I can’t say enough good things about Mary’s two-hour Power Planning session. Before this session, I was overwhelmed and couldn’t bring myself to take any next steps. Mary took the time to walk me through a variety of topics including budget, contract expectations, and online tools to help organize RSVPs and photos. I ended up locating and booking the perfect venue within a week of our Power Planning session and was able to sign my venue contract with confidence. I now feel excited about our wedding celebration instead of feeling stressed! I highly recommend a Power Planning session with Details Wedding Co. for anyone who feels stuck or unsure about hiring a wedding planner. -

Mary was wonderful every step of the way! I was initially hesitant to hire a planner, but our venue required a day of coordinator anyway and sent a list of recommended companies- thank goodness Mary at Details Wedding Co. was on that list!! She got back to us quickly the first time and every time after. We hired her for half planning service, but wish we had done the full! She is so creative, organized and kind. She has an eye for style and took our initial idea “scraps” and turned them into a truly beautiful, magical event. She went above and beyond, showed up to multiple planning events, held many a panicked meeting and calmed our stresses with so much warmth and grace. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and truly recommend her to all couples. -

The most practical piece of advice I got early in wedding planning was to bite the bullet and invest in a great wedding planner, and I am so glad we did! Mary and Details Wedding Co made our wedding planning process so easy and stress-free, and our day was literally absolutely perfect. We were very clueless in the planning process and Mary was so skilled in asking the right questions to understand our vision and bring it to life. It was priceless to be able to focus on nothing but each other and to be present in the big day without any worry or stress. The price tag was a shock to us at first but honestly after going through it I 100% agree with the advice I was given - a great planner was by far the money best spent on the wedding! -

Mary and her team were great to work with! Our wedding went off without a hitch. Mary is great at communicating, setting expectations and taking an idea and making it a reality. Where to begin.... shortly after getting engaged, I began the planning process and was trying to decide what I did and did not need. I initially figured I would get a planner/at least a day of coordinator and initiated talks with Mary. I loved everything about Mary's approach, her responsiveness to emails, and her personal style. Ultimately I decided that planning/coordination was not in my budget and proceeded to continue on the process alone. Fast forward, my husband and I were one of the first wedding weekends of April 2020 to be cancelled d/t COVID. We quietly eloped, rescheduled our venue to 2 YEARS later, thinking it was far enough away to figure out a plan, and moved out of state. Months later, I was faced with looking at all of our nearly completed wedding plans, with many things abandoned d/t me no longer having the time or energy to plan all over again, paired with the difficulty of it now being essentially a destination wedding as we no longer lived in AZ. I reached out to Mary again, hoping she would remember me and our original vision. Thankfully, she was willing to work with us and picked up where my planning left off. She has an amazing eye for detail and enhanced many of my existing ideas and helped make them so much better. Her relationships with industry professionals helped to secure the perfect vendors that we needed to execute the beautiful day of our dreams. Her team is also worth noting-Lindsey was present for a great deal of the process as well, very responsive to all emails and was organized and accompanied me on vendor Zoom calls. The team eased my worries, and made it very easy to have a stress free week leading up to wedding day. When we arrived at our venue day of, everything was perfect. Mary helped pull off our vision down to the smallest design details and helped make our day so much better than we even imagined. Huge thanks to this amazing team! -

Mary went above and beyond her duties in being the coordinator for my wedding. She really wanted to be apart of the decision making process and has many connections and resources to help your vision come to life. One of my top best wedding investments!
Planning a wedding is hard and we got to a point where we couldn’t do it by ourselves any longer. Mary was recommended to us by a close friend and from the moment we met she was sweet, organized and knew what she was doing. She had pointed out a few things that we didn’t even think about or know to think about for our wedding day. Hiring Mary was the best investment on our wedding day and even the few months leading up to! She had EVERYTHING handled and my husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding day without thinking about a single detail. She has it down people! Visionary Details
Attention Brides who never fantasized about your dream wedding (or maybe that’s just me?). Mary is an extraordinary event planner and she will make your vision, or lack thereof, a reality. All I knew I wanted was bold, tropical flowers and a boho vibe. Mary’s passion, organizational skills and talent made it all come together. This woman has binders full of stuff for you to look at. She can connect you with fabulous valley vendors. Her calming presence will bring you back to earth if you ever feel overwhelmed and she will make your wedding day truly feel like you and your partner. It will be 2 years since our event soon, and I still get compliments from friends and family about how truly unique and wonderful our wedding was.
I can also attest to working across state lines during the planning process. It was painless. Mary stayed in touch with updates and tasks for me to keep me on track with every detail attended to.
Mary is truly passionate about the work she does and your guests will be blown away. Best of all, as a laid back bride, I was able to fully trust the planning process because Mary was seriously made for this job! Thank you, Details Wedding and Event Planning. -

Mary was amazing!
I would definitely recommend Mary! She was wonderful to work with and was super organized! I couldn't have been happier with her. She's also a really cool and nice person in general :) She also set up the tables perfectly! I had some things in mind but had never really set everything up. She made some decisions that made the decorations perfect! She also had recommendations for cake and flowers which I used and they turned out delicious and beautiful. She also helped us find the perfect place for our small ceremony - we wanted it in a certain park and Mary was so helpful in helping us find the perfect spot! -
