Deanna helped turn my big day into a dream. She pays attention to detail and has really great style and ideas to make your day as beautiful as possible. Deanna isn’t just a wedding planner, she is a team player that will step up and help out in any areas that need it. During my wedding the decorators were short on time and she stepped up to help decorate the welcome table and it looked beautiful thanks to her! She was easy to communicate with and was able to execute my vision seamlessly for the big day. I am so happy she was my wedding planner and I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family. You won’t regret it!! -

Deanna is an absolute star, and hiring her was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding! She is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and truly a joy to work with. She has such a gift for guiding you through the planning process while always keeping your vision and priorities at the center of everything. She is an amazing sounding board for ideas, budgets, and vendors, and made us feel so cared for every step of the way.
We had a multicultural wedding, and Deanna went above and beyond to learn about my culture and ensure every detail was executed exactly as my family and I had envisioned. My family absolutely adored her, too! She kept everyone organized and made the entire day feel seamless.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She allowed us to be fully present and enjoy our wedding planning process, knowing everything was in the best hands. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator who truly goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend Deanna enough!!!
From the very beginning of the planning process, Deanna was an incredible source of support, organization, and encouragement. She helped me check off so many important tasks that I never would have thought of on my own, making sure that every detail was accounted for well before our wedding day. Her communication was exceptional... she checked in regularly, responded promptly, and made sure all vendor logistics were organized and running smoothly.
What truly meant the most to me was how much she genuinely cared. Throughout the planning process, she would send me encouraging messages that helped ease my stress and reminded me to enjoy the journey of being a bride. That personal touch made such a difference during a time that was, at times, a bit overwhelming.
On our wedding day, Deanna handled every detail flawlessly. Any hiccups that arose were managed with grace, professionalism, and respect, allowing myself, my husband and my family to remain completely present and enjoy the celebration. She treated everyone with such kindness and warmth, and by the end of the day, my entire family absolutely adored her, especially my Maid of Honor!!
I especially appreciated how assertive and confident she was when working with our vendors. My husband and I are very on-time people and she made sure that everyone stayed on schedule and that our ceremony and reception started on time, and that every aspect of the day came together exactly as planned. She also contributed wonderful ideas throughout the planning process and helped create a timeline that kept everything running seamlessly! Her timeline was PERFECT!
Deanna executed the Day-of Coordination role perfectly, and the results speak for themselves. We continue to receive compliments from our guests about how smooth, organized, and effortless our wedding felt. That seamless experience was a direct reflection of Deanna's hard work, dedication, and expertise.
I am beyond grateful for everything Deanna and her team did for us. She played such an important role in making our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be and more. We miss her already!! -

Deanna is the best wedding coordinator! She is so kind, organized, and executes weddings so well. We were also able to work with her to find a package that fit in our budget. We loved having her as such a big part of our day, and we could not have done it without her. She organized communication between all of our vendors and went above and beyond to help our day run perfectly. We are so grateful for her services! -

Would recommend to family and friends
Deanna was so helpful and was on top of things throughout the entire planning process. She was flexible in times and places to meet. On the wedding day, she made sure everyone and everything was on schedule. We'd recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner. -

I cannot express how grateful I am for Deanna. She is very organized, resourceful, communicative, and thorough. At the beginning stages of my wedding planning, Deanna helped me with finding some vendors that were great additions to the wedding. Throughout the process, she helped me with Deanna get through all the milestones of planning a wedding. Deanna sent the timeline to the wedding party so everyone knew where to go and what time to be at the location. During the wedding, she made sure everything went according to plan and went smoothly. Deanna and her assistant were great on the wedding day and efficiently packed everything up to return home to my husband and me. I would recommend Deanna to anyone needing to plan a wedding or even as a day coordinator. -

Must for day-of planner
Deanna was a must have for the day of. I didn't have to lift a finger or worry about any decisions because she already knew exactly what I wanted and took care of everything. She was organized, super responsive, and professional with all the vendors. For vendors that I didn't contact myself, she contacted without question and made sure to we received confirmation from each one. I was so happy with everything. -

Deanna is an exception planner who grasps your vision and elevates it beyond imagination. She is attentive to both visual (centerpieces, decorations, backdrops, etc) and logistical (schedules, emergencies, vendor management, etc) details and is proactive in her communication. Whether it's orchestrating a Cambodian wedding ceremony, curating decorations for a reception, or ensuring a boba vendor's setup is flawless, she delivers with precision and finesse.
The best thing about working with Deanna is the amount of respect she shows for all types of cultures and traditions, she is flexible and will take on any challenge. Whether it is coordinating a small and intimate wedding or a large Asian wedding that includes a cultural ceremony that begins at 10am and spans the entire day.
Although Deanna's attention and skills are now centered around wedding planning, I have had the honor of collaborating with Deanna on various events including weddings, baby showers, and birthday parties. She puts the same level of detail, commitment, and love into everything she plans. She crafts events that are not just aesthetically pleasing, but also imbued with creativity and joy. You will not regret hiring Deanna as your wedding planner!
