Beautiful Engraved Champagne Flutes
I was pleased with the flutes and the engraving. It was nice that they allowed me to customize the wording on the glasses. They even sent a draft to approve before the product was made. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I would use this vendor in the future. -

My experience couldn't have been better!
Design's the Limit created a tool set that we absolutely love and gave as a wedding gift. We're sure the couple we gave it to loves it as well! We put ourselves in a bit of a bind by waiting a little too long to submit our order, especially because we needed it shipped to Hong Kong, but Design's the Limit put a rush on it and it arrived two days before the big event. Couldn't have been timed more perfectly! Thanks so much! -

I ordered etched whisky glasses and rocks for my groomsmen. I wasn't quite sure about one of their designs. I sent an email and asked if I could substitute a date for the "Groomsman" title. I received a response with an hour on a Sunday morning! Richard and Tatiana stayed in contact via email, worked with me to get my design right, and then nailed the etching. The glasses look amazing and the customer service was great. -

I made sure to order 2 months prior to my wedding which left me plenty of time to receive my items. I ordered 6 monogrammed grill sets and love them! We are so excited to give them to our groomsmen. I notice other reviews complained about timing. Whenever you are ordering an item off Etsy, pay attention to when items can be delivered. :) Nothing but positive comments for this company. -

I just received this clock, and it is truly incredible! I purchased it for a wedding gift for my son and future daughter-in-law. EVERYTHING about it is SO beautiful; words can't do it justice! The clock itself is gorgeous, and so is (even!) the box & its interior. But the most amazing beauty is in Richard & Tatiana's work; their design and inscribing are so artful and perfect! Their pics don't do their work justice; the clock is FAR more beautiful than the pictures!!! They also were so wonderful to work with; Richard even called me and discussed every detail. They rushed my order for me, but certainly spared nothing in the quality, and I received it 11 days before I needed it! Richard & Tatiana, I can't thank you enough! Design's the Limit was awesome to work with! I used them to get customized gifts for my best man and groomsmen. They were flexible and worked with me to get the products I wanted, the way I wanted them. I ordered 2 custom decanters with stoppers, 8 glasses and 16 rocks. Each set was customized with a last name on the decanter and the first letter of the last name on the glasses, rocks and stopper. I went to Design's the Limit with what I thought I wanted and they came back with some suggestions and thoughts. They worked with me and I was more than impressed with what showed up. Everything looked way better than I thought and quality of work looks amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone! -

A great value and DesignstheLimit is super great to work with. I did not like the monogram style I originally picked out, so they did another proof to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them for your glassware needs! -

I ordered monogrammed glasses from Design's the Limit and was completely satisfied with the whole process. I ordered a custom design and as advertised, they were able to deliver. I received a proof within 2 days and a revision within 24 hours. The communication was very timely and professional. I received my product safely packed and earlier than I had expected. I have reordered the item about a week later and had a similar experience with great service overall. I would highly recommend this business to others. -

We were so excited to receive these gifts for our Groomsmen. We placed our order and paid quite a bit extra in order to have the items arrive on time. Only to our disappointment the items were not received. With a destination wedding and having to leave we went with nothing for our groomsmen. When I returned home from our wedding I contacted the shop to find the items were being returned to them. After then having to contact the shop again they stated they would return the items to us, with out mentioning that they would be charging us an additional $50 leaving me now at a total of almost $130 in shipping costs. JUST A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT. WILL NOT BE USING THIS SHOP AGAIN!! -
