Best DJ service in KS

First met Rick & Rhondi at my sister's wedding and they did such a great job we hired them for our wedding 1.5 years later. Their attention to detail is top notch! They really know what they're doing. From the first meeting to review all the services (by the way, they aren't pushy at all), to the scheduled check ins, contacting our other vendors to coordinate important details, and finally the last song of the night, they thought of everything. We appreciated all of the suggestions and their willingness to incorporate our ideas into our special day. Find a good DJ service and it's worth splurging a little! We would hire them again (not for us obviously) and recommend them to everyone.

dB extreme did a fabulous job with our dance floor. The wrap was so pretty and exactly what we imagined? Rick was fabulous to work with!!

The best DJ

Rick, Rondi, and their team members are the best!! They are so helpful and make our experience worth while! We had our wedding in our farm shop, but dB extreme used their touch to make it look beautiful for our big day! We highly recommend dB extreme for any of your events!

Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without dB extreme! From the moment we booked with them, we knew we were in good hands. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic!! Rick and Rondi are the best decisions you’ll make!! Rondi was our coordinator and Rick was our dj! Everything went so so smoothly and I can’t imagine doing all that they did myself!! To getting everyone situated and in order for the ceremony with new and unique advice that was perfect, to a GREAT dance party with amazing song choices! They were so helpful from the moment we chose them, to the day of, and were with us every step of the way! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! We love you both so so much!!

Fun, attentive, professional, awesome team!

The DB Extreme team was fantastic! They were so attentive to everything we had asked of them as we planned for our wedding day. It was so simple communicating with Rick and Rondi. They took our requests and suggestions and made them come to life. DJ Mike and Faith did a wonderful job at our reception - playing our requested songs as well as being open to guest's requests. With their help, the night moved along as smoothly as possible. We also had decided to go with the photo booth which was SUCH A HIT! We were more than pleased with how the night turned out. I highly recommend hiring their team. They're great!

Professional and meticulous

Our DJ Mike Knopp from dBextreme did a great job. He kept our guests engaged with trivia about us and games at our wedding. He made it his mission to make sure my bride and I had a good time and he was conscientious to make sure we were prepared when he introduced us to our guests as a married couple for the first time.

Excellent Customer Service!

Rick & Rondi with dB Extreme are great people to work with.
The photo booth was so much fun for all the family and guest.
The bride and groom have a dog that was part of the event and she got to have fun in the photo booth with them and other guest.

Great experience with dB extreme

Rick and Rondi were very easy to work with, They were well worth the money! We had an outdoor wedding we did on our own with no wedding co-ordinater. The music was great and they were very easy to work with. Rondi did such a great job, not only with the music part, but with getting everyone where they were supposed to be and helping us figure out what to do. We were very happy with them and you will be too!

Rick and Rondi are the absolute best duo to work with for your wedding! They do a great job to help ensure your day goes smooth and with as little stress as possible! Wedding of our dreams!

We discovered dB Extreme at our local bridal fair. Rick and Rondi were so friendly and amazing from the get go! Their energy was amazing, and they made us feel very confident that they would provide us with the best experience possible for our wedding! We had a Halloween themed wedding, and they were so supportive and even put in their own suggestions. We have developed a friendship with Rick and Rondi, they are great people who genuinely care about their clients, I would definitely recommend them!

Amazing Wedding

I loved having them dj and do a photo booth at my wedding! They made it personal and fun! We wanted to party and dance all night long and they made that happen! They helped keep everything organized and flowing smoothly! I would highly recommend them!

No one does it better than Rick and Rondi

Without a doubt, Rick and Rondi are the best in the business. The dB extreme team went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our reception was perfect. I forgot to put on my garter, so when it came time for the garter toss, I panicked thinking we would have to scrap it altogether. But because the dB extreme team is the best in the business, highly professional, and well-prepared, they had an extra for me and we continued on the night as if nothing went wrong. Absolutely everything was top-notch from the amazing music, to the fun games, to the first dances, and all the incredible MCing in between. Rick and Rondi are simply the BEST! Cannot recommend dB extreme enough.

Best of the Best

Rick and Rondi went above and beyond for our guests and made our wedding reception so much fun and a HUGE success- their outstanding hospitality towards our guests and the activities they coordinated were a fun way for all of our guest interact. Everything from the music selection to the grand march was enjoyed by all guests. Meetings and exchanges in the planning process were always helpful, efficient, and organized. I cannot thank or recommend Rick & Rondi of dB Extreme enough!

Amazing!!!!

Absolutely fantastic and would hire them again in a heartbeat. Rick and Rondi are genuinely good, talented people. They asked us to take an online questionnaire, which they used to guide our wedding and make it more personal. We had the photobooth package (our guests loved it) and accent lighting for our venue in our colors. They kept our guests entertained and dancing all night long and we had several people comment on how awesome the music was. Rondi also called our other venders to coordinate schedules with them, which saved us a ton of time. They truly cared about us as individuals and not just business partners and did everything they could to make our day perfect.

My wife and I chose Rick and Rondi of dB Extreme as DJ’s and Emcees for our wedding reception. The duo has now provided their services at three separate family weddings - they are undoubtedly the best DJ team I have ever experienced. They are reliable, attentive, professional, and fun! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what we received from dB Extreme. Justin, Becca, and the rest of the team were EXCEPTIONAL to work with and did an amazing job of keeping the night going and the dance floor full. I won’t give too much away, but they have an amazing way of keeping things interesting and switching things up to keep the experience more fun & unique. Rick and Rondi were absolutely amazing to work with! They're such a fun and professional couple and kept our special night moving along so smoothly, even with a hick up we weren't expecting to have in the schedule! DbExtreme was a life saver for us planning a wedding with a short engagement. They were responsive, and professional. I loved Rondi and Rick's personalities which is what got them the job. Rondi was also great at wedding coordinating at the rehearsal and wedding so that I didn't have to hire someone else for that. I'm sorry but we didn't have time to shop for money value so I can't speak to that. They are very tasteful and professional at MC'ing. Thank you Rick and Rondi!

There are so many kind words to say! There is a lot of planning that goes into the wedding right down to the littlest details. I had been working with Rick and Rondi on another project outside of this, and I knew this was the team I wanted on my side for the big day. Justin and Becca are who we had for our wedding and reception, and they helped make the whole event go so smoothly. In the minutes leading up to the ceremony, I felt calm and at ease knowing I couldn't have a better team on my side. The drapery, the lights, the music, and so much more turned out absolutely amazing. Our guests couldn't have been more thrilled with the event. It felt l like a real fairy tale wedding! Thank you so much for making our big day so very special!

Rick and Rondi made our big day everything we hoped for and so much more. We truly were able to be guests at our own event and enjoy every minute of it without having to worry about what was happening next or who was supposed to be where. They are above and beyond professional and very personable and easy to work with. The dance was a blast. We also had many compliments on how fun the photo booth was. Not only did we use Rick and Rondi for photo booth and DJ services, but we also had Rondi as our ceremony coordinator. We had 14 people in our wedding party and I was really anxious about trying to organize everything for rehearsal and Rondi did an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly and quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I cannot say enough great things about Rick and Rondi! They made our reception perfect - from the music to the timeline to the decor. We had so many people out there dancing through the entire night. They checked in on us during the entire planning process and even proactively sent us emails every time they were out of town to let us know they might not be reachable - even several months before the wedding. They kept our reception flow going great and all of our guests had so many comments about how fun the wedding was. I definitely recommend Rick and Rondi for your wedding!

I can not say enough positive things about dB extreme! DJ is SO important for your wedding reception; Justin and Becca made our night perfect. They made the event flow so well that I could enjoy myself 100% stress free! The only complaint I received was that it was over! We had a high retention rate, and I believe that is because Justin played great music that kept everyone dancing. He honored ALL the song requests from our guests as well. Justin did a fun job with the intro's and some trivia while waiting for food. In addition to DJ, we also used dB for accent lighting and monogram; the room was beautiful! We also used the photo booth which Rondi was in charge of. Our guests had a blast with that, and we were given a scrapbook and a cd w/ all the images afterwards. Definitely recommend dB extreme!!! We would for sure use them again. Worth every cent we spent!

My husband and I were lucky enough to have all four member of dB extreme help with our July 26 wedding reception! Justin and Becca were our DJ's, and Rick and Rondi ran our photo booth. They were all wonderful! Reception was a dream, and we received so many compliments on our DJ team!

Justin and Rick helped us with the planning for several months prior to the reception. We planned so many special personalized touches, which we couldn't have put together without Justin and Rick! We were able to do voice tapestries (voice overs), a choreographed dance medley, and a surprise serenade that I (the bride) sang to my husband! And the introductions that Justin wrote for our wedding party (groomsman, bridesmaids, AND bride and groom) were amazing!

All four of them were so kind, helpful, and talented! They made our reception smooth, fun, and very personal! I would recommend them for wedding receptions and any other entertainment event!

We used DB Extreme for our wedding reception DJ and entertainment. Rick and Rondi provided us with excellent services through their dynamic lighting that transformed the entire venue; they provided an awesome photo booth that our guests absolutely loved, which made great wedding favors as well! We absolutely loved the photo montage that Rick and Rondi put together with photos of us as a couple and childhood photos that were displayed on large screens. We also had voice tapestries during our first dance that we recorded for each other-it was such a special moment to hear the voice tapestries that we secretly recorded for each other through DB Extreme. Rick and Rondi definitely have a special touch through their services that allow customization exactly the way we envisioned but even better! Through their emcee and coordination, you can definitely trust Rick and Rondi to make your wedding or event unforgettable. They kept the guests entertained throughout the entire evening with fun party games and through their audience engagement. There is no better choice out there for your wedding entertainment!!!

DB Extreme helped make our wedding day perfect. Rick and Rondi made sure that everything was being taken care of and that the ceremony and reception stayed on schedule. It was so nice that the our family was able to enjoy every moment of our special day because they did not have to worry about taking care of all of those little details throughout the day.

Rick and Rondi are the best DJ for your wedding. They were warm and friendly since day one meeting up with us and made me excited for everything! They handle every wedding as if its personal to them and make it all even more special than it already is for everyone. They worked with us so great on our playlist, we had a lot of special requests and foreign music ( i am from a foreign country) and they went trough the trouble to get every single song and have it played. We knew all that was going on every second and what was next on the list of things to happen. They were so great with even checking that everyone got food, had a good time ect. You can not go wrong with DB Extreme!

We hired DB Extreme to do the big decorations (accent lighting, pipe and draping, gorgeous chandeliers) at our wedding and reception site. Rick and Rondi have such a fantastic energy, that I knew from our first meeting that whatever they came up with, I was going to love. They were able to transform a huge fair building into a beautiful ceremony and party site for my special day. If I ever have another big event again that they could help with, they would be my first call!

P.S. The photo booth was a huge hit and I know we will forever enjoy the memories captured in all those silly hats!!!

Rick and Rondi are amazing! The beautiful accent lighting and pipe & drape they set up transformed the reception space into a place of beauty. The music selections were perfect and set the right mood. Rick was great as an MC, and Rondi spent the night making sure everyone (parents, wedding party, us) knew what was coming up and where we needed to be. The photobooth was the hit of the party! We got tons of compliments from family and friends. dB extreme made our reception so much fun, and their attention to detail allowed us to kick back and enjoy the party!

Rick and Rondi are by far the best at what they do. If you choose them to dj and coordinate your wedding, I promise your life will be easier. They have great taste and can adapt to changes. They're planning and orginization is second to none. If you want the best DB EXTREME IS THE BEST.

dB extreme was the perfect answer to our reception music, lighting, and coordination. Rick was such an awesome DJ with extremely unique ideas and Rondi took care of aboslutely everything during the reception. I'm serious. No one in my family and least of all me had to worry about a thing during the reception because Rondi was already on top of it! They were the reason that the reception was such a success, and I have had SO many compliments on their performance. If only everyone knew that it went so much further than the music!

Rick and Rondi Caywood were the best part of our day!! They were extremely organized and went the extra mile to personalize our wedding day. When the wedding party arrived at the reception venue, Rick and Rondi had the entire reception under control. Rick provided fabulous DJ entertainment and Rondi kept the evening organized and moving. They were well worth the money!!

dB Extreme made our wedding day go so smoothly. They truly made us feel like we were guest at our own event. It was so nice that all our family members were able to enjoy our event as much as we were. They paid attention to all the details, offered advice, saved the day with safety pins, and made sure the day was ours. Even if things were planned on paper Justin and Becca were still flexible and made sure our wedding went the way we wanted it to go. We appreciate everything they did for us on our day and would highly recommend them to others.

Rick and Rondi are amazing! They helped make our day special even though the weather wasn’t playing nice! They personalized our garter toss, it was something they surprised us with and we loved it! Our guest all thought they did a great job too!! Thanks for helping mak our wedding and reception wonderful!

Kept guest entertained and the reception running smoothly

Rick and Rondi were fantastic to work with. They kept our guests entertained while the bridal party was busy taking pictures after the ceremony. It was a fun night and they kept everything moving on schedule, so we didn’t have to. It was much appreciated.

Rick and Rondi were really awesome to work with. Although they are a little pricy for the amount of time we needed them. They have some great extras that really added to our wedding and even got the older people dancing!!!

It saddens me to write this review, as my wedding was perfect. Justin and Becca were absolutely wonderful, the best that money could pay for. However, the owner of the company.. I cannot say the same. The only reason that I did not leave 1 star for professionalism is due to Becca and Justin. They deserve more than that. But I will never recommend this company to anyone else. Evidentally there was an issue at our wedding that my husband and I were not aware of. And when we returned from our honeymoon we received an extremely rude phone call fill with accusations from the owner. The manner that was presented to us "post payment" was disgraceful. I will try and keep all of my friends and future brides from using this company as well.
