Amazing service!

DeeJay’s was phenomenal to work with. We rented a clear tent for our outdoor wedding ceremony. Since our wedding was at the beginning of March it was unpredictable how the weather was going to be, so we also rented heaters from them just in case. It turns out we didn’t need to use them since the day ended up being an unusually 70 degree day. But knowing we had the backup heaters and having that option was a tremendous stress relief. The clear tent was absolutely beautiful, especially with the chandeliers and other string lights. It perfectly shaped the ceremony space and cocktail hour. We had such great communication with the logistics of the tent with Lauren we also rented tables and chairs for our rehearsal dinner. The drop-off and pick-up was fast and easy. They were even able to schedule and coordinate the drop off/pick up of the rehearsal dinner items with the tent since the locations were close by. We had so many comments about how great the tent looked!

We had a large outdoor tent for our wedding with cafe lighting and pole covers. Reasonable prices, on time set-up and take down, professional staff, fast responses. Recommended for your wedding or event!

Highly Recommend!

We worked with Lauren at DeeJay's and could not recommend her or the company enough! Due to pandemic regulations, our wedding plans changed 3 weeks before our day and we found ourselves in need of a tent and accessories. Truly, I'm not sure we would have been able to get it done so perfectly without Lauren's help - she properly advised us on everything that we would need, was always available for communications (which, honestly, was quite often), and fully supported us through a stressful/condensed wedding planning process. Our tent was beyond gorgeous and turned out to be the most beautiful wedding setting - all of our guests and vendors couldn't stop raving about it! Thank you Lauren and DeeJay's!

Reliable and Professional

Love DeeJays and their team! As a wedding planner I rely on event professionals who are dependable, have a wonderful selection of services, and who love what they do. When I got married this fall my first go to was Kaycee at DeeJay's to rent our tables and chairs from. Kayce was quick to respond, provided exactly what was needed, and was such a pleasure to work with. You cannot go wrong with DeeJays!

Awesome vendor!

We were very pleased with DeeJay's from start to finish. They were professional, patient, and provided much needed guidance. They were also very flexible and responsive to our ever-changing needs during Covid. Kaycee and Jason were awesome!!! Would definitely recommend them!

Stellar communication and beyond helpful

Kayce is absolutely wonderful to work with! Our original wedding plans fell through and we're not able to use DeeJays for our wedding, but our experience with them has been phenomenal. They're very kind, professional, responsive and helpful. Our wedding went through many evolutions which meant LOTS of questions and changing of plans and Kayce helped us through all of it with such a kind and positive attitude. I would highly recommend Kayce and DeeJays for any event!

Gorgeous tent and the most helpful staff!

I had a great experience with DeeJays. As my wedding day got closer and closer I was starting to feel ambivalent about a tent because our outdoor space was so pretty and I did not want to distract from it. Kayce, my contact at DeeJays, helped me problem solve and gave me several options. Because of the threat of inclement weather, I ended up going with a half tent and got so many compliments all night about how nice it looked in the space. It was a beautiful way to highlight the dancing section in the courtyard and the lighting under the tent was perfect!

Perfect Day

Saved Our Wedding

With Hurricane coming our current rental company would not come on a day earlier to insure we had tent set up before storm. Leaving us with possibly a disaster for a wedding. I called one day before we needed a tent and Wow the customer service was off the chart. They are delivering our tent .... offered us any other services needed. I would 100 percent recommend any company who actually works this hard to accommodate a new never met customer ........ Kayce was the most professional, considerate , accommodating person I have worked with in many years. I have been in the wedding business. She is amazing .. Thank you DeeJays.

Professional, Reliable & Flexible - Great Customer Service!

With all the details involved in planning an at-home wedding & weekend of wedding events, we needed vendors who were professional, reliable, and flexible. DeeJays Event Rentals was by far the best vendor that we used for our events. Kayce walked us through, with great precision, to help us decide exactly what we needed, and when we bumped up our needs to include doing our own catering she came through with all the extras. DeeJays was extremely flexible as the wedding date neared and we needed to add and remove items. Everything was delivered and installed ahead of time so that we didn't have to worry about having everything in place. While in the path of an approaching tropical storm we had plenty to worry about, but DeeJays came through for us and truly created the only calm before the storm! While other vendors used the tropical storm as an excuse to not perform up to expectations, DeeJays provided excellent customer service. Many thanks to Kayce and DeeJays. I can't imagine any rental vendor being easier or nicer to deal with.

I had first used DeeJay's for a professional event at my work. We rented several large inflatables, cotton candy and popcorn machines, among other fun lawn games. We had such a great experience, I used them again for my wedding! They have very reasonable prices and pick-up/drop-off policies. Some of my younger guests walked off with some game pieces, but the deejay's staff were very understanding and honest about the cost of replacement. Actually , it ended up being less than the item cost online, which was a nice surprise! I plan to continue to use deejay's in the future. They also have a very cute warehouse cat.

We recently used DeeJays for our daughter’s wedding. We were so pleased with all aspects...responsiveness, delivery, set up, pick up, etc. Kayce Ward was exceptional and great to work with. She went over and above to make everything go smoothly. She was also a great resource to have when questions arose. DeeJays Event Rentals is absolutely the best deal in the Triangle! I was so impressed with their team. Kayce Ward was so helpful, nice and organized! She let me look at everything in their showroom and kept detailed notes of the quantity of each rental item and what each item was going to be used for. Three weeks before our wedding, I needed to make quite a few adjustments to the quantity and items rented and she was very thorough at making sure she got all of the changes correct and was always very quick to respond. Everything arrived in time for us to set up and the delivery crew was very friendly. I would recommend DeeJays rentals to anyone in the Triangle. They are a great value, super easy to work with and everything we ordered was exactly what we wanted!

coordinated the UNC Science Expo this year, and we needed DeeJay’s to help us set up tents, tables, and chairs to host about 15,000 visitors. They were nothing short of AMAZING. We have been using them for several years now, and every year we are impressed with how professional they are. We made several last minute changes to our order, and they were extremely accommodating. We had hired DeeJay's to supply a 40' x 40' tent along with a 20' x 20' tent for our wedding along with some other items (Chairs/Tables/Etc). Right from the start they were absolutely the easiest of our vendors to work with. Their prices are very competitive and if you are working within a certain budget they will work with you to help provide the best service/equipment to you. They also have enough equipment to meet all of your needs no matter what you are looking for. This is a big plus as a lot of the other vendors out there may not have certain items and you end up having to piecemeal everything together. For example, we wanted to originally have a 40 x 40 solid white tent but changed our minds halfway through to a 40 x 40 clear top tent which they also had in stock and looks absolutely amazing when set up. Not all event companies we approached were that flexible with what we were after. Another big bonus is that DeeJay's was also able to supply a "rain plan" in the event we needed extra coverage for our, mostly, outdoor wedding which thankfully we did not have to execute. I'd highly recommend you reach out to DeeJay's if you putting on a event, big or small, as they are absolutely wonderful to work with!

We used DeeJay's for our wedding rentals, and we are so happy we did! They were easily one of the best vendors we worked with throughout our entire wedding planning process, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We worked exclusively with Lauren to complete our order, but everyone we encountered at the warehouse was friendly, professional, and super organized. The delivery guys who set everything up were also very professional and organized and were so good about keeping us in the loop. Lauren was always very responsive via email or phone and was so flexible to the tons of changes I made, some of them even 2 days before our wedding! The warehouse wasn't the showiest or most modern we visited, but that made absolutely no difference in the quality of products and services we received from Deejays - definitely something to keep in mind when comparing rental companies. We felt that the price we paid was very fair, especially since everyone went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

We worked with Kayce W. and she was great! The wedding and reception were outside so we had to rent everything tent, chairs, tables, dishes, utensils, etc. We had such a great experience with DeeJays. We made changes throughout the process and they were very accommodating. Jason was in charge of set up and tear down and was so great!

DeeJay's was great, and I'm so glad we chose them to provide rentals for our June wedding. We worked primarily with Lauren, and she was so accommodating. She was so patient... she must have changed my order/invoice 15 times because I was changing my mind so much! She provided prompt and kind service, and we really appreciated her suggestions. DeeJay's delivered and setup, as well as provided tear-down, which was convenient. I would definitely recommend DeeJay's!

DeeJay's staff is extremely knowledgeable as it pertains to wedding planning. Go to their show room and ask for Kayce. Events are what they do and it shows. They have the knowledge, experience, and professionalism to help you plan your special day. We were recommended to DeeJay's through a close family friend but we fell in love with their products and service on our own. We had a budget we wanted to work with and they were able to accommodate our every need and even more. We were so impressed with the tent quality, dinning utensils/plates, linens, and timely drop off and pick up. They delivered on everything they said they would do. The price was right, the products were gorgeous and the service was even better. All of our invited guests showered us with complements on our selection for the tent and the accommodations that DeeJay's provided. I can't say enough great things about DeeJay's, they really helped make our wedding day the wonderful occasion that it was. I would highly recommend them for any event.

I worked primarily with Amanda. Let me tell you, these guys are amazing! Honestly, they were one of my very favorite vendors to work with. From the beginning, they were so flexible and so helpful. Amanda offered insightful advice and had me come out to see things first hand. She was great in suggesting things we would and would not need. They worked with our caterer and even came out before our event to see the sight and talk about details to make sure everything would run smoothly. This was perfect for me because I was planning the wedding from a distance. They set up far in advance of the wedding which helped ease my stress. The biggest hiccup was that the tent was not quite in a position that I wanted. I have a hard time speaking up but when we talked about it, they without hesitation or complaints moved the tent which was perfect for this tense bride. Highly recommend working with this company. Everything was absolutely beautiful!

Kayce and Deejay's rentals were great to work with! They were easy to get a hold of and flexible in my order. We were pretty sure it was going to be either really really hot or raining on our wedding day and so we planned our rentals for both. We dropped the items we didn't need about 4 days before the wedding and there was no problem. They showed up, dropped off and picked up on time and all their items were very nice! The chairs weren't scuffed up like I had seen at other rental companies and the tables were also in excellent condition. Two thumbs up!

We contacted DeeJay's Event Rentals about renting chairs for our wedding reception. They were easy to work with and the most reasonably priced when it came to delivering and setting up at a specific time on a Sunday. They also proved helpful and flexible when we needed to add tablecloths at the last minute (the day before) due to a last minute emergency. Returning items was a breeze and the staff were friendly and gave great instructions. I love how laid back everyone is while still remaining professional and responsive. We will definitely consider them for any rental needs we have in the future and would recommend them to anyone!

I recently dealt with the staff at DeeJay's Event Rentals as I planned our son's wedding rehearsal dinner in our yard. They were most helpful! After my initial visit, I added to the account several times. I ended up talking with several different members of their team. I added the cake stand last minute and they were so helpful! The chairs were setup on time and exactly how I asked! I had a very small window and they executed perfectly! Great company!

I traveled all the way from Wilmington, NC to use this event rental company as it was the only accommodating company I could find. Not only were they kind and always so helpful, but they had everything I ever dreamed of. I searched high and low for the overlays I wanted and couldn't find them anywhere so while visiting a friend I found this company and decided to give it a try. So glad I did as I got exactly what I wanted and then some, not to mention it was very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone!

I hired DeeJay's Event Rentals for my wedding and they did a great job. I ordered chairs, tables, and linen. It was extremely easy to order through them and they were patient and helpful when it came to ordering the right sizes for linen.
They gave us a 12-3PM time wait for drop off and came at 12:20PM which was great. The wait for them wasn't long at all either.
We accidentally got wax on the linens and when I called to pay for the damages they were just as friendly as when I placed my first order with them. They are extremely professional and great to work with. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for nice rentals for their event

I rented tables, chairs, a dance floor (outdoor), and the moon glow light from DeeJay's for my wedding. They delivered everything exactly as I had reserved. There was one issue with the moon glow light being defective and we couldn't use it but they office was very polite, looked over the light, found a hole, and gave us a full refund. The delivery crew along with those at the office were extremely helpful, professional, and polite. I called several times to change my invoice and double check on things and never had any issues with anything. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

DeeJays is the best rental company out there. They were friendly and so helpful. Their warehouse is clean and organized, a huge improvement over other rental companies. They arrived on time and completed set up of our tent despite changes to the location. Great company!

There are no words for how amazing Lauren and the team at DeeJay's were!!! We had a backyard wedding, and needed everything from plates and glasses to tables and tents!! Lauren sat down with us and showed us every option imagineable. She never rushed us or pushed us, and fully explained everything to us. We visited several rental agencies before deciding on DeeJays, but Lauren's genuine sweetness, humor, and attentiveness made it an easy choice for us. They were willing to work with us on every aspect of our order, from product selection to price.

I genuinely had a great time working with them and it was stress free from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and am already looking for an excuse to have to use them again!!

I recently got married and contracted with DeeJay's for our tables and chairs. They were very professional, affordable (our wedding was on a Sunday and they did not charge extra for services on Sundays) and overall pleasant to work with! We had a few minor snags the day the items arrived, but we were not negatively impacted in a major fashion and management worked with us after the fact to rectify the situation in a satisfactory manner. I certainly don't plan on getting married again, but should I need to host another large event DeeJay's will be the first place I call!

Amazing. Special shout out to Kaycee for answering my 1,000,000 questions calls and emails. They showed up the day before our wedding with everything (did not forget a single thing), quick set up, and seamless pick up the following day. They really were great and had a lot of quality pieces that were in the same or better condition than the showroom. We were really pleasantly surprised because we know rental companies involve A LOT of details that, if missing, are a big deal! This wasn't the case and it made for a very stress free day for my husband and I.

Lauren at Deejays was so amazing to work with, especially at the end when it was crunch time. Even though she was extremely busy she was so patient with us, answering all of our questions and getting us the information we needed quickly. DeeJay's provided us with propane heaters for our wedding. They set them up, and we were able to keep ours guests more comfortable on the chilliest night in Raleigh in March.

We rented a tent, chairs, tables, a bounce house and lights through DeeJay's. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when we came in to look at things and decide what we wanted to rent. They were very agreeable and helped us add and remove many items from our order multiple times before the 1 week deadline - this can take a couple days when working through email but they're on it and are very quick and responsive over phone too. They worked with us to ensure everything was delivered and picked up at convenient times. The delivery and set up crew were friendly and nice. I would definitely go through DeeJay's for rentals again. They offer pretty much anything you would want for you wedding or event and will make sure you get what you want when you want.

Our wedding and reception were at different locations. Setup times were tight. There was a lot of planning with the DeeJay's office (Amanda). Every requirement was clearly documented in the contract. Deejay's executed flawlessly.

We rented some simple linens, tables and chairs for our rehearsal dinner held at a family member's home. We wanted just very basic linens as we were having a barbecue. Deejay's was reasonably priced, delivered the items on time and even helped with some of the set-up even though we had not contracted with them to handle that part of things. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for basic rental items. They do not have a very wide selection if you are looking for fancier items, but for basic black, they are great.

Lauren McGinley was such a pleasure to work with preparing for our wedding October 7,2017. We had a few bumps in the road (which no one had control of),but Lauren was so patient and understanding. DeeJay Rentals worked with us the entire year before our wedding as our plans solidified and changed multiple times. They were very flexible and gave us advice on the best way to achieve our visions for the wedding. All equipment and supplies were delivered on time and looked great, including the 3 large tents we used at the venue. We are very pleased with their services and definitely recommend them to people doing weddings in the RDU area!

Working with Deejays was easy and smooth. They had the best prices, and easiest delivery. Although they did show up before the window of time they gave me. It was not a problem for me or my venue, but that could be a problem for those with a strict time allotment. Overall i had no problems, I had to make changes multiple times and it was not an issue.

I live in Ohio and searched rental companies on website for my nieces wedding. After doing my homework and pricing several others companies I chose to go with Deejays. I was very pleased with a very pleasant lady named Mary who was very patient with me as things were changed around and added. I was very glad to have chosen this company because in my opinion they certainly know what their doing. I would highly recommend Deejays and if you should call ask for Mary, that Sandy sent you. ;)

Good people that were referred to me from another vendor. I was very happy with their overall rentals and setup. I do think there are some areas of professionalism that could be worked on but I do understand we all have off days. I would absolutely suggest someone to use them.

Dee Jay's installed a rented dance floor for our wedding reception and the floor was perfect for the occasion. We really enjoyed it and the staff that installed it were great! However, we ended up having to pay hundreds of dollars extra in order to get them to deinstall the floor at a certain time after the reception. Dee Jay's was not very flexible at all in trying to work with us around a busy wedding schedule. We did not appreciate the upcharging at every turn.

I've provided several glowing reviews of the good vendors from our event. But we could not do that in good conscience here. We choose this vendor because of the initial variety of equipment choices. However the one item that truly soured our experience was the communication on the day of setup and dealing with their management team.

We ordered linens, tables, chairs, tents, lighting and a generator. When selecting the equipment, one manager badmouthed their competitors and showed photos which I shrugged off but did not appreciate. We carefully selected a setup time (understanding that it took about 3 hrs to setup the tent) because of the extensive amount of family that came in from out of town. On the day of setup, the truck ended up with a flat tire. This would not have been an issue however there as no communication from the vendor. We ended up having to call multiple times just to get status updates. No one even bothered to call us directly. Note that there was only one other event on the truck with ours. Our 10am delivery time ended up being 10pm. This was extremely disruptive to our neighbors and family. When we finally ended up speaking to management, he was rude and disrespectful. He was loud enough for my family and other vendors to hear and they were flabbergasted at the lack of customer service. When we asked to speak to someone else, he said "good luck, I'm the General Manager". Once the setup crew arrived, the manager tried to force us to sign the completion notice before the equipment was even pulled out of the trucks. Note that we ended up not even having all the chair pads for our seats but because of the lateness, could not resolve the issue. On a positive note, the girls working on our initial order and the setup crew were very helpful and kind. It was a true shame at the lack of professionalism and poor attitude. I would be extremely hesitant to use this vendor again when there are other options.
