David's bridal is literally a one stop shop! They literally carry every Dress accessory for bride and bridal party.
Since I had already purchased my wedding dress elsewhere I went to David's bridal to find our bridesmaids dresses and flower girl and mini bride dresses. I also purchased a dress for my engagement photo shoot and an additional dress for my bridal shower.
Since I was returning to often i built such a connection to the staff and everytime I came by they were so attentive and bubbly! I absolutely love the staff at DB and would recommend to any bride 💗 -

Dress was one of very few plus sizes they had in stock, luckily it was the one. The tiara was SUPER over priced, they had it for $98 I found it on amazon (same exact one) for $16. Dress came in time but they kept trying to get me to buy more things or alter the dress. If you're petite it's a great place but unless you know it's there I'd look elsewhere for a dress for plus size beauties. -

They lost my dress. Said I picked it up months prior and I didn’t. Then had to go in to the store to get it figured out when they finally agreed to order another dress for me. Two weeks later they said it was in and then handed me the dress and said “are you good or do you need to try it on?” So unprofessional. I said yes I needed to try it on because I didn’t trust them. Thank god the dress was perfect! -

What’s sad is that I had ordered a dress from there and had to cancel my wedding due to this unfortunate situation (which is already stressful enough) right after ordering the dress.
The dress wasn’t even shipped yet to the store, on my receipt it states you have 14 days to return/refund dress once receiving...
All of a sudden they told me their policy had to change so they can stay in business...
but they are more then happy to screw us brides over in the process...they had no sympathy what so ever...
(yet my receipt states the policy that I agreed to at the time of purchase)
Not only is this illegal but it’s just cruel
