Our wedding at the Dan'l Webster Inn was incredible! The venue was beautiful and the staff was so kind and attentive. Rob was such an amazing coordinator and really listened to everything I had envisioned for my wedding. The ceremony in the garden was magical. The flowers were so beautiful and there were even butterflies flying around! Our guests raved about the food and bar. The conservatory was so beautiful with the koi pond and waterfall in the background. It was literally a dream garden wedding. I honestly can't think of a single thing that went wrong or wasn't satisfactory. 10/10!

Nicholas, Kate & I were so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Jen P. & Rob at the Dan’l Webster Inn. Miss. Palazzolo & her team were extremely professional and accommodating to everyone’s needs. I began speaking with Jen a year prior and was completing all planning from Florida. We did one meet & greet in December, and she assured me she was right by my side to help with all the venue details. Jen is very detailed in her work and left no stone unturned; she was always one phone call or email away. I knew I was in good hands when we met. Everyone who works at the Dan’l Webster went above and beyond to help create a wedding with the least amount of stress. We were provided an event coordinator by the name of Rob, who was the man to get the job done. He took over where Jen left off, creating a magical wedding with mine & his ideas combined. He handled the rehearsal & rehearsal dinner, the placement of the decorations, flowers, favors, proper timing of the wedding, & keeping the bride happy. He was attentive, kind, creative, funny, and an all-around hard worker. Rob & Jenn’s professionalism allowed us to enjoy the wedding to the fullest. We received so many compliments about the Dan’l Webster being such a beautiful location & very accommodating for our guests. The staff, which included the front desk, housekeeping, bartenders, waitresses, & maintenance, were all so kind & helpful. We were there for four days in total, and every meal was fantastic. Not one plate went out cold for our wedding, and everyone was impressed with the flavor combinations. We really can’t say enough good things about this inn. For anyone who’s suggesting a Cape Cod wedding, I would highly recommend the Dan’l Webster Inn in Sandwich, MA.

I couldn’t be happier! Everything I had planned and worked so hard for came out exactly as I planned! Jen, the Catering Sales Mgr was helpful and expedient with all my questions and requests. Rob, the coordinator for the wedding was outstanding!!!! Right from the rehearsal ceremony to the last dance. He was on point with every little detail, even fluffing my dress before I walked down the brick aisle in the gorgeous garden. He made sure everything I wanted was done correctly and it was. I couldn’t be happier with the entire Dan’l Webster Inn staff. All were very professional and of course the meals were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. My guests were very impressed. I’m so glad we chose The Dan’l Webster, actually we didn’t even look anywhere else as this was our first getaway weekend together and we knew it would be perfect for our wedding day and it was!!!!

The service was impeccable! They're attentive and supportive. The venue was beautiful, a true gem of Cape Cod. Rob and Jen, the local coordinators provided to all of our needs and went beyond our expectations. My wife and I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for New England charm and excellent service and support.

I can't thank the Dan'l Webster Inn enough for such a perfect day! Jen was so kind and informative throughout the whole process and Rob was an absolute treasure on the big day! He made sure we had everything we needed every step of the way. My guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious all the food was and I have to agree! I cant imagine a more perfect spot for such an intimate occasion.

How do we even start this review? Everything was PERFECT!

We selected the Dan'l Webster initially sight unseen. We were planning long distance and wanted to find a place that was Cape Cod, had all rooms on site, and within a decent budget. We got this and more for our 92 person garden ceremony wedding. Our event planner Amy could not have been more fantastic. She was responsive and even if things were busy and she couldn't get back right away, she would usually send a quick email to let me know she was on it. She graciously answered all questions along the way and was more than accommodating for our preferences which included multiple special dietary requirements, an expedited dinner to allow for more dancing, and sturdy chairs to use for the hora...

Flash forward to weekend off the wedding- it's raining. We met Amy the day before and she assured us that we would all continue to hope for good weather but be totally prepared to take it inside if needed. The day of coordinator Rob was a star in his own right. He checked in throughout the day, did multiple walk-throughs of the ceremony the night before, and assured me over and over that yes- we can get married outside even if it is a bit misty. He coordinated everything flawlessly.

The end result was a perfect New England fall wedding. We did first looks at the Boardwalk beach and all our portraits, ceremony, and reception at the Inn. The Dan'l Webster staff kept wiping down the chairs to clear the light mist and we were able to get married outside in their beautiful gardens despite light rain.

The reception rooms were stunning- we used the Music/Conservatory- and all the guests we have spoken to have expressed how beautiful the venue and how delicious the food was both at our reception and the Farewell Breakfast the following day.

Thank you so much for everything! I'm sure we'll be back again as guests in the future!

We had our wedding (6/25/16) at the Dan'l Webster Inn, and everything -- from check in to rehearsal dinner to the ceremony and reception to the bridal suite, garden, and food -- exceeded our expectations.

The wedding coordinators are very quick and so helpful. We booked a year in advance, and had lots of questions about how everything worked and what we needed to do, all of which were answered in detail and very promptly -- including long, hypothetical treatises on different alcohol sales possibilities. As the date got closer, we went in for a meeting, during which I'm sure we were asking really picky questions. But both Kate and Amy were so gracious and patient, and sat with us for a solid half hour, even going to get the chair sashes we picked so we could see them in person to make sure the color was right. They accommodated food allergies and last-minute seating and guest changes absolutely seamlessly.

The day of, Kate directed everything so flawlessly. We kept right on time, I was never anxious about what I needed to do, but I also never felt like she was hovering. She managed to keep us on schedule through pictures, the meal, greeting our guests, all that stuff. And she was so upbeat and fun to work with.

The food was amazing. We got the chicken oscar and swordfish for our entrees and our guests couldn't stop talking about how good everything was. Even the kids meals got rave reviews. They were even willing to send a meal upstairs to a hotel room where my brother's mother-in-law was watching his baby daughter -- that's definitely above and beyond, considering she wasn't even a guest at the wedding.

The conservatory where we had our reception was gorgeous -- all glass and looking out onto the garden. Our sweetheart table was in front of a koi pond with a waterfall! We chose the Dan’l Webster Inn for our celebration after we had lunch there one afternoon. Just being average lunch guests, we had an attentive and professional waiter, a beautiful view from within the conservatory, and incredible food. We wanted this experience for our guests, only magnified – and the Dan’l Webster did not disappoint.

When we met with Bethany about having our wedding ceremony and reception at the Dan’l Webster, she was able to give us a fuller view of what to expect, including the breadth of services, approximate cost per guest and additional costs we might want to budget for. Leading up to the day, Bethany was communicative and diligently responded to all of my many questions and concerns. On the day before the event, we tried our signature cocktail (Pimm’s) to make sure it tasted just right, and went over last minute details as well as our rehearsal.

On the day of the wedding, Bethany and Dana took care of everything: guests were handled, vendors had everything they needed (including our DJ, who needed our first group dance song!), and had drinks in hand for us after our ceremony! The venue looked fantastic. The food was even more delicious than on the many times we had dined there before. I found out that we were short one place card for a guest, and Bethany with consultation with the groom carefully made one to look exactly like the ones we created at home. When the night was over, they made sure we had the cards from our guests and secured the gifts downstairs until we checked out the next day. Our room was decorated with rose petals at the end of the night, and we even had 3 slices of our cake beautifully presented for us!

The team at the Dan’l Webster went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was what we had envisioned and so much more. We were surprised to receive a beautiful print of the Dan’l Webster in Old Sandwich – many thanks for giving us a token to remember an unforgettable day.

I just recently was married at the Dan'l Webster Inn and it was absolutely wonderful! Bethany and Dana were a pleasure to work with. I didn't have a wedding planner and I didn't need one! Bethany helped me with all of the details throughout countless emails and meetings, and addressed all of my questions and requests. She has a full list of vendors she recommends whom she regularly works with, and I utilized 3 of them. I felt like things ran very smoothly because they all knew each other and work together. (For ex: If I had a question for the florist, Bethany took care of it since she was meeting with florist for a separate issue later that week). The food was great, plenty of appetizers, even late night pizzas. The gardens were gorgeous, I didn't have to bring in any major decorations for the ceremony or reception since it has a wonderful ambiance with all of the natural gardens and plants. It was so nice to stay overnight right on location after the reception. The bar in the tavern was open until 12:30, so it was nice to carry the after-party in there onsite as well. Our wedding suite had a whirlpool tub and had so much charm and character. The glass room was beautiful, if it was raining it still would've been gorgeous with the glass ceiling. Highly recommended!

Bethany and Brian at the Dan'l Webster are the most amazing wedding coordinators I could have asked for. They accommodated our every need during the planning process, during the wedding day, and even after. Bethany made all of our wishes come true and everything was fantastic. Everyone had such an amazing time, and that was thanks to the Dan'l Webster's hard work. All of our guests felt special- Brian checked in with everyone throughout the reception and made sure everyone who needed special accommodations received them. We didn't have to worry about a thing! It was such a pleasure working with the Dan'l Webster and I would recommend this location to brides looking for a beautiful, historic setting with amazing, supportive staff!

When I was a little girl my grandmother had taken me to tea the Dan'l Webster Inn & Spa. We had the best time in the atrium and it is one of my favorite memories! When I became engaged I wanted to find something similar to a cottage/inn feeling. I loved that my guests could stay at the inn and transportation wouldn't be a problem. I visited the inn at the beginning of December 2014 and the Christmas decorations were stunning. The inn had a charm about it that no other venue I had viewed could compare too. We decided to have lunch there and after the meal, I was sold! The food and location were perfect. After looking over their packages, I felt that what they were offering was at an extremely good price.

The months up to the wedding were busy with ideas, errands and what not. I often emailed the inn for questions and although they always did get back to me it wasn't as quick of a response that I would have liked. Perhaps that was my bridezilla showing itself.

The day of the wedding was superb. A winter wedding and the temperature was 60! The Inn turned on the AC for us so that me and my 100 guests wouldn't be pouring sweat as we danced the band! The ceremony was perfect and the transition from the ceremony to cocktail hours was so fast I missed it! The cocktail hour and dinner were absolutely delicious and people are still raving about it today! The bar in the tavern was very accommodating as well after the wedding. A group of maybe 10-15 people made our way over to the bar and we were taken care of! We continued to dance the night away!

Thank you to the Dan'l Webster Inn and Spa for making my wedding completely stress free and perfect. I couldn't ask for a better day!
