I ordered an entire set, ring bearer pillow, flower girl basket, guest book, garter belt. I love them all! They shipped fast and were a decent price. -

I found a dress online and the reviews stated the dress was true to size. So I took my chances and ordered it. The fit was superb! After a few, small alterations, it was perfect. I'm very happy with the speed of delivery as well. -

My bridesmaids, flower girl & I all bought our dresses the first day we went shopping. The staff at David's is amazing, everyone is super helpful & accomodating.

I was able to buy a $1200 with a seven fot train for $99 right off the rack. Oh did I mention that it was one day before my wedding?! Enough said!!!!!!!!!!!! My sales associate was very helpful and accomodating. This was thwe store in Newark, DE. -

I didn't care to spend a lot of money on my dress so I ordered it from David's Bridal. I absolutely loved my dress, but the only problem was I could only order it online and therefore couldn't try it on. Once I got it I found out my dress was see through, but it was a very easy fix! -

David's Bridal was able to help me out drastically in a tight situtaion. One of my bridesmaids had backed out of my wedding by email 16 days prior to the wedding and they were able to work with me on getting the dress exchanged for a new one within a 2 days so that my new bridesmaid would be able to get alterations if necessary. The prices for the dresses as well as my gown were very reasonable as well. They constantly have sales going on and once you go with your party to purchase a dress, they give even more discounts not to mention coupons for future purchases in the store,or from their vendors, for the entire bridal party. -

Pros:
I got a gorgeous big puffy dress for $250
The woman I actually got my dress from was nice.
There was a decent selection.
Prices were a lot less than other bridal salons.
Cons:
Depending on which davids bridal and which salesperson you get you're in for a treat... or a trick.
The one lady acted like I was too big to fit in a size 12 wedding dress. It just wasn't very encouraging. (I ended up buying a size 6 that fit perfectly by the way)
No one told me about the 'deals' you get when you buy your dress that day so i missed out.

I got the perfect dress but the expereince was terrible. the women that worked with me was not nice and just made the experience miserable. They never called me when the dress was in but said that they did! -

The invitations that we had were great. They were well themed for a December wedding and provided some flexibility. However I was disappointed when we were putting the invitations together and found that we were 70 short from what we had ordered and 82 short from the overrun that they said they included for free. So I had to call and they sent another batch which took another 4 days. That was disappointing, but it all looked great. -

We just stopped in to the springfield store and was greated a bit rudely. They tolds us we need to make a appt. So we did.Then we were helped fine.
When we went back with the rest of the girls the service was just ok. The alteration ladies were very hard to understand. The work was done all wrong and had to be redone. They seemed like it was a normal thing for them to have to redo all the alteration. They charged way to much for what they do. The dress costs were pretty good but the alterration were almost the cost of the dresses. I would not go back it wasn't worth it. Way to stressfull for me. and to many trips for there mistakes with no remorse on thier part. Poor customer service. -

This in regards to an online order. I would recommend that if you deal with this company online, either be prepared to keep the dress you receive (fine if you try in store before you buy, of course) or MAKE SURE you get tracking information from the post office when sending a return.
I ordered my dress online because it was on sale for very cheap. The dress was pretty, but just "ok" on me. I actually ended up buying the dress I will be wearing in store at a later date when I happened to be there with my bridesmaids. The in-store experience (York, PA) was great, I'll review them separately.
DB does not let you return online purchases in store, even if they carry that dress. Fair enough, I guess. I requested an RMA by emailing customer support, and was pleasantly surprised that they agreed to let me return it even though it was just past the listed return period of 2 weeks (it had been 3 or 4). They recommend that you get a tracking number for proof of delivery when shipping to them, and you MUST do this!
I used my tracking number to see that the dress was delivered, and it was confirmed 2 days later. A few weeks later, I still had not received a refund for it. In that period of time, I had misplaced the tracking/confirmation number from the post office, but I already knew it was delivered, so I thought I didn't have to worry. When I emailed customer support again (same email thread as was used to request a return in the first place), I was told they would look into it once I provided the tracking number. I told them that I could not find it at that moment but I HAD checked after I first shipped it, and it was confirmed delivered. They didn't respond.
So, I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Soon after, I found the tracking number/proof of delivery, and my CC company initially credited my account. I didn't want to contact DB again and have 2 claims going at once, since the situation seemed to be resolved to my satisfaction. Then, after a month, DB apparently contacted my CC company, IN SPITE of the fact that I had given proof that they had received my return, and claimed the charge was valid, and my refund was reversed.
This entire process took 5 months. When the CC dispute was closed and dismissed, I followed up with DB, sent them the tracking number/proof of delivery AGAIN. Within a day of that last email, my refund was credited.
Moral of the story, DB will accept your return, but you not only have to get their approval to return it, you also have to PROVE to them several times, even though they SIGN TO RECEIVE YOUR DELIVERY, that you actually sent it to them, in order to get your money back. -

Davids in Feasterville and Plymouth Meeting are vultures. They want you to sign a million papers to look at anything. My bridesmaids ONLY went there b/c of the colors and clearance dresses. -
