Wedding catering
I do not think I can properly put into words how AMAZING Dark Side of the Spoon is. I just had my wedding at the end of November, but I remember looking through caterers and knowing immediately that I wanted to have Dark Side of the Spoon cater my wedding. I got in touch with Matt and I do not think I have ever met anyone so kind to work with. He was so personable and funny and made everything so easy! He was a true pleasure to work with. When I realized I had to change the wedding date, I knew that I had to switch it to a day that Matt had available. I was so set on his catering, but I was even more set on still working with him just as a person. He made everything work for me, and I am so blessed to have had him cater my wedding. I don't think I can even count how many people came up to me during the wedding to talk about how good their meal was, and I am still hearing about it weeks later. As for my husband and I, we are still dreaming about the taco bowls we made. I don't think there is a better caterer out there! -

Excellent Experience!
Matt and Patrick provide an amazing catering and food service! They lay out a perfect plan for parties, are very professional and even better, they are great guys! They have catered football parties for us over the years and provided creative menus that were delicious! Omelets made to order, pumpkin pancakes and more! They also provide all flatware needed and they are amazing hosts. I highly recommend Dark Side of the Spoon to all. -

Perfect tacos
Me and my wife planned a small wedding for ourselves and loved ones. We didn’t want to break the bank but wanted really good quality food. Dark side was nothing short of amazing. Everyone was extremely satisfied and are still talking about the tacos. These boys will really give u something to taco bout lol!!! -

Sensational!
Patrick is incredibly professional and patient! He listens and is involved in making sure your catered event is exactly what you want. He uses fresh, delicious ingredients and never disappoints! 10/10 highly recommend! -

Catered Wedding Event
Amazing food, service and value!

Best tacos ever!
Dark Side Tacos are the absolute best! I've been to quite a few events they have catered and they are always amazing! They have a great setup, Matt and Patrick are hilarious and generally fun awesome guys to interact with. But the best part are the tacos, they are so good! Seriously some of the best tacos I've ever had. I wish I knew about them when planning my wedding, I would have booked them without a doubt. -

Patrick and Matthew not only provide the highest quality of food and service around but they also provide outstanding professionalism along with being very personable and overall are great people to have around for any event. The only thing that can rival their food is their fantastic personalities. 10/10 recommend! -

Great Food, Great Vendor
I have nothing but great things to say. The food was wonderful! I highly recommend booking. I'm so happy we had them cater our event and will definitely use their services in the future. To give you and idea, we had about 150 guest and spent around $3k. -

Great tacos are just the start! Pattrick and his crew were phenomenal throughout the whole process. From setting up our event, selecting menu options, the awesome food all the way to the professional service we received. Hard to beat the experience we had working with Dark Side of the Spoon Tacos. They stand out in every way!
Patrick and his team are beyond incredible, kind, dependable, and professional in every way.
They always show up on time and their tacos are sooooooo good. Of the hundreds of people I’ve personally seen eat their tacos, everyone is blown away by the elevated flavoring and quality ingredients.
The whole team is so nice and always comes prepared and on time. Highly highly recommend. -

You can't go wrong with catering from the Dark Side. Their selection of tacos, sauces, and toppings rocks, and we have had them cater to many events for us. They have multiple setups and are willing to go all in on your theme. We love Matt and Pat! -

Delicious and fun!
