Brittany was responsive, talented, and professional from Day 1. She always got back to me quickly which is a huge stress reliever when you're planning a wedding and have a million vendors and moving parts to organize. We did a hair trial and she was honest with me and said that what I was looking for was going to be difficult with my hair length (I did not want extensions), so we picked a different hairstyle and she brought it to life on my wedding day. She arrived early (another huge stress reliever on a big day with a million moving parts!). She did my bridal hair and my bridesmaids' makeup and everyone looked and felt beautiful. Her prices are very competitive and would absolutely recommend her to any bride! -

I really enjoyed working with Brittany for my wedding. From the initial makeup trial run through to the actual day, she was responsive, professional, and great at her job. She was able to create a hair and makeup look that was gorgeous, and she also did a great job with the bridesmaids. -

It was wonderful to have Desired Beauty By Brittany be a part of my wedding day! Her and her staff are both professional and accommodating. They made me and my bridal party look fabulous! Throughout wedding planning Brittany was quick to answer emails and able to answer any and all questions I had. On the day of my wedding Brittany told me she had a vision for my hair after seeing my wedding dress. She asked if we could do something different than my wedding trial. I agreed and I am so glad I did! Her vision fit my wedding dress and venue more than it did at my trial. Brittany and her team are knowledgeable and talented at their craft. My biggest fear on my wedding day was that I was not going to beautiful enough to feel happy. Brittany took away that fear completely and I had never felt more beautiful in my life. She and her team made my bridesmaids and I look absolutely gorgeous. She was so much fun to work with and truly made my day special. She is definitely reasonably priced and she works hard to get everything done. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Brittany for making my day amazing! -

Amazing Artist
Brittany was phenomenal. From the initial contact to the trial and the day of. She was professional, timely, easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with. Everyone raved about my hair and makeup. My little cousins kept saying I looked like a Princess. She actually listened to what I was looking for and delivered. I would definitely recommend her and her team to anyone whom needs an artist. She really does magic.

Where do I even begin?! Brittany and her team were an absolute dream to work with. I was initially stressed about finding a hair and makeup artist that really brought my vision to life, but once I saw Brittany's stunning portfolio and got to know her, I was instantly put at ease. Brittany is responsive, collaborative, warm, and incredibly friendly. I had a blast getting to know her at my trial, where she absolutely nailed my smoky eye look. Brittany not only fashioned my (heavy!) hair piece in a way that was comfortable, but suggested adding a waterfall braid that really completed the look. I left my trial feeling gorgeous + confident in my decision -- and incredibly giddy to work with Brittany on wedding day.
In the weeks ahead of the wedding, Brittany proactively reached out for "inspo" pictures for all of the folx getting their hair + makeup done. This removed a lot of stressful decision making for the bridal party, mothers, and officiant come wedding day and added to the excitement.
Brittany, Briana, and Elizabeth arrived early on Wedding Day. They were organized, efficient, and completely dazzled my mom, mother-in-law, and bridal party. Throughout our session, my bridesmaids pulled me aside to say how impressed they were with Brittany's team. One even said, "Man, I wish you guys were going to be at the wedding reception!" It's safe to say that left an impression!
I was so happy with how my hair and makeup came out. It stayed perfect all day and helped make me feel beautiful on the big day. Can't recommend Desired Beauty by Brittany enough! -

I felt like an absolute princess the day of my wedding! I was thrilled. The girls were so sweet, easy to chat with during the day, so friendly and most importantly so talented! Everyone loved how their hair and makeup came out and everyone looked beautiful! I really could not recommend them more! They were so easy to work with and easy going!

Brittany was a dream to work with! We initially did a trial hair/makeup last December 2022 and she took her time, listened to what I was looking for, and perfected it! I was traveling from out of state (Florida) and only was up in NJ for a week and she was able to find some time to do the trial (during the holidays even) and even come to my in-laws house! She was also extremely accommodating with some last minute wedding changes, which I was super appreciative of. Then comes the wedding September 2023 and she did a fantastic job on myself and all of my bridesmaids and my mother in law. I even cried when I first saw myself in the mirror, it was that amazing! As a person who never wears makeup, she was able to transform my dream into a reality! And when everything was done/over and I was back in the hotel room around 11/12 that night, the makeup still looked EXACTLY the same as if it was just put on- it stayed on through the happy tears throughout the day and the dancing and everything. Just AMAZING! I got tons of compliments from everyone- I highly recommend her and her team!!
Both times- for the trial and day-of, she was early/on-time (which I'm an early person so I loved it), she had everything set up/ready to go before the start time, she was super efficient with my entire bridal party and myself, and she was able to finish before the photographer arrived in our suite (which our photographer was super happy about and even said it rarely happens when the makeup/hair team is actually on time)! LOVED the promptness. She also was always very quick to respond with any questions throughout the booking process and the days/weeks leading up to the wedding itself!
Overall, an excellent vendor! I'm SO glad I booked her for both the trial and day-of. She went above and beyond! Thank you SO much Brittany and team! -

Brittany and Shavelle were such a pleasure to work with! All of our makeup looked so amazing, and it lasted the entire day/night, and we had to be outside, in 85-degree weather. We also had so much fun with them! It was an awesome way to start a very long and special day. Brittany is a MUST BOOK, and I will forever recommend her for any occasion, but especially your wedding! -

Brittany was an absolute dream for my bridal makeup and hair!
The trial was amazing and turned out better than the inspiration photos I sent her. She was very flexible and gave me a lot of time in the trial to ensure I was happy with my wedding look.
On the wedding day, Brittany and her assistant were so professional and upbeat! Everyone in my wedding party felt so well taken care of and looked absolutely beautiful when the work was done! My makeup and hair turned out perfectly, and I am so unbelievably happy with how I look in all of my wedding pictures! -

Brittany was one of my favorite vendors from my wedding! She was personable, attentive, and always professional. I am so lucky to have been able to work with Brittany for my trial and wedding! She is very professional, helpful, and overall just an amazing person. During my trial (08/2022), Brittany came to my home and did my makeup/hair. While the hair and makeup trial only took about an hour and a half to two hours, the makeup and hair style lasted ALL DAY! I even took a nap with full hair and makeup and it stayed on, looking flawless.
For the wedding, Brittany arrived on time and was so kind and helpful to everybody. My bridesmaids, mom, and I aren’t big hair/makeup girls but she made each one of us look like enhanced versions of ourselves. We all looked gorgeous! She helped us find hairstyles that we loved and felt comfortable in. Our makeup and hair styles lasted all night and we looked fantastic from the moment she finished with us until we took our hair down/make up off before bed. I couldn’t recommend her more!! Thank you Brittany!! -

Absolutely Amazing Experience!!!!
I want to first start out with I HIGHLY recommend Brittany and her team if you are needing someone to do hair and makeup for your wedding!
Brittany was so professional, attentive and extremely pleasant to work with. Her and her team did A list quality work. Brittany helped with my full bridal glam and I’ve never looked so beautiful. Compliments I was receiving were how I looked like a movie star or belonged on the cover of bridal magazine.
Truly cannot say enough good things about Brittany and how over the moon I was with having her get me ready for my big day. -
