Sara was a joy to work with and our cake and cupcakes turned out better than we imagined! We did a two-tier naked cake with two different flavors, Tahitian Vanilla Passionfruit and Apple Maple, along with Cookies and Cream cupcakes (my cat's name is Oreo so this was a nod to him). Sara delivered the cakes on site and put together such a beautiful display for us. It was great to know our cakes would be delicious and look beautiful! Plus, it was a great value! Thank you, Sara, for making our cakes and cupcakes! -

This cake was unbelievable in appearance and taste. We had the Mexican chocolate and the Peach Bellini. The little bits of peach in the cake was such a delight! Sara is definitely a treasure and her cakes are jewels. -

I recently had the pleasure of ordering cupcakes from Sara Lee, the owner of Destin Cakes, and I couldn't be more delighted. She was incredibly sweet and personally delivered our cupcakes, arranging them beautifully on the cupcake stand I had purchased.
The cupcakes were exceptionally moist and flavorful. We tried a selection, including red velvet, dulce de leche, and traditional vanilla, and each one was exactly how a cupcake should be: spongy, sweet, and airy. They are truly some of the best cupcakes I've ever tasted!
I even added my own decorations to the cupcakes, as seen in the attached picture. I wholeheartedly recommend Destin Cakes to my friends and family. You won't be disappointed! -

Vacationing from out of state, and celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday. Customer service was beyond exceptional and the cake was exactly what we envisioned. And it tasted AMAZING! The chocolate was so decadent 😋 Definitely recommend! -

We were planning our wedding from 1300 miles away. Chef Sarah made me feel comfortable and at ease from the first meeting over Zoom. She took my inspirations and curated the exact design, coordinating with my wedding planner and venue.
She shipped the tasting kit which was challenging in the middle of August heat. It had melted some but the flavors were still AMAZING.
Our guests raved about the cakes. It was absolutely beautiful and I love that she is a veteran. -

We had the best experience with Sara at Destin Cakes. We did a destination wedding in Florida and she was amazing to work with. We were able to do our cake tasting from the Midwest where she sent us out six flavors. We then bought a second tasting box for my husband’s 30th birthday. All the flavors were amazing and we had the hardest time choosing a flavor for our wedding cake. All of our guests stopped us to compliment the cake. We couldn’t recommend her enough! -

Destin Cakes was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! Sara, the owner, was super responsive, detailed, and made sure our cake was perfect for our event. You can tell she takes pride in her work - the cake was absolutely beautiful and so delicious! Sara starts with a zoom video call and actively listens to your ideas to help you create the perfect pastry for your event. You can also taste test 5 flavors in your own home, which was such a nice perk. The price point is perfect for whatever your needs are, and Sara is so sweet and quick to respond if you have any questions. She made setting up the cake on our big day a breeze. Destin Cakes truly does it all - I can't recommend her enough! -

Destin Cakes is your local custom cake haven! It is a female veteran owned and operated small business that specializes in everything cakes: cakes, mini cupcakes, cake pops, and more!
I have had the privilege to order some custom cakes and not only is the cake extremely aesthetically pleasing, but also SO FREAKING GOOD! Talk about the perfect balance between fluffy, flavor, and decadent... Also, don't tell me I didn't warn you, ADDICTING!
We had a friend's birthday and I ordered a 90s themed multi-layer cake. I chat with the owner and she is incredibly easy to work with! She made the vision come to life, and made it BETTER! I really appreciated her knowledge, clear communication, adaptability, and talent bcs she honestly popped off! I can tell she puts her heart into her work, because the details were so intricate. I also wanted two flavors and we chose Limoncello and Caramel Macchiato. Thinking about it makes me drool lol. I've added pics of the cake!
I highly recommend Destin Cakes for everything! Bridal showers, weddings, retirements, anniversaries, birthdays! -

The seamless process of designing, ordering and delivery, the delectable two-layer cake was exceptional. They made this such an easy and stress free step to getting married. First being able to have the samples delivered was so cool! The cake tasted amazing!! Amazing wedding cake and cupcakes!
I’m so glad I was able to find Sara on such short notice to make my special wedding cake! I also have gluten allergies and sometimes I’m skeptical on how it will taste, but not with this one! It was absolutely delicious and my family loved it! Thank you so so much Sara for making such a beautiful cake and cupcakes for our special day!! -
