The housing locations for the wedding were all so amazing, it was hard to chose one, but we went with the Twin Giants and it did not disappoint. One thing that stands out is that Susan offers so many options for decorating, which made it easy to create a personalized experience that truly reflected our style. Christina, our wedding coordinator, went above and beyond—she did an incredible job with the flowers, making sure every arrangement was stunning and exactly what we envisioned. She also ensured that everything was set up correctly and on time, which gave me complete peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy the day without any stress. The coordinators and Erica were amazing—professional, attentive, and always one step ahead, making sure every detail was covered. Perfection!
Destin Wedding Estates was everything we could have dreamed of and more. We chose a breathtaking 11-bedroom coastal home on Miramar Beach, where our entire wedding party stayed together for the weekend. The house overlooked the ocean, creating the most beautiful backdrop for our ceremony in the sand, followed by a romantic reception under the twinkle lights on the property. Every detail — from the soft coastal tones and elegant florals to the sound of the waves during our vows — was exactly as I had envisioned and somehow managed to exceed every expectation. We had the most beautiful, perfect day we could have ever imagined! The wedding company made everything effortless—from setting up to cleaning up—so we could truly relax and enjoy every moment. Our day-of coordinator was absolutely amazing, guiding us seamlessly through each part of the day and keeping everything running smoothly. The decorations were stunning and exactly how we had envisioned them during our pre-wedding meeting. The food was phenomenal; we can’t say enough good things about the chef! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! Susan, Erika, and Hannah made our wedding so beautiful. Erika read our minds and the decorations were something out of a magazine! She worked so hard on every detail and made our vision come to life! Hannah tended to our every need by making sure we had food and drinks all night. She was amazing and tended to our every need! Susan had everything planned perfectly. She provided top notch vendors! The food was so good and the cake by April was beyond yummy. The DJs kept us dancing all night! She was even able to find us a videographer at the last minute. Everything was absolutely gorgeous! The Destin Wedding Company made our special day! Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing experience with Susan and her team! They took all the stress out of planning and were so helpful with anything we needed. We visited for a weekend a year before the wedding and had our day of planning. We could not have been happier on our way home knowing exactly what needed to get done on our part. Susan was amazing and very responsive. She was so reassuring when we had questions and took time to talk about everything very thoroughly. Kristina was our coordinator, and she was spectacular! She we so sweet and made the day go without a hitch! The floral company, chefs and bakers were phenomenal. The guests were impressed with each one. We had many compliments that it was the most relaxing and fun wedding they had ever been to, and I believe that was to the hard work from this company. We wouldn't have changed a thing on our big day!

-the owner herself is the main point of contact. I do feel as tho she would benefit from an assistant. She answered most of my calls and texts with no problem or returned if she wasn’t available so I am so appreciative of that. But it did get to the point where I felt as tho I was “bothering her” bc as I said she is a very busy women.
-The day of planning definitely put the icing on the cake for us! I felt terrible going unprepared but they were still patient with me and understood my vision easy. The warehouse was beautiful as well as the venue/ resort that we stayed at. This day really gave us the confidence we needed in the company! 😍
-my Only big issue was the food of course it was perfect when just the two of us tasted it, but the day of my meat was NOT seared how I like. A little too pink and pale. Everything else tasted amazing😋
-my family is huge, so I could tell coordination was slightly difficult as it was hard to direct over 100 people, but she did ok with that part. My flowers/arbor was breathtaking. She did amazing with the bouquets 💐 etc!
-the officiant was wonderful. He ensured all of our questions were answered both before and after the wedding. Thank you so much for being so precise Mr Chris! 🙌🏾🙏🏽
-the Dj was ok. Communication could have been better. Once I sent him my list I did not hear back until the day of. I also should've reminded him to play the older jams FIRST then twerk music towards the end once all the kids left the reception 🙈😬” I do LOVE how on to the point he was with the timeline, the quality of sound was also good.
-our cake was beautiful and delicious. She made it exactly how we asked. The price was also very reasonable. Thank you so much miss April🎂 🩷
-last but not least. The Bartender! I personally did not drink much but according to hubby he did an awesome job! All of the men stayed at the bar and were bragging on him! Thanks Susan for allowing my brothers to purchase those coolers 🤦♀️😂 I heard they gave you hell about them.

Dream Wedding on 30A
We just got married May 3, 2024, and the wedding was the wedding of our dreams. We literally struck gold when having the opportunity to hand Susan, Erika, Christian, and Melissa plan, coordinate, and execute our wedding. Every detail was beyond incredible. The entire team was thorough, attentive, thoughtful, and so detailed. We live in Washington state and being so far away planning our wedding could have been complicated, stressful, and challenging, but we experienced only positive. We would recommend Destin Wedding Estates to anyone wanting to plan the wedding of their dreams in Destin or 30A. We’re so thankful and so happy. From the food, to the florals by June, and all the vendors recommended by Susan and team, we truly had the best!!! The beautiful Santa Rosa Estate was the best venue to host our cocktail hour and reception at. Our guests are still telling us how much fun they had at our wedding and reception and how it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to.

In one day we made all the major decisions and we got to focus on the details to make our wedding personal and intimate. I cannot say enough good things about Susan and her staff. Everything from the beach ceremony set up, reception set up, flowers, food, music, decor was perfection. Since we live in Virginia we had to rely on Susan for everything and she exceeded mine and my daughter's expectations which is so rare these days. Susan and her team were amazing to work with! I found DWC about two months away from my wedding day and was so relieved. She took the stress away and made the wedding planning very easy especially being from out of state. All I really had to do was just come up with my personal style choices and they did the rest! the day of my wedding it rained after the ceremony and Susan and her team worked very hard to go to our plan B option for the reception. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Even though it poured minutes before walking down the aisle and we weren’t able to have the ceremony on the beach everything still turned out beautifully. It was a perfect night and one we will never forget! Susan was wonderful in helping us get all of our decor as perfect as possible from states away. Destin wedding company was absolutely amazing. ALL the staff was outstanding . Susan (0wner) , Kristina , Christian and Erika were all more than we could have asked for . The wedding was absolutely gorgeous from the ceremony to the reception. We also used them for our rehearsal dinner. I can’t say enough about this company and would 100% use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding company in Destin. We will miss them as they all played such a vital role in one of the most important days in our lives. Forever grateful.

Perfection- Simply Amazing
How many times do you hear that the day was perfection? This was a destination wedding as we are from Oklahoma. All communication from Susan was great. She helped us find the perfect home to stay in with our family that included it’s own pool. We used the backyard for pictures and a butterfly release- again perfection. Walking across the street to the beach was EASY. As the MOB, my stress level the day of was practically ZERO.
AND IT EVEN RAINED!!! Kristina took care of everything and made sure my daughter’s vision was realized even with it raining an hour before the wedding. The ceremony was gorgeous, the reception was beautiful, the flowers were spectacular, the food and cake tasted amazing, the bonfire was the perfect ending.
Susan and Kristina, I cannot thank you enough!

Susan & her team listened to every thing we wanted, & made sure every detail was completely done just the way we discussed! They have a very select group of vendors from photography, florist, bakery, caterer, all that you need for the perfect wedding/reception experience! The father of the bride wanted only to show up and enjoy the day with his daughter, and DWC delivered!!! The DWC team was very professional through setup and tear down. They are very efficient with their time and yours! They did a phenomenal job on every level! Susan and her team could not have made my wedding day any more perfect. As an out of town bride she made the process so easy with her all in one venue/decoration/DJ/florals/set up/break down/servers and bartenders/catering and literally anything you can think of! She worked so hard when my original venue fell through (no fault of hers) just 4 months before the wedding and found me an even better option! And she was flexible to let me choose my own (cup)cake provider. Christina was my day of coordinator and so many guests commented on how smoothly the day went thanks to her! If you’re looking for a high quality wedding with the least amount of stress, then you’ve found the right planner!

You're in good hands with Susan!
Susan managed my daughter's recent wedding at the Palazzo del Sol home on Holiday Isle. Every step of the way, she was responsive and organized. There wasn't a thing we requested that she didn't make happen. Even when weather threatened, we felt we were in good hands and that she would be able to handle whatever came up at the last minute. She has an extensive supply of linens and decor for every style, and has a great eye for pulling it all together. With it being a destination wedding, the planning day she includes is such a plus! She and Kristina were on site the entire day to handle every detail. They become friends in the process and go far beyond what you'd expect in a planner. We live in Arizona & my daughter wanted a beach wedding & we love Destin. I called The Destin Wedding Company & from that very first phone call I knew they were the ones, I loved how friendly & nice Susan was on the phone & she was amazing to work with! They are willing do whatever you want & make the brides vison come true , even when it means stepping out their normal box. Christina is so sweet & so fun to work with, we even got her on the dance floor with us. We battled the weather & they did a great job pleasing the bride. The vendors Susan uses are great, the food from Marlin Grill was really good, the cake was amazing, the florist was ok, his flowers were gorgeous I just didn't get what I ordered & day of the wedding he didn't return my text messages or calls, thank goodness for Christina she was fixing the flowers to make them perfect. But, overall everything was so nice & Susan & her staff were wonderful & I would recommend them to everyone. Thank You Destin Wedding Company for everything!

Can’t say enough great things about this wedding company. Hurricane Delta tried to stop my daughter’s wedding but Susan and Tyler and the rest of the crew just kept on working! Because they all worked so hard during the storm my daughter was able to have a beautiful wedding once storm passed. We were from out of state and had a lot of questions. The very best hospitality experience with a wedding company in YEARS!

Best experience ever! Billy and Susan did a great job and we are now family! Our wedding planner Kristina was amazing!!! The flowers, the wedding decorations, the set up was superior!!! I would use this company for any family event!!

Very fun night
The event was a blast, everything was relaxed and very well planned. Kristina, wedding the planner, was very helpful setting up and coordinating. I would definetly recommend Destin wedding company!!!!!

We had a great time
My sister's wedding went absolutely perfect thanks to Destin Wedding Company and out wedding planner Kristina! She was excellent! Decor, food, music was great!!! Highly recommend for a destination wedding!

Fantastic and wonderful!
Can’t say enough wonderful things about them! Sandra was a terrific planner and everything was beautiful! Kelly, our Wedding Cordinator, was fantastic! She kept everything going smoothly and was so nice! When grandparents couldn’t make rehearsal, they took them dinner to the condo! They all went above and beyond our expectations!

The arbor decor was way beyond beautiful, and the tables and reception decor was like something out of a fairytale with the crystal glass queen and king chairs!! I’m thrilled !

Most Amazing wedding EVER
We could not have asked for a better experience. Kristina was our wedding planner and made sure every detail was taken care of. Billy and Susan are amazing owners who are hands on and think of every little detail. This was the most perfect wedding for our daughter that was as easy as could be. Highly recommend!!!!

Look no further. If you are planning a wedding in the Destin area, these are your go-to people.
From the day of planning, to the rehearsal and the ceremony/reception - they are the absolute BEST OF THE BEST!
I'm so happy to call them lifelong friends.
They were the heroes of our wedding day! Especially during the rain showers. We ended up having the most beautiful beach ceremony @ Henderson Beach State Park and then they provided shuttle transportation to the newly remodeled Palms of Destin Hotel.
We received SO many compliments on the night!!!
They provided and assisted with:
- Day of Planning - One of my fav days! Billy bought a round trip ticket two weeks after we first talked to him, drove us around, helped scout location, we selected our cake, food and details. They also provided a delicious meal at Marlin Grill -- where the wedding food is from. yum!
- Flowers - HOWARD IS AMAZING!!!!
- Video - Thank you Tyler!!!! Can't wait to see the magical moments
- Wedding planning and coordination - Kelly and Susan. My queens!
- Food - From Marlin Grill. Delicious! Received so many compliments on our app cocktail hour, main course and desserts
- Bartenders - Who were so prompt, nice and helpful
- Music - DJ service at both the beach ceremony and the hotel reception. It was a PARTY!!!
- Decor - JUST PERFECT
- Sand ceremony materials
- All of the set up, tear down, etc.
- Handling of the marriage license once we went to the court house
- The pastor - SHANE IS INCREDIBLE

My day turned out perfectly! All of our guests were treated with respect and were very happy with the level of service. The bridal party was very happy with the team. Destin wedding company was great! My family had a good time tonight. Antashia the coordinator was awesome. Payton,Tony, Kody and Christian (her helpers)were great also. They all helped us with whatever we needed all night long. This will be a wedding we will never forget!!
