Awesome experience! We were apprehensive about how taking pictures with a shy three year old would go, but Sandi was the best! Our little girl quickly warmed up to the idea and became the star of the show. Sandi was very easy to work with and made us feel comfortable. We are blown away with how our photos turned out. Will definitely be returning customers.

Extremely professional, flexible and caring. We had a great session at Destin Beach with 13 people including a 9yo, 6yo, 4yo, 1yo and 8 month old. Our photographer was so accommodating and took some great family photos for us. I would highly recommend Destin Beach Photography!

Our pictures turned out beautiful and captured our children's first trip to the beach perfectly. Denny was our photographer and he did an amazing job and was very patient with the kids. I cannot say enough great things about Sandi as well, from the booking to staying in contact before and after to ensure everything turned out perfect. We will definitely use Destin Beach Photography again in the future.

(WD: 9.23.17) I can't say enough good things about Sandi! She was great to work with from the moment my fiance and I met with her. She is very detail oriented and organized. The communication between us and Sandi was always on par. On our wedding day as soon as Sandi arrived, she jumped right in and took over directing me and my bridal party on what to do. She makes sure that you look good and feel good as she photographs and has an uplifting spirit. Sandi is very talented and although I could not see how the pictures were turning out instantly, I trusted her just by the way she worked and her positive attitude. If you are looking for a photographer for any reason; family portraits, engagement photos, wedding photos...etc. I recommend Sandi 100%! You will definitely get more than what you expect!

Right off the bat, let me say...my pictures are BEAUTIFUL! Sandi photographed and videoed my wedding and it was really perfect in every way and she captured the day amazingly. The quality is wonderful and all of my family cried when watching the video. The video was the most important part for me because I had many family members who were not able to attend and I wanted them to be able to see it.

But, even more so than the quality...which was amazing...was Sandi as a person. I was travelling in from Arkansas so I don't know the best vendors in Destin, the easiest places to stay, etc... and Sandi helped me with every part of my day, not just my photography and videography.

I can confidently say that if it hadn't been for Destin Beach Photography Company, my wedding would not have been even half as nice. I would recommend her every time and she will be the only person I ever use in Destin.

What a wonderful experience it was to work with Sandy! She was amazing in making this experience one to remember. Everyone who sees are beach photos express how awesome they are. Even working with high winds Sandy was able to capture great photos! She's the best! We would choose her again!

Sandi was great! We absolutely love Destin Beach Photography and will be using them again one day! We had some trouble with our wedding photographer a year ago and they made up for all of it. Sandi responded promptly and was great to work with and provided me all the info we needed. We had so much fun doing this session and Sandi knows what she is doing. She did an amazing job even though we had high winds. The pics turned out great and we are so pleased with them. We will trust them to do our photos again one day!

Sandi, Brianna and Denny were all very professional and very accommodating for my family photo session on the beach. Their professionalism and ability to work with all ages (toddler to gramma's and everyone in between) was fantastic! Their experience in what works and looks best was much appreciated and our family photos turned out fabulously!

Destin Beach Photography captured my 50th beach birthday celebration girls' trip. Sandi is a terrific photographer and good at helping a group loosen up and have fun. She orchestrated a lively session for us which was one of the most memorable moments of our trip. We loved the photographs!

Sandi was awesome. She was able to capture my proposal to my sweetheart with out her knowledge and with success was able to capture the true surprise of the proposal. My daughter got married and Destin Beach photography did the photography and videography. There were 2 Photogragher and 2 videographers. My daughter had Sandi. She has fabulous. She was very professional and a lot of fun. She kept everything moving and on time. Sandi was very understanding, helpful and creative. She wanted to ensure we got very pose and every memory captured that we wanted. The pictures and video are absolutely unbelievable. The quality and color of the pictures and video and the way they created the highlight video will allow our family to cherish every moment of that one special day forever!

Sandi was absolutely wonderful! She gave the perfect direction and attention to detail in just the right amount of time (given the pictures were at sunset). We had a large group of 11 including 5 small children and she managed to keep them all focused (she even gave them shells to play with and to take home). She also has affordable picture packages that I didn't see with the various other companies I looked at before. I would highly recommend her and cannot wait to use her services again.

From booking, to the photo session, to ordering, Destin Beach Photography made everything easy. Sandi was very responsive and got us booked within about a week (thank goodness it wasn't the busy season). She gave us excellent directions to the remote, unmarked spot on the beach.

The day of our session, we got a call from our photographer. Denny was very welcoming and immediately put our toddler daughter at ease.

Denny had a lot of ideas going in to the photo shoot, and gracefully incorporated our requests as well.

The photos were ready right on time, and they were fantastic! The sunset and that golden hour lighting are reall a wise move. We literally "narrowed it down" to a dozen photos! Sandi followed up by phone and email to make sure we got everything, and she was helpful in ordering as well.

I'm very happy with our choice of using Destin Beach Photography, and can't wait for my prints to arrive!

My daughter, who is a senior, surprisingly found Amanda on Facebook, Who works at destin photography. She connected us to Sandi. We showed her some examples of photography with people wearing point shoes on the beach. and she also had great ideas that we loved. sandi is extremely creative and had ideas we would never have thought of. Everything went perfect! They were great to work with and captured poses that we will truly cherish forever. We sent out 100 graduation cards that were made up of a collection of poses from our photo shoot. We recieved a huge response from so many of how beautiful the cards were and people asking who took the pictures. many could not believe how unique the cards were. It was Unbelievable to get the amount of response from people we sent cards to about our photographer we used and how original her work is. So so happy that we made the right choice to use Sandi.

Sandi was absolutely the best decision that we made with respect to wedding vendors. She made us feel at ease throughout the whole experience - 1) prior to the wedding, she was available for late night phone calls, discussing shots that we wanted taken and answering any questions we may have had; 2) after the wedding, she was very quick at returning photos to us and was super responsive to any enhancements/edits that we wanted; and 3) during the wedding itself, she was irreplaceable. She was such a calming presence throughout the day and is truly the absolute sweetest person - it was like having another mama around for the wedding! We heard so many compliments from our guests with respect to Sandi's professionalism, preparedness, calm demeanor, sweet personality, and of course, the quality of the pictures.

We booked beach portraits for myself and my husband and sons while we were in Destin on vacation. It was something I always wanted to do, but didn't want to spend the money. Let me tell you, this was worth every penny and more. Sandi was so amazing, so kind and professional. She made every one of us feel so at ease. Sandi and her team of photographers were amazing! They were very patient and flexible as we were running a little bit behind on time, but they still managed to get all of our beautiful sunset photographs! We did not have a wedding planner and she was also very helpful with timing and keeping the events flowing. My only regret is that we cannot do it all over again!

Our photographer, Sandi, was amazing!! We asked her to tell us the best poses etc. as we weren't sure what would turn out the best and she did not disappoint. We wanted the elegant pictures as well as fun and care free shots. Our sunset beach and trash the dress pictures turned out absolutely stunning. She was very easy to talk to and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed for this shoot. We are already talking about booking another session when we can bring our girls (2 dogs) and do a more casual, "family" shoot.

Destin beach photography was absolutely amazing Sandi made the experience do personal we couldn't believe it!!!! It was better than we imagined she even helped us find help with the vow renewal being that we resided in another state and needed assistance there .... Would recommend anyone here .... We can't say enough great things about Destin Beach Photography!!! Sandi, Denny, & Brianna continuously went above and beyond all of our expectations! They are a main reason our wedding day was perfect and stress free! They made sure to capture every special moment and didn't want to leave until they had every picture we could possibly dream of! If you don't use Sandi and her team, you have made the biggest mistake in your life! This woman is as nice as she is amazing! I could never put into words how wonderful Sandi and her team are! She was very professional, responsible, and the price. Well the price was unbelievable. My daughter took her engagment pictures in Austin. That price alone was more than I paid for her pictures. Sandi and her team never stopped. She called me several times to make sure nothing had changed. I can't sing her praises enough.

Sandi & her team at Destin Beach Photography couldn't have captured the most perfect day of my life any better! They all know what they are doing & work well together. Scotty did an AMAZING job on our wedding video. Every time we watch it we both (my husband & I) get the biggest smiles on our faces :-) They are very helpful in the planning process by meeting with you at your convenience. We had a special Pinterest Board together where I could Pin wedding photo ideas and she could look at them to get an idea of what I liked! My photos were ready online in exactly 2 weeks, and my thumb drives were presented to me nicely. She has them in a pretty box and the thumb drive is wooden and beautiful! We had a sparkler exit down the staircase and she provided us with the sparklers, which was very nice because it was one less thing I had to worry about finding someone else to do it. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart for capturing our wedding so beautifully! Thank you Sandi, Scotty, Denny & Doug at Destin Beach Photography!!

I had a great experience with Destin Beach Photography. My photographer really took the time to get to know me and my fiance before our wedding day so he was sure to know what type of photos we were looking for. He went to the venue before our ceremony to familiarize himself with the layout of the property so he would know how to get the best shots. He did a great job of capturing all of the perfect moments without feeling overbearing or in the way. We loved our portraits and get compliments on them all the time.

Sandi Honer, owner of Destin Beach Photography, was very responsive to my questions and needs. She spent lots of time with me & always offered to help me and my fiancé, now husband, with anything that we needed. She was genuinely interested in making sure that our needs were met. I'm giving them 5 stars even before we see the photos! Jeff was wonderful to work with and we have complete confidence that our photos will be great. When people are a bit nervous, Jeff puts them at ease. He was creative with ideas for shots we didn't think of asking for. Now, if the photos are not marvelous, I will change this review...but I can't imagine that that will happen.

Jeff and everyone at Destin beach photography was absolutely amazing! Jeff captured beautiful photos of us on the beach the day of...but it was all the work they put into beforehand that was so impressive. Jeff kept in contact with me throughout the months prior to the wedding. He always asked questions about what I wanted and needed. We cannot say enough about Sandi and Dennis of Destin Beach Photography. Their professionalism and expertise from beginning to end assured us that we picked the perfect photography company for our wedding. They made sure they captured every single moment of our wedding and they were so kind. Both of them went above and beyond. Our photos turned out beautiful and the canvases that we ordered were shipped carefully and they turned out amazing. Trust me, this is the best photography company in Destin--hands down. Photography is the most important aspect of your wedding day bc it captures your memories forever. You can trust and be confident that Destin Beach Photography will not let you down. They also kept in contact with us throughout our entire engagement year to make sure we talked about the moments we wanted photographed. Sandi at Destin Beach Photography was fantastic! She captured exactly what I wanted for my wedding day and made us feel extremely comfortable. Sandi captured our family pictures on the beach in early October. We were a big group of 12 in ages ranging from 80 to 2 years old. With that being said, Sandi was so patient with all of us. She had great ideas on how to pose us all together as a big group and was so patient with us. She got so many great shots of our family in traditional poses, silly poses, and so many candid shots of us on the beach. They were all perfect! She captured the essence of our family trip! We would highly recommend her over and over again!!!

We had family pictures taken for my 60th birthday! There were seven grandchildren involved, one of them just 4 months old! The photo shoot was SOOOOO much fun! The pictures were just fabulous! We are from flat farm country in Nebraska and the ocean setting for family pictures is just incredible! The conversations I had with Sandy and all of the staff in preparation and then in ordering were wonderful. I never felt rushed and was always greeted cheerfully! Thank you sooooo much for the lasting memories!

Sandi was a pleasure to met and work with leading up to our wedding. When we met with her, she was very organized and made me and my (now) husband feel so much better about the day of our wedding. For our wedding photographer, we had Jeff. Jeff was such a pleasure to work with on our wedding day. He was energetic and extremely personable. Although we didn't met Jeff until the day of our wedding, we both felt extremely comfortable with him. The wedding was in June and we just got the book on Oct. 24th. We were basically called liars saying we signed for it and I explained the only thing we signed for was the DVD of the pictures and we were still waiting for it. I really think they forgot to order it. When Sandi called me she was in her car, not looking at documents in the office as she talked to me, so that was unprofessional. If it was sent separately and someone signed for it, then she can track it. We don't even have a copy write release form with them, it wasn't sent. I thought maybe it was on the DVD but couldn't find it. We upgraded the plan so we could get a book and to my surprise it's the same book I can order cheaper. It's a cheap black linen book like you order from Shutterfly/MyPublisher/ or even Wal-Mart with the picture opening on the front, but the only good thing is it does have upgraded lay flat pages. I will never again spend that kind of money without going to their office to see the product. We live in another state and it was done over the phone. Do yourself a favor and do not upgrade your package for the book. It's not a professionally done book. They acted like it was a deal and I was saving money by upgrading because the book starts at $199 on their website. I would think a $199 book would at lest be leather which was only a $20.00 upgrade if you do it yourself. Also, when they pulled my daughter out to take the sunset pics on the beach they didn't take her bouquet, the brides maid bouquet was taken and looked nothing like hers. So, that was disappointing also. They are decent photographers but the professionalism is lacking and quality of product they put their name on is very disappointing

Took 2 months to receive pictures and when I asked for other photos I never received a response. Will not use this company again. They lack professionalism and communication skills that a customer would reasonably expect.
