  Absolutely Amazing

  My story begins as a nightmare. I bought my beautiful wedding dress at BHLDN and absolutely fell in love with it. I went to a seamstress that someone recommended and she completely ruined it and I ended up needing to replace it with a new gown! I was horrified to take it to another person afraid they would mess it up again but DEBBIE WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! She not only was patient with my stress levels and insecurities from the previous seamstress but she did the most BEAUTIFUL WORK. She is very talented in what she does and made my dress fit my body like a glove. I ended up having some alternations done to the bust-line and she was more than happy to accommodate any ideas I had for my big day. I would HIGHLY recommend her.

  Debbie is a miracle worker! I am 5'2" and had a dress with 5+ layers that needed to have a ton of length removed and Debbie went to work! I brought her my dress in March for my September wedding and went back twice for fittings. She worked with my schedule for the fittings, which was great because I live about 45 minutes from her shop. The dress was ready 3 weeks before the wedding, which was great because I had no worries that I would be against the wire for alterations. On my wedding dress, my dress fit perfectly. I'm sad I had to take it off. It was so comfortable and I just loved wearing it. The bustle Debbie create for the dress was fantastic too. I love how it looks in pictures. Thank you so much, Debbie. Brides, you are in skilled, capable hands!

  I absolutely LOVED the dress that Debbie made for me. It was so beautiful and everyone at my wedding commented on how amazing it was. It was a completely custom wedding dress. She went to New York City with me helped me pick out the fabric and find the best deals on it. She asked me for my opinion on everything and made sure it was exactly what I wanted.
  It was a dress with a bunch of tiers/layers and I was really worried about it dragging on the ground and getting ruined. So Debbie took the bottom layer and put hooks around the inside of the dress and then pulled the bottom layer up into the dress after the wedding was over so that it was off the ground. It was a very creative way to fix my problem and just one of the many reasons why I’m so glad she made it. I would definitely recommend her for anything, wedding or otherwise.

  In 2014 Debbie custom made my daughter's baptism gown using material from my wedding dress. I brought her a few different designs that I liked and she put them together and created a beautiful heirloom baptism dress I plan on passing down to my grandchildren (hopefully). Debbie also wrote up a card notating where each piece of the wedding dress was used when creating the baptism gown. I am so happy with her work that I am requesting her to create a baptism outfit for my son using the left over pieces of my wedding dress!
