    Excellent!

    Dannie and her team were an absolute joy to have as our wedding caterer. Our wedding required food and appetizers for 120 guests and the food was spectacular. For cocktail hour, we had the spinach queso dip, fruit and vegetable board, and peachy ham rolls (we highly recommend these!!) For dinner, we had the garlic herb chicken and brisket, along with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. We got so many compliments from our guests on how good the food was. The best part for my husband and I was that the food was southern, but it was not so filling that we were unable to enjoy the dance floor or a drink afterwards. We also had servers to bus the tables that Dannie provided and they were very professional (highly recommend for a smooth clean-up process). Dannie was very communicative from the day we booked her all the way up to the day of our event. Not only was her food delicious, her buffet decor and presentation for our wedding was 10/10 and very elegant! All in all, highly recommend Dannie Holmes for all of your catering needs! Make sure to book early because she does book up quickly.

    Yummy Food + Good People = Dream Team!

    I almost feel like this review is not even needed, because if you have ever tasted Dannie's cooking, you know she's the best of the best. But, for those of you who haven't yet been #blessed by this food made for the gods, let me just fill you in. Dannie herself is a true angel, one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She has a heart of gold and is so servant-minded. Her food is next level, like your grandma's southern goodness but better (yes, I said better. Sorry, Grandma.). We had the privilege of having Dannie and her team as our wedding caterers, and it was just that - a privilege. Our menu consisted of apricot glazed pork tenderloin, bruschetta chicken, parmesan & herb potatoes, green beans, Italian salad, and breadsticks. I had numerous wedding guests coming up to me all night raving about how good the food was - and it was! Dannie and her team packed my husband and I a to-go bag, and our leftovers were just as good at midnight in our hotel room. We served Dannie's key lime margarita cookies and chocolate chip cookies as favors - they were a hit! May or not have just taken one of our extras out of the freezer for after dinner later 😬

    Dannie was professional, quick to answer any and all questions, and fun to work with. When we had to postpone our wedding just 12 days before the event, Dannie was flexible and quick to offer her support. Because of COVID, we had to adjust not only our menu, but how we were going to serve at the wedding, our place settings, our dessert options, and our staffing. Dannie and her team rolled with the punches and were eager to do what they could to support us during that difficult time. One of the things that was an obvious no-go during this season was our grazing table, so Dannie had the brilliant idea to make these charcuterie boxes. They were certainly a hit, and I greatly appreciated her ingenuity and creativity.

    If you're looking for a reliable, professional team that makes INCREDIBLE food that you will crave for the rest of your life, you've found the one!! Can't recommend Dannie and her team enough!

    Food is delicious!

    Dannie is very sweet to work with and will make sure you are well taken care of. Her and her team made sure to have some leftovers, for my now husband and I, packed up for us to take after the reception, along with some cake too!

    Hands Down Best Wedding Caterer in Middle TN!

    Dannie is simply the BEST! This wonder woman knows what she’s doing when it comes to wedding catering and we could not have asked for a better experience or a better meal! So many of our guests told us this was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding, and I was literally dreaming about her garlic mashed potatoes during our honeymoon (ok, I’m still dreaming about them). From the main entrees to side dishes to desserts to all the things in between, everything was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. Dannie is kind, professional, and reliable as well - she was easy to work with during the planning process and is willing to fully customize the menu to your preferences and budget. She and her team took care of everything on our wedding day so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing, and they even sent us home with a gift bag full of boxed up leftovers for us to enjoy after the wedding. We also had her cater lunch for the bridal party and vendors on our wedding day, and that was perfect as well. I would highly recommend Dannie to anyone planning a wedding or special event –she not only checks all the boxes but truly goes above and beyond.

    The whole experience was great with Mrs. Dannie was great. The food was amazing catered at lunch and dinner. Cocktail hour was a refresure for our guest before dinner. The bartenders were amazing too.All came together so well. I would recommend Mrs. Dannie.

    Dannie was amazing! My wedding was in Columbia at my parents' house so it was wonderful that Dannie was local. Her food was amazing and I loved that she packed my husband and I a to go package for later that night. Dannie and her staff were extremely professional and I would highly recommend her for any event.

    Working with Dannie was wonderful! She was very easy-going, and took care of everything that we asked of her. We had our reception on top of a hill, outside with no electricity, no covering, nothing! She had no problem working with this and made me feel at ease that she would be able to handle the dinner with no problems! She took care of drinks, appetizers, and our fabulous dinner! She even cut our cake to be served to everyone. Her prices were also very reasonable. The food was AMAZING! So many people at our reception went on and on about how good the food was, and I absolutely agreed! I would definitely recommend Dannie Holmes Catering!
