Maui's best florist!

I have worked for many years as a videographer (HI FOCUSED Cinematography) in the wedding industry here on Maui, so when it came time for our wedding, I had long known who I wanted to be a part of our vendor dream team. Truly the best of the best offered here on Maui! Della is known for being one of the very best in the business here. They completely delivered. Even though our wedding was at a new venue, with not a ton of back and forth dialogue between ourselves, they completely got the
vision we had and exuted it flawlessly. Their talents for floral design far exceeded our already high expectations. Truly experts in their craft! Thank you for all you did to elevate our amazing wedding day! A big mahalo! 5 stars all the way!

Beautiful flowers

I absolutely loved my bouquet and arch flowers from Dellables Floral! They incorporated the colors that I wanted into my bouquet and I was so pleased with the quality and the beauty of all of the flowers. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Super Service

Our daughter's wedding yesterday was beautified and enhanced so much by the artistry displayed with all of the rose and plumeria flowers that were used by Dellables for the wedding. Della was nothing short of exemplary in her many communications as we made changes and added more floral arrangements over the period of 6 months. It happened to be a windy day for the wedding, yet the arrangements she put together held up fabulously. From our daughter's stunning bouquet, to the arrangements on the arch, to the lei's for all of the guests, and the table runners and petals we threw, we were absolutely impressed by all of it. Even special requests on the flower colors were handled professionally and exceeded our expectations. Della's whole staff (and Steven specifically) went above and beyond in helping us resolve a problem caused by the wind, and making a special delivery of flowers to a different location for some picture opportunities; they took care of it all so we could focus on getting ready for the wedding. Choosing Dellables as your florist for any occasion is the best decision you can make and we highly recommend them with an 11 out of 10. Thank you again, Della, Steven, and crew.

Absolutely gorgeous florals!!

Dellables did the flowers for both our daughters weddings, and we could not have been more pleased. The daughter that was married this past January 2021 requested tropicals in sunset colors and sent Della a few sample pictures. All of the florals could not have been more perfect, and they stayed gorgeous for days! Literally amazing!

Spectacular

Flowers are one of my all-time favorite things in the world. And the people at Dellable's definitely delivered! Every pineapple, palm leaf, bouquet, etc was a dream come true. I loved all the little touches and everyone still talks about our table décor and how incredible yet simple it all was. It came together as classy and easy-going and a little bohemian. I would recommend them to anyone in Hawaii!!

Gorgeous flowers

The ladies did such an amazing job on our bouquets, they were beautiful and fragrant and I still have them beautifying my hotel room. Them along with all of the Palm leaves and pineapples and table decor was just amazing. The place looked like a dream!

Dellables created my bouquet, my husband's boutonniere, my flower crown, flowers for the cake and our flower circle. I was super nervous about the flower crown because I didn't see it until I got to the ceremony. Thankfully, it was beautiful and perfectly matched what I had envisioned! The rustic hawaiian bouquet was eco friendly and I am so so happy with their attention to detail. Literally, it was flawless. I even wore my flower crown the next day!

When I think back to my wedding bouquet and all the special floral details at my wedding, I begin to tear up because I can't believe how exceptionally beautiful they all were. I have no words for how accommodating Dellables was. Dellables made our vision come to life, all while staying within our budget! They were responsive, especially during the last few weeks leading up to our wedding. I remember when our wedding planner came in to give us our bouquets and I was blown away with how gorgeous they were. The detail and care was so obvious in every floral arrangement.
Thank you so much Dellables for going above and beyond with our floral vision and meeting our needs.

Della was beyond amazing to us. I gave her my theme and colors and let her be creative and we were not disappointed!! She went above and beyond for us! When I saw what she created, I felt like I was on a movie set! I couldn't believe it was real and for us! She is a beautiful person inside and out and her and her team were so fun and easy to work with!! She is simply the absolute best at what she does!!!

Della is such a wonderful person to talk to. She asked about my style, and made sure that the flowers were local and sustainably grown. My wedding was bedecked with the most elegant white orchids lining the walkway, set on the tables, and streaming from the tree over head. I in fact, never got to meet Della. She arrived early, set everything up, and left us with the most magical fantasy wedding. I would hire her again and again!

Della from Dellables did the most amazing work with the flowers for my wedding this past September. She was able to give me the exact flowers I had imagined by sorting through the multiple photos I sent as well as taking the time to speak to me about what I was hoping to have (being flexible in organising a time as to speak as I live in Australia). I had a very neutral colour palate for my wedding, but the flowers were the perfect pop of autumnal colour. I have received so many compliments on them - and most guests at a wedding don't think twice about the flowers! I would highly recommend Dellables to anyone getting married in Maui, you will not be disappointed!

Dellables did a phenomenal job with the flowers and decor for our wedding! All I had to do was describe my vision to them, and they so beautifully translated that into just what I wanted and more! When I saw my bouquet I started to tear up because it was so beautiful, and so were my bridesmaids' bouquets. I loved how they handled the other decor besides just the flowers as well. They were so easy to work with, and I never had to worry about how my wedding would look because I knew they would do an amazing job! I would strongly recommend them to anyone getting married on Maui!

My wedding bouquet was perfect. It was exactly what I wanted and nearly identical to the photo I provided. I wasn't sure if I could even have a wildflower bouquet in Hawaii, but Della knew exactly where to find what I was looking for. My bouquet was rustic, colorful, and a little wild. I would highly recommend Dellables - they were easy to work with, extremely accommodating and their flowers were to die for. When we were planning our wedding, I knew exactly what we were looking for in terms of look and vibe but needed help in terms of how to achieve that with our flowers. I sent Della a ton of photos and what they came back with was spot on... They had gotten my brief and somehow read my mind! On the day, the flowers were even more stunning than I could have imagined and all of our guests commented on how beautiful they were. Our flowers absolutely made our wedding and we can't thank Dellables enough for that!

Della from Dellables will blow your mind with floral for your wedding! From the moment she handed me my bouquet to my first glance out the window at the strung flowers on my wedding arch... I was mesmerized.
I had a 30 minute telephone conversation with her about what I was looking for. I showed her pictures online. She really listened when it came to flower type and color scheme. My mom still can't stop talking about how beautiful the orchids were at our wedding! She created a dream come true & provided great value!

I used Dellables for my bouquet through Simple Maui Wedding. After seeing pictures online of the Mele bouquet I was confident my bouquet would be beautiful, and it was in fact very beautiful. I loved the mix of orchids and roses in the bouquet. It looked traditional but with a Hawaiian flair. Thanks for the nice flowers!

So happy! We wanted something simple and beautiful, so we found a pictures of arrangements we liked on the internet and look and feel we wanted for a fraction of the price of most vendors. The flowers truly added to the romantic and intimate feeling we wanted out of our wedding.

I used Dellables for my wedding at Hale Ko'olani in October 2014.

Of all the wedding vendors I was absolutely sure I had to have – it was Dellables. Although I never got to meet Della and only communicated to her via my wedding coordinator – not once did I doubt her ability to meet my vision. Having seen her work online, I knew it would be stunning and was one element of my wedding I was happy to leave as a surprise. I did however pass on a copy of my wedding invitation so she could have an idea of the colours and style I was going for.

My bouquet, the boutonnières, table centrepieces, ceremony arch and ceremony aisle florals were simply perfect and really made an impact! We were even able to repurpose the ceremony florals for the reception. Not only was she able to match the flowers to my wedding colours but the floral styling was just impeccable. All my wedding guests noticed the flowers and complimented on how beautiful they were. I just can’t say enough about how happy I was with the flowers!!!

Whilst Dellables is pricier than other florists, for piece of mind, it was totally worth the money. I didn’t stress once about the flowers and my only regret was that I couldn’t take the flowers back home to Australia with me. I am thankful that at least I have photos to remember them by!

I have no hesitation in recommending Dellables to any bride for their floral needs!

Dellables has the best floral design! I communicated with the designer the style I wanted for my wedding day by sharing Pinterest pictures, and then they delivered a totally amazing work on our wedding day. The arrangements and bouquets brought the ambience to another level, and were truly adhesive to what I wanted originally. Our guests raved about the flowers. Della is very easy to work with. She made me feel so comfortable that even though I was planning a wedding far away from Maui, I didn't have to worry a thing about the flowers. I highly recommend Dellables!

Della was lovely to work with for our July 7, 2014 wedding at Haiku Mill. The florals were one of the most important aspects of the wedding to me and they really were above and beyond my expectations. The florals made the already beautiful Haiku Mill even more magical. Dellables (Trish) was a saviour in every aspect of planning my wedding. Trish is fabulous at her job and Della did an amazing job with the flowers!!! We were absolutely blown away. The moment when I really felt like a bride was not when I woke up, not when my hair and makeup were done...but oddly enough was when the haku was placed in my hair. It was an unbelievable experience. Kind of crazy that such a small thing could make such a big impact.

Our bouquets were amazing!!! Della nailed it! I received so many compliments on all of our flowers. The moment when we walked into Merriman's and seen all the flowers...we were blown away!!!! The tables/dessert table/high boys...everything was PERFECT! Everything turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I honestly can't rave enough about how completely happy/amazed/impressed we are. I can't thank Dellables enough! You know they are really awesome when my hubby goes "I didn't really think I would care about what the flowers looked like but when I walked into Merriman's, I was like...wow. This is incredible. It felt like a dream." Coming from a guy...you know thats awesome.

My favourite part: I can't pick just one thing...my haku, the bouquets, the tables, the coral peonies...EVERYTHING!!!!

Della was an amazing florist! I spent a lot of time comparing florists and thinking about what I wanted and I have no doubts I made the right choice with Dellables! Della and her team were so sweet to work with. They guided me through the process of figuring out what would look good with my setting, tables and colors, were so patient with the many changes I made to their proposal and brought so much creativity and talent to our wedding venue - making the whole thing look just so stunning. They even brought extra flowers on the wedding day - I couldn't have asked for more! I highly recommend Della as a wedding florist!

Dellables makes dreams come to reality. I wish I could give them 100 stars for their services. I worked with Trish from Dellables and she was always quick to respond to emails and so friendly. After a short conversation she was able to meld the vision and style I was hoping for and had in my mind into a romantic and rustic reality. All of our friends and family couldn't believe how warm, gorgeous and romantic our flowers were. The moment she suggested a burlap runner for our tables I was inspired. I would highly recommend Dellables to anyone who wants great customer service (or also known as Aloha), gorgeous flowers and peace of mind that your wedding day vision is possible when working with Dellables.

We had the wedding of our dreams last month at Haiku Mill. We started planning 14 months prior and can honestly say that not once did I feel stressed or worried about how things were planning out. Everything was perfect and it was a dream come true. Haiku Mill is by far the most magical place I've ever been to and I still have to pinch myself that I was lucky enough to have my wedding here. Stephanie, our coordinator, was amazing, and Silvia, the owner, is just lovely and so helpful and truly passionate about what she does. You can really tell that the people who work here love what they do- and they are fantastic at it!

We had 41 guests at our wedding and it was just perfect!! The only thing that I have to say that is an absolute MUST, is the big clear roof tent. You have a choice between a white tent with 4 legs, or a massive tent (clear plastic roof actually) that encloses the entire top of the mill incase of rain. The little tent is a few thousand cheaper, but it would have been my biggest regret if we were to choose that one. I can't express enough how happy I am that we made the last minute switch to the big clear top tent. It made the mill look so grand and truly amazing. We were able to see the stars at night and it was the most picturesque screen I could have ever imagined. Absolutely choose the big tent if you are having a wedding here.

Also, the vendors that we chose were fabulous! For our alcohol and drinks, we had Garnish Events- they were awesome! Maui Executive Catering did our food. Everyone loved our meal choices and we still are receiving compliments about the dinner. Dellables was our floral company and they did an excellent job as well. We had hanging orchids with crystals from the roof top and I think that was the finishing touch that we needed. It made it an absolute fairytale scene that I think every wedding at the mill needs.

Over all I cannot recommend these vendors enough.

While planning our wedding, I had a difficult time finding a florist that would provide the quality service I wanted. I came across Dellables while doing a search on Google.

When I first spoke to Trish from Dellables, I gave her my ideas and she just added more ideas to make my ideas even better. I knew from that initial talk that I was going to use Dellables.

The day of our wedding EVERYTHING came out perfect. I was so happy with the outcome. Especially since we were using coral as one of our wedding colors. I was happy with the coral colored roses that they used.

I loved how they handled everything (bouquets, bouttainierres, parents leis, groom and ring bearer leis, ceremony flower decor, reception flower decor) I didn't have to worry about anything. They also came to my house to pick up all the supplies that I was providing, this made everything even more convenient.

I would highly recommend Dellables for any bride that wants their day to be filled with beautiful flower arrangements and decor.

I worked with Trish from Dellables. And wow she really knows what she is doing!! She called me a few times and always stayed in contact. She had me send her pictures of flowers I liked and from that she had a vision for my day. I was so impressed when I saw everything she did to the reception table, etc. She seemed to get exactly what I had always pictured for my wedding day. So so happy I chose Dellables and was able to work with Trish!

I spent a lot of time talking to Trish, Della’s coordinator, about the feel of the wedding and what I wanted. I put my trust in them and the flowers turned out beautifully. I had originally said that I wanted a flower petal ring for the ceremony, but she suggested I have to bamboo poles with vibrant flowers bursting out of them. It was the perfect idea to frame us and cost the same as the ring. My bouquets were so pretty and she said that we should do leis for the ceremony and at first I was hesitant about it, but then as time went on I agreed-- she was right. It was a great tradition for the ceremony and really added to the event. I think the flowers were beautiful and worth every penny.

I was very impressed with our flowers for our wedding. They were absolutely beautiful and great quality! We dealt with Dellables through our wedding coordinator, so she communicated our thoughts with them and they produced our vision :) We gave guests some bouquets of flowers at the end of the night, and they keep commenting on how long they lasted afterwards and how beautiful they were.

Awesome doesn't come close! Della and Trish listened, looked and interpreted our ideas with creativity, imagination, style and flair. They were amazing to work with, and we did it all by email. The results were outstanding, breath-taking and quite simply gorgeous.Fabulous experience.

Della went above and beyond the call of duty for our wedding! She made the flowers and bridal bouquet of my wife's dreams! From the David Austin Roses to the lovely Peonies...her arrangements are a work of gorgeous art!

Della truly loves what she does and her background as an artist shines through in her work. The one thing that will hit you when first talk to her is her energy! Her Friendly vivaciousness and professionalism made her a pleasure to have as our Floral designer.

Please note that her work does take time and you must be absolutely clear what you want. We were able to have many discussions with her for what we wanted and even met with her in person before the wedding to iron out the details! We asked for a beautiful Chuppah that she made for us. We were initially concerned whether the places where we booked our wedding would allow her enough time to set up the Chuppah as originally they were only going to give her less than 40 minutes to set up everything which was not enough. Upon further negotiations and through luck Della was able to get a few hours to prepare. Della can work miracles but she needs the proper time to do it! I would recommend Della highly to anyone who is planning a wedding in Maui!

We really enjoyed our flowers. They were fresh and looked great. This was actually a referral from our wedding coordinator and we didn't interact much with them. Overall though we were very pleased with our floral arrangements. The Lei's were especially nice!

My planner found Dellables for us and they did a beautiful job! I only provide a few photos of ideas I liked (most of which were their's) and they came up with beautiful bouquets (my and my MoH) and an awesome floral aisle way! Every time I show family and friends the photos they mention how beautiful everything looked! I recommend Dellables to anyone getting married in Maui!

Della is an absolute genius!! Seriously there were no words to describe the feeling I got when I first saw my bouquet. It was breathtaking. From day one, I clicked with Della. When DH and I went on a scouting trip to Maui a year before our wedding, we had the chance to meet with Della, and she is seriously one of the sweetest and funniest women known to man. We were able to bounce ideas off of each other and share tons of design concepts. Being type A, its hard to let go of control lol but I felt so comfortable that she would do an amazing job that after I gave her all of my inspirations, I told her to have fun and boy did she ever! Creativity is her God given talent! I can’t believe how blessed we were to have her create our flowers!!! I count it as even more of a blessing to have even met and worked with her beautiful spirit. She created a wedding so beautiful that it was literally more incredible than my vision could have ever been!

Della was an extreme pleasure to work with. Her simple, elegant designs were exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. She was very easy to work with. When needed, she offered suggestions using my basic concepts. Working with a limited budget, she was more than willing to be flexible with all of the changes I had in mind.

When the wedding day came, she created a unique and beautiful style that everyone loved. I highly recommend her!

Della is amazing and so talented! She really listened to what I wanted, was very attentive to the photo samples I sent her. I would definitely recommend emailing her as much details as possible, including what you don't want (all vendors were really appreciative of this). Once you give direction of what you'd like (and don't like), then they have the range of creativity they can do. She was also able to provide the arch - and a gorgeous one because I didn't want a bamboo arch and she had a thicker one - so I didn't have to separately rent it. Della also really worked within my budget and figured out how to make it beautiful while keeping the cost down. I can't recommend her enough. We hired Dellables as our florist for our wedding on 09/05/14. We worked with Della and Jeanne via email and over the phone and they made the process very easy. We weren’t picky with specific types of flowers – we just gave them the colors and feel we wanted and they did the rest for us. When we got the flowers on the day of, I was happily surprised – I didn’t know what to expect but they all came out wonderful, from the bouquets, bouts to our centerpieces. All of my girlfriends commented to me about how beautiful the flowers were too!
Della and Jeanne were very flexible and helpful with our event(s). My mother-in-law also hired them to help with our rehearsal dinner, but she wanted to be able to repurpose the flowers for the wedding the following day so that they don’t go to waste. Initially she thought of using tropical flowers so that they would last longer. I talked to Dellables and they put me at ease, ensuring me that they would make it work. They told me they would get fresh flowers that would tie in with our wedding colors and feel for the rehearsal and that they would hold up and not wilt the following day.
They were able to help us repurpose the flowers to use as pews and also for our chuppah. Looking through our pictures, they turned out beautifully. We’re so happy with everything they did for our wedding. Working with them, I didn’t have any worries with any of our flower arrangements – and that’s something any bride would appreciate.

Della was very easy to work with. I sent her a list of flowers that I like and a couple of pictures and she put together the most beautiful arrangements for my wedding. She was able to use my favorite flower even though I was convinced that it was not possible due to the heat in Maui. All of the floral matched the wedding colors perfectly. I am so happy that I chose to use Dellables. Thank you Della for making the most stunning bridal bouquet!!!

I worked with Trish for months before the weddings- she was very helpful and nice! She gave me the most detailed outline and was so thorough! If you feel like I do - that flowers are one of the most important components to a beautiful wedding - then look no further. The flowers were truly amazing. They worked within our budget and even brought some extra flowers that made our captains table look amazing. The large arrangements that were at the ceremony site were so beautiful and my daughter could not have been happier with the outcome. I heard from many of the guests that the ambiance at the wedding was right out of pictures on Pinterest and Bride's magazine. This florist is amazing and although not the least expensive you can find, they are simple the best.

I had a journey finding a florist but it was all worth it when I found Dellables. I had a wedding coordinator from WOW however, it did not work out (that's another story..she couldn't keep my budget in mind) I was recommended another florist by my venue, but again it did not work out. I was getting very anxious being that my wedding was a bout 2 months away and I did not have a florist for my destination wedding. I started searching for florist in Maui and happen to run into Dellables's website. It was love at first sight. I emailed them late at night, and to my surprise I got a call back from Trish. She instantly made me feel at ease. She was able work with my budget and get the idea I had from my pinterest board. The day of our wedding, everything was perfect. My bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets were exactly what I had pictured. The tables look great and the color scheme worked just as planned. The flowers were beautiful and abundant!

Dellables made planning the flowers for my wedding from a distance a breeze. They built a beautiful Chuppa that was a highlight of our ceremony pictures. I am so glad that I went with flower petals on the pathway, which I was back and forth on. They looked at all my pinterest pictures, and made the best bouquet! I loved it.

Dellable's was very helpful and quick with responses. The only thing I didn't like was my husbands bout was not to my standard of what I asked for. (And really, that's not a big deal) When my bouquet was brought to me it was in a vase of water to help keep fresh but she expected that we return it and it was something that I didn't ask her to do and returning it would have been and inconvenience on our vacation so I didn't return it and my coordinator took care of it.

When I decided to plan my destination wedding in Maui, I used Green Wedding Shoes, Style Me Pretty, and other wedding blogs as my guides for finding "must-have" vendors. Every wedding I loved on wedding blogs featured Dellables as the florist. And for good reason! Della created exquisite floral pieces for our small on-island ceremony. My bouquet was breathtaking, my sister's (intended to be a smaller version of my own, as she was Matron of Honor) was just right, and the boutonnieres were just perfect as well. My only complaint about my experience with Dellables is that the color of my bouquet wasn't really what I'd wanted. I sent her paint swatches in the mail to give her an idea of the palette we were going for, and I didn't really see that realized. Instead of pinks and corals and turquoise accents, my bouquet had a lot of bright yellows, oranges, and greens. It was disappointing at first, but to be honest, the bouquet was still SO beautiful that I never missed a beat and just enjoyed it as it was. It photographed beautifully, and with my family all dressed in coral, the color mix-up didn't matter too much. The bright tones were a pretty accent to everyone's attire. All in all, Della is an floral artist and it was lovely working with her! I would just recommend doing a flower trial before your wedding if you're particular about the colors she'll use.

We worked with Trish to coordinate everything beforehand. Trish was very prompt at returning emails and worked through several iterations of ideas with me on reception decore. We had a lot of changes to the layouts of tables and Trish worked through all of these with me. There was a slight miscommunication on the day we were supposed to meet with Della, but Trish worked to arrange for a meeting at Starbucks. Della was so excited about everything and had excellent creative ideas for everything. I told Della what I want for my bouquet and then just ideas for our reception space. I pretty much gave Della free reign and told her our colors and use tropical flowers. Everything turned out amazingly, absolutely beautiful.

Della was absolutely lovely to deal with and very professional. When trying to organise a wedding overseas it can be tricky to clearly convey your ideas but Della really took on board what we wanted and did her best to make it fit within our budget. Out initial florist we had been recommended was very unresponsive and didn't seem to understand what our vision so we were very grateful to have been recommended Della instead. On the day the flowers looked absolutely beautiful and we were very happy with them. The value for money didn't feel the best but the quality was great. We would definitely recommend Dellables for any wedding or event.

Our flowers were absolutely beautiful and we got so many compliments on them. Della and Trish were very flexible and had great ideas. I do wish it wasn't as expensive, but the end product was gorgeous.

Della from Dellables provided the flowers for our wedding. Our planner did all the communication between us and the florist and completed the contract process with her. All the flowers and arrangements turned out beautifully as we had hoped. We ordered aisle flowers, aisle arrangements (re-purposed later), Bride/Bridesmaid bouquets, Groom/Groomsmen/Father/Grandfather boutonnières, Mother/Grandmother corsages, pineapple/flower reception centerpieces, cake flowers, hair flowers, a few vases, and votive candles and holders. The only thing we were slightly disappointed with was the small amount of cake flowers provided as we had supplied photos showing many more. All the flowers were fresh and kept through the day/night. We had asked for crystal wrapped votive holders, but Della went a step further to get us ones that would match our décor and color scheme. Our planner sent Della tons of photos that we provided for inspiration/colors and Della did a beautiful job pulling it all together. The one thing we thought was much too expensive was the $500 delivery/set up cost. We were told that all florists on Maui charge a delivery fee and because most florists live upcountry, that the cost was normal. We just felt to deliver the items that was extremely high. Our wedding ended up falling on US Thanksgiving (we are Canadian so this was never even a thought for us), and apparently Della tried to pull out of the contract not long before our wedding, but our planner worked out an agreement that she would arrive very early to our venue to take possession of the flowers and she that would also set them all up on her own. So we paid the florist $500 delivery/set up and she didn’t even set them up herself. We did some price comparisons before booking Dellables and for what we wanted, all the options we looked at were similar in cost. Overall, our florals were beautiful and were what we wanted, but there were a few sour notes in dealing with this florist.

The flower decor for my wedding was gorgeous and I had some slight panics over the course of planning because I had a budget in mind and it seemed like it was going over. Basically I had to sacrifice in other areas because I really wanted elements that included floral that I wasn't willing to go without.

Trish was very helpful at our 6 week walkthrough once I was able to connect with her. Final payment was a slight pain because of types of payments they would accept. The deposit was okay with credit card without any additional fees but for final payment, paypal would be an additional fee as well as credit card. So I found that out last minute and I couldn't send a check quick enough, so I just bit the bullet and paid through paypal.

Overall their creativity and flexibility for last minutes changes really blew me away. I am definitely satisfied aside from little nuances. I really had to trust their expertise and experience because I could only tell them so much, but I would only find out on the wedding day how everything was going to look. I was very pleased with their treatment on the arch, centerpieces, escort table, etc.

I hired Dellables for my wedding in June. I do not recommend this company, I was disappointed with the way the florals turned out. We specifically talked about having orchids in the arrangements and it is also noted in the proposal, but there was not one orchid in any of the arrangements. After providing pictures of what I wanted for how full the table arrangements would be and being quoted on a price with that look, it definitely didn't turn out as full as the pictures. We also talked about having really green greenery and what was actually used was mostly eucalyptus. And for spending so much on cake florals and the boutonnieres I expected a lot more. The cake florals looked nothing like what the pictures in the proposal looked like, they were the tiniest baby flowers I had ever seen. The morning of the wedding I had to call Della to find out where my bouquets would be delivered. Just seemed unprofessional for her to not have stuff like this already sorted out. It's the last thing you want to be worrying about on your wedding day. I feel like we spent a lot of money with her and I did not get what I had ordered from her. I did try following up with her a week after the wedding and it has now been a month since I reached out to her, and I have not heard anything back. I guess she's ok with having a bad reputation for customer service, and doesn't stand behind her work.
