Great options available and DB and MW made it easy to find the right attire for us! Even after a mess up in ordering a shirt, MW made it right by expressing the replacement order and personally delivering it to our ceremony location just HOURS before the event. We never really worried and knew they would take care of it appropriately. They are amazing and greatly appreciated. ❤️ -

I had so much fun shopping for my wedding dress at David's Bridal. They made sure I found the perfect dress for my big day. Honestly, it seemed like the dress was made just for me. The experience was fun and exciting from start to finish. The friendly and helpful staff made sure my family and I were comfortable and satisfied. Once I chose The Dress we had a fun yes to the dress moment where I was able to ring a bell and receive cheers from the other shoppers and their families. The alterations team did a great job adding a bustle to the dress and completed the job very quickly. I love my dress and I loved the price tag! -

I went to the one in Atlantic the first time the lady who helped me, Reggie was so sweet and easy to work with. Later I decided to change the dress and got a different girl and she wasn’t as nice or patient as Reggie ( this was at the one In southside) I ended up liking a design that wasn’t available in my size I that store but it was in the one from Atlantic, went back there and got my dress!so pretty I just wish I could have worked with the same lady! All their sales are final so make up your mind before purchasing accessories since they are not refundable. Veils and accessories are cheaper outside although shoes by betsey Johnson were cheaper here than online. -

I was able to find the perfect dress for my destination wedding and it was super affordable at Davids Bridal! They had the idea to add a rose gold sash to the dress which matched by engagement ring and it was perfect! I immediately began to cry because I knew this was it! Without there help I could not have found this dress~ They were also able to fit my daughters small frame dress to her very well in alterations. After finding my dress here we were recommended to Men's Wearhouse where we found similar colors for our bridal party to match each other easily. We were able to rent our suits to our destination site easily and were helped with a custom suit for our groom. The suit and fit turned out great and he can use it again! Great value and so easy to use this vendor! Thank you! -

David’s Bridal (Regency) had a great selection, and my daughter was able to find her “dream dress” in our first visit! They make it fun too by having the bride ring a bell to signal that she said “yes to the dress!” We bought all of the bridal accessories here too and they were doing a buy 1, get 1 for 50% off! The sales staff are friendly and helpful and the alteration lady was perfect! I even bought by Mother-of-the-Bride dress here!

Ellie Sent on 03/03/2018I loved my dress that I got from David's Bridal! I got so many compliments on my wedding day! My dress was around $950 + tax and the alterations were around $200. They have more affordable dresses in stock as well!
My bridesmaids were able to coordinate dress styles and colors at David's Bridal without us all going to the store together, which I think is a nice touch when bridesmaids don't live in the same city. -

My favorite part was ringing the bell when I found THE ONE. They were so helpful on keeping me up to date on my veil order and belt order. My seamstress Mary was FABULOUS! She helped make it my dream dress! -

I found the Dress of my Dreams on my first visit - and it was my dress that I tried on! I didn't even have to have it altered - it fit me like a glove!! -

The staff was always friendly and very helpful!! They even recognized me any time I came in :) def recommend them -

She started off a little rude, but after we got some things settled with her attitude, she got it together and the experience was enjoyable. -

Great experience! Found the dress of my dreams and wasn't pushed at all to purchase. I had a couple of problems with the dress when it came in but they were great at reordering it and making sure I was happy. A bridesmaid needed a different size after having the dress a couple months and since the tags were still on, they exchanged it as well. Good customer service! -

I had looked at their website many times before I actually went into the store. It was between two dresses. I tried both of them on and went with the first one that I tried. The consultant was professional and knowledgeable. She suggested that we go with a petite so we didn't have to take up the length. It came in fairly quick after ordering.
Value:
I love my dress and it was gorgeous. I paid $500 for it. Where they get you is the veil, tiara, preservation kit, undergarments, and alterations . After all is said and done, I paid $250 for alterations and $500 for the assorted accessories.
Flexibility:
Once you have a dress and accessories, you have to pay it all up front.
There is no flexibility in getting alterations...they is a certain day to get fittings and a certain day to pick up. -

Jess Sent on 03/09/2013I used the David's Bridal at Regency. They told us to make an appointment so we'd have an attendant with us. We did do as they said, but basically were left to our own when we were there. My mother had one hand in a brace and it would have been nice if someone had been there to help me in and out of the dresses. The dress was very reasonable, but everything else there was basically highway robbery. My dress needed very little alterations outside of buttons and loops for the bustle, but even after the discount we got, it was still $300! And the veil too. I could have gone to Joannes and made it for around $30-$40 and it be as good as the quality of the one we bought from them that was $200. Plus their dress cleaning and package deal for $100 is nice and all, except finding some place that has fedex. We had one communication error, which was about the bag my dress was in, apparently it was recalled for the very issue we were having (it ripped every time you touched it) and they didn't inform us. otherwise they were very up on staying in touch with me letting me know when my dress came in and for alterations. I would recommend for the dresses only ladies, find your accessories and alterations elsewhere! -

Our In-store order was like pulling teeth and not very professional. We had limited resources to even see what it was that we were ordering. The girl that was helping us was eating and engaging in conversation with co-workers during our visit. The tux came in the day before with the wrong measurements (arms came in too short) and a different vest than what we ordered. Overall the tux did not fit very well-- it was described as a slim fit but was loose in all the wrong areas. -

I'm not sure of who the saleswoman was but she was extremely pushy and demanding of me picking a dress ASAP. I'm still not sure why she overstepped her boundaries because she was not the salesperson I was scheduled to work with. I'm suppose to feel special on my dress choosing day. Instead, she made me feel like I was wasting her time. I couldn't get out of there fast enough
