff was very courteous and helpful in making this a special day for my wife and myself.

I really loved this venue! It's truly gorgeous and both my wife and I loved how it looks! We are a lesbian couple and so we had a few small fears about having a wedding anywhere because people can be so cruel. DBGC never once made us feel uncomfortable and so that was a HUUUGE plus! I was all over the place with this wedding stuff and was running late on the big day and was sometimes slow with emails but Jennifer never lost patience with me! She made everything so easy, and they even provided some of the decorations. The day of coordination was also so helpful! Plus she had amazing ideas that made everyone in our family feel involved and a part of our big day! The food was delicious and I loved that their packages even came with the cake from one of the three bakeries they are contracted with. They even took off the pricing for the ceremony since we chose a Monday wedding. (It was our anniversary) In the end, we were so in love with the venue and we couldn't have chosen a better place to start our lives together! :D

Jennifer and Haley were the best. They did a great job always staying calm and very professional. The venue looked beautiful and the food tasted great. The servers were awesome, Margie was the best. My 9 year old son wanted chocolate cake, Margie went back to see if any of my layers had it, she found one and gave it to him immediately...phew...lol. Thanks again, highly recommend this place.

The wedding for my daughter was a great success and it was a pleasure working with both Jennifer and Gabby. Most of our service was with the event coordinator, Jennifer. She was amazing! She was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. On the day of the event, she was there to coordinate. We had an evening wedding for 200 guests and every detail was taken care of with care. The facility looks amazing once it is "dressed" for the event!

They are great at working with any type of budget, photographs beautiful and the vendors they work with are great. Best thing about them is that they are not over priced and the event planers are great at figuring out how to get everything you want to fit in to your package without blowing your budget. The service here is great as well. If your looking for the best bang for your buck THIS IS IT! They include just about everything in their packages.

Great service and the room looked beautiful. Our only complaint is about the food - it was good, but they don't allow you to take any home (and there was plenty left over), and they put it away fairly quick. We just hope it doesn't get thrown away.
Also, as we were on the dance floor inside, we could see several mice running around the patio outside. Not the greatest sight to see during a nice occasion.

Outstanding venue and staff. I got multiple compliments from the guests about the food and cake (thru Ontario Bakery). Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a nicer party for my mother--her 85th! Also, they were completely flexible during the event when we needed to move up cake cutting, etc. Just perfect!

The value is fairly good for the service provided but by the time you add gratuity on top of the service charge you are paying nearly 40% of the bill in extra fees. I think the service charge needs to have a gratuity to the staff included. Matt and Jesus did a fabulous job responding to our needs on Saturday. Even the gal in the coffee shop helped me to quickly get a strip of staples when I couldn't find anyone else. Jennifer and Haley always do a good job and I have enjoyed working with them both.

The only other thing I would recommend is replacing the carpet in the banquet rooms. It is showing its wear more and more.

My event was appreciation dinner for small group. Table settings, food, service was perfect. We all loved small room with golf course view! Thanks.

Gabby and Jennifer were excellent at their job...the only bad thing I can say is someone told my mother in law they were only cutting the chocolate cake not the white cake and we ordered two different kinds for our guests needs. As soon as we found an employee they took care of our complaint right away.

My wedding was great. I would definetly book this place again if I had to do it all over again. The staff were always very helpful, from the months before of planning to the actual wedding day.

Diamond Bar Golf Course is a great venue with great value. Everything ran very smoothly for our special day and there were not "hiccups" in the service which was very important to us. As the bride I did not have to worry about the pre-set up as the staff and catering/coordinating staff handled everything to make sure the table were set properly. The venue was great and so was the staff. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars in quality of service or responsiveness was because the kitchen staff didn't make enough food and there wasn't a staff member to serve the food for a buffet. When you're managing a cost of food per head through a buffet option, I think it's the venue's responsibility to make sure there is enough. Because of this, I didn't give 5 stars in responsiveness, because they had no solution. So I had guests who paid $30 to dine and only got 1/2 of the food options. If I were to book this venue again, I would request for servers to monitor the buffet food line.

The venue looked great on the morning of the rehearsal as well as wedding day: everything was clean and organized and the lighting and decor was elegant. The food both days was great, though the rehearsal food was a bit cold. We had a brunch buffet for the wedding reception that included chicken piccata and tri-tip as well as french toast, bacon, eggs and the guests raved at how great it tasted.

There were a few issues.
First issue: communication was sometimes difficult in the few months leading up to the wedding: questions, responses, and details would get lost through email and phone exchanges but that was somewhat understandable as they had lost a staff member leaving only Jennifer to man the whole operation.

Second issue: the event manager (Jennifer) didn't show up on wedding day until close to 9am when the event time was set to start at 10am. This made getting some of the issues resolved difficult until an hour until the wedding was scheduled to start.

Third issue: there was no DJ table set up and if we waited until 9am when the manager arrived, the DJ wouldn't have been set up in time for the wedding ceremony. We had to bother the coffee shop and golf course staff to get a table.

Fourth issue: we ordered and paid extra for table runners but when we arrived in the morning the runners were absent. When the manager arrived an hour prior to the event, she said there were no runners included. We had been on site the morning prior for our rehearsal and noticed white runners identical to the ones we ordered laid across tables with white lace overlays already under them; perhaps they were incorrectly used the day before (the linens vendor said this had happened before) but somehow the venue was able to produce the runner, maybe the used ones from the day before? but our relatives and guests had to frantically put them on in less than an hour.

Fifth issue: servers were uninformed and brought only champagne instead of the mimosas that were included.

This place was stunning!!!! Absolutely wonderful place for a wedding. Affordable, and beautiful. The staff are very friendly and professional. Very inclusive packages, They are very accomodating for food allergies and other requests. Several things we asked for did not get done (windows were not cleaned, chairs for the ceremony were not cleaned, and my food was taken away when I asked it to be left on my table). The A/C was not working. Only small complaints. Overall, very lovely and highly recommended! Great place for beautiful wedding photos.
