Dave is amazing. My wedding was thrown together in 2 weeks so I had a lot going on all at once. Dave sent me his extensive song list, and I mentioned off-hand a song that my fiance had talked about having if he ever got married - well, Dave learned it, both vocals and on guitar, and I walked down the aisle to it as a surprise. I could go on and on about his talent, professionalism, amazing positive attitude (If you have wedding stress, working with Dave is an island of peace amid the storm), but he also goes above and beyond. Due to the short notice I didn’t have a rehearsal, and realized as it was all about to start at the venue that I didn’t know when to walk. This is where Dave’s experience and positive nature came to my rescue. He explained how it would work, where I should stand, how to signal that I was ready and to count before walking so I didn’t start too early or too late, and all without anyone noticing that anything was amiss. It seems small but believe me it’s a huge thing to walk down the aisle at exactly the right time, bride nerves are frayed by this point! I absolutely could not have been happier with Dave, if he charged a million dollars he’d still be a bargain.David Wolf Weddings's reply:

David Wolfe was professional and a pleasure to work with. He accommodated all our wishes, exceeded all expectations and made our dream wedding come true in Maui. He has an extensive song list to choose from and we were able to add some favourites for our first dance. We would recommend David to anyone looking for live music at their event. -

David Wolf did such a phenomenal job during our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We are so pleased he was able to sing our song choice throughout our ceremony. His voice is amazing and so soothing to the soul. He even was able to think fast on his feet through a mixup from us shortening our first dance, and then became an unexpected extended first dance + money dance. We were surprised, I’m sure he was too, but he went with it, adapted, and it was great!
We knew when we heard his covers on his website, we had to have him and we are so glad we got him booked. Our guests even raved about how great he was at our wedding. We highly, highly recommend David Wolf!

I’ve never had a situation before where I could give so little direction but still have someone do such an amazing job. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it well. All the little details such as how he launched into our recessional, first dance, etc were all perfectly executed. I highly, highly recommend him for your wedding music needs!

User2144541 Sent on 05/24/2015David was our wedding ceremony and reception musician. He was great to work with as he responded to emails and was very helpful in providing recommendations for songs and other wedding related services (other vendors & venues). Even though my (now) husband and I were born and raised in Hawaii, planning a wedding was a first for us - so his recommendations were welcomed and very helpful.
Many of my friends and family members commented on how great David was for the ceremony and reception. They enjoyed his variety of songs, his style, and how he was mindful of the volume and allowed my guests to carry a conversation during the dining portion of our reception.
We had a 9am ceremony and our brunch reception started immediately after. This required David to transition from the ceremony quickly and set-up in the reception hall - which he did fantastically!
Included in our contract with David was ceremony/reception sound amplification (wireless lapel microphone & wireless microphones). Our wedding venue wanted to charge us $900 for the use of their sound amplification (just lapel mics), but after communicating with David, we found that he could provide these for us instead. We truly appreciated his flexibility, fairness in pricing, and honesty.
