i don’t know where to even begin with how absolutely blessed we feel for choosing dearly beloved (photography and videography) for our wedding— they were nothing but amazing- from our engagement shoot to the last minutes of the reception… when we first starting looking for vendors— dearly beloved caught my eye immediately… they were the only ones that i had reached out to and thankfully they were available for our 8.5.2023 wedding!! they were super informative with all the questions we had. My husband and I are not very natural when it comes to taking pictures but Lauren, Laurie, and Jesus made us feel so comfortable— almost like they became our friends during this whole process! We cannot thank them enough. do not hesitate to book them for your wedding!! you will not regret it, i promise! -

The best!
I can’t say enough amazing things about DBW. The level of professionalism, talent and just overall customer service is unmatched. I had the pleasure of working with Rachel, Juliana and Wayne on my wedding day and from start to finish they were on-point. I was really stressed about my wedding day, but they had a really calm energy throughout the day and made sure to really pay attention to specific shots I wanted. They were able to capture all the emotions of the day on camera, and we got the sneak peeks back so quickly and they were all so beautiful. Rachel, as the lead photographer, made sure to keep communication open with me leading up to the wedding day and was so sincere in every interaction. I know the rest of the photos/video will be amazing! I am confident that this is the most talented group of photographers in the area, and you can tell they really love what they do. Thank you DBW!! -

I was very very picky when it came to selecting a photographer and videographer. One day I came across Dearly Beloved's website and noticed my friends used them for their intimate beach wedding in 2020. The video was perfect and it was the exact look/style I was searching for. They have a photographer in their family so I knew they were very picky - I immediately reached out to my friends for some feedback. They had nothing but good things to say and told us to book them. They were nearly booked for October but luckily Larissa was available. We initially met Larissa in person for our engagement shoot in April. Since it was April we figured we would have some pretty pictures in warmer weather - but it ended up being in the 30's and cloudy. It was so cold and I was nervous how the photos would come out. Once we got them back we were so happy - they ended up having a fall look which worked better as our wedding was in the fall!
For our wedding we had 2 photographers and 2 videographers - which was unexpected and made me so happy. We even have guests ask how we had so many!! Larissa and her team had us laughing throughout the day and really made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. Book Dearly Beloved - you will not regret it! -

Dearly Beloved Weddings were the first vendors we booked for our wedding! We love their photography style and their body of work alone proved to us that they were the team we wanted capturing our special day. Our photographers and videographers led by their Associate Kristine Smith were spectacular! Kristine met with us multiple times to nail down exactly what we wanted captured in our Greek pre-wedding and ceremony traditions. She and her team captured everything we could have wanted and more! They were very flexible and respectful with our families and guests, and our bridal party felt so comfortable with the team guiding us in taking our photos together. We just got our photos back and they are absolutely spectacular! We are so excited to have our documentary edit video and memory book, we know it will be incredible! We wholeheartedly recommend Dearly Beloved Weddings to capture your big day! -

Kristen, Christian, and Larissa exceeded all expectations. They were wonderful to work with from start to finish. We've just received our sneak preview just days after the wedding and the pictures are absolutely breathtaking. Their energy the day of the wedding was exactly what we needed to feel comfortable. They were the ultimate hype crew. I am so confident that the final photos will be just as good if not better than the sneak peak (is that even possible?). We also hired Christian as the videographer and are so excited to see what he comes up with. The talent that this crew has is just unbelievable. If you are in the market for a photographer, I would run (not walk) to try to book these guys. Thank you Dearly Beloved for helping to make our wedding perfect! -

Kristen & Christian have been my husband and I’s top choice for photography and videography since we got engaged back in 2018. Unfortunately they were booked for our original date, 10/24/20, but I say everything happens for a reason as we were able to book them for our microwedding on 9/30/21. Kristen was SO supportive in helping me to find a venue to host at after a few changes; she called and text me until we could find something and really helped calm the jitters as it felt so last minute to find something. I appreciated this more than she knew! On the wedding day itself, Kristen & Christian were literally our biggest hype team in keeping things flowing, calming our nerves, and capturing the true and genuine nature of our relationship. I always loved that about their work, nothing is really forced or posed- always in the moment! The sneak peeks made my husband and I, as well as our families, emotional so I cannot wait to receive the full album and video! I cannot recommend Dearly Beloved enough, their talent is unmatched! -

When our destination wedding was no longer looking possible due to the pandemic, my husband and I chose to plan a microwedding at Promise Ridge in the Poconos. With less than two months before our new wedding date, we reached out to DBW and thankfully they were available for our Tuesday night wedding! Every communication with Kristen was so prompt — she put our minds at ease right from the beginning. On the day of our wedding Kristen helped us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. She was also so patient when it came to wrangling all of our family members in for photos. We could not be any happier with our wedding photos. We would definitely definitely recommend DBW for your big day! -

Kristen and Christian are amazing and such a great team to work with ! My husband and I eloped on our original wedding date since we had to reschedule our wedding celebration to next year. They were so supportive in endless ways and helped us create a beautiful day that my husband and I will always look back on. Words cannot describe how grateful we are to have had them be part of our wedding day. Our photos and video are so beautiful-- they really capture authentic moments and details that we are so happy to have.
They played many roles for us-- from photographer and videographer, to wedding witnesses, to our Zoom support broadcasting team!
They are professional, caring and exceptional at what they do. I hands down recommend them to other couples! They go above and beyond and their work reflects that. I am so happy to be a DB couple. AND I can't wait to work with them for round 2 for our large wedding celebration next year :)! -

Simply the best, EVER!
Where do I even start? I truly can't put into words how amazing Christian and Kristen are (and the entire Dearly Beloved Team!) From the very beginning when we met Kristen for our engagement shoot on a chilly October day, I knew we were going to become friends. We had SUCH an amazing time working with her, she made being in front of the camera fun, and made it feel natural. She captured and bottled up our personalities and our love just so perfectly, we could not wait for the wedding! Following Dearly Beloved on Instagram and Facebook, and talking to Kristen throughout the year leading up to our wedding I felt like we were old friends by the time our wedding day came around! And you would think we were! She arrived the day of, ready to capture all of our amazing and wonderful moments, but also came prepared to help with any and everything. A few mishaps popped up with another vendor and she was able to keep me feeling calm and collected. She reminded me what the day was all about even at times where I was feeling a bit stressed. She was not just our photographer that day but also a friend. Christian took the video for our wedding and it was so nice we were able to have the Dearly Beloved team do both because there was cohesiveness that made everything run smoothly. They are so passionate about what they do and it shows. The entire team did a phenomenal job capturing our day and they all blended right in with the day and EVERYONE loved them! There were times I didn't even know they were there, and there were times when we all got out on the dance floor and busted some moves! The thing we loved the most is that they truly made this day about US. It is so easy to get wrapped up in the day, but they reminded us to take some time for ourselves right after the ceremony which was our favorite part. The entire team is always down for an adventure which led us to dancing in a wheat field right after the ceremony, and let me tell you...those moments were precious. Dearly Beloved was truly a blessing on our wedding day, and I could not have pictured our day without them. Seriously...look no further! You will not regret choosing this team for your big day! It's true what they say about your wedding photos being an investment...I have looked at pictures from our wedding day almost every day since the wedding, and the photos bring back so much emotion, and allows me to relive those moments over and over. Where to start! I really can’t say enough good things about Kristen, Christian, and their team. What a truly talented, caring, and professional group. Between our engagement and wedding photos I now have more beautiful photos than I know what to do with. It was a difficult task narrowing them down for a wedding album, and especially difficult to choose just a few to use on cards. I also can’t put into words how amazing our wedding video is. I thought our wedding video would maybe just be something to watch on anniversaries but instead I find myself watching it all the time! Being the center of attention and being photographed is not my thing at all, but they made my husband and I feel so comfortable. All of the special moments from our wedding are now perfectly captured and can be looked back on for the rest of our lives. It’s so obvious the incredible care that is put into each photo and each second of video. I can not recommend Dearly Beloved enough!! -

The Perfect Photo/Video Team
Where do we start with Kristen and Christian!
We fell in love with Dearly Beloved on The Knot. We loved their videos, their photos, and the general aesthetic of their work! What we didn’t know then was just how much fun they would add to our wedding.
I first met Kristen when she offered to do a Boudoir Shoot instead of Engagement Shoot. I was SO anxious and nervous, but she made it easy, fun, and gave me confidence! The studio was so cool and getting to work with her was awesome. It was just so much fun, and the photos turned out beautiful. I gave the book of photos on the morning of the wedding as a surprise and he loved it.
The day of our wedding was stressful, hot, and quick, and Kristen and Christian (as well as their assistants) made the photos super easy, quick, and FUN. Overall, working with Kristen and Christian was FUN, throughout the whole day and night.
We got our teasers back in just a few days and our full pictures back to us in less than a month, so much less time then I’ve heard other brides wait for theirs. Not to mention, our pictures are PHENOMINAL, it’s like watching that day all over again. This team at Dearly Beloved is truly so talented, genuine, and absolutely wonderful to work with! They brought so much joy to our wedding day and were such a blessing to us.
