Great Night to Remember

Delta Dawn and Karaoke Cowboy were so quick to answer questions via email, texting or phone call. Super reliable, was able to meet with them locally and even got to FaceTime closer to the wedding to go over everything. Super awesome and played every song we requested and mixed everything up

Best DJ/Karaoke duo ever!

Dawn and Keith were the best DJ/karoake service we could have ever imagined for our wedding!! They were super nice, professional, and thoughtful! They even got us a wedding gift! From the fun dances to the karaoke at the end of the night, they brought the entire package. Words can’t even express how much they made our night as fun and care free as possible. Thank you guys sooooo much!!!

Best DJ's Ever!!

These two Dj's are the best DJ's I have ever seen/worked with! They were early to set-up at my venue and brought all of their own equipment! It was a perfectly sized set-up, not too large so did not overpower the venue. I had a backyard tent wedding and it was pouring rain, but they managed to set-up quickly and begin playing fabulous music! They played exactly what I had requested and helped mediate the wedding the entire night! Called out first dances, speeches, and even helped release tables for my guests to go eat! They are the kindest people and have great energy! Highly highly recommend for any wedding or large event!

Awesome wedding night

Delta Dawn and her husband provided us with excellent service. The music for the ceremony was perfect and also for the reception. We got many compliments from guests about how awesome the music choice was.

Great experience

I was very nervous having no bridal party and having to do all the planning and setup of the wedding myself. It was hard not to worry that I didn’t miss something. I could tell as soon as we met Dawn and Keith that they were on top of it and I could relax. They did a wonderful job and our friends and family had a great time. Thank you so much for your patience, professionalism, and fun at a great value!

Amazing Professional

Delta Dawn and Cowboy did a fabulous job DJing for our wedding. They are

Made our wedding fun!

Dawn and her husband did a great job a reading the crowd and keep the dance floor full. They made sure to play music that was perfect. We had such a wonderful reception and they really helped make it what we dreamed.

My family and friends had a wonderful time at our reception with Delta Dawn and the karaoke cowboy! Not only was the music what we wanted but the karaoke was the icing on our cake. I highly recommend them for any occasion.

Fantastic time

I had a wonderful time at the retirement party that they hosted at Roma’s in East Troy Wi. I did a duet with dawn and I was told by more than one person we did a great job on the song. Had a wonderful time and they really made me feel good about having a fun time.

High quality bargain price

Dawn and her husband Keith, provide high quality entertainment for a bargain price. They are easy to work with, always trying to go the extra mile to meet and exceed your expectations and requests. Most of all, they are dependable and honest. They make themselves available for any questions or concerns you may have. THEY LISTEN to you and DELIVER exactly what you ask for. They were able to entertain guests ages 4-80 all having fun together. My 6 year old Granddaughter requested to karaoke to the Baby Shark song. Within minutes, Dawn and Keith were able to download the request, making my Granddaughter feel like a rock star and at the same time put a smile on everyone's face. It was all about family.... and working with Dawn and Keith for 7 months prior to our wedding celebration, they felt like family. Dawn and Keith were the most accommodating!1 Here is why, One month until my daughter's wedding, we needed a DJ and it was to be a surprise to the Bride and Groom. This meant getting all the playlist on the sly to send to them. The couple fairly non traditional, I knew wouldn't want most of the different dances offered....but what did they want and when.? Guests were outside and inside...the venue was small, Dawn and Keith were the most flexible, easy going and fun to work with....and it felt like they were our friends at the wedding...fitting right in and taking requests....and ushered us all out the door at the end of the night. So very thankful for Dawn and Keith.

My husband and I used Delta Dawn for our wedding. They were very accommodating to want we wanted and really took the time to review every detail. Even ones we didn’t think of. We received multiple comments from our guest about how great of job they did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had such a great time with Delta Dawn and the Karaoke Cowboy at our holiday party in Feb of 2017 that we decided to hire them again this year. I never expected it to be better than last year!! Dawn & Keith were so great! They did a great job of reading the crowd and playing a mixture of music for everyone. They prepped with us ahead of time making everything less hectic and were really prepared for the day of our wedding & reception! We had a destination wedding in Sturgeon Bay and they did a great job having everything set up ahead of time since we weren’t close by. They kept us on schedule the whole time which was perfect! They were very accommodating for me with lighting/sound volume since I get migraines. Highly recommend them!

Dawn and Keith were nothing but fantastic with everything. After a thorough analysis of cost, value, professionalism, flexibility, and structure, I reached out to Delta Dawn and the Karaoke Cowboy 13 months before my wedding. After vetting their services and making the decision that I wanted to use them as our wedding, I found Dawn to be extremely responsive, flexible, and excited about playing our wedding. Truly, we felt valued and didn't just feel like a customer or another reception to them, which is the feeling that I got from a number of different DJs. Furthermore, with our unique song list, requests, and grand entrance were all responded to with excitement. We meet Dawn and Keith a couple weeks prior to the wedding, and they were happy to accommodate everything that we needed. On the day of, once we wrapped up photos, we stopped into our venue an hour before our entrance, and they were extremely warm and outgoing with all guests that were there and fostered a great environment. Cocktail hour, the grand entrance, dinner, and the first dances all ran extremely well. Dawn and Keith continued to be very outgoing with all guests, and were extremely responsive to any of our requests on the fly, including deciding to slip in a few karaoke songs, and allowing me to sing to my wife, which was mentioned by many as a highlight. While that was never our intent with our style of wedding, those went over EXTREMELY well and everyone was having a fantastic time, so I was pleased at their ability to take requests on the fly. Furthermore, Dawn and Keith wove our dinner music and various types of dance music in a way that had everybody dancing. We were told by many that we had the best wedding music/dance party that they've ever went to, and I believe that no shortage of that reason was because of Dawn and Keith and their flexibility to our requests. We were extremely pleased with everything that they assisted with and our day was that much more memorable because of them.

They WERE awesome! They were very flexible and willing to make sure our needs were met. I am glad I went with them and they help us to make sure our wedding day receptions went without a hitch. They also met all the guests needs and did everything they can to make the sure the party was ALIVE. Everyone say that if they need someone to host music, they are the one to go to!

They were very accommodating to all of my guests even though everyone had different musical tastes. We listened to everything from ACDC to the Backstreet Boys and some guests even did karaoke. Everyone had a blast!

Delta Dawn and the Karaoke Cowboy provided the music for my wedding ceremony and reception. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. Delta Dawn and the Karaoke Cowboy always perform exceptionally well and did so once again for our company picnic event. I've been at other functions and events of theirs over the years and have never been disappointed.
They know what it takes for each event and bring it. They are both great people and a joy to be around.
I would hire them for any occasion you have planned as they will go out of their way to make it exactly what you vision.

Dawn and Cowboy are by for the best, not only did they make our wedding fun, they went above and beyond to make it memorable as well. Their flexibility and ability to help us customize every part of our reception is unmatched. They also video taped quite a bit of the action throughout the reception that was very good. Since there is not a "Class Reunion" listed as an event, I used "Holiday Party". We have used Delta Dawn and the Karaoke Cowboy for our class reunion in 2007 and also on 6/2/2001 at the previous class reunion. They are easier to work with, played the music we liked to hear, and really got the crowd going. It was so much fun and they make it so easy for the party to be a success!! (which makes us, " the event planners", look good!!)

We had them play for our wedding and they were great! They did a great job keeping everyone out on the dance floor and engaging the crowd. Dawn was very personable to work with and very specific about all the details, so everything went smoothly and according to plan. She was willing to meet as often as needed to discuss final plans and offer suggestions. Great and friendly people to work with. My husband and I would highly recommend!! Thank you Delta Dawn!

Dawn and her husband Keith were great to work with. They spent a couple hours with me going over music, names of people, where we would setup etc.. She answered all my questions and was very flexible. The day of the wedding I had to take of my son so we had to switch things around - she was very good a filling in the time and moving things around last minute. We definitely recommend them.

Dawn and Keith were very helpful and professional. They made our day wonderful and were very fun! Dawn sat with us and spent a morning going over options and music selections. It was wonderful. Dawn and Keith were phenomenal. If I could give higher than a 5 for "on the fly" flexibility I would've given whatever it was. Whether it was involving kids at the wedding, last second changes on songs, jockeying between karaoke and dj or a host of other challenges they never questioned and did what we asked. We had a song list ready and I think we could've thrown it out 10 songs in and they adapted wonderfully. Would recommend them for any venue or event regardless of size.

I hired them for my father's 80th birthday party. This was an excellent choice!! They had so many songs to keep the entire group entertained! They ranged in age from 1-94. Kept volume at an acceptable level for everyone. It was a pleasure to work with Dawn and her husband and I would HIGHLY recommend them for any event! I will be hiring them again!

Delta Dawn did an amazing job on our event. They really got the crowd going and we all had agreat time. They had people singing karaoke for the first time and got them instantly hooked to the point where they didn't want to stop. It was so much fun. I highly recommend Delta Dawn and the Karaoke cowboy for any event you want to turn into a party!!!!!

We booked them for our wedding and they were amazing!!! They went above and beyond! They helped with little details we forgot about and were extremely flexible. Our guests had a fabulous time. We did karaoke and DJ and everybody was dancing and singing and having a blast! I would definitely recommend them for any occasion whether it be wedding, birthday, graduation ect..... :-D

Everyone had such a great time and said it was the best party they've ever been to. For a minimal fee they stayed and played music to dance to after are karaoke time was done. We had our party at our home and had people dancing in the garage, on the concrete outside and even did the "Locomotion" through our house! My daughter who graduated has a beautiful voice but is afraid to sing by herself. Dawn had her go up with her friends to sing and then muted everyone else's microphones, without her knowing, so she was actually singing by herself. It was so awesome. For being rated #1 in Manitowoc they were very affordable. We will have great memories for years to come.

Delta Dawn & the Kareoke Cowboy/Keith made our picnic the best it could be!! They have the best computerized sound system that attracted even the neighbors as well as our regular friends. Everybody had a BLAST and we decided to rehire them for my daughter's wedding as well.

Really think about the kind of music that you decide to play, not necessarily what you think is appropriate for the event. I spent quite a bit of time putting together a song list for our DJ and ended up leaving it up to the guests to request the music they wanted to hear. Yes, it was my BIG day and all, but it made me much happier to see my guests dancing, singing and enjoying themselves. Dawn & Keith were both very accomodating thoughout the entire day!

Having Delta Dawn & the Karaoke Cowboy as my dj was great entertainment. They played the songs that I specifically asked for. I was such a wide variety of music. I agree with my guests that compliments my reception, that my reception was more fun and enjoyable than any other reception we've been to thanks to this dj that I chose. There was never a dull moment.

Turned out well in her end

So upon speaking with Dawn I thought she was a bit crazy but I went with it. Once the day had arrived Dawn the photographer and her husband the DJ came to check the place out. She grabbed a few shots that are a good memory of what we had to experience to get the place up to par. Day of the wedding I learned a lot about how to explain things to people but even though I did get a few things missed, the day was ours and that is all that matters. Though one thing was missed that day, the both of them went above and beyond to make up for it. I recommend them as a team since it felt more natural and easier that way.
Keith is super laid back and easy going with his bride Dawn as the hyper and attentive one. Have them do your wedding and you won't be sorry.

Overall you guys were very friendly and easy and great to work with, however during the wedding I would suggest talking louder and making multiple announcements for important things such as grand march all my parents missed part of not all the grand march. And our best mans name was not said during the grand entrance he was called by someone else's name who had already been called. I understand mistakes happen and that's okay! It just would've been nice if you would've said, "my bad, *name*" or something. And maybe a little more flexibility with music if it brought people to the dance floor no one was dancing half the time. So overall maybe talk louder/annouments for big events, address simple mistakes if applicable, and maybe a little more flexibility if possible to help out future brides and grooms. Thank you for DJing our wedding you guys were still great to work with and very easy and accommodating for our initial requested which I really appreciate! You get what you pay for

For as much organizing that was put into this there were at least 2 major flaws but being the bride I wasn’t going to let them get me down on our big day. Paid extra for the projection screen and the entire slideshow was skipping and never actually played through the whole thing, it was pretty upsetting to the creator and to myself as it was a memorial of my deceased father, and then the ceremony, the first song that my wife walked down the aisle to was supposed to be cut off and the whole song played, as my wedding party knew what was going on, they did not, even though we went through it at least 6 times before the wedding, so my wife ended up standing up front awkwardly for a whole song. Other than those 2 things all in all it was a great night!
