We highly recommend Carrie for your wedding or any special occasion. She perfectly brought together a vision for hair and makeup that fit our 80’s rock and roll theme while still being stylish and sophisticated. And she was so excited to do it! Carrie’s talent is evident in her huge body of work, but it’s her professionalism, range and excellent personality that make her the best choice for your day! -

Carrie and her team were so easy to work with making a hectic wedding day feel stress free and exciting. She was flexible throughout the whole process. She made all of us feel like real life princesses/queens. We absolutely loved working with her/her squad and can't say enough good things. Truly a gifted hair and makeup artist. Would highly recommend and hire again! -

She listened to my wants and needs and helped me make decisions so that I would look and feel my best. She didn’t only do a fascinating job on my hair and make-up as a bride, but helped calm my nerves and made me look and feel absolutely stunning. Carrie was able to accommodate me with hair and eyelash extensions the morning of which enhanced photos and my positive attitude. She also made sure my mother (mother of the bride) and other bridal party member were looking and feeling their best. I am so grateful I chose Carrie Minchin to be apart of my wedding day! I would highly recommend her to any bride!

Carrie was incredible, and that is an understatement. She is so experienced in the hair and makeup world! During the planning process, she was timely in her responses and worked so effectively with our wedding planner in creating a timeline for myself and my wedding party. Hair and make-up was such an easy going and fun part of our day! She completed everybody in such a great time, and each of us were genuinely happy with her work. AND it lasted all day - we looked flawless through all of the happy tears and the sweaty dance party. No touch ups were needed! We love her and I will definitely be recommending her to anyone with a face or hair 😊 -

Perfect, perfect, PERFECT!
I have nothing but positive things to say from my experience with Destination Beauty by Carrie! First off, she is extremely kind, responsive, and easy going. I do not have much experience with hair or make up and she was able to bring out the best look for me!
Secondly, the fact that she will travel to you on the day of your event is HUGE! We had a wonderful bridal suite I wanted to utilize and it made the day so special being able to be in the space and get ready with my girls. AND - she was already there and ready to go by the time we showed up! She then did 3 of my bridesmaids hair and make up perfectly within the time before pictures, without having seen them or their hair types before!
Lastly, everything is so high quality! It was a really windy day, and my hair stayed the entire time - and then proceeded to stay all night! (And I have a lot of hair!) Same goes for my makeup! Overall, a great option - and definitely worth checking out! -

Carrie was fabulous from start to finish on my special day! She went out of her way to make sure my hair was perfect. Not only did we try several styles before the wedding, she easily adjusted what I wanted on my wedding day when we found out the wind was going to be crazy! Carrie made my “picky” mom feel super comfortable when getting her hair done. I never thought she could be satisfied but Carrie worked her magic! -

Hiring Carrie, for my daughter's wedding was a true game-changer! Her calm and organized approach helped to put us at ease during the hectic wedding preparations. Carrie not only worked wonders with hair and makeup but also played a crucial role in helping to keep the entire wedding timeline on track. For me the only time I felt any stress was when you are finally getting ready with, a big wedding party, this when you really need someone who knows what they are doing and is keeping everyone on time for pictures. Carries experience really showed here! Her experience working with celebrities was evident, and witnessing her poise and professionalism in action was truly remarkable. Carrie's positive attitude and endless energy were exactly what we needed. She went above and beyond by adding thoughtful touches like eye masks and providing the option for eye extensions, for a more finished touch. Carrie carefully attended to every detail, and we were delighted with the stunning outcome for the entire family and wedding party. Carrie made our daughter's wedding day a success. We couldn't have been more pleased! Five stars all the way!

I cannot say enough about their professionalism and willingness to listen to the client. Carrie heard our thoughts and created from there. She is truly an artist. I felt so glam and received so many comments on my hair and makeup...stunning...was the most common complement. Loved the whole experience! -

Amazing wedding hair and make up for a great price!! Did awesome with bridesmaids as well. Helped me figure out what I wanted before hand and turned out excellent.
Carrie arrived to venue even before I did and was all set up and ready to go on the day of.
She was very good with conversation, kept me calm on my big day. -

Carrie is a true professional with 15+ years of experience doing wedding hair and makeup. I didn’t know what I wanted and she came up with a beautiful hairstyle that both looked great AND stayed held all night long. Carrie has the highest quality makeup and tools. She is also very personable and efficient. It was amazing watching her get so many peoples’ hair and makeup done and to such a high quality. She clearly has a mastery of all hair types and all styles. I would recommend her to anyone! -

Carrie truly is amazing at what she does. My college roomate had her for hair and makeup at her wedding, and she did great with my hair and other girl's makeup--so I hired her for MY wedding!! And, no surprise, she did AMAZING yet again! She was super flexible about scheduling my hair/makeup trial. She was super efficient and created beautiful finished hair & makeup products on myself, my mom, my sister, and two of my bridesmaids. Everyone loved their hair and makeup, and felt great for the big day! And her prices are pretty reasonable when you compare her to other's AND with her resume of experience. Hands down would suggest hiring Destination Beauty for your wedding too! It made me such a stress-free Bride when it came to my hair & makeup! -
