I have nothing but incredible things to say about Stacey. I couldn’t imagine our wedding day without her.
She was such a pleasure to work with from the beginning. Due to COVID we had to postpone our wedding an entire year out. Stacey was incredibly accommodating. Stacey was a part of our entire planning process. She gave us vendor recommendations and feedback on our decisions.
I loved having Stacey with us throughout the entire wedding. Stacey and her assistant Myra made our day amazing. They were so prepared and helped the day flow perfectly. They even had snacks for my husband and I. Stacey made sure to get all the photos we requested. She did a great job of rounding up all the family and bridal party.
I knew the photos were gonna be incredible from seeing other weddings, but I still can’t believe how beautiful our photos are. She captured the day so well. The photos are so crisp and clear. They are works of art. If you’re considering booking Stacey I’d honestly say make sure she is available before booking your date with your venue. Once the wedding is over with you only have photos and videos. Stacey is the best decision you will make for your wedding day. -

Stacey is an absolute godsend. Our wedding was originally in April of 2020. But as so many of us had to do, we pushed it because of covid. My husband and I decided to still get married on that day and push the big party. Stacey was so kind, helped us through the shock of having to cancel and was so flexible when booking the new date, May of 2021. Stacey put huge smiles on our face, by emailing us and sending us a little gift card on our original wedding date, to use for a date night! It was so unexpected and really made us feel like we weren’t just a name on a list of clients.
Leading up to the wedding, Stacey was always there to help! She assisted me with ironing out my timeline and answered all of my questions! Talking on the phone with her is like talking to a friend you haven’t seen in ages! She is so comfortable and genuine and you can’t help but feel at ease when you speak with her!
The day of our wedding was just absolutely fantastic. Stacey arrived and started doing some detail photos while I finished getting ready. While I was getting my dress put on, I started getting really overwhelmed that we were running late or that I was taking too long. Stacey could see that and delicately asked everyone to leave the room so she could do some solo shots with me. Once everyone was gone, she got me some water and had me take some deep breaths. She was so comforting and gave me the much needed moment to myself that I didn’t even know I needed.
Everything went so flawlessly with her and she was so goofy and loving that my husband (who hates taking photos) and his family were even smiling at her! I’ve seen three of our photos so far and seeing the genuine smiles on my husbands face are so amazing!! He normally does not smile in photos!
Staceys assistant, Myra, was beyond amazing!! My husband said that she fit right it at the house the morning of, taking photos of the boys getting ready. She was so helpful and she really put in 100% effort on those veil blowing in the wind shots. My husband and I would both start laughing when she would toss my veil and then we would hear her feet pitter pattering away as she ran out of the shot. It was so much fun doing our solo shots with Stacey and Myra. We keep saying how nice it was that we stayed at our church when everyone left to do the photos. We got to be ourselves and relax while having a great time. It was drizzling out just a bit and it made for some great moments! I’m so glad we trusted Stacey and did the outdoor shots!
Honestly the most difficult part is just waiting for the photos. The 3 sneak peaks I got are beyond gorgeous and I can’t imagine how much I’ll cry seeing all of the rest!! -

Stacey was a vital part of our wedding planning process and the day of! Stacey helped Sean and I plan out everything we wanted out of our photos and the "day of" timeline. I had no idea how to begin to plan a timeline, but her knowledge of the industry and what works best, helped us to plan to perfection and calmed our fears that we might be forgetting something. She had so many little tidbits of information that gave us the personalized wedding we wanted. Stacey helped us get past the HOT HOT HEAT on the day of our wedding and still get the most GORGEOUS photos I've ever seen. She understood exactly what we wanted (vintagey, romantic, candid, nature-inspired photos) and boy, did she deliver! She worked her magic to get cranky toddlers to smile, kindly kept parents/bridal party members moving along when the clock started to tick, and put the needs of the couple first. She knew when I was overheating before I did and knew exactly when to take breaks or keep moving along. She is a true people person and was able to seamlessly navigate the potentially sticky situations between divorced parents and estranged family members. She also worked seamlessly with our videographer. I am so happy we went with Stacey after my friend recommended her...now she's doing my other friend's wedding in August! She was able to capture so much emotion in the photos, which was exactly what we wanted. The photos we have will be treasured by our family for years and years to come! Thank you, Stacey! -

Working with Stacey was so much fun. We hated the thought of being photographed all day so needed to find someone that we were super comfortable with and Stacey was 100% that person. She’s just easy to vibe with. Her work on her social media and website speaks for itself. She’s got a huge heart and a kind soul, one of those people who just lights up the space and so many people at the wedding mentioned how she was just the best. She was excited. She was involved. I think all of that is super important for the wedding photographer specifically - they capture the day for your forever memories. She helped me with my timeline to assure everything ran smoothly. She’s genuinely invested in her clients and you can feel it. So glad we had Stacey as a part of our day! -

Memories to be relived through beautiful pictures
From the first time I spoke to Stacey on the phone, I knew she was the one. I never had professional photography done before and wanted someone that I’d feel comfortable with and would feel not forced into poses and Stacey met that description to a tee. She is so warm and extremely talented in what she does. She really gets to know her couples to make sure she captures all of the important details that we would all love to look back on when we look at our wedding photos. She has an eye for great candid shots and completely blew us away when we saw our wedding photos. Stacey goes above and beyond for her couples and her heart is completely in it. Also, very important when it comes to weddings - Stacey really helped keep our day on track and made sure everyone was gathering together when needed for pictures so it wouldn’t affect our timeline for the day. We highly recommend Stacey! Thank you SO much Stacey for giving us beautiful photos that will forever bring us back to the most special day. -

I knew from the start that I didn’t want to hire just another big photography company that treats you as another client on your wedding day. Many of my friends are getting married and are using huge companies and honestly, their photos are nothing special, and they just show up and leave. I was introduced to Stacey’s approach to photography and I was immediately hooked. I knew I wanted pictures that would be timeless, bright, and natural. I haven’t had my wedding yet, but my engagement session was out of this world, and my photos are absolutely beautiful. I receive comments almost every day about how gorgeous my photos are and I have almost every single one of them framed in my home!!! My fiancé and I are not very photogenic, and tend to be awkward in front of the camera. Stacey made us feel comfortable and showed us every tip and trick that goes into posing (my fiancé uses her tips now whenever we take a picture lol). I am so happy I chose her to shoot our wedding. I cannot wait to see my wedding photos !! -

Dear Stacey is without a doubt the most talented photographer on the island. She has the most artistic eye and can capture the most beautiful moments throughout your wedding. She takes the time to get to know each couple and by the time your wedding arrives, it feels like she is already part of the family! She was considerate and caring, and was always asking me if there were any photos I especially wanted her to take with family or friends. She was attentive but not obtrusive. Her assistant, Lisa, was also very professional and very easy to work with.
From the engagement photos my son and DIL too with her, we could tell that the quality was first rate. She can capture the most beautiful and flattering lighting. I wish I always looked as good as I do in Stacey's pictures! Don't hesitate to book her. She is magic. -

Absolutely Amazing!
When my husband and I first started planning our wedding (we'll be married a year in July - a little late on the review!), we both decided that aside from the venue, the photographer would be the vendor that would be most important to us. My husband found Dear Stacey's page on TheKnot, and without hesitation or any other considerations told me that he wanted to meet with Stacey because he had instantly fallen in love with her work. I couldn't have agreed more, and our initial meeting with Stacey solidified our decision that she was who we wanted to work with. My husband and I had a two year engagement and from our initial meeting in 2016 to our engagement shoot to our wedding day in 2018, Stacey was nothing short of attentive, supportive, informative, and an absolute pleasure to work with. As an anxious bride, she made me feel comfortable and confident that all of our "wants" would be met, even helping to keep my anxiety to a minimum the day of the wedding when our time line was a little off and it felt like I had been running out of time. Aside from being super professional and knowing exactly what to do and how to capture the feeling we wanted for our day, Stacey was also super friendly and made everyone feel incredibly comfortable, allowing even the most timid of people to be able to let loose and feel like themselves. Aside from her presence and guidance, the photos we received from Stacey shortly after our engagement shoot and our wedding day (as well as our wedding album and thank you cards) were absolutely gorgeous and more than we could ever imagined. Stacey's creative eye, personal touch, and attention to detail is EXACTLY what we were looking for in a photographer, and I have no doubt that she was absolutely the best match for my husband and I. She is a beautiful person inside and out, and one of the best decisions we made in the planning our big day! -

She is the most organized, thoughtful, and talented person I have ever met in the wedding business. Trust me when I say that my family is completely outrageous; at my wedding we had over 50 people flying in from Europe, and 100+ from all over the country. She and her colleague/photographer, who also happened to be named Stacey, managed to corral my WILD family into absolutely incredible photos. Multiple brides approached me after posting my pictures on Facebook asking for Stacey's contact information, and she is a legend amongst my family. 80% of all of my photos are complete candids of my family - which is EXACTLY what I wanted. We were running a bit late for most of the day, which is pretty normal for weddings, but Stacey captured every. single. photo. that I asked for and stayed until after midnight with us. She's a total slam dunk and I can't wait for her to photograph more of my life events down the line. Trust me, she's 100% worth it.

Jenelle Sent on 05/06/2013Stacey was amazing. As were her assistants Emily and Autumn. They were all so much fun to work with. They helped keep me calm when I had started to get overwhelmed. They captured so many awesome moments that me and my husband missed. Working with Stacey was so refreshing, you can tell that she truly loves what she does and is genuinely happy for the couples she works with, it's not just a job to her. Her blog is such a delight to read, she posted a sneak peak of our pictures and it made me cry happy tears! I plan on keeping in touch with her long after I get all of the wedding pictures back! -

Stacey was our photographer for our wedding in July of 2024. Her pictures really are absolutely incredible, especially her black and whites. We honestly debated who to use for a photographer, it felt like such a big decision and it was so hard to chose. So we really narrowed it down to style. Many photographers and wedding trends these days really lighten photos a lot in editing and give it this soft, airy look. There is nothing wrong with it but it wasn’t the look we wanted. We wanted photos that had more depth to them and were rich in color. We wanted fun photos, that helped with the feel of the night and less serious moments. Stacey arrived the day of the wedding with big energy, got everyone smiling and laughing. She kept the day moving which was needed because it was INSANELY hot and in her editing you honestly couldn’t even tell that it was in the middle of a heatwave- they look so good! We got the exact type of photos we were looking for, a few classic posed but then photos that were rich in color and feeling, rather than a washed out look. The only thing I will say to be aware of, but apparently this is VERY common in the photo wedding world, be patient with responses. Things take time, it is hard to navigate when you are the bride and groom, especially when you can only think of your own wedding, but often these vendors have other things going on. It is not a negative in the quality of work but it is something to be aware of when booking. Ultimately we were really happy we went with Stacey and we still have not picked our favorite photo because there are so many good ones, which we feel is the exact way you should feel when you get your wedding album.
