So Amazing!

Mike & Brynn are amazing! You won’t regret booking them for your wedding. The quality of their photos is unbeaten. We had so much fun working with them and our photos are everything we could have hoped for. Our original wedding date had to be postponed by the Texas ice storm that hit this year. We were able to move the wedding to the following weekend and the Davellos were able to be there for us with just a week notice! It just goes to show the kind of people they are to be there for their clients at the drop of a pin. We love the Davellos

Best Around!

We got married over a year ago and I didn't take the time to review vendors then. The Davellos deserve a rave review even after all this time. This husband and wife team are hands down the best around. They're fun, professional, and produce such beautiful photographs. We used them for both our engagement session in Waco and wedding in Austin, Memorial Day Weekend 2019. I want to be their friend and I want them to take any and all photos I need in the future. If you want timeless, high quality photographs from a fun couple, this is the choice for you!

Best Decision!

Mike and Brynn are incredible! This couple knows their industry and what they're doing. We used D'Avello for wedding photography and engagement photos. We were so happy to have Mike and his wife, Brynn, at both. Neither my husband nor I love being in front of the camera, but Mike has a way of putting you at ease will capturing beautiful photographs. Both Mike and Brynn will guide you in how to pose and are patient when you aren't getting it.
They arrived early to the engagement session and wedding. They captured everything we asked for and beyond while working with us on our budget. And another big plus - they sent us a preview photo before the night was even over! If you have any doubt, check their Instagram - they are just a sample of the incredible work!

Best Decision ever.

Mike and Brynn are a blessing, simply put. They are so incredibly talented, capturing the best day of our lives in a way no other could. Working with them is fun, and I couldn’t imagine having anyone else. There aren’t enough words to show our appreciation and gratitude for these rockstar humans and their artistic gifts.
Choosing anyone else is a mistake. The Davello’s are the BEST.

Amazing photos & Our favorite wedding vendor!

We highly recommend Mike and Brynn! Fell in love with their work as soon as we saw their portfolio; love how absolutely gorgeous, organic, fun, and real the photos turned out. They were, without a doubt, our favorite wedding vendors by far. From the initial contact to scheduling engagement photos, wedding day details, and just any general inquiries (both before and after the wedding day), Brynn was always flexible with timing for phone calls and amazingly responsive via email. During the photo sessions, Mike was super energetic and you can tell he loves his job (which really shows in the photos that he delivers). He showed up early for both the engagement photos and wedding day and clearly "did his homework" by scouting out the area and was ready to hit the ground running. On the wedding day in particular, Mike was organized and very professional - on walkie talkie with the second shooter, even communicated with videographers, and helped us stay to the schedule perfectly!

Mike and Brynn were phenomenal, and true professionals. We feel so fortunate to have had D'Avello Photography as our wedding photographer. Mike is so creative, innovative, and captures the personality and spirit of the moment. We and our guests really enjoyed Mike's presence; it's evident how much he enjoys what he does. Mike has impeccable timing, vision and experience to distinguish a great shot from a good one, and a way with people that engages and disarms them. There are several reasons why I would recommend D'avello photography to any engaged couple. The first of which is the overall quality of the photos. At the end of the day regardless of the experience you have with any vendor the product is crucial and the photos we received were amazing. The captured the essence of that day and did so without making everything seem so cliche. They took every request we had and delivered and always went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy.
The second reason we loved them was the professionalism and experience that exuded from them. They allow you to trust them and know that they are looking to get the best shot without having to chase them down or fight.
Lastly the reason we loved them is because they genuinely love what they do.
As a side note I know cost is always a factor when making the decision to select a photographer but I know D'avello was worth every penny. They are just great people who want to provide great service and they have gained a client for life.

In all honesty Mike and Brynn Davello are two of the greatest photographs I have ever worked with! They did our engagement photos, wedding photos and our first Christmas card photos. They will from here on forward be the only photographer we use. They are so personable, organized and professional. I'm so thankful we picked them as the photographers at our wedding. I work in the wedding industry and one thing I always tell all of my brides was "never cheap out on a photographer". I am so grateful that my husband Jordan and myself have some of th most amazing wedding photos out there. Mike and Brynn thanks again! If you are considering them, great sign the contract already and get your engagement photos started!

Brynn and Mike Davello were absolutely amazing and captured every special moment of our wedding day! Words cannot even express how happy I am with the job this company did for us. Brynn and Mike were extremely professional and you knew right from the beginning that they knew what they were doing. They worked so hard for us and got every shot I could have imagined and more. The pictures are absolutely beautiful. They did an amazing job for us and I am ever so pleased. I would be willing to show my pictures to anyone who is looking for a photographer for their wedding. The samples I looked at from other vendors didn't even come close to the pictures we got from this company. I really can't say enough about them. My pictures are amazing.

The D'Avellos did an amazing job photographing our wedding. We got married at the Smog Shoppe in Culver City - they came to scope out the location on their own in advance, they showed up early to get shots of us getting ready and they captured every moment we could have ever wanted. What I was really impressed with was how efficient they were - we had a ton of group pictures to take and they were quick at gathering our groups together and escorting them to take a group shot. Unbelievably, we got it ALL done!

They were easy to work with, fun, and very professional. I want to hire them to capture every major life event!

I have never been comfortable with having my picture taken in general, add the pressure of it on your wedding day and the thought made me sick to my stomach. Mike and Brynn D'Avello were wonderful about making the experience as easy as possible. I found them through Instagram and the rest is history. My new husband and I could not have picked greater photographers and even better people. We had a backyard wedding and they captured the feel perfectly. Their personalities are light hearted, funny , professional and enthusiastic. They took advantage of capturing all the details that may have gone unnoticed and when the pictures came in, I relived almost every moment. I truly believe they can capture what you want no matter how simple or grand! The quality of the photographs are beautiful and timeless...... I just can't say enough about how wonderful they are!

Hiring Brynn and Mike was the best decision we made for our wedding. They are so fun, professional, and kind. They made our wedding day oh so memorable. I can not say enough good things about Mike and Brynn! They're really as good as it gets! They did our engagement and wedding photos and we were THRILLED with the results! And so were our friends and family! They can't stop raving about how great the photos came out! Somehow Mike and Brynn managed to take pictures that display our natural love and happiness in a professional (yet not "staged" looking) way.

And *bonus* they're just so darn NICE! We didn't feel uncomfortable at all. In fact, by the end of it all, they felt more like friends than vendors.

The Davello's provided an excellent service, with NO hassle or drama. They knew all of the best shots to take and made sure to get photos of all of the important people in our families. Brynn and Michael are THE. BEST. Choosing them as our wedding photographers was one of the best decisions that we could have made when planning the big day. After our first meeting (over wine and french fries :) it was very clear that it was more important for them to get to know US as a couple, than it was for them to book the job....and we were sold. They made us feel so comfortable and taken care of and, being a couple themselves, they had such an appreciation for our love story and knew the importance of capturing it. I often find myself reliving the magic of our wedding through the beautiful images that I have from that day. They are fun, creative, outside the box and most importantly, us. Brynn and Michael are amazing at what they do. I think i love them.... ;)

We cannot say enough great things about D'Avello Photography. It's been almost two months since our wedding, and one of the frequent comments that we are still receiving is, "Wow! Your wedding pictures are beautiful!" as well as, "Where did you find your wedding photographers!?"
The D'Avellos not only excel in the quality of their work, but are also incredibly fun to work with. We laughed so often during our engagement shoot...So, kudos to Mike for making, what could be an awkward time, so much fun!
What makes the D'Avellos stand out from other photographers is that their light-heartedness and sense of humor is evenly matched with their professionalism and humble confidence in what they do. We knew that we were in good hands and are so thankful that they agreed to be our wedding photographers.

The D'Avello gang was so incredible to work with! My husband and I are both college students working on a budget, and they completely understood and worked with us to come up with a deal that included what we wanted for a price we could afford. Plus, they were so fun to be around! On the way to take our engagements, my husband was telling me how much he hates having his picture taken... as we were leaving the shoot, he turns to me and says, "You know, that was a lot of fun." The pictures are beautiful, the atmosphere is fun, and the quality of work is amazing.

We really loved them! They are a loving, married couple so it was fun to have them as our photographers on our wedding day. My Husband hates taking pictures and didn't want to spend a lot of time getting photographed; however, he told me (after the fact) he really enjoyed these two photographers and didn't mind taking the pictures because they were so friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who wants fun, creative, and professional photographs!

We were lucky enough to learn about the D'Avello team through friends. When we saw their engagement pictures, and we were sold. Every interaction with Brynn and Mike was professional and above all FANTASTIC.

We were lucky enough to have them travel half way across the US to our destination wedding in Puerto Rico. Flexible and possessing a great sense of humor we couldn't have a better team handling our wedding.

When we got our pictures back (which by the way the turn around time was beyond quick!) we were stunned! The images were amazing. Our family loved them just as much as we did.

Hands down, the A-team is the best. Our Engagement Pictures, Wedding Pictures, and someday our baby pictures have been the best. We have been so lucky to meet two of the most engaging and passionate people I have every met! To work with these two guarantees the best work ever!

Brynn and Mike Davello are amazing photographers!!! Not only are they professional and take gorgeous photographs, they are also very down to earth and friendly! My husband and I had so much fun at our engagement session and Brynn and Mike captured every special moment at our July wedding. We are very fortunate to have had them as our wedding photographers and we will treasure the photos they took. If you are searching for a duo of photographers that place compassion and hard work at the forefront of a client's needs, than Davello Photography with Brynn & Mike is who you want to hire. They did our engagement photos and our wedding and we could not have found a better fit. Particularly because we were very nervous initially because let's face it, what bride doesn't want to have beautiful and classic pictures to always look back on, right? Still, despite our nerves and countless questions, with much patience and positive support from DaVello, my husband and I quickly realized that Brynn & Mike were perfect for us after meeting with them.
For example, within 2 minutes of shooting our engagements pictures they helped us to relax and just fall deeper in love than when we started out that day, not to mention their professionalism on our wedding day was superb. We had a black tie optional wedding, and Mike was attired in a black suit/tux, and his wife Brynn had a beautiful long sleeved sweater with dress pants on which allowed them both to look fantastic, and also move well for our special day. And, when we received our wedding pictures (which by the way they got to us in an incredibly timely fashion and included a beautiful surprise booklet as well), they brought back all the memories of our wedding day from start to finish. The first time I look through them I got choked up because they catch real moments, and every family and friend of ours who has seen them has absolutely fallen in love with the pictures as well. We had classic shots, some candid shots, artistic, and everything in between, leaving us 100% satisfied and excited to share our pictures over the course of time with family, friends and one day, our children. So, to sum up, they truly care about their clients, have stellar work and will support you ever step of the way to ensure you have timeless and fun memories to last a lifetime! Mike and Brynn D'avello were an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with. My fiancee and I had the good fortune of winning an engagement session with them, so we decided on a photo session in San Clemente. They're a fun couple to hang out with, so the couple hours we spent with them flew by! We felt at ease around them, so taking pictures in public--kissing, smiling, a whole lot of PDA-ing--was no big deal. I thought I should scope out some places to take photos, but they were pros at picking photo spots. It seemed like we stopped every 25 feet for a great photo! Afterwards, we decided to hang out our favorite wine bar, The Cellar, and shared a couple drinks. Throughout this time, there was no pressure to book them and they didn't try to sell us anything. We asked if they were available on our wedding date, but unfortunately they weren't. Lucky for us, we found another photographer in their network, who has a similar clean and classic style. If you're looking for a photographer who will give you a timeless look, and doesn't overly process your images to create Instagram on steroids (however trendy that is), then this is your photographer!

When it came to photography, my fiancé and I had met with several other photographers. I was getting so overwhelmed by all the options. Then we met with Brynn and Mike. My fiancé and I decided as we walked to the car that we wanted them to do our photos. Why? Because of how personal they were, that their photography was amazing, and that they had things that no other photographer had. They were amazing at how they were able to really capture the vision of the weddings before us. So when we met with them for our engagement session they were so professional and a whole lot of fun. We are big “uno” card players, and they did some really cute poses with our uno cards. When the wedding day came they were there early and it was so great because they really put a lot of things that were so personal to me and my family in the pictures. That made it so much more special. My overall view of them is amazing. I have told everyone “I love my photographers!” I am so thankful for how hard they worked, because they did such a fabulous job! We adore Brynn and Mike and the magnificent work they do! We have been so deeply pleased and delighted with the entire photography experience, which surprised me, since I don't feel very comfortable in front of a camera or with too much focused attention on myself. They both made my husband and I feel at ease. They are totally on top of the business side of things, and extremely gifted and creative when it comes to getting gorgeous shots at just the right angle or setting. From engagement photos to the wedding day, we felt taken care of and celebrated for the qualities that made us unique. Once we got over any initial jitters in our first session, we had fun with them and never felt like we were being told what to do or how to look, and were always encouraged to be natural, feel good and let our personalities shine. Their prices are very reasonable, and they do a great deal to put a special, personal touch on each stage of the process. I will always be grateful to them for the marvelous pictures of our wedding day---it is such an emotional, overwhelming time, and it is surprisingly easy to feel like it was all a dream and remember only bits and pieces of the day. Brynn and Mike's collective eye captured truly tender, funny, loving moments between my husband and I and our guests. I will happily recommend D'Avello Photography to anyone who wants a wonderful and satisfying photography experience, whether it is for a wedding, new baby, special event, or just because. Mike and Brynn work as a team. They are incredibly creative, passionate, loyal, and professional. I trusted them from the very beginning and am so happy with my photos. They take their business very seriously and it shows! Mike is the one who probably dreams in film and brynn is not only wonderful with the camera but she really helps everyone feel comfortable and helps organize your ginormous wedding party! It's not just about having the best cameras (which they do) it's about the WHOLE package...THEY ARE IT! Their website truly defines their work and you get what you see. No surprises! I hope to work with them in the future and as a bridal hair stylist I would recommend them to any of my bride clients. PS. They are classy and cool and If anyone who's been to an event before where you can't stop staring at the photographers unkept clothes or unorganized gagets.... They are Modern and sheek and you won't be embarrassed with your photographers. Trust me I'm picky as heck and I was the #1 bridezilla and I truly believe in their work.

Brynn and Michael - aka BAM! - are amazing. They're amazing photographers, idea-givers, and people! My husband and I are completely thrilled with the fact that we had D'avello Photography for our wedding; we can't even imagine it any other way. Mike and Brynn are full of talent, professionalism and charm. They captured our wedding day beautifully and had fun with it! Mike and Brynn are amazing people! They took their time with us and really made us feel comfortable. My husband and I are not big on being the center of attention so we thought we would be a little anxious about being the main object of the photos but that wasn't the case at all! We both enjoyed the time taking pictures more than the ceremony itself! I would highly recommend D'Avello Photography to anyone I meet!

They arrived as our photographers and left as our friends....

D'Avello photography are a wonderfully laid back husband and wife team who compliment each other perfectly when they're on the job. We had an engagement shoot and our wedding photography done by them and we were (and still are) thrilled with the results. They helped us relax, be natural and they took care of the rest. They did a wonderful job of capturing those wedding moments without being obtrusive and they were very patient with some of our guests whose eagerness to capture the moment saw them get in the way. Their turnaround time for our wedding pictures was exceptionally fast compared to what I've seen previously and they can arrange to have prints of any size or description made for you at reasonable prices. Give D'Avello a call.

I just wanted to take a moment to brag on my wedding photographers! They are a husband and wife team we intimately refer to as BAM! Brynn and Mike Davello make up the amazing team of Davello Photography. They are based out of Southern California, but I know they are willing to travel to any destination to capture your wonderful day! They did such a great job capturing not only the details of our wedding but also our personalities and our unique love! I just cant say enough about them! The D'Avellos are AMAZING! I cannot sing their praises enough. My husband and I are shy and awkward at first meeting and we definitely aren't what one would call photogenic, but Brynn & Mike did a great job at making us feel not only comfortable but also like we had made new awesome friends, and they also managed to make us look nice in photographs and not like complete awkward beasts that we are. We are over the moon happy & in love with both our engagement and wedding day photography, and we couldn't have picked better, more professional, nicer, kick ass photographers to document one of the most important days in our lives. They were so wonderful to work with, they listened to our wants and needs and did everything possible to meet them, they remembered important details about our family dynamics, and captured them on our wedding day. I would reccomend D'Avello Photography to anyone and everyone, and we truly feel that we have found our family photographers for years and events to come.

Mike and Brynn are not only some of the most talented and gifted photographers we have seen, but also some of the best people we have met. As photographers, Brynn and Mike were such a huge part of our wedding day! They were on time (even though we weren't) and so coordinated as a team making sure they communicated throughout the morning while they were in different spots as my husband and I were getting ready. Our bridal party loved getting photographed by them and told us later how much Brynn and Mike put them at ease.
After the wedding, they were super flexible with us and patient even though it took us a good year later to finish our album. The photos were great and really showcased the FUN we had that day, which is exactly what I was hoping for!
