10/10 Recommend Yasha at Delicate Portraits
My husband and I initially hired Yasha (Delicate Portraits Photography) based on her strong portfolio and competitive price range. Her style was really versatile in her portfolio; some photos were dreamy while others were moody, and still, others were straightforward and romantic. Throughout the process, Yasha was communicative and made sure to advise us on the timelines we would want to stick to to allow us to capture the photos we wanted. She arrived to our venue on time and we both found her to be friendly and professional. She put myself and my husband at ease, and the thing we most appreciated was that she put a lot of consideration into instructing us on how best to pose to achieve great photos. A simple change in how we were standing or where we were holding our hands to make the shot more appealing made a huge difference in the end result and the photos we achieved. We just received our photos much earlier than promised, and they are gorgeous and surpassed our expectations! We were pleasantly surprised to discover many candid photos of our friends and family attending the wedding that we didn't expect to receive, and we will definitely cherish them and pass them along to our guests.
My husband and I agree that we would definitely recommend Yasha and her business to any one of our friends in need of a great photographer.

Great Experience!
Yasha was wonderful to work with, her prices were budget friendly, and she worked well with our wedding planner on the wedding day.
We had such a wonderful experience working with this company from start to finish. We did our engagement photos with the main photographer, and she was truly amazing — funny, flexible, and kept everything moving while still making sure we got every shot we wanted. She created such a comfortable and enjoyable environment, and the photos turned out beautifully.
For our wedding day, we had the secondary photographer, and she exceeded all expectations as well. She was so flexible throughout the entire day, listened to everything we asked for, and added her own creative touch to our photos. One of our favorite parts of the night was when it started to rain a bit — instead of letting it limit us, she turned it into a photo opportunity and captured the most stunning rain shots.
Both photographers were incredibly talented, professional, and easy to work with. We are so grateful for the effort they put into making our engagement and wedding photos perfect. We highly recommend this team to anyone looking for photographers who truly go above and beyond.

Hire Yasha as your wedding photographer!!
Yasha was fantastic to work with! We purchased the “Sweet Simplicity” package for our low-key backyard/fire hall wedding, and Yasha went above and beyond to make sure that not just our photos turned out beautifully, but also that the day in general went smoothly.
I spoke to Yasha a couple months before the event, and she gave me very helpful advice regarding how long things realistically take at weddings. This gave me a lot of peace of mind because I was doing most of the planning on my own and really needed help with scheduling and logistics!
Along with her professionalism, creative eye, and refined photography skills, Yasha was a warm and fun presence at our wedding, matching the energy of our crew and fitting right in! While my husband and I were nervous wrecks, Yasha kept the mood light which helped us stay grounded and focused on ENJOYING our big day!
The photos turned out absolutely perfect, and she packaged and shipped them to us on a beautiful flash drive. We can’t wait to receive our wall canvas print!

If I could give her 10000 🌟 s I wholeheartedly would. I was a bit nervous when looking for a photographer but Yasha really made it AH-MAZING. She was willing to work with my husband and I and give us more time than we had originally contracted with her, offered to get another photographer(Molly)- who was also so freaking awesome-- for us in order to make sure we got every single photo we needed. Honestly she was pretty much like a part of the family, she mingled with the guests, kept Austin and I on a good schedule, kept the photos going. And just from the sneak peek I could tell she understood EXACTLY what we were looking for. Yasha is the best you could ask for. She went above and beyond for our day. She was super flexible with how the events of the day planned out including an impromptu heavy snow. She made all of us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Her planning process was fantastic too including 2 phone calls to review everything prior to the wedding day. Great Pictures and Photographer at a Great Price!
Yasha was great to have as our photographer. She was great scheduling times to talk and responsive via email. She was very personable on the day of our wedding and she did a great job capturing pictures of the venue, our wedding party, and big families. She was great at communicating and figuring out a timeline to make sure that she got pictures of all the important moments. The pictures turned out wonderfully and the heart-shaped flash drive that she sent us with the pictures is so cute! She actually gave us some extra pictures and sent the pictures and canvas print to us quicker than expected. We would definitely recommend her to future couples!

Yasha was absolutely fantastic. Not only is she a super talented photographer but she’s so fun and friendly. We had a total blast with her at our engagement session and then again at our wedding. Communication with her was super easy and she was very quick to respond anytime we contacted her. She listened to every concern we had and gave us professional advice when we needed it. Not only all of this, but we had a sudden venue change 2 weeks out from our wedding date and she was totally willing to accommodate that change. We chose her package that included 2 photographers (herself and another) plus a videographer. She made sure to communicate every detail and change to them as well so that we were able to still get the coverage we wanted. We can’t thank her enough for being so great to us. Where to even begin!? Due to COVID restrictions, I didn't have the opportunity to meet Yasha in person prior to the wedding, which is definitely nerve wracking considering you are choosing someone to capture your wedding day!! We scheduled a phone call and prior to speaking with Yasha, I had spoken with about three or four other photographers. As soon as I got off of the phone with Yasha, I knew she was the photographer I wanted to choose. Her personality, her vision, etc., it was all great. The day of the wedding -- Yasha was amazing!! I got SO many compliments from wedding guests about how well she did, how she was everywhere, and seemed to capture everything! Our photos came back just over two weeks after our wedding and they are beautiful!! I sincerely can't recommend Yasha enough to future brides and grooms considering who they want to capture their special day!

Working with Yasha and Evan was so much fun! Yasha has an amazing eye for stunning photo ops! She put my bridesmaids and I at ease right off the bat! She arrived, jumped right into taking photos and setting up the space for taking some wider angle shots. She got some awesome photos that we didn't even know she was taking! She had great ideas for fun shots and worked with what we wanted! During our pre-wedding interview, Yasha was really interested in learning more about us as a couple and more about us as individuals, in what we wanted from her, and what we were excited about. Evan was an amazing addition! He worked really well with my husband and his groomsmen. He fit in so well and put them at ease. He worked with them to get what they wanted and what I wanted. Very small Blended family wedding
Yasha was absolutely amazing to work with! Due to various reasons we needed to pretty drastically change our wedding plans, we moved the date up 5 months and downsized a LOT. I emailed Yasha about the changes and she got back with me immediately. She was so understanding and so flexible with us. She worked with us to still provide everything that was most important to us while staying within our budget. I was concerned that since we downsized we may not get the same treatment as other clients, but I shouldn’t have worried about that AT ALL! She was SO attentive and SO detail oriented with everything. She got every shot we wanted and did a great job of making us and our three daughters (aged 7, 7, and 9) comfortable and relaxed so that we had fabulous, happy natural smiles. That’s not an easy feat on a potentially stressful day and with three children! She also encorporated a maternity eliment to our photo shoot because I was 7 months pregnant at the time. She helped me to pose in ways that really made my belly look beautiful and make me feel so pretty. We got all the pictures (over 700 of them!!) just three weeks after our wedding on a beautiful flash drive in an adorable little heart shaped wooden box.
Pictures of the wedding were literally the most important thing to me and I am SO glad we decided to hire Yasha to be the one to capture them. They will be cherished by our family forever.

I cannot recommend Yasha's services highly enough. She is incredibly flexible and professional, but also has the greatest vibe. Something many of my family members have said since the day is that they loved the photographer! Taking pictures with her was not just painless, it was one of the highlights of the day. Zero complaining from family members about getting our pictures taken because Yasha made it so enjoyable. And the final product!! I can't get over how much I love my pictures. She captured us all in the best light, got all of the combinations I wanted and more that I didn't think of, AND, best of all, she got amazing candid photos of moments I didn't even realize she was capturing. I always say the only things to last from the wedding are the marriage, the memories, and the photos. Thanks to Yasha, my husband and I will have the the photos to treasure for a lifetime. Amazing Experience!
Yasha was amazing to work with. She got all the info she needed beforehand and was punctual arriving to my home. She is fun and engaging. My whole wedding party and all the guests keep raving about the great experience. A lot of people worry about invasive photographers, but she was FANTASTIC. Yasha was wonderful, not a single regret!
We chose delicate portraits because there was a special going on at the time we were looking! Had Yasha only delivered what the deal offered (7hrs, 600+ pictures, 1 photographer, paid in monthly installments from the time we hired her until the wedding) it would have been a fair and reasonable fee! However, she gave us so much more! Yasha ended up bringing her boyfriend to our wedding as an additional photographer, even though we didn't request or pay for one. We expected 600-800 pictures, but when our flash drive arrived, we had over 1,400! Her work was beautiful and we were so impressed with the images. Some of them seem too beautiful to really be us haha! I gave her a few photo ideas/suggestions/shots that I liked, and she literally printed them and brought them day-of in the hopes of recreating as many of them as she could. And even though my husband and I tend to be a little camera-shy, she made the whole experience fun and much less awkward!
Our package also included full photo rights, which was very important to us. We received a flash drive with ALL of our pictures; no logo, no hassle, and we can print them whenever and wherever we want!
Honestly, the only thing I would change if I could do it again would be having MORE time with Yasha for even more pictures. But I won't complain at all about the fantastic value of everything Yasha did for us. You won't regret hiring her!

She worked to communicate with us multiple times before our wedding to get an understanding of who we were as a couple and what we were looking for in a photographer. She put us at ease and was always flexible. We had so much fun photographing with her the day of the wedding! She ensured we got in all the "requested" pictures but had fantastic suggestions for other shots as well. She made the photography process fun and natural. We absolutely loved working with Yasha! When we had our engagement session, she was very personable and we knew she would be great for our wedding, too. Our wedding photos are gorgeous! She captured so many beautiful moments from the bridal party getting ready, to the first look, to the reception. She was flexible with traveling to our locations, and for our wedding she was able to add on an extra hour at the reception in order to photograph all of the important dances. She was great at taking the lead during group shots, and even took shots I showed her from other weddings. I wish I could leave more examples, because it was impossible to just pick 10 shots to leave on here. Thank you Yasha!!!

We loved working with Yasha. She has a fun and easy going personality and isn't afraid to be a bit bossy to get you the photos you want! She was easy to work with and responsive throughout the entire process. She was very accommodating when we requested additional hours in the last few weeks. We received our photos back so quickly on an adorable flash drive. We were shocked to see that see captured over 1000 photos. Our wedding was on NYE and it was freezing. We wanted some outdoor snow lined photos and she was able to capture them despite our freezing, nose dripping faces. We also requested a customized sparkler photo and despite not knowing how to do it at first, she researched it and nailed it. Her talent and experience is amazing. We would recommend Yasha to all future brides and will surely use her again in the future!

I cannot even begin to say enough about how wonderful Delicate Portraits Photography is! Yasha is AMAZING! She is a true artist. We unfortunately had really crappy weather for our Engagement shoot, and had to change locations, but she was flexible. She created some really great shots, that even made the rain look good! She was very accommodating when it came to our thousands of "touch up" and editing requests. Her turnaround time for getting our Engagement photos to us was very quick too. Yasha was familiar with our wedding venue, which was a definite plus. She was great at laying out a plan during our pre-wedding conference call, and she is very easy to get a hold of/quick to respond when you reach out. She had our wedding photos edited and sent to us 20 days after our wedding! No other couple I know received their photos that quickly, and she shot about 3000! During our shoots and planning, I really got to know her, and she makes a point to get to know you as a couple as well. In addition to being an amazing artist, she also has a killer sense of humor! After working with her, I consider her to also be a friend, and I want her to photograph every other event for the rest of our lives!

She was flexible with packaging as we were doing a small, family only, Sunday, August wedding in PA. Yasha and her assistant were amazing. They never missed a beat and we got photos of absolutely everything. Our group/family photos did not take more than a half hour--and my girls and I were ready early so Yasha took our bride/bridesmaid photos before the ceremony! (This was great because my hair went flat in the humidity....so I still have some awesome shots with my curls still bouncy!) Yasha handled our family perfectly--not everyone gets along but she and I discussed that beforehand and we had ZERO awkward moments because she paid such close attention.
Yasha is a real pro and our photos and photo canvas are absolutely beautiful--I love having all the shots to choose from on a convenient USB drive.
I would hire Yasha again in a heartbeat--for portraits or any other event photography I may need in the future. <3

On the actual wedding day she arrived on time with a huge smile on her face and excited/ready to go. She's an awesome one-woman show with her cameras. I was not disappointed, well worth the money!
I can honestly say I had no idea just how many pictures were going to be taken that day, it was alot! I was exhausted at times but I really appreciated all the coaching, encouragement and positive attitude she held throughout the entire day. She got some really awesome shots that I would have never thought of. She did exactly what i wanted the whole day-- she was there to get the good shots and step back when needed as well...I am very happy with how the whole day turned out-- no complaints at all. My husband and I hired Yasha for our wedding well in advance and we had the opportunity to speak with her several times before the big day. She was very easy to get along with and had a great sense of humor, which helped calm me down and keep the mood fun and festive. As brides know, it can be very stressful day and having someone making you laugh and act silly was such a relief. During our wedding she gave great direction to us and our family members to get the best shots possible. She was also so quick and took into account that although we wanted many pictures, we also wanted to spend time with our family and friends. Yasha was amazing! I had never met Yasha prior to my wedding. When she called to discuss details before my wedding, I knew I made the right choice in hiring her. She made me feel totally at ease and comfortable. She was right on time and when she came into the bridal room at the hotel, she got right to work. Everyone felt totally relaxed with her around, it was like I knew her before. Yasha knew exactly what to do and gave me great direction to get the best pictures. My groom loved her and felt the same as I did. She had great patience with our silly groomsmen. I am absolutely thrilled with my decision and will definitely keep her in mind for future photo shoots. Highly recommend!

Yasha was absolutely wonderful for our engagement shoot and then again on the day of our wedding. She is not shy about giving plenty of direction and she has tons of picture ideas for every location which I loved. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer for our special day =)

I had delicate portraits recommended to me by a family member and I have never been happier. I have the perfect blend of whimsical, pretty and "magical" photos while also having, and most important to me, the candida that really show how fun and exciting our friends and family are. I don't think I can say enough to show how amazing delicate portraits is and how happy we are with our pictures! If you want to know you won't be disappointed with your wedding pictures, you'll book this. She made the shoots so fun to do which was my biggest fear being that my husband is terrible with taking pictures! She really made it fun and he loosened up and gave natural smiles all because of Yasha's down to earth and fun loving attitude. I'm so pleased and will recommend to everyone I know! She's a great judge of what a person will like in their photos and will be sure to accommodate!

Yasha was such a pleasure to work with! She was extremely, flexible, and responsive to all of our questions throughout the whole process. She took the time to send us many different examples of photos and thoroughly explained her technique and process. She asked us to send any inspiration photos to her ahead of time and she was sure to capture the spirit of the inspirations we had, while keeping them unique to us. She also knew all of the "must have" photos even though I forgot to send her my list ahead of time. Yasha is professional, talented, and gets things done (she won't hesitate to yell at a straying groomsman to get back over here and pay attention) but she is also easy going and so much fun with a great sense of humor. She made it feel like we had a close friend taking our photos which made both my husband and I feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Most importantly, our photos are gorgeous and everything we could have hoped for!

Delicate Portraits has an amazing talent for photography. As a an amateur photographer myself, I am very picky when it comes to pictures of myself. I researched many different photographers in our area before looking into other areas and ultimately choosing Delicate Portraits. I made the right choice! Yasha, our photographer, did our engagement/family shoot and wedding photography. She traveled around 100 miles to come to us for both shoots, which I will be forever grateful! She is professional, talented, personable and funny. She is a skilled photographer, a photoshop master and gets the job done! From the time we met with Yasha, we knew she was the photographer for our wedding. We hadn't planned on doing engagement photos but decided that we wanted to have them done to use at out reception and I'm so glad we did. Yasha is fun to work with and you can tell she really lives what she does. The photos came out beautiful and I can't wait to see what she does with our wedding photography!

I want to express how wonderful this photographer is! She captured Every single detail of my special day! There is one specific type of picture that stands out for me. She focused on the bride and groom so that it makes me feel like no one else is around us and it's only us two. (Just like u feel when watching a romantic movie). As I go through the pictures a few months later, it feels like I'm back in my wedding!!

I rate her over 5.0. She did both my engagement pictures and wedding pictures. I honestly couldn't be more happy with the final pictures and how wonderful it was to work with her. She had great ideas and angles for pictures, but she is very open to ideas or things you want to do and to make it into a masterpiece. Talking with her and knowing her, she has a true passion for photography and that she truly loves her job. Right from the start she made it a priority to have you happy and give you the pictures of your dreams. She is very flexible, friendly, and will go out of her way for you. She is even quick to touching up and completing your pictures which is great when you need to make save the dates and thank you cards. I couldn't have asked for a better person to do the most important thing (photography) with my wedding, something I will go back years from now and remember. I suggest her to all my friends and show everyone her work.

When I was first looking for a photographer I wanted to make sure I found the perfect one. I wanted to make sure they were going to be fun, energetic, and creative. I called photographer after photographer and finally came across Yasha from Delicate Portraits who instantly made me full 100% comfortable. She had the perfect personality that I was looking for and I was eager to work with her. She was able to be very flexible with me on the time and day for our engagement photos since my Fiancé and I both work full time. I was not sure where to have the photos done but we both knew the type of scenery we had in mind and she was able to recommend some different spots that she was familiar with. She definitely knows the Lancaster and surrounding areas very well if you ever need any ideas. We arrived for our engagement photos and the location was perfect and absolutely beautiful! As soon as she arrived she was ready to work and we immediately started taking photos. Our photos turned out gorgeous and we are extremely happy! She was also the perfect photographer for the PINTEREST bride. She has her own account and knew pretty much every picture I wanted to take. Also as we were walking around the venue she was open to taking any shots I wanted. Throughout the wedding planning process she was in communication with me and open to answering any questions and she responds quickly which is great especially because she is getting busy with new clients each day. On our wedding day she brought a second shooter and they worked really well together. My fiancé did mention the second shooter didn't give as much direction as Yasha so I wish I could have just chatted with her a little more about what we were looking for. Overall the day was perfect and they were able to capture all the moments going on around them. There were a couple shots we didn't capture and we did set up a timeline but let me warn you time flys so plan on running behind. I would recommend her to ANYONE who asks!

Though we have only done our Engagement photos, so far, I can easily say that Yasha is amazing! We had such a fun time and the pictures are beautiful! There are incredibly natural smiles from both of us and I love each and every picture! I'm very excited for the wedding day and I know that the pictures will be beautiful!

Yasha of Delicate Portraits photography is simply wonderful!! How do you thank someone who has the experience and talent to capture your most personal memories?! We can never thank her enough! We are a quirky couple and Yasha was totally able to tune into that and capture our spirit and how we interact together; it was pure MAGIC!! She was able to capture all the most memorable and funny moments of our intimate garden wedding and was able to tell our story through her amazing photos! She is professional, yet fun and has the ability to make you completely comfortable in front of the camera. We love the look of vintage style and she retouched some of our photos so they are modern with a vintage feel..some beautiful black and whites, and faded color photographs, which are gorgeous and perfect for us! Exactly what we wanted and she knows how to make it happen. I was also impressed with how quickly we got our photos and some sneak peeks! Shes professional, creative, and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. We still gaze at our wedding photos to this day in awe of how she was able to capture our love and spirit so easily and so well! It was wonderful working with her and we highly recommend her work; you will be thrilled with your photos!!

We had engagement and wedding photos done with her and they all came out perfect. The book she made of our engagement photos was perfect for our sign in guest book at the wedding.
