My favorite memento from our wedding

This is the all star videography team you've been looking for!! Originally my husband and I weren't going to get videographers because we were worried we'd feel awkward being filmed all day and we find most wedding videos hard to watch, but Team Daybreak has totally changed our minds on both! They were the only videography team I could find around Seattle that made videos that felt unique to each couple and that we could sit through and not cringe. We are so so so happy we booked them because we absolutely adore our wedding video. Ale and Dani were ninjas. They were even better than ninjas because they enhanced our day with their warm, genuine smiles, helping hands, giving our photographer shot ideas, and jokes (thanks Ale and Dani!). We barely noticed they were there, but they somehow managed to capture everything! More importantly they captured us as a couple and the outpouring of love we felt that day from our friends and family. Tim who coordinated everything and edited our videos is phenomenal. He was so on top of the communication, and I really appreciated how transparent he was about his health #COVIDtimes. Even though he didn't have COVID and only a minor cough, he didn't want to make anyone at my wedding uncomfortable, so he brought in Dani to cover for him. It was a last minute change, but they were such pros that I didn't have to worry about anything. Ale and Dani flew in from LA and got to my house and venue without a hitch. He and Ale also took the time to understand us as a couple in a pre-wedding chat and translated that and the magic of our day into the video. They used our string quartet's rendition of Ja Ja Ding Dong in the background of our video, got amazing shots of the food (we're big on the food in my family), and of course all the lovey dovey stuff like a special moment with my grandma and my mom tearing up at the ceremony. The video is us and one-of-a-kind. When I say Daybreak Weddings is magic, I mean they are magic. Their work truly transports us back to our wedding day with all the love and joy we felt in a way our wedding photos couldn't. We get to relive how our family photos danced in the sunlight of the tree they were hanging from, hear the laughter of our friends and family, and remember how ridiculously good of a time we had spraying champagne at the end of the night and making it rain fake cash. Essentially we get to relive one of our happiest days of our lives over and over again.

Absolutely Amazing

We are so in love with our wedding videos!! Tim and Tony were so fun to have at our wedding. We wanted a party vibe and they completely captured it in our wedding video while still making us cry somehow. It took a little bit longer than what was estimated to get our wedding vids, but Tim was apologetic and gave us a free teaser video and honestly everything was so worth the wait. I'm really glad we found Daybreak Weddings. They are affordable and provide really really quality content. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Hire Daybreak for your wedding!!

Working with Tim and the Daybreak Team for our wedding was amazing! From the moment we met, Tim's professionalism and enthusiasm for capturing our special day shone through.

The creativity was astounding; every shot was carefully curated, ensuring not just a recording of moments but a true storytelling masterpiece. The attention to detail in framing each scene and capturing the emotions was impeccable.

One thing that truly impressed us was Tim's ability to blend into the background, yet manage to capture every significant moment. They made us and our guests feel incredibly comfortable, allowing for genuine emotions to unfold naturally.

Best. Investment. Ever.

If you are thinking, "is it worth investing in a videographer for my wedding if I already have a photographer?" — let me be the one to tell you that YES. It is SO worth it. Your wedding day will fly by in the blink of an eye and the months (maybe even years) that you've poured into planning and organizing will be over in what feels like just 30 seconds. With a videographer, you'll be able to replay the best day of your life over and over because that's exactly what it is: the best day of your life. Don't make the mistake in not hiring a company to cover video footage for you.

Daybreak was nothing short of amazing to work with. Tim and his Team are insanely professional and also so intentional and genuine about what they do. We had 2 calls with Tim prior to our wedding and each time, he asked (what will seem like) personal questions but that just showed me that he was really trying to get to know both my husband and I on a much deeper level because he wanted to genuinely understand our love story. This meant so much to us as we could tell that Tim isn't in it for the money or the exposure but in actuality, just wanted to be someone who we could depend on to help capture our relationship in its entirety. He made sure to ask us for what we were looking for in our video and what was important for us to highlight during our wedding day — but also wasn't shy to also let us know what he knew would look good.

The day of the wedding, he and his Team showed up almost 5 hours before the ceremony to get drone footage and detail shots, including behind the scenes of the wedding party getting ready. I didn't have to spend a second worrying about where he was, what he was doing and whether or not he was making the most of his time because he would pop in every now and then to check in and let me know what he had already covered. My husband and I were essentially filmed for 8 hours straight and Tim and his assistant are both SO good at what they do that we legitimately forgot that they were filming us. With all the pent up nerves and anxiousness that day, this was so appreciated because we didn't feel any added on pressure. Tim and his Team were helpful in assisting us when it came to how to look/feel natural in front of the camera and they displayed so much grace, patience and understanding — knowing that we had a lot going on that day. I'm in awe of their professionalism and how good they are with their people skills. There was something so calming about working with them in the way that they gently directed us and it was a big reason why we were able to show such genuine emotion throughout that day.

Tim quoted us a 3 month turnaround time for our video (which is pretty standard, especially with all the pushed back weddings due to the pandemic) and honestly, we know it's going to be worth the wait. Good things take time and are 100% worth the wait and we are so excited to be able to relive the best day of our lives again.

If you're reading this review, take this as your sign to BOOK DAYBREAK TODAY. I promise you that you won't regret it. Invest in your wedding, invest in your love and invest in a Team that makes you feel respected, appreciated and taken care of. Wedding Videographer

We worked with Daybreak for our recent wedding after having to postpone a couple of times like many couples through the pandemic. Luckily, Tim at Daybreak was understanding and it was no problem to reschedule each time. We interviewed four videographers whose editing styles we liked and chose Daybreak because their pricing was reasonable and Tim had the most chill and knowledgeable vibe. Their packages are very customizable and because we paid all up front we were able to get a discount off the package price. About a couple of weeks before the wedding we had a short video call with Tim to over go our expectations and cover any questions we might have so that the team could capture any special footage. Unfortunately, Tim had a cold so he wasn't part of the team that covered our wedding day, but he gave us the heads up and we appreciated that he was considerate of us and our guests to not show up ill. We had John Mark, Jered, and Crystal cover our wedding day and they worked seamlessly with our photographer in getting the best shots together. They allowed the entire day to play out naturally while they captured every detail in the background and out of sight. During the detail and glamour shots, they were very easy to work with and provided great direction in creating what look to be some amazing shots. We can't wait to see our finished product and we know it will be great!

The best team out there!

Tim and the Daybreak team consistently went above and beyond, starting with our engagement shoot. All were always in the most positive energies and brought so much fun and laughter to our big day. I would highly recommend Daybreak to any couple - we received our videos and we were in absolute awe at the sheer amount of time, energy and effort Tim and team puts into their craft! They're absolute experts! Plus, they're simply great and genuine people!

Would recommend Daybreak to anyone for their video!

Tim was such a pleasure to work with. We were initially scheduled for April 2020 but then Covid hit and he was willing to work with us with rescheduling our date for a year later. We just received our videos back and they are beautiful! Tim and his team really captured what we wanted and the vision that we wanted for our videos. Our highlight video was out of this world and not even 2 seconds in had me in tears as he had my dad singing as part of the introduction. Our video captured us in film and it is something that I will be incredibly happy to show our kids in the future. 10/10 would recommend Tim and his team to anyone who wants to capture their wedding.

Amazing team!

Tim and his team are awesome! I would definitely recommend them again for any event. Tim went above and beyond and was always willing to work with us since we had to postpone and change things due to covid. He made sure to always communicate and answer any questions we had. For the day of, we had Crystal and Mark as our videographers who were excellent. They both separated to get shots with the bride + bridesmaids and groom + groomsmen who were getting ready in different locations. They met back up as a team for the ceremony and reception. Crystal and Mark made us feel comfortable and were extremely easy to work with. They worked alongside our photographer to take turns getting the right shots. We can't wait to see the final products! Thanks again Tim, Mark, and Crystal for all your help in making our wedding day perfect!

Tim is amazing!!

Riding with us throughout the entire roller coaster year of 2020, Tim has been one of our greatest wedding vendors, who is kind, genuine and super flexible and accommodating!

On our wedding day, Tim arrived very early and left much later than what we asked him to in order to help us capture as much footage as possible. The way Tim shared his excitement of really good footage he had captured on our pre-wedding shoot and wedding day shoot made our heart smile!

Can’t wait to see our little film of our wedding day! Thank you again Tim for being awesome!!

Daybreak Wedding for the Win

We hired Daybreak Weddings as our wedding videographers for our micro-wedding in Seattle in April 2021 and cannot say enough good things about Tim, the owner, or his team! They are absolute pros! From when we first reached out, Tim was extremely responsive, helpful and genuinely kind. Before we hired Daybreak Weddings Tim spent a considerable amount of time with my now husband and I explaining wedding videography, the different needs between wedding videography and wedding photography and the all the elements of Daybreaks Weddings various packages. Probably like a lot of couples, this was our first time learning about videography and Tim really took the time with us and was extraordinarily patient and helpful! After we hired Daybreak Weddings, we stayed in close contact with them and we were able to communicate what was most important to us for them to capture. Day of, Tim and one of his associates John Mark showed up and simply put were total professionals. They were easy to be around, hustled all day to get the right shots, were light-hearted and fun, and were very kind to my family and friends. They were also total hype men! They were the type of vendors you would want around you all day on your wedding and we really appreciated their expertise. MOST IMPORTANTLY though, the finished product - our wedding video was amazing! They absolutely nailed it! It included all the most important elements of the day and they just "get it." We highly, highly recommend them!

Hire Tim and his team. The quality of work and professionalism go unmatched. My wife and I absolutely loved working with Tim from start to finish, Not only is he incredibly talented, but We consider him a friend now after this experience. Could not recommend enough, we were so happy with his attention to detail, gear, approach to letting things happen naturally and being an absolute pro every step of the way. It took it to the next level when we got the Video. We both cried like babies and couldn't have pictured a more perfect end result. Favorite vendor of the day! Truly exceptional!

Tim and the Daybreak wedding team were absolutely incredible! Not only does their work authentically capture the real essence of couple's big days, but they are also so great to work with. We had our 2020 wedding, and like many couples, had to significantly modify our original plans. Two months before the big day, we moved our wedding from Oregon to Montana to be closer to family and minimize travel for our guests and asked all of our vendors to come with us. Tim did not even hesitate and went out of his way to make it out to Bozeman. We could not be happier with our wedding video. We are so happy to have these moments to share with those friends and family who were not able to attend our wedding in person this year. So grateful to have had such a kind, accommodating and truly talented vendor! Highly recommend Daybreak Weddings!

Look No Further - Book Now!

Seriously, Daybreak Weddings is the best! From the moment we first reached out to the last minutes spent capturing our wedding day, Tim was kind, responsive, energetic, and put us at ease. Just based off of the videos on their website, you can tell right away that they are a talented, professional team. My wife religiously checked their website, eagerly awaiting their next video to "air" - literally crying at every one. But they are so much more than just videographers. They made us smile and laugh, and made being in front of the camera seem like something we were born to do! Tim and Dani were such a joy to have around and work with on our big day.

Although our original wedding plans were canceled due to COVID, we knew that we still had to have them document our special day; which ended up being a much smaller affair. Even our guests couldn't stop raving about them. There were times when we were a little behind schedule but thankfully Tim had our timeline for the day and helped us get back on track, making sure to capture all the important moments.

Best photographer/ videographer I could've asked for

I used these guys for my wedding and from the moment we inquired till the actual wedding these guys have been nothing but great! We worked with Tony (for photos) and Tim (for videos) and I can't emphasize how great it is that they are responsive as they are. Planning a wedding was stressful enough, but they made working with them so easy. I know Daybreak shows up as just for videography, but we inquired about photography as well! We decided to use them for both as the deal was too great to pass up and I made it a point that the less vendors I worked with, the better. Pricing was reasonable and for something as important as a wedding, you definitely DONT want to pass on quality.
We had a complimentary engagement photo shoot with Tony that we ended up using for our Save the Dates! We liked his vibe from the beginning and he did not disappoint! Tony really set the tone for the wedding and my wedding party said he was such a fun time! We also got all of our photos back at a reasonable time! During the planning process, Tim was always available to speak with us and was receptive to whatever we needed. We really appreciated how thorough he was in working with us. Unfortunately, we weren't able to meet Tim as he got sick day of, but his team did an amazing job the day of the wedding! And the videos overall were just beautiful!

Wow just wow

I could seriously write a book on how amazing Tim and his team are. Tim was a VIP guest at our covid wedding since we had such a limit on what we could have, and we wouldn't have wanted it any other way. At our engagement shoot, Tim really connected with us and made us feel so comfortable, it felt like we were in our own intimate bubble and he wasn't even there it was seriously incredible. We have become such great friends through the process and we were so excited to see him again for the wedding. His videos are quality wise way above what he's charging, and his personality seals the deal, if you don't book him and his team, you are making a serious mistake. They will capture all the moments you want and more in the most cinematic way ever making your day look as beautiful as possible. I can't wait for a hopefully lifetime of videos with Tim.

Wonderful Team of Creative Professionals!

We had reviewed so many videographers for our wedding but we instantly fell in love with Daybreak Wedding's clean, slick style, versatility, and warmth. My husband said he could actually "feel" the emotions between the couple in the highlight video! We loved their emphasis on storytelling and tailoring the video to the couple and their preferences. Tim was a delight to work with and really took time to get to know us and our story during the initial consultation call. He was also very supportive when we had to cancel our wedding due to COVID-19 and had to deal w unforseen circumstances. Perfect from start to finish.

First things first: our wedding video is a masterpiece. It captures the day more than I even thought was possible; not just the events that occurred, but the entire vibe, style, everything! My husband and I will cherish the video forever, and we are so grateful for all the effort that clearly went into making it. The technical and creative talent is very impressive, but the attentive and thoughtful touches elevate it into something more than a wedding video; a masterpiece that is truly one of our most valuable possessions.

The coordination/logistic part of the experience was also remarkable. Professional and pleasant from start to finish. Tim went above and beyond. A few days before the wedding, we realized it was going to rain on our wedding day. We were worried that we weren't going to be able to find clear umbrellas for the ceremony and for the pictures/video. Tim graciously offered to bring us his umbrellas, which meant so much to us during the stressful time of planning. Jose was also wonderful - Tim and Jose make a perfect team!

I can't say enough great things about Day Break Weddings. They were our favorite vendor by a mile, and we are also grateful for the friendship that we developed with Tim. Thank you Tim and Jose for perfectly capturing the most important day of our lives!

Amazing Videographer!

Tim was amazing to work with and a truly genuine person! He captured the moments beautifully, intertwined the speeches with ease, and produced a wedding video that we will watch a million times over! Truly an incredible videographer

I could go on for hours talking about how much we loved Tim and our experience with Daybreak Weddings. From start to finish, Tim was an absolute professional. He was very responsive and patient throughout the entire process. What set Tim apart from other videographers is that not only was there an outstanding level of professionalism, but he was incredibly down to earth. We had a smaller wedding, and he and his teammate fit right in...you would have never known they were there to work. It felt like we were just hanging with friends, which made the whole experience feel more authentic and true to us. We've also had family and friends tell us later on how much they liked our videographers. AND the final product was OUTSTANDING!! I have watched the highlight video numerous times, and it never fails to make me smile/laugh/cry. Tim captured the vibe of our wedding perfectly. We could not have asked for a better videographer. Look no further! Best video team!

I honestly do not even know where to start with this review or how to show our immense appreciation for what Tim and his team did for us! They were hands down the BEST people we worked with for our wedding and the videos (highlight + full feature) they delivered to us are beyond anything we could have even imagined!

We weren't sure if we wanted to spend the money on a video as we thought photos would be enough, but boy, were we wrong!! Everything on our wedding day went by so quickly and we are so happy we made the decision to get a video! Truth be told, we ended up loving our video exponentially more than the photos! It made almost everyone in our families cry when they watched it and we are so thankful to have our wedding captured in such a beautiful way.

From the moment I first emailed Tim, I knew he was the guy we wanted to work with. He was always extremely responsive, genuine, thoughtful, and you can tell the guy knows his stuff inside and out. He made sure to understand what we were looking for in our finished product and delivered beyond that!

Tim and his incredible team flew from the states to our Mexico wedding and captured every moment so perfectly. They brought so much equipment, including a drone, to make sure they were able to capture everything in the best way. They are true geniuses when it comes to telling the story of your love and of the most important day of your life.

If you are looking for a wedding videographer, look no further! You will not regret using Tim and Daybreak Weddings!

Absolutely Amazing!

Once we booked with Tim, he immediately put us into contact with his team members Alejandra and Daniella, the videographers in charge of our wedding day, and I am so grateful that he did! These two are exceptionally talented young women and exude professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for their craft. On the day of, they made sure to accomplish everything we had discussed and more. They were funny and kind and even made an impression on our family members. Their impressive work ethic rendered incredible results and we could not be more pleased! The amount of tears I shed while watching our video is obscene, to be honest. Thanks again to the entire Daybreak team for making our wedding day that much more special!

Fantastic was to capture the best day of our lives!

Tim and the team at Daybreak Weddings was amazing! We got the recommendation from friends that recently got married and we're so glad that we did. We just got our video back and I had to stop watching it at work after a few minutes so I wouldn't start tearing up in front of my coworkers. We could not be happier with the experience on the day. The video is perfect. I forsee us watching it each year on our anniversary for the rest of our lives. Can't put a price on that.

The Absolute Best

I am lucky enough to say that all of the vendors I hired for my wedding were absolutely incredible, but if I had to choose a favorite...it's Tim and his team. Tim created an engagement video for us and we also just received our wedding highlight video. To say I am in awe is an understatement. We've watched both videos so many times and have gotten so many compliments. Aside from the fact that Tim and his team are incredible talented, they are also the best to work with. They are so kind, sweet and funny and just all around amazing people. Tim is super responsive and always addresses any questions I have right away. I can't recommend these guys enough. If they are on your list of potential vendors, don't think twice about hiring them.

The BEST value for your money.

Tim and his team were professional, on point and excellent story tellers. They captured the perfect moments and created an awesome wedding video. They even have a drone to capture aerial shots of the venue and day.

I loved working with Tim throughout the entire process and it was SO MUCH FUN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Daybreak Weddings because they're great people who love what they do and it shows through their work.

My experience with these professionals was unimaginably phenomenal. We used them for our wedding in October of last year (2017). My wife and I couldn't be happier and couldn't have anticipated a better product.

Tim Wong is a story-teller all the way down to his DNA- he should be a filmmaker! Alas, he is using his intuitive skill set to capture weddings, he does so superbly, and I can't convey enough how fortunate I feel to have his talents bestowed upon one of the most special days of my life with the love of my life. You'll get the best sense of the caliber of his work from his portfolio, not the words of my review. His work speaks for itself. That's what convinced me to pursue his services. The icing on the cake for our decision to hire him was our in-person meeting where we were exposed to his candor, humility, unique approach to working with clients, and passion over his work. The overall experience of coordinating with the company was smooth. They are mannerable, kind, accommodating, reasonable, and flexible.

His wedding highlight videos stand apart from the many, many, many videos I have seen. He takes his time to get to know his subjects and it shows in your final product. He really nails the essence of your romance, your idiosyncrasies, and the personality of the couple. His editing has tact, discretion, accuracy, and emotion- all the best emotions. They won't let you down. Heck, if they do, I might be willing to cover some of your incurred costs with them! As a customer, I'M standing by their work! Again, I couldn't be happier and I highly, highly, highly recommend them.

Daybreak (Tim) was the best decision I made for my wedding. I luckily booked him very early and wow am I glad I did! He was everything you want in a wedding videographer: organized, detail-oriented, and thorough. The day of my wedding he did absolutely great -the video PERFECT!- I highly recommend him and his team!

Tim and his team did an absolutely FANTASTIC job with our wedding! We were continually impressed by his promptness, by his professionalism. We were delighted when he delivered the video and nothing else to say but that we owe him and his team so so much for making our wedding day so perfect!

We couldn't be happy with our experience with Tim and his crew. They were so communicative and kind. With all of our interactions you can tell that they truly want to make our video to represent us in our vision and not just their own. When looking for a videographer we were concerned that we'd have too many people in our face during our special day but they did a great job of capturing everything without being intrusive. They worked great with us, our wedding party, and our photographer and her team. The videos have turned out so great and we couldn't be happier! Thank you guys so much for capturing our special day!

Planning for my wedding was stressful but working with this wedding team was great. I had searched for weeks until I found these guys and believe me they do truly amazing work! I even cried when my husband and I received our pictures and video.
Their work performance was great as well. Very professional. They arrived when they said they would, even earlier, and they captured all the most important moments I had asked of them. They were also super nice and easy to work with! I know at least five family members who went up to them for their information. I would highly recommend this team to any couples out there looking. Don't stress, these guys are the best! I have great memories because of them, so a 5 out of 5 for me!

Tim was an absolute pleasure to work with. He has a very warm and friendly personality that put my wife and I at ease on right from the start all the way through the day of our wedding. He was very proactive in touching base with us to make sure he knew what our expectations and preferences were. He arranged to chat with me and my wife over Facetime (we were in Northern California) several weeks in advance of our wedding, and also chatted with us over the phone a few days before.

Tim provided over comprehensive coverage for our wedding for a very reasonable price.
Tim was very accommodating of any specials requests that we had. He also worked really well with our photographer throughout the day.

Fantastic value, professional service, warm and friendly interaction, highly recommend!

Love Our Wedding Video

Our friends recommended Daybreak Weddings to us, and we couldn't be happier with our choice to hire them as our wedding videographer! Tim is such a pleasure to work with and was wonderful on our wedding day. He and his team captured stunning footage and worked so well with our other vendors.
We are thrilled with the final product we received and feel that the beautifully shot video truly captures the day so well, bringing back memories and allowing us to see so many details and moments that we missed with all the craziness going on. Tim is a master of editing and aesthetics, and happily made the small changes that we asked of him. The cherry on top is that their packages are great value for money.

Lost our wedding footage

Our experience with Daybreak was stressful from start to finish. There was such a lack of communication on Tim's part and we were provided with no updates while we waited for our videos to be completed. I paid for the complete package (Trailer, Highlight Reel, and Documentary Edit), and the contract we both signed stated that all of this would be completed in 90 days. So I checked with Tim multiple time at the 90 day deadline and the weeks after it and Tim every single time gave some excuse and kept saying "It will be completed in 2 weeks" or some other false deadline. He gave us these false deadlines at least 4-5 times, and each time the deadline would pass with zero explanation of why the videos were not delivered. We finally got our videos almost SIX MONTHS after our wedding date. But again, I was extremely patient with him and never complained because I figured if I loved my final product then the wait is worth it. Well this is where the story takes a horrid turn because after getting my videos back, I realized our ENTIRE sparkler exit was missing. The reason we even booked them for 10 hours was so that our sparkler exit could be captured. When I inquired with Tim and requested that those parts be included, he then checked the footage to find out that those files had been corrupted and lost forever. I can't even begin to explain how heartbreaking this is to hear. Given the 6 months it took to edit our videos, Tim didn't even realize there were files that got corrupted while transferring until I specifically asked. The carelessness and lack of attention to detail really is terrifying considering they are WEDDING videographers. These moments quite literally can never be recreated. I am NEVER going to see that special moment played out on video. And add on top of that a lack of communication, and you have the perfect storm. So unless you want to risk having an experience similar to mine, I would not recommend booking with them.
