Wedding of my dreams
Wow! It has been one week since our destination wedding in Tulum. Of course, it is not easy planning a wedding much less- in a different country. Turns out, it was everything we dreamed of.
Marcia was fantastic! She was there for me every step of the way and helped me make every decision. She did not rush me or push me to do the most expensive option. She will forever have a special place in my heart! Thank you so much, Marcia! -

I could not thank the Dezibel team enough for bringing my vision to life when it came to my wedding decorations. I am from the US, and some may think it would be hard to plan a destination wedding, but Ana made the process so easy. She and her team worked so hard to get every detail perfect and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. If there were any issues with what I had in mind; they would communicate it with me beforehand too which I really appreciated. Do not hesitate to book them for your wedding! I promise you, it is worth the investment! -

All I can say is WOW and Thank you! Anairam with Dezibel was an absolute God sent! She was attentive, kind, caring, creative, meticulous and was there every step of the way to make sure every vision for my husbands and I's special day came to life without flaw, even down to the smallest detail. Planning a wedding in Mexico from the states is not the easiest of tasks but she took all the stress off me and executed every aspect and requests to perfection. She checked in with me often, sometimes just to ask how my day was! She is someone that i was blessed to have apart of my wedding planning and i can say for certain that my day would not have been as beautifully present if it were not for her. If you are using Dezibel for your wedding planning (AND YOU SHOULD) definitely request my new friend Ana! You will not be disappointed!! Another huge thank you for everything you did for us Ana and amazing team behind the scenes, we will forever remember our wedding day as PERFECT! -

We received a recommendation for Dezibel from our wedding coordinator at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun. Angela was our point of contact, who was so easy to work with. She was quick with her responses (which I really appreciated!), and was clear when working with us, always providing photos and updated cost estimates. Our flowers were pretty simple as we had a wedding package, but we upgraded our bouquet and boutonniere, which were absolutely stunning. Exactly the tropical flowers we wanted. They also provided our centerpieces, which were pretty terrariums. Thank you Angela and team! -

Ittaí and her team at Dezibel are incredible. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dezibel to anyone that is planning a wedding. For context, our destination wedding was on the larger side, with around 100 guests, and I started planning my wedding 10 months in advance. Throughout the 10 months, Ittaí worked tirelessly with me to ensure all the details, whether big or small, would be captured on our big day. Planning a destination wedding can feel daunting since you are not in person to oversee the details, but Ittaí took the fear, anxiety, and stress out of planning by always being available to answer any questions or concerns. She reassured me every step of the way that my big day would be perfect, and it was! The final product was incredibly beautiful. It was as if Ittaí took our vision out of our heads and plopped it on the venue. Thank you, Ittaí and team, for your support and tireless efforts in making our big day special. We will forever cherish the memories, and we are grateful for all of your hard work before, during, and after the wedding, as you guys did an AMAZING JOB! If anyone is looking for a florist/planner in the area, I would recommend them to you as I genuinely believe Dezibel is THE BEST in the area in what they do! The level of care, attention to detail, and their customer service is exceptional! -

Anariam was exceptional! I felt so comfortable with her from the beginning. She was very attentive and had great ideas. She would check in with me often just to touch base, or calm nerves. Her decorating was was exactly what we had discussed and was absolutely gorgeous!! Our wedding day just exactly what we had envisioned and it was perfect start to finish. -

Ana and her team were so amazing! Ana responded quickly to my emails and sent me a list of ideas that fit my theme. She also helped me find ways to save money while keeping everything beautiful! I would recommend Ana and her team at Dezibel to anyone planning a wedding in Cancun/Riviera Maya area. Dezibel helped with 4 of our events of our Indian + Mexican wedding and they exceeded all expectations that I had. The decor was perfect and we are so grateful to have had the chance to work with this team!! Thank you so much! -

Riviera Maya Destination Wedding
Worked with Ittai from Dezibel for my wedding, and she was amazing! Planning a destination wedding is hard, but she was prompt to respond and made all of my ideas come to life. It was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Cannot recommend enough! It was also very reasonably priced. -

We had the pleasure of working with Valeria for the event production of our 1 year anniversary party in Playa Del Carmen and we couldn’t be more pleased! The reception looked out a story book and was met all of my expectations. I was worried at first but Valeria put me at ease at every step of the way. She is responsive and really on top of everything so you can sit back and enjoy your event. Book with them, you won’t regret it! -

My Actual Dream Wedding!!
Andy Jimenez was the perfect person for the job! I’m beyond happy we put our trust in her to help us create our dream wedding! I was in the U.S. planning my destination wedding at The Hilton Playa Del Carmen, and as you might imagine, I had a million questions about the flowers, lighting, decor, etc… I was so nervous because I wouldn’t be able to visit the venue or meet with Dezibel in person before the wedding. But thankfully, Andrea (Andy) was super responsive and was available to speak via WhatsApp to clarify anything that we couldn’t cover in our emails. I really don’t know where to begin because there were so many amazingly gorgeous details. So I’ll start with my favorite part: The flowers!! OMG When I walked down the aisle and saw the floral arrangement over the pergola and the flowers on our welcome signs I was completely stunned. It was even more beautiful than the photos and description (which I was already very happy with!). My bouquet was STUNNING and matched the inspo pics that I sent Andy. My bridesmaids bouquets were perfect and she was able to get me a Hawaiian lei that I requested for my flower girl.
Okay now for the lighting… The budget was getting a little out of hand so I told Andy that we need to make some cuts wherever possible. I knew we needed lighting, so the string lights were a must. I expressed to her that I was in love with the chandeliers I saw on Dezibel’s website, but I was concerned about the cost. She was so kind and generously worked out a plan with us so that we could get the lighting we really wanted AND the chandelier! Now when I look at our wedding photos and see that chandelier hanging over the dance floor I just think of how amazing Andy and Dezibel are! I’m not exaggerating when I say it truly felt like a ROYAL wedding. I would recommend Dezibel to every couple. You will not be disappointed, and beyond that, you will get your actual dream wedding!

Dezibel made planning a destination wedding a breeze! I had all of these Pinterest ideas in my head and they made everything come to life so effortlessly. I worked with Guillermo and then Marcia at the end and they were both phenomenal!! Anything I wanted they found a way to make it come alive in a cost efficient way. I had asked for lots and lots of pampass grass and they sure delivered. The experience was awesome and their communication was what made them stand out to me. I was impressed by the great English they spoke and how quickly they responded. It was a very beautiful day and I have so much to credit them for!! -
