Hosting our 20-person destination wedding in Costa Rica was the best decision we could have made, and this villa made the entire experience not only beautiful, but incredibly smooth and stress-free.

Planning a wedding from afar can feel overwhelming, but from the very beginning, the coordination was seamless. Noe, our main wedding planner, was organized, communicative, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. Every email was answered quickly, every question (and there were many!) was handled with patience, and every logistical detail, from vendor access to layout planning, was thoughtfully managed. We never once felt like we were doing it alone, even though we were planning from another country.

The day of the wedding itself could not have gone more perfectly. Chloe, Priscilla and Dan were amazing! The ceremony setting was absolutely breathtaking, naturally stunning and elegant without needing much added décor. The way everything was arranged felt intimate yet elevated, perfectly suited for our closest friends and family. It struck that rare balance of being both relaxed and incredibly refined.

One thing that truly stood out was how the team handled small issues that inevitably pop up during any wedding. If something needed adjusting, it was taken care of quietly and efficiently without needing much help from us. We were able to stay fully present and soak in every moment because we trusted that everything behind the scenes was handled, and it absolutely was.

The food deserves its own paragraph because it was phenomenal. Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Our guests are still talking about it. The cocktail hour bites, the main dinner courses, even the late-night touches (highly recommend the churros!) everything felt thoughtfully curated and perfectly executed. It elevated the entire celebration and made the evening feel even more special. We ended up adding extra desserts later into the planning because the menu looked so delicious and the guests raved about the eclairs, profiteroles, brownies, chocolate chip cookies, and charlotte cake (we definitely like sweets)!

And the photos: we haven’t even received them yet, and we already know they’re going to be stunning. The natural light, the tropical backdrop, the golden sunset during our ceremony, it felt like every moment was framed perfectly. You truly cannot beat the scenery in Costa Rica. Everywhere you turned was another picture-perfect setting.

What made this wedding so extraordinary wasn’t just the beauty, though, it was how effortless it felt. We were able to be fully present with our people, to laugh, to cry, to celebrate without worrying about timelines or coordination. That peace of mind is priceless on your wedding day.
