Beautiful cake!!

Ben was super easy to work with! Very accommodating. Ask a lot of detailed questions to make sure we got what we envisioned for our wedding. The design turned out to be very beautiful and the taste was very rich. Absolutely loved it! Definitely recommended

Sooo delicious

Our cake was amazing! We went with the strawberry as one layer and lemon as another layer for our wedding cake. The decorative piping work on the cake was excellent and the cake was absolutely delicious! Very dependable and reliable!

Delicious indeed!

We got married at The Garland Hotel in North Hollywood, which includes a free wedding cake by Delicious Bakery. We would have gladly paid full price for the cake and services we received from Delicious Bakery. Our cake was 3 tiers- marble cake/choco chip filling, marble/ bavarian chocolate filling, vanilla/vanilla. The cake tasting with the staff at Delicious Bakery was so fun and they provided a whole book of designs for us to choose from, but were also open to requests and other pinterest photos. They created a gorgeous blush ombre cake for us that we will never forget. Their delivery was right on time to our venue for our florist to decorate it. All of the communication leading up to the wedding day was great. And of course, all of the guests loved the cake and had many compliments. We cannot wait for our 1 yr anniversary where the bakery makes us a mini replica of our cake! Yum!

Greatest cake ever!

Amazing bakery that delivered an amazing cake! Staff was very friendly and the cake tasting was SO FUN. The final product of the cake was both gorgeous and delicious! I wish we had more cake left over so that I could eat more. Highly recommend this bakery for all wedding cake and dessert needs!

Delicious Bakery baked such a wonderful wedding cake! The design was gorgeous, and the cake was simply incredible. We got so many compliments from our guests on how tasty it was. Definitely the best wedding cake we’ve ever had, and the same is true for a lot of our family and friends. The cake was moist and light, and the filling and icing was not too sugary. We loved the chocolate chip filling!

We ordered our wedding cake from this vendor and it came out beautifully. The cake was delicious and everyone loved it. The customer service was great as well. I have since bought birthday cakes from this place and it is quickly becoming my go-to bakery.

We got married back in October and went through hell when finding a cake. It didn't work out with our previous cake vendor and we were desperately looking for another at the last minute, pretty much. We tried a few throughout the Valley area and they were either too expensive or wouldn't get back to us. Joanne was very helpful, super organized, and spoke my language when it came to dates and deadlines. The cake tasting was free of charge and the wedding flavors and creams were amazing. All she needed was a photo of what we wanted and she and her team recreated it flawlessly, with delivery on the day of. We received so many compliments about the cake! Would definitely recommend this bakery to anyone who needs a cake!

I love cake. No seriously, I love it! We ended up trying 6 different "highly reviewed" cake places all over the San Fernando Valley, West Side and beyond.

We ended up using delicious bakery because seriously, the cake was moist and the filling options were delicious. Our guests raved about the cake and said it was nothing short of incredible. It looked amazing - their staff is amazing and we were even able to order a Challah! Best wedding cake vendor ever.

P.S. No charge for a cake tasting - what do you have to lose ? YOLO!

I'm so happy with my wedding cake! It was 3 tier , with 3 different flavors. I love it and my guests liked it. It's perfect with my tasting, not so sweet but very delicious! I'm so happy that they were able to accommodate me for over a months noticed! They offered me free delivery to my venue and I have a free cake on our first anniversary! So what else can I asked for! Taste is good with a very reasonable price.

Not only a great baker, not only a great businesswoman but also a wonderful friend. My husband and I were referred to Jan at Delicious Bakery in Northridge, CA as the vendor for our wedding cake from the Vineyards. I called to make an appointment for our cake tasting. Jan was wonderful, understanding and so informative. The flavors of the cakes and fillings were so moist, fresh, and and delicious. Jan was so terrific and accommodating in the process especially since all her flavors were so delicious that I was unable to make a decision of flavors and the shape of the cake for months. Fortunately she gave us the option of picking different flavors for the different tiers. We decided to go for the Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Frosting, another layer of lemon cake with raspberry Bavarian cream and the top tier as being the banana cake. Jan came up with the most amazing cake shape that fit perfectly with my winter wonderland themed wedding. My guests were so happy with the flavors and the fact they were served both flavors that they were able to taste everything.
On the day of the wedding when I saw the cake being delivered I was so mesmerized by the beauty and how Jan had captured everything that I was thinking in my head and now was able to bring it to life. I really did not want to cut into it but was craving cake all day. All my guests were in love with the shape of the cake as well as the flavors that most guests had more than 2 pieces. Needless to say all my future cake, pastries, and baked goods will definitely be ordered and picked up by Delicious Bakery. GO SEE JAN AND DELICIOUS BAKERY IN NORTHRIDGE FOR YOUR PERFECT MASTERPIECE!!!!

Our cake was beautiful AND delicious! My aunt drew a picture of what we wanted and they created it exactly! Everyone complimented the taste of the cake and the frosting! I had a few friends ask me who the baker was for their own weddings! I recommend you check this place out!

I can't say enough how delicious the cake was!!! I'm not a big fan of cake but I didn't want to stop eating this one! Our wedding cake turned out beautifully and we were really happy with everything.

If there ever was an amazingly honest vendor, Delicious Bakery is it. We paid for our wedding cake separately only to find out that it was included in our package with Maggiano's. The vendor called me back to give them my CC number to process the refund. Amazing, quality, decoration and responsiveness as well. I can't think of one reason to give a less-than-5 rating.

Our wedding cake was so beautiful - we had purple and blue buttercream flowers on it. The cake was so delicious! We got tons of compliments from guests and several people said it was the best wedding cake they ever had! We had a 3-tier cake. The top tier for the bride & groom was cookies & cream filling and marbled cake. The middle tier was strawberry filling and white cake and the bottom tier was chocolate filling and chocolate cake. I got to taste all the different layers and they were SO good! I think I am going to go back and request smaller versions of the cake with the same flavors. I just can't get enough!

My family has been using delicious bakery for cakes and pastries since before I can remember, so naturally when it came time to decide on a wedding cake I knew right away it had to come from them! I set up and appointment for a tasting to decide on flavors and design. They set me up with different cakes and fillings and showed me their portfolio - all of which were beautiful designs. They were happy to work with me on a custom design and collaborate with my florist the day of to pull it all together. The cake turned out better then I could have imagined; it was fresh, moist, and a huge hit at the reception! As always delicious bakery came through with a wonderful product that I was happy to share with our friends and family.

Delicious bakery made the cake for our wedding this past weekend, and also provided black & white cookies which we gave as our wedding favors to guests. The cake was delicious (no pun intended) and we are still enjoying eating it this week. Delicious worked with us to come in for a tasting & provided us with any flavor or filling we could think of. It reminded us of our favorite east coast bakeries with all of the cookie selections & friendly staff. Delicious was very flexible, as they allowed us to change 2 of our black & white cookie orders for guests who could not have chocolate. They also packaged the cookies for us with our personalized ribbon for our wedding & made sure each one looked perfect for our guests. Not only were the cake & cookies delicious, but everything was delivered on time & perfectly in place for the reception. Since using this bakery for our wedding, my family has gone back numerous times to get cookies for parties & get togethers & will continue to do so. We would highly recommend Delicious Bakery.

Delicious, Ben specifically, did an awesome job at listening to what I really wanted on my cake, the flavors, and the look I was going for. He was able to pull it off and it look fabulous. Our wedding cake from Delicious Bakery was absolutely AMAZING!!! Every single layer was delicious. (Yes, it's been like 3 weeks and we've already eaten our top tier.) I loved Joanna's down to earth attitude. She's not overly sweet and fake like the other bakeries we'd been to. She's also open to ideas. They have a book of different cakes they've made and I, being indecisive, couldn't pick just one, so I did a little mixing and matching. I had a vision in my head of my dream wedding cake and she made it perfectly! Oh, and they'll make you another top tier on your 1st anniversary if you bring back pictures of the cake! Overall, this place was perfect, not a single complaint!

The most delicious cake I've ever eaten in my entire life was at my wedding, and it was from Delicious Bakery in Northridge. I had no idea that this bakery was incredible, but I realized it after my cake-tasting session. It had four tiers, each one a different flavor, but each bite was absolute heaven! I had several guests tell me later that it was the best cake they had ever had at a wedding. The cake was moist and delicious, and the frosting was not too sweet, just the way I like it! And the bavarian cream filling with mini chocolate chips....Mmmmmm...don't get me started! Not to mention the fact that the cake was simply beautiful and elegant. It had square tiers, with a simple pale blue ribbon at the bottom of each tier, small decorative pearl-like balls, and pink and yellow roses strategically placed on certain edges and at the top. Delicious Bakery is a hidden jewel in the San Fernando Valley. I say it's the best!!!!

They helped me sketch my own wedding cake! It turned out exactly as I had hoped. It was beautiful and vibrant. The handmade sugar flowers were incredible! My surprise Groom's Cake (a Vikings football helmet) was amazing!

Everyone raved about our wedding cake. It was beautiful and delicious. My husband claimed that he never had tasted a good wedding cake but this one proved him wrong. We chose our three favorite flavors of cake with different fillings and an unusual asymetric design with gold ribbons, whipped creme frosting and a lovely heart design. Our florist topped the cake and added our miniature MTA buses surrounding the cake (we met on the bus!) that made our cake very personal. Even the employees at the reception loved our cake.

I was very pleased with this bakery. If you are looking for a simple cake with your standard fillings and cake selections this is the bakery for you. The price was fantastic and the cake was excellent. It turned out beautiful and all of my guest really enjoyed the cake. If you provide them with a picture of your cake they will make your top tier for free on your one year anniversary instead of you freezing the one on your wedding cake. Much Yummier!

We had two choices of cake vendor through our venue and we made sure to pick Delicious Bakery. Not only are they a wonderful bakery in general, but their cakes are fantastic. They also give an entirely new top layer for your 1 year anniversary and make it look just like your day of wedding cake through pictures. I don't really like cakes that are too sweet and our cake was perfect. We also had a lot of choice of fillings. I highly recommend the raspberry cream filling and lemon cream filling. They are also not too sweet. The staff at the bakery was very inviting and helpful in making sure that we chose the right design for us. E-mail is the one of the best ways to correspond with them as they are a busy working bakery. I've had numerous wedding guests tell me that they never tasted any cake, let alone wedding cake that was so good.

Best tasting wedding cake I or any of my guests have had. Contact them ahead of time, because there was miscommunication about placing our cake toppers. Would recommend them to everyone.

This cake stands up to its name- Delicious! Seriously. The chocolate chip filling is to die for. I only had a small bite of it at our wedding and was craving it our entire honeymoon! Even now, I'm tempted to just go by a cake for myself.

There was a little bit of miscommunication on style and decoration at first but everything turned out fine and our cake came out great! Definitely worth scheduling a tasting.

The taste and quality alone is worth choosing Delicious Bakery for your cake!

We really enjoyed the cake we got from Delicious Bakery. The staff was professional and the cake tasting was a lot of fun. We had the chocolate cake with raspberry bavarian cream, white frosting, with chocolate design. Soooo tasty and a big hit amonst our guests. We had a small party, so they were still able to accomodate a wedding cake for 30 guests.

Joanne was very helpful during the cake tasting. All the guests thought the cake was beautiful. The cake came with the reception vendor we chose so i'm not sure about price.

Our wedding was at Knollwood, and since they provided the cake, we were given two choices of bakeries. Delicious Bakery was chosen because they had the better tasting cake. You pick your cake out from a book of pictures and then choose your flavor. Very basic wedding cakes. We were looking for a strawberry shortcake wedding cake with icing only between layers, but was told that it was out of the question. The cake we wound up choosing was your typical three tiered wedding cake with wedding type frosting design. However, it tasted AMAZING and just like strawberry shortcake but with frosting, so they get stars in everything but flexibility. If you want your typical wedding cake, go here. If you would like something more original, I would suggest trying someone else.

my wedding cake was included in my package with the reception venue. Delicious Bakery was the best value out of the bakeries I had to choose from. The cake tasted and looked great. It wasn't exactly what I wanted, but I didn't have a picture to show them so they did a good job. I would recommend them to anyone, for parties, weddings or as an everyday bakery.

We liked the flavors here the best. We ordered our wedding cake here and the cake was beautiful. Our guests kept telling us how pretty the cake looked. They delivered on time and I had no worries. At consultation, the girl was very attentive and tried to understand all the details we asked for. I can't wait to come back for my one year anniversary cake! The place gets a little busy because they have regular customers in and out buying other pastries so there's usually a wait in line but not too bad.

I have gotten my cakes from this bakery before and didnt have a problem, but when it came to my wedding cake i was a bit dissapointed. The cake wasnt at it best when it was delivered... To top it off it didnt have a CAKE TOPPER :( that was a dissapointment.......
