I highly recommend Destiny Bridal off of Vance Jackson when looking for a dress. Maria and Nettie were extremely helpful as my daughter was searching for her perfect dress. They helped us stay within our budget and didn't mind at all helping her try on multiple gowns. We made an appointment which allowed for quality one on one time with both women. When the dress was due to come in both women made multiple calls to the company making the dress to makes sure it came in on time ensuring enough time for alterations. I will definitely come back for my second daughter's wedding. -

Bought my wedding dress here off the rack after going to 5 different bridal shops. I tried on a ton of dresses at other shops and couldn't find anything I was absolutely in love with, and dress shopping in general was overwhelming, I wasn't sure what I wanted anymore. At Destiny Bridal, Caroline was very attentive and was able to discern what I liked off of my vague ideas. After trying on about three dress there I found the one. Bought my dress and veil here, both were absolutely stunning and the service was great.
Also, their alterations in shop were easy and extremely detail-oriented. My dress fit perfectly and was pressed and ready to go. Thanks Destiny! -

Katie did a fantastic job assisting me in finding the perfect dress! Everywhere I went stressed me out and put me under too much pressure. I actually did not find my dress on my first visit to Destiny's Bridal but returned only because Katie was so calming and reassuring during my first visit. At my second visit here I finally found the dress!!! I cannot praise Katie enough... her calming, timid but confident personality really helped make dress shopping enjoyable. -

Had a wonderful time from the first day of going to Destiny Bridal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Maria the owner is a VERY honest person and will offer her opinion or suggestions which I appreciated. Her seamstress Sissi is extremely sweet and a jewel to work with. -

Destiny Bridal was a big help in finding my dress! Leah was my consultant and she was awesome! She gets to know your personality and really helps find the dress that fits who you are and what style you want! They provided some of the best service I received of all the places I went. I would recommend going here first!! I also met with the owner when I got my measurements. She was a very sweet lady who truly cares about her customer's and getting the dress that they want! -

After an entire day (9 hours) of shopping for a dress, Destiny Bridal was my last hope, I had cried in at least two dressing rooms and was just flat out exhausted from trying on dresses that were frankly just not my style or size..but that I had been shoved unwillingly into by associates who thought I just did not know what I wanted. Mrs De Leon and her wonderful employee Christiana actually LISTENED to what I had to say and made me feel so relaxed by the third dress I found the the one!!! -

Destiny Bridal (De Zavala) made my wedding gown shopping experience a complete delight. The shop has an attentive, friendly and professional staff that allowed me to trust them in selecting my gown. I was very undecided and frustrated with several other bridal shops but Destiny Bridal was excellent in assisting me with what I wanted and not bombarding me with dress after dress. They brought me the perfect Justin Alexander dress. I am so grateful I found this store and couldn't of felt more beautiful. I recommending Destiny Bridal to all my girlfriends. -

Destiny Bridal was the first appointment I had scheduled. They were very attentive, listened to what I was looking for, and brought me several options. I was able to find my dress and ended up canceling other appointments I had made! My only comment is that the first time I had a fitting, I couldn't make an appointment. It was a first come, first serve kind of deal. All the rest of my fitting appointments were made directly with the seamstress, but that first one seemed a little strange. -

Caroline helped me pick out my dress and she knew exactly what I was looking for. I went in for 3 different fittings and everytime the entire staff and Bella knew who I was. Caroline even cleaned my dress after my bridal portraits. Ladies if you are looking for help finding the perfect dress Caroline is the best. -

I'm military and have been living in a different state than my fiance for 1+ yr. I shopped in my current state and found it for $882, but didn't want to worry about shipping/damages/etc. The owner told me it was the last one & since it was discontinued could do $881.99. I asked if there was any way to bring the price down. She said she had to make some profit, and I completely understood. We settled on $850 plus tax, so $920.
My mom picked up the dress, but noticed grease stains on the bag. The dress seems ok, but she went back for another bag. They gave her a smaller, thinner bag. Now the dress is scrunched up in a less protective bag. When my mom went back, she noticed in the window that for Veteran's Day all dresses were $299. I called back the owner for background on the sale and why I couldn't have been informed. She stated that she "didn't even know it was going to happen," but that she had "100 discontinued dresses that [she] need[ed] to sell," so it was "just something that got put together and nothing [she] can do."
How can you not know of a sale that will substantially cut your profits the week before it happens? Plus, if you're military friendly enough for a sale like that, why not any other time, like when someone buys a discontinued dress even if it "wasn't on the sale list."
I get it. It's a business; totally understand! But buying the dress of your dreams should be an experience, not just a transaction. I didn't have the luxury to purchase it surrounded by my loved ones, and instead just gave my credit card number over the phone.
It's extremely frustrating situation on top of finding out the way my orders line up, I may not even get to live with my husband until 2018 because I'll be deploying almost immediately after our honeymoon, and then off to an overseas assignment where he can't follow me. That's $600 that could've gone toward plane tickets so that I can see my fiance more than the current 4x a year before we no longer have that luxury. -

I purchased a dress from this retailer 1/2017. My dress was set to arrive sometime in late June or early July. I've called several times and was told that the dress hadn't come in and when it did I would get a call. 7/24/17 I called to see about the dress and left a voicemail. 7/25/17 I called again to check the status and left a voicemail. I then asked my mother to call and see what the deal was. She called and still no answer. My father then decided to drive by during business hours to see what the hold up was. When he arrived at the location he was greeted with sign on the door that the location had been seized by the state for failed payment of taxes. I get married in 8 weeks. We were already pushing it with alterations and now I am completely out of a dress. I wish I had someway to contact the other girls who have purchased from them recently and let them all know. I cried for myself and for them today.
