A Perfect Choice!
Elliot was professional, has a beautiful creative vision, and put us at ease every step of this wedding process. Our pictures came back quickly and we could not be happier with how gorgeous they turned out. They look straight out of a wedding magazine! I do not enjoy taking pictures, but Elliot made our photo sessions fun and comfortable, both during our engagement session and our wedding day. Elliot’s attention to detail at the price point he offers is simply unmatched. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to go with Developing Diamonds for our big day! -

Fantastic photos!
We had such a wonderful experience with our wedding photographer! From the very beginning, he was professional, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to understand what we wanted and made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire process.
On the wedding day, he was organized, calm, and captured every moment beautifully. The photos turned out better than we could have imagined, and we’ll treasure them forever. His pricing was also fair for the quality and service provided.

I got married last month, and while I’m a little late writing this review - I just have to share my experience working with Elliot and his team. I have to say that I read almost every review before I spend a dime on anything, and I read almost every one of Developing Diamonds LLC reviews. I gotta say, they are all true. He’s timely, organized, flexible, efficient and has the ability to find all the beautiful moment in a crowd full of people. My husband and I were worried that family photos were going to take up a lot of time, NOPE! Elliot and his team were able to get the shots so quickly! And he was able to get us sneaks before we even sat down for dinner! I just spent the last 12hours looking through all of our wedding gallery, and I truly feel like I was able to be a guest at my wedding. Photos I’ll cherish forever. Thank you, Elliot!! -

Elliot was amazing to work with for our engagement photos and wedding photos. He showed up on time and was ready to go. He was very easy to work with and came prepared with everything. He gave us a 30 minute warning before his time was up and asked if we wanted any other specific photos. He gave direction and guided us through our wedding photos. He was flexible when our wedding timeline needed to be adjusted. He did a great job with delivering our sneak peak photos within 2 days of our engagement photos and wedding photos. I am so in love with our wedding sneak peaks. I can't wait to see the rest of them. I cannot recommend him enough. I will definitely work with him again in the future! -

Elliott did such an incredible job photographing our wedding!
We started with an engagement session in which he was extremely flexible with scheduling due to weather concerns while also being receptive to the style/type of location we were envisioning. He was willing to make a day that was -15 degrees outside work and somehow captured BEAUTIFUL pictures for us.
For our wedding, not only did he capture stunning photos but was incredibly personable and involved everyone in the photos. We also really appreciated his attention to detail, from jewelry shots to venue flowers to tablescape photos. He was also so efficient with time, as he ensured all the shots were captured without feeling rushed or forced. The photos are simply breathtaking and reflect our style perfectly. He has a true talent for taking creative and unique shots, which made us feel very special.
Beyond photography skills, Elliott went above and beyond in supporting us with random extra supplies (bobby pins, dress hanger, etc.) and truly helped keep the day stress-free. This level of preparedness and thoughtfulness made a world of difference during the craziness of the day. It's a hard decision choosing who to trust with capturing your special day, but we can't recommend Elliot enough to anyone. We will cherish our photos forever and are so grateful for such a wonderful experience!!!! -

If you are a Type A bride and expect the same quality for details from your photographer, Elliot is the person you want to hire for your wedding! He made our engagement session so easy and carefree, it helped us with the nervousness! Our wedding day was at a beautiful outdoor venue which created some space between the bride and groom.... he was RUNNING! back and forth to prepare us both for our SEPARATE first look with our families! But not only was he the photographer, he was also our personal assistant! Helping us with our timeline, giving us a hand when both our hands were tied, and where anyone needed an extra hand, or two! Calmed me down, ensured I was ready for our first look! Throughout my whole wedding planning, all my questions were answered in a timely manner, with complete details, and NEVER sounding like he was too tired to answer. A lot of our guests complimented him during and after our wedding! I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family!

Absolutely incredible. He scouted out our shoot spot after a storm hit, incredible response time and turn around time but above all, just absolutely kind and you really felt like you got to know him in the time span of taking your photos. As people who have never had professional photos done and don’t like getting our photos taken at all, it was an incredible choice and we are SO glad we went with Developing Diamonds. Our family and friends loved them and couldn’t believe how well he was able to capture the moments where we were posed but it didn’t look like it. We recommend to everyone. -

Book with Elliot now!! I stumbled across Developing Diamonds Photography randomly on Facebook and found myself deep diving into all of the photos. I was so impressed by the romantic look and feel and knew that was exactly what I wanted for our big day! Elliot was very responsive to all of my emails and questions. When we met for our engagement pictures even my husband, who hates pictures, had an enjoyable time. Elliot is very personable and truly gets to know you as a couple. The day of the wedding he was on time and professional. He listed to all my wants and needs in pictures I was looking for. After seeing our sneak peek at the wedding I couldn't wait to see our final pictures! They were back within a week and they were stunning! I couldn't ask for a better experience and would recommend Elliot to anyone! -

Working with Elliot was absolutely incredible. We had a large wedding party with a lot of moving parts throughout the day. He was the solo photographer on the contract and absolutely killed it! He made sure to get every shot requested from every family member! The weather was a bit tricky, and he was sure to have clear umbrellas on hand just in case - and a white-lined clear umbrella just for the bride/groom, large enough for both of them to fit underneath. Thank goodness he did, because it started to rain just as we got onto Lambeau Field for the bridal party pictures! He edited a few photos on-site and put together a little slideshow for the clients to play at the same day at Reception prior to his departure for the evening! Absolute DIAMOND of a photographer :) -

Elliot photographed our wedding at the South Shore Pavilion in Milwaukee and I cannot say enough great things! The photos are BEAUTIFUL and Elliot is one of the most genuine, down to earth people I have met. Elliot is an artist! Fantastically more than a photographer. He captured the most amazing moments for us to remember forever. And if you have an outdoor event, as we did for our engagement photos, wedding, and reception, we recommend you ask for his drone. The aerial view videos and close ups look straight out of a movie. I recommend Elliot to anyone who invested a lot of time and energy to make their event one to remember. Elliot exceeded all probable expectations to capture the essence of who we are and our guests. -

I can NOT say enough great things about this company. From the booking, to the price, to the photographer and Videographer that they sent. I will admit, I was an insanely chill Bride, which is not my personality AT ALL. But the day off, I just let the hits come and stayed zen. I let Tony & Raymond give me suggestions and tell me what to do. They’ve done weddings before, I haven’t! I had a few inputs but other than that they directed me.
They were helpful, even helped me adjust my bracelet and hold my drink a time or two! They would show me little sneak peaks off throughout the day and I was shocked at how beautiful the photos were turning out. It was a cold day and I was exhausted so we didn’t do an outside shoot like we had originally planned but they quickly helped us figure out a new background inside the Hall we held the wedding in and setup and went through the checklist I sent earlier. They were absolutely fabulous! I can not wait to recommend them for all my friends events coming up!

Quality Review

We were pretty upset when we received our album of over 1500 wedding photos and only had two of my husband and I smiling at the camera at the same time. 100 kissing photos but only two of us both smiling at the camera. No bridal portraits were taken in my gown, most of my getting ready photos are of the back of my head. Family and I bridal party photos were not centered with arches or doorways. Just really upsetting and quite sloppy all around. If you want quantity over quality, you’ve found it. I sent over a list of all of the family photos we wanted done and it was never brought out which led to me, the bride, organizing who we needed for each photo. The drone footage was great but I would not have wanted it used if I knew Elliot would be busy messing with that the entire hour of our hour and a half cocktail hour and leaving the important wedding photos to his sidekick. The photos were barely edited as well. I wish I had done more research and asked for full wedding day albums, versus going off of the website with one great photo from each wedding.
