Wedding DJ- J&M, May 2026

Milin and his team did absolutely killed it with their DJ and lighting services for our wedding! He expertly mixed a set list that seamlessly transitioned our requests, including top 40/pop, hip hop, Bollywood, and even latin/reggaeton. We got so many compliments from our guests and he really kept the energy going until the very end! His read on the room/our guests, professionalism, and execution were excellent and cannot recommend him highly enough!

Incredible!

DJ Milin and the Dhoom Events team kept our dance floor packed all night. We asked for a mix of Bollywood, Reggaeton, old-school, and new pop, and they blended everything seamlessly. Not only was the music amazing, but they also ensured our ceremony sound and reception flow went smoothly. The afterparty was just as epic! So many guests told us how much they loved the music. Their planning process was clear, simple, and organized, which we especially appreciated during hectic wedding prep. We are beyond grateful to have worked with them.

Perfect DJ

Milin was amazing. The dance floor was SO alive two nights in a row (Indian music night and American music night) - he worked off the song lists we requested and was great at reading the crowd and mixing tracks. The second night we also decided last-minute that we did want to mix in some Indian songs without having them prepared and he did that deftly on the fly. He was also super communicative and organized leading up to the event - he was incredibly easy to work with; our wedding planner and venue loved him as well!

Having Milin provide the music for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! He was responsive, professional, and brought fire music non-stop for every single minute of our special days! Milin's music perfectly catered to our diverse group of guests, and his skill at reading the crowd was unmatched. Awesome experience

We had a great experience with Milin at Dhoom Events for our wedding in Mexico. Leading up to the big day he was very responsive to our emails/calls as we got all the details set, and at the event itself we had 3 generations on the dance floor all night! We sent him some Western songs we liked and left the Bollywood and Garba music up to him and he definitely delivered. Would absolutely recommend to our friends/family!

Best DJ Ever

We knew we wanted to book Milin and Dhoom Events for our wedding even before we had a venue, but we did not expect how incredible they would be in making our wedding unforgettable. Milin was super responsive from the beginning and truly carried out the vision we had from our initial meetings to the actual day. He offered feedback when asked and helped us make key decisions that made the day more successful. He helped choose our last song and this was one of my favorite moments of our wedding. Milin and Dhoom Events do their best to understand your vibe and vision as a couple, and they do an excellent job executing. Everyone was out of their seats during the reception, the dance floor was consistently packed and multiple people told us we had the best DJ they'd seen/heard and we couldn't agree more. Milin and Dhoom made our wedding day epic and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again!

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! DJ Milin went above and beyond every expectation, traveling all the way from New York to Michigan to make our wedding an absolute blast. Despite facing multiple flight delays and cancellations, he still managed to arrive on time and with an amazing attitude. His dedication and flexibility to rearrange his schedule to fit ours were incredible. His music choices were spot-on, catering perfectly to our diverse crowd, and his ability to read the room was unmatched. From the perfect playlist to seamless transitions and amazing crowd interactions, he truly made our wedding unforgettable. Our guests were on the dance floor the entire time, and we received so many compliments on how fantastic the music was. He made sure to call us weeks before to go through songs and the schedule for the day. The best DJ and the best MC. Excellent DJ for Hindu-Jewish fusion wedding, highly recommended!

DJ Milin did an excellent job for our Hindu-Jewish wedding ceremony at Aria Banquet in Prospect, CT. He was extremely reliable and responsive by email and phone, communicating clearly and directly with us about how the event would go. He was very thorough and detailed, taking notes to ensure that he did everything on the day the way we hoped, and also made good suggestions for how to improve the event and make it flow better.

Our guests loved the mix of Indian and American songs at the baraat and the dance floor, and without being overbearing, he got everyone to participate throughout, whether they knew the songs or not. He also pronounced everyone’s names correctly and communicated with us discreetly when he had one question during the event.

We were thrilled with DJ Milin and considered his DJ work to be worth the investment. We highly recommend Dhoom Events for your Indian or fusion Indian wedding needs!

Amazing dj!

Milan was absolutely amazing! He was very professional, friendly, kind and dedicated! We can't thank him enough for being part of our destination wedding in Cancun, Mexico. He went above and beyond with each events entertainment as he MC'd and DJ'd three events and incorporated our music choices and kept each evening energetic and fun! DJ Milin (Dhoom Events)

DJ Milin from Dhoom Events did our wedding and he was outstanding! We did two ceremonies during the day (Hindu and Jewish) and had a fusion styled reception. DJ Milin incorporated the type of music we wanted (including Bollywood music and the Hora!) and read the room perfectly as he made adjustments in real time. We would highly recommend him for any wedding but especially a multicultural wedding. My wife and I had an amazing time and received great feedback from guests. One of the best dance floors we’ve been on!

Awesome DJ Service

We chose Dhoom enetertainment for our wedding and reception day. Milin was awesome. He is genuinely nice and tries his best to accomodate the clients. Throughout the whole event, all the guests were rocking on the dance floor as the song selection by Milin was great. We had a timing issue with our wedding but Milin was so generous and helpful that he was able to rebook the barat horse and the dhol players for us. based on new timing. We would highly recommend him for all the events and are very happy with Dhoom events. Thank you Milin for making this a great event.

Our unique wedding was a hit!

Dhoom did a great job with our wedding! They were attentive to detail, friendly, and professional. They understood our unique vision and used their expertise to enhance and expand upon our ideas. The highlight was the tabla player, Rana. He was able to curate a playlist that both satisfied our unique taste and sounded great with the tabla. He was a huge hit with both kids and adults. Loved working with DJ Milin!

Milin is a great DJ. We absolutely loved him!

He understood what we wanted in our wedding and delivered it! By coincidence, I have had the pleasure of working with him for the last fifteen years, just when he was starting out his career. But today in his career, he has become not only a great DJ but a professional vendor.

Since the day we signed him till the day of our event, we had fun working with him. He was very responsive. He was well prepared and quite organized. Anyone who’s looking to throw a big event like a wedding, such attention to details and sense of responsibility helps us reduce our stress.

During our wedding, we also had live musicians, Milin worked very well alongside them to make our event come alive. When we had to move our wedding inside due to weather conditions, he helped us set up great lighting to match our décor. From being a great MC to making all of our guests dance their hearts out on the dance floor, our experience with Milin was very positive! We would highly recommend him!

If you want your dance floor packed until the very end…

Hire them. My husband & I couldn’t be happier we hired Dhoom for our fusion Indian-American wedding in New York City. Working with Milin was a dream from the first time we spoke a year prior to our wedding. He was friendly and easy to talk to, and responded quickly to our emails & texts. During the week of our wedding, we had a few last-minute changes and Milin calmly rolled with them all while providing guidance on logistics & timing. We can’t overstate this - he KILLED IT at our wedding. It was lightly raining the morning of the baraat, but Milin brought the energy and had both sides (including all our non-Indian guests) dancing to a flawless mix of Bay Area hip-hop and Bollywood music. To my surprise, he’d even worked with my husband to create a track that he sang his vows to. Our dance floor was packed throughout the reception, until the lights came on – and no one wanted to leave even then. People are still telling us what a blast they had. We’re so grateful to Milin for making our day special, and highly recommend Dhoom!

Amazing DJ, Emcee, and lighting for multi-cultural wedding

We hosted our multi-cultural, Indian and American fusion wedding on November 20, 2021, and had an amazing experience working with Dhoom Events. Dhoom Events DJed and emceed our Baraat and reception, did sound for our ceremony, and lighting at the reception as well. We are so happy with the service at all of these events. They were very accommodating when we needed to postpone our wedding multiple times due to the pandemic. When the day finally came for us to have our event, everything was perfect. DJ Milin did a great job getting the energy levels up at the Baraat, even on a chilly day. The reception music was perfect. Milin worked with us ahead of the event to make sure we would have a good mix of Indian and American music so that guests from both sides across multiple generations had a good time. He also helped us think through the logistics and timing of events, with valuable input from his experience with similar events. He did an amazing job the day of reading the energy of the crowd and keeping people on the dance floor all night. Having good music that guests would want to dance to was something that was super important to us, and we are so happy that we chose Dhoom Events to DJ and emcee our events! After the event, we got so many compliments on the music and how fun the dance floor was.

Look no further for a DJ

Dhoom KILLED it at our wedding!!!! They had people dancing until the very end. Most weddings die down the last hour with only a few stragglers, but ours was different. No one wanted to leave! Highly recommend Dhoom...especially for an American/West Indian/Indian blended wedding (like ours).

Incredible DJ and event services - hire the Dhoom team!

Milin and the Dhoom team exceeded all expectations. From the first time we spoke through the end of the event, Milin was responsive, engaged, flexible, and incredibly professional. As many others have commented, planning through a pandemic was tough but Milin was supportive the entire way. He promptly responded to all questions, gave excellent advice, and laid out exactly what he needed from us to customize the event exactly as we wanted. Also, his billing and prices are completely straightforward and extremely fair.

Dhoom arranged the horse, dhol player, and music van for the baraat, did all of the ceremony music and sound (including all of my mother's requests!), and energized the dance floor during the reception all night. He played an excellent mix of Indian and American selections - all of our guests raved about the music and the great atmosphere, from the bridal party entrances to the final dance. Milin is an outstanding communicator, had the schedule down pat for all parts of the day, and calmly and deftly worked with us on the fly when things ran behind and when we added a reception performance at the last second, giving advice and making small but important tweaks that allowed our event to proceed smoothly.

All of the five star reviews are legit - this team is truly phenomenal and gave a legendary performance at our wedding. If you are a fusion couple like us (Indian and Irish), we can specifically say that Dhoom knows how to work a mixed crowd and keep the party going all night. We are confident that he can adapt to whatever party you want to have!

We cannot recommend this team enough - if you have a big event coming up, go with Dhoom. You will not be disappointed!

Professional and Considerate

My husband and I hired Dhoom Events to DJ our wedding in 2020. After postponing the wedding for 2021 due to covid, we unfortunately had to cancel due to restrictions. Professional, responsive and a great team to work with!

The level of professionalism shown by Milin truly supersedes other vendors I worked with for my wedding in New York. We arranged dhol players and a horse through Dhoom, and were provided with helpful advice on logistics and the options available to us for the day. Milin was always reachable and replied promptly to my emails and text messages; advising when he would call and it was always within the same day! I appreciate the care and attention he gave to me as a client and am confident you will have the same experience. Finally it has been difficult enough planning a wedding through a pandemic, with so many unknowns, but I never worried with this vendor. Destination Wedding in Mexico

Dhoom Events/Milin worked with my husband and I for our destination wedding in Riveria Maya. He took the time to get to know us before the wedding, setting up phone calls to get to know the style of music we both enjoyed and what we both envisioned for our wedding.

For our wedding, Milin helped us greatly with our Bharat (pre-wedding Indian procession) and hyped us the group as they made their way into our wedding. As many of guests were not Indian, he found played music that everyone in the crowd could enjoy that morning.

The reception was the most memorable for me. He did an excellent job with our program and introductions, he helped me the months in advance with creating the program for the reception, picking out music and we sent him a list of the songs we loved.

At the reception, we never once requested a song! He was on point all night! Song after song! Our guests gave us so many compliments on how much they loved the playlist and music. There were always people on the dance floor!

Thank you so much for making our wedding day so memorable!! You were awesome!

highly highly recommend!

What can I say that's not already known?! I knew dhoom events was great, but man oh man did they deliver during my wedding. I'm a big music fan and really into dancing, and so tend to get picky with details. With dhoom events during my wedding there was literally nothing to pick on! From a crazy baraat where Milin kept the crowd going for an hour! To the reception where I've never seen a dancefloor more packed! I've always dreamed about my dancefloor being packed and everyone dancing having the time of their life and Milin, Chirag and team truly delivered! From start to finish everyone packed the floor! It's been almost 3 months since my wedding and I still have people asking who my DJ was because they loved their song selection and engagement with the crowd. From pre wedding planning where we had to plan the itinerary to the actual day, they were super easy to work with! Needless to say, we highly highly recommend Dhoom events.

Perfect DJ for a Indian American Wedding

I first reached out to Dhoom for my fusion Indian-American wedding. My husband and I wanted a DJ that could easily switch between top 40s and Bollywood so that all our guests had a good time.

Milin was the person I was mostly in contact with initially and then shortly after, he connected me with DJ Chirag who ran our wedding. We booked Dhoom about 1 year before our wedding and from that first communication through the night of, Milin and DJ Chirag were clear, responsive, and SO easy to work with. They were totally focused on making sure the music was exactly what we wanted. Milin sent us sample itineraries and song lists to help organize us and DJ Chirag did a great job of ensuring the day of song requests from family were run by me or my husband first as we had asked. I had a horror story of a cousin whose a DJ changed her entrance song right before she walked out because and uncle wanted him to without consulting her - that was not something I had to even remotely worry about with DJ Chirag. Once the party, he had a wonderful read of the dance floor and was able to keep the crowd going the entire night.

I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with and would recommend them to any of my friends and family!

Matt and I used Dhoom Events for our two weddings on October 4th and October 5th (Indian and American). Dhoom Events team is very easy to work with. They are very responsive to calls/emails and they make sure the wedding goes smoothly according to your plans and timeline. DJ Milin did a great job with baraat music. All of our guests (including non-Indian guests) were excited and dancing at the Baraat! DJ Vinit did an excellent job at the American ceremony and reception. He had a great selection of Bollywood and American music. The dancefloor stayed full for the entire evening. We wanted fun weddings and Dhoom Events delivered that! Several people mentioned that ours was the most fun wedding they have ever been to! We are soooo glad that we hired Dhoom Events for our wedding. We highly recommend their 5-stars service!!!

Solid DJ/sound services

Dhoom Events delivered well on their services for our wedding. They are knowledgeable regarding their AV equipment and optimal set up for various different event spaces, accounting for variables such as the interplay between live musicians and personal mics, etc. The AV quality was excellent at all events. Their music selection for the open dance floor portion kept energy levels high until the end of the events. Areas of feedback we would offer are firstly, their methods of payment are not flexible (they are cash-only), and secondly, we put a lot of time and effort into creating playlists which were loosely followed, so we did not hear many of the songs we thought they were going to play. Overall they are friendly, professional, and easy to work with, and we would recommend their services.

Will keep you dancing all night!!

Milin is hands down the best DJ! He is incredibly flexible and easy to work with. We had a lot of last minute changes and he was so accommodating. His MC, Manish, did such an amazing job keep a room of 500+ pumped and active! My family has a lot of Greek influences and Milin was so flexible in partnering with a Greek singer and her band and made sure her performance sounded incredible! The entire night flowed meticulously without a pause. Not only did Milin play all of our favorite songs, he also took on requests from the guests and kept the dance floor full till the very end of the night! He is just phenomenal and I would only use him for future family events.

Dhoom Events is AH-mazing!

My husband and I are so happy we used Dhoom Events for our wedding festivities (Sangeet, Wedding, Reception)! Milin and Vinit were amazing - leading up to the wedding, Milin coordinated all correspondence and was very responsive and helpful with anything I needed or had questions about. During the wedding weekend, Vinit was professional, helpful, and really got all of our guests up and dancing - which is exactly what we wanted. My biggest advice would be to trust them; they are professionals, have done this many times, and know exactly what they're doing. I am so glad I trusted them enough to take their recommendations; everything went off without a hitch and we couldn't be happier! Highly recommend Dhoom Events!

Easy to Work with! Crowd-pleasing!!

We were so happy with our experience with Dhoom Events!

As we started our wedding process, my husband and I both wanted a wedding reception that wasn’t stuffy...we wanted people on the dance floor, and our reception to be just a fun party. The DJ was very important to us.

I’m Indian and my husband is from a Portuguese background, so we really wanted a fusion of both cultures. We interviewed several DJs, but when my brother recommended Dhoom, my husband was really impressed by their website, and Milin was very responsive to all our questions.

We really didn’t know how our guests would be as far as musical tastes since it was diverse crowd. We gave them a list of our favorite songs, but left it up to them to read the crowd. We had Chirag as our DJ along with a dhol player and they were awesome!

I loved the music, and the dhol player was such a great addition to our reception. Our guests had a fabulous time. My only suggestion to future couples is if you really want something played, you should let the DJ know as I think they would be more than accommodating. There wasn’t much Portuguese music, which was on our list, but we did tell the DJ to use his discretion, so that was probably our mistake.

Overall, I loved their services. The lighting was great, the music was awesome and they were so easy to work with. Highly recommend!!

Amazing! Used for 3 events

We used Dhoom Events for 3 different wedding events and they were amazing! We worked with DJ Chirag who was detail oriented, organized, and most importantly kept the party going : ) We were pleased with the overall vibe and music- our guests danced the entire time! DJ Chirag played exactly the mix we were looking for. We also used Dhoom for our uplighting and for our dhol player. Impressive & amazing DJ experience

We had an Indian (Hindu)-Mexican fusion wedding and wanted to incorporate music from both our cultures as well as American music. Milin, Vinit, and Chirag were absolutely phenomenal at blending and mixing all these different styles of music, as well as using Mexican music during the baraat and arranging live musicians for the ceremony. Helped Customize Our Indian Fusion Wedding Perfectly

We had so much fun working with Dhoom for our Indian fusion wedding in June. From day one, it was clear that Milin and his team were excited to work with us to design an event so perfectly customized to what we were looking for. They stay true to their tag line of “your event, your way” and did exactly what we asked for while doing what they needed to keep the party going. We asked a ton of questions leading up to the big day including song recommendations and Milin was extremely thorough and responsive. On the wedding day, Vinit was our DJ and he and his assistant did an incredible job of incorporating our “must have” songs with a mix of Indian music throughout the event. Our friends and family had nothing but positive things to say about the music at our event and we are so thankful. We asked for a lot of old school hip-hop and 90’s pop music while also incorporating Indian music where appropriate and Vinit did just that. We had everyone dancing to Indian music at the start of the event and flawlessly transitioned into a dance party/sing-along with our favorite songs by the end – exactly as we had envisioned. We have already recommended Dhoom to our friends for their upcoming wedding and would highly recommend Dhoom to anyone and especially couples looking for music for an Indian fusion event.

Fantastic!

We worked with Milin leading up to our wedding and DJ Vinit the week of, and on the night of, our wedding. Both were extremely professional and responsive. Milin was a breeze to coordinate with and DJ Vinit was fantastic. He completely understood the type of music we wanted, the amount of excitement, and took the time to review all of our details with us. We had a jazz band for a small portion of the event and DJ Vinit worked flawlessly with the band ensuring there was always music and nothing was competing. Such a great experience

Dhoom's motto is "Your event, your way" and after our wedding this weekend I can confirm they live up to this motto.

All our specific requests, from 90s Bollywood at the sangeet to some Marathi songs at the baarat to 80s classic rock during the final hour of the reception, were all followed perfectly and amplified by Milin and Mehul. They knew how to read the crowd, manage the guests and timeline, and knew exactly when to play which song to keep the party going. Our guests loved the variety of music we had and we have to thank Dhoom for that.

Aside from DJing, we contracted a photo booth, party van, some decor, and a baarat horse from Dhoom. All of these services were top-notch and high quality as well.

Most importantly, Milin and team were professional, courteous, easy to talk to, and committed to making our day special. We would recommend them to anyone and would absolutely work with then again for another event.

Dhoom was amazing!

THRILLED we worked with Dhoom for our wedding! Their DJ, sound techs, and set up team were all incredible. Everything was executed flawlessly - and they brought so much fun to every event. For example, the DJ who handled the baraat (groom procession before the wedding ceremony) had everyone dancing and excited! Even people passing by not included in the wedding wanted to join in! His enthusiasm, music choices and voice-over made the event. The mobile music van definitely added a sense of fun as well. Dhoom also handled the music for our ceremony (procession and recession) and provided speakers for a welcome party. At every turn - they were terrific. Highly recommend Dhoom!

Great Experience!

Milin was absolutely amazing! All my guests as well as both families loved the DJ services at all our events. Everything was exactly as we had wanted and had planned. For the pre-wedding event, the guy who Milin sent was super sweet and never got sick and tired of our constant technology questions. He was always willing to help and was very nice. On the wedding day, the music and the timing of the songs was perfect!

Now for the reception, things were thrown at Milin last minute and some things were changed/adjusted/added, but he were SO patient! He understood that Indian weddings can be chaotic and he dealt with it all so well, which shows how truly experienced he is. The music was great and everyone enjoyed dancing so much.

Prior to the wedding, if there was one thing I was very comfortable and stress-free about, it was the DJ services. I had full trust that Milin would adhere to my requests and he did just that. You replied quickly and provided great feedback and suggestions. Not being from New Jersey, planning a wedding was difficult and super stressful since I knew no vendors here, but Milin really decreased my stress. Also, his organization was awesome! He was amazing to work with and I would recommend him to all my friends.

DJ Vinit is amazing

DJ Vinit absolutely crushed it at our wedding. He was extremely professional, a fantastic DJ & MC and a master mixer. He seamlessly blended Indian, Persian and American music. He was also very thoughtful - for example, he figured out how to make my wife's walk in song to the ceremony work so that her mom and her brother could walk in at the beginning and her and her dad could walk in at the end.

Highly Recommend Dhoom Events!

What can I say except Milin & Manish at Dhoom Events were absolutely awesome for our wedding!

When we first started our journey, we were pretty lost with all the options for DJs out there. We were somewhat price sensitive as well so we wanted to get as much bang for our buck as possible. My fiancé was familiar with Dhoom events through some friends of hers and recommended them. I was leery at first, but from the very first call they put me at ease. Milin was very patient and suffered our incessant questions. He was able to secure add-on services such as a photo booth, Video screens for our slideshow as well as a troupe of Indian dance performers.

Although the day was a blur and my wife and I spent way less time than we would have liked on the dance floor, our guests were raving about the music after the fact. Milin and Manish were able to keep the dance floor packed and the party going, despite the fact that it was a daytime wedding and the room was extremely well lit. In addition to this, there were no hiccups with our scheduled introductions, dances, and speeches for which the DJ's had to coordinate music.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Milin and his team to others that are looking for any type of wedding DJ services (particularly Indian/American fusion type events.)

We had a blended American/Indian wedding in Connecticut and Dj Chirag did an amazing job keeping the dance floor packed the entire night. We spoke with him a few days before the wedding to discuss what type of blended music we wanted but after that we pretty much gave him free range to just read the room and keep the vibe going. He did an amazing job blending the two styles of music together, we've heard from many guests that they've never been to a wedding where the entire dance floor was packed the whole night like ours. Guests have been raving about the DJ since the wedding. They also did an amazing job for the baraat to kick the day off perfectly. During dinner, he played a perfect mix of a soft, romantic mix of Indian and American songs. If we had to do this all over again, we would 100% book Dhoom Events again!

There is not a lot of choice where we are so people always bring in outside vendors. I'm so happy that I went with Dhoom Events for my 2 day wedding in Rochester. Milin was extremely organized and stuck to my plan I even trusted him enough to cede control on the wedding day and everyone had a blast! We had a multicultural Afghan / Indian / American wedding in June and were just looking for a provider of a horse and dhol player for the baraat for my now-husband. Milin answered all of my many questions smoothly and efficiently and everything went great the day of the wedding. The dholi (Raj) also stayed for the the full reception and was a great final touch / "wow" factor when he started playing his beats to Indian, Afghani, AND American music (I really think a dhol beat and the song stereo love should go together now)! We had a very inter-cultural Indian-American wedding and we wanted a DJ who could cater to our varied tastes in music as well as appeal universally to Indian and American guests. DJ Vinit did exactly that and kept most people on the dance floor all night. While we did give him an extensive list of songs, he also played songs we didn't expect but which hit exactly the right notes. His emceeing skills were also great. We wanted someone who wouldn't be loud, disruptive, or pushy and he was just right! The Dhol player that Dhoom provided was the MVP of the wedding and he gave us some of the best moments of the night. Milin, who runs Dhoom, was very professional, courteous and responsive on email through the entire process. We couldn't be happier with Dhoom Events and highly recommend their services.

We definitely were happy with the services for our wedding. Milin and his group were easy to stay in touch w/ throughout the planning process. I liked the garba raas music as all the songs had a good beat and none were the really slow boring ones. Baraat music was energetic, and wedding ceremony songs were played as requested and in the right order. I had put in a bunch of requests for reception music and I think Vinit pretty much played all of them plus other similar music and people danced a lot! Our experience with Dhoom Events was absolutely stellar. Music is incredibly important to us so finding the right DJ was paramount in putting together our perfect wedding. Luckily we came across Milin and his company. Milin was incredibly professional and responsive from the outset. He never came across and sales-y or pushy and seemed to genuinely care about our interests. We read excellent reviews for one of his DJs (Chirag) and requested him for our two-day event. Milin made it happen. DJ Chirag was such a pleasure to work with. He spent time on the phone with us prior to the wedding in order to review our timeline and learn name pronunciations. We worked with Milan and DJ Chirag for our wedding events this past November 2017 for our wedding events. Music was one of the priorities for our wedding weekend and we could not have been more happy. When we first contacted Dhoom, we spoke to Milin who talked with us about what our musical vision was for our wedding! He was engaging and was very knowledgeable about his field. Prior to the events Dhoom sent us reminder emails with different details that we needed to provide. Prior to the event we spoke to our DJ - DJ Chirag who went through our entire itinerary with us along with individual name's pronunciation.

During our events we DJ Chirag was incredibly helpful and very professional. As weddings go, we were running behind on the Shaadi day, Chiraj came up the stage so we could inform him of the stages during the event. We had a mix of both American and Indian/Pakistani music during our events and the dance floor was always lit! All the guests had an amazing time on the dance floor and were itching to dance more when our events were complete.

We would highly recommend Dhoom Entertainment and Chirag to anyone!

I worked with Milan and DJ Chirag for my wedding this past Sept 2017. They were absolutely amazing to work with and extremely professional. They sent out reminders for any details that they needed, and we had a call the week of the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page. I can't believe how well everything went when we didn't even meet until the day of our wedding. They helped us with pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception music. We had a mix of American and Indian music that crossed many generations, and both our Indian and American guests enjoyed themselves throughout the entire event. DJ Chirag checked in with me during the event to see how I thought it was going, and I was so happy! It could not have been more perfect!

Milin and his team were great to work with throughout the entire process. He took skype calls with our entire family to ensure we'd be comfortable working together, explained what we needed (and what we didn't), and helped us to better understand why he needed what he needed from us to make our wedding special.

As a fusion wedding, it was important to us that all guests felt comfortable with the music. Milin not only helped keep a balance of Indian and western music, but knew exactly when our crowd was getting into a groove and how to keep it going. Every single guest of ours was on the dance floor, and they were all eager to keep the party going with "one more song".

We also worked with Milin and his team for our Sangeet, which was a great introduction into how to meld our cultures to be sure everyone felt welcomed, entertained and having fun.

We've been to weddings since ours, and everyone has commented on how much fun it was thanks in large part to Milin and his team. Thanks again!

Excellent DJ and MC services! Milin and Manish were the reason our wedding reception was a hit ! Manish called me the day before to reassure me and go through my entire lineup to make sure no detail was missed. the reception was executed to the T. dhoom events were great at the wedding. All our friends and family had a great time.
Starting from the Baarath Van, which was on point, to the reception.
The team was responsive and also accommodated last minute changes and requsest.
Over all well organized, only thing they can improve on is mixing the songs showing off some crazy Djing skills :)
Anyway all in all The event was successful and we including our guest had a ball.

Milin and Chirag at Dhoom Events were so easy to work with! They were very professional in the planning stages and organized all the events (flow and times) very well. They definitely got the party going and within 10 minutes of playing baraat music, our guests were raving about the music and DJ! Dhoom Events did an incredible job creating our ideal wedding musical experience! The DJing was top notch for our mehndi/sangeet event (DJ Vinit) and our wedding (DJ Milin) -- both events were so different in their music and everyone loved the music and dancing! Our family and friends were on the dance floor till very end for both events. Generally, very professional and courteous throughout, with excellent suggestions on how to improve our planning for the two events, and they coordinated everything without a hitch! Would highly recommend if you want to have an amazing and fun Indian wedding and dance the night away!

Dhoom events was my vendor of choice for my wedding on June 3, 2017. Milin lead the team and from day 1, he won me over with his calm voice and his pitch as to what he will deliver. There are a lot of good DJ’s out there who have made their name into a brand name. Dhoom events is a team. Without a team, there’s no DJ. Milin represents just that. Him and his team, along with DJ Chirag, who did my Garba/sangeet night, were simply outstanding. I was there to see a little bit of behind the scenes work, and I must say that everything was handled very professionally and we did not even feel a bump. Starting from the garba/sangeet night, DJ Chirag lead the night and did an awesome job getting the crowd on the floor. We were there until we were told to stop by the venue. Songs selection was perfect and he pitched in where needed to, and got everyone moving. Come wedding day, Milin and his team lead the way. I cannot say enough words about how much at ease I was because I knew Milin was taking care of it. I saw him move and work alongside his team. A true quality of a leader. When I saw that, it inspired and humbled me, that there are people out there who work hard for what they do. He lead the baraat like a full force hurricane. My family and friends danced for almost an hour. He moved the pace so perfectly that everything got done on time. Come reception, he was the star of the show. Made me and my bride look like the King and Queen. The night was lead by MC Manish and DJ Milin. They crushed the dance floor and my family and friends can’t stop talking about how much fun they had. Their motto is your event, your way. Simple, to the point, and perfect. I know there are a lot of you out there looking for a brand name DJ. Dhoom events is a premiere company and a huge brand. Whether it be a grand event, or something simple, they will make you happy. They have my highest recommendation!! Thank you guys for creating a great memory for us. We will never forget our wedding.

Dhoom Events is really incredible to work with, and the services they provide are the best of the best. We didn't even look at other DJ vendors -- after speaking with Milin just a couple times over email and on the phone, my now-husband and I were certain that Dhoom Events was right for the job. Our expectations were far exceeded by DJ Shri, and the dance floor was PACKED the whole night. The mobile baraat van was well worth the additional cost, and our pictures from the baraat are amazing -- 250+ people dancing in the streets of NYC!

We found Dhoom through wedding wire reviews and are so happy we chose to use their services. We were looking for a DJ that can accommodate and Indian/American fusion wedding and they were perfect! Milin was out first point of contact and he was so professional and very quick in responding to all of my emails. Our DJs were Shri and Vivek, and they were high energy, very helpful and super easy to work with. Shri called me a few days before the wedding to go over all of the details on the song request list and timeline that I had sent them. He made sure he had all of the names right along with correct pronunciations. I requested a dhol player and Shri was also our dhol player and was so great at it! Even during the reception, both Vivek and Shri were very flexible and accommodated all of my last minute changes/requests! I would definitely recommend Dhoom Events to anyone, regardless of the type of wedding you are having and I will definitely be using them when I plan my sisters' weddings in the future!

Dhoom Events was PHENOMENAL! We booked Dhoom for our wedding and we could not be happier with the turnouts of each event. We had quite a few events that needed to be different in there own way starting from the mehndi, garba, wedding ceremony, and reception. I can say that each and every event we had, these guys knew exactly what to play to keep the theme of the party and our guests lively. Not once did we feel like we went to the same party 4 days in a row.

Our guests cannot stop talking about our Reception because of the atmosphere and vibe the room gave everyone due to the setup that these guys provided. We had a special setup request for the Reception in which we wanted to have our guests drop jaws for, and they did an amazing job with that - yeah, we had A LOT of lighting effects for the dance floor particularly. We just wanted to have everyone dancing for hours and hours and that's exactly what happened.

We have a bigggg family with events that are coming right around the corner. We have already given your contact information to numerous people that are getting married in the near future. Thank you to the Dhoom Events team!

These guys did an amazing job, and the price was super reasonable compared to other Indian wedding DJs (even including their travel/stay to our wedding in Rochester, NY). They did music for the baraat, our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and also did the lighting for the reception. They did an amazing job with everything.

We booked Dhoom Events for our wedding in May (Milin Jani was our DJ and MC) and they did an amazing job keeping the dance floor lively. Dhoom events was amazing from beginning to end. I could not have asked for a better DJ in Milin and emcee in Manish. I was a little stressed at the start of the reception and by the end I did not have a worry in the world. Even throughout the whole process they were helpful and had great suggestions. Everything went so smoothly and they were so patient with us. The dance floor was packed throughout and people did not want to leave at the end!!! The music they played was so amazing and everything that we wanted. I definitely felt Milin kept in mind our musical taste and used it throughout. He knew how to read the crowd and what they liked as well. I got sooo many compliments throughout the night about our emcee and DJ. Manish was amazing. My hudsband is Japanese and I am South Indian. We had a traditional South Indian wedding and a multi-cultural reception. We cannot thank Dhoom Events enough for accommodating our last minute changes and their great services. We wanted to play South Indian ceremonial music and Dhoom Events provided us with a South Indian DJ to make sure that the right song is played at the right moment. For the reception, we had DJ Chirag play Indian, Japanese, American, and Latin music. The dance floor was crowded and many of our guests told us that our wedding was one of the best parties they have ever attended. We also had many dance performances by our friends and family. Everything went smoothly because of the DJ's transition skill. DJ Chirag was very professional and accommodating. We have zero complaints with his or any other services provided by Dhoom Events. We highly recommend them.

The Dhoom team was simply AWESOME for our wedding! DJ Chriag from Dhoom Events was such a great DJ and made all my worries as a bride go away. I was so busy planning my wedding in NY all the way from milwaukee and had so much to do till the day of the event itself. However, the one thing i did not have to worry about was my dj and the music. I spoke to DJ Chirag a week or two before the event and told him everything i wanted and everything i didnt want. I did not want a lot of time spent with speeches and wanted all the guests at my wedding on the dancefloor the entire night and that is exactly what i got thanks to this amazing DJ. I never gave him a list of play/do not play songs, but gave him general suggestions on types of music i thought would be good. He also did a custom edit to the rocks theme song that my husband wanted his entrance to be on. My guests of all ages and ethnicities were on the floor all night dancing away!! The music he picked out felt like he really took the time to tailor it to me, my now husband and our families. He played top 40 for my non desi guests, current bollywood, bhangra since everyone loves it, old school bollywood for the aunties and uncles and even did a whole raggae session for my husbands side of the family since he is half guyanese. I was worried about pleasing everyone but i beleive the DJ absolutely surpassed my expectations and had moments that represented everyone. I had a lot of family fly in from bombay for my wedding and till today they tell me they have never danced as much at any other wedding. This was because the music was perfect!! Thank you so much Chirag. You made our day amazing not just for my husband and i but for everyone at the venue that night!!
