Danielle brought us piece of mind and incredibly beautiful images, fulfilling every desire. If you’re looking for a photographer who instantly puts you at ease, makes you feel beautiful, and captures every moment perfectly, hire Danielle. We booked her for our engagement session first, and within minutes we knew we made the right choice. She made us laugh, kept things natural, and delivered stunning photos that felt effortless and genuine. Fast forward to our wedding day, and Danielle was incredible from start to finish. She helped manage the timeline seamlessly — we actually stayed on schedule (a rare wedding-day miracle!) and even got to enjoy part of our cocktail hour without doing a first look. That never would have happened without her calm organization and gentle direction. Danielle has this amazing way of making everyone — from the bridal party to family to my camera-shy friends — feel comfortable and confident. She kept the vibe light and fun, while still capturing the kind of photos that make your jaw drop. There were so many times during the day when I’d think, “I really wish Danielle were here to get this shot,” and without fail, I’d look up and there she was, already capturing it. 2023 bride here. I’m very delayed on writing this review, but if you knew me this is pretty normal. Danielle is an amazing wedding photographer and person. Our photos from the wedding were beautiful (she gave us so many!) and she went above and beyond for us. We’re both awkward in front of the camera, but she made us feel so comfortable. I wasn’t sure what to do with our timeline and she helped up come up with a game plan beyond just the photography schedule. We couldn't recommend Danielle more for your special day! -

From start to finish, Danielle was a dream to work with. Included in our package was an engagement session, in which she traveled to North Jersey to shoot, as well as 8 hours of coverage on our wedding day.
Her communication was thorough and responsive, she listened to all our ideas and was excited to make them come to life. We received all our photos within the communicated timeline, and they are more than we could ever dream of! We are so happy with Danielle’s work and would recommend her to anyone!

Danielle was amazing to work with for our wedding on 10/13/24! She is an absolute doll and brought such a calming and peaceful presence to what can be a very chaotic day. Plus, she was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire planning process. Her work is gorgeous and she captured our day so beautifully. Danielle is not only an amazing photographer, she’s an amazing person. My husband and I had no doubt in our minds that we wanted Danielle to be our wedding photographer. We even reached out to her before booking our wedding date to make sure she would be available for that date. She had previously done a couple’s session for us and our engagement session. We met her through a friend whose wedding she had also shot. Danielle is beyond talented and so incredible at what she does. She keeps you informed every step of the way and answers all of your questions. She is someone who you want with you on your wedding day because not only is she the best at capturing the most perfect photos but she has such a calming presence that really helps when you’re feeling anxious. Regardless of how excited you are on such a big day like your wedding day, it comes with nerves but when Danielle is nearby she helps those nerves just fall away. That’s who you want to be there to capture one of the most important days of your life. I typically hate having my photo taken but she makes you feel so comfortable and tells you exactly how to pose or what to do so you don’t feel so awkward in front of the camera. We already got our wedding photos back and absolutely love them, just like all of the other photos she has taken for us that we will cherish forever. We hope that in the future Danielle will be able to capture more of our special moments in life. I can’t recommend Danielle enough and we can’t thank her enough for everything that she does. We are so lucky and happy that she was the one to capture our big day.

I cannot recommend Danielle enough! My now husband and I are not natural at posing for pictures. Danielle made us extremely comfortable and was able to help direct us to capture the most gorgeous pictures. She also has a great eye for capturing candid moments. I had my wedding twice (one small intimate ceremony, and one larger event for family and friends) and booked Danielle for both. I also had her for my engagement photos. She did an amazing job with all 3 events, and found a way to make everything work even if I got off schedule. She makes you feel comfortable and beautiful, which is great for people who don’t feel very “at home” in front of the camera. Most importantly, I loved how all of my photos turned out, and have an extremely hard time picking favorites! They are gorgeous pictures that I will have for a lifetime. If I could do it all again, I’d hire Danielle every time! -

Throughout the entire wedding process, Danielle was great and was super easy to communicate with. It was cold and rainy on our original engagement shoot day, which made me really nervous. Danielle reached out and was accommodating on changing the date and the weather for the new date was absolutely perfect! The pictures were so beautiful and she made my partner and I so comfortable in front of the camera. As our wedding came up, Danielle was very quick to communicate with and answered all of our questions. Our wedding pictures were absolutely stunning and Danielle helped us capture our favorites into a beautiful album for our families for the holidays. She is so kind, down to earth, and so knowledgeable in this art. I would 1000% recommend her to anyone! -

Danielle was the perfect match for my husband and I. She is worth every penny. From our engagement photos to the wedding day, I have never felt so beautiful. As a plus size bride, it’s hard to find photographers who have experience with couples of different sizes. I was so nervous, however Danielle made it feel so natural. At our engagement shoot, my dog threw up on my dress and Danielle was quick to assure me she could fix that in editing and she did! Our photos she took are my favorite thing to remember the day by. I look at them probably 100 times a day still. She was super professional and quick to respond for any reason throughout our time working with her. On our wedding day both her and her second shooter, Alex, were such a big help. They had everything running smooth, helped with makeup touch ups, got all the right moments, and felt like more than the photographers. Our guests cannot stop raving about the photos and all the memories they were able to capture. Some of our guests are even reaching out for their events. I would recommend her 10000 times over. -

Danielle was perfect!
Danielle was amazing! She was super flexible for our changes in schedule, was always there for us for advice on what she thought would look the best, and was one of the biggest factors in making our day perfect!
Her and her other photographer were on site with us the full day taking pictures of us getting ready, helping capture the fun we were having, and making sure to capture all of the little details as well!
For any couples who are looking for a photographer, look no further! Not only were the photos we received everything we wanted and more, but Danielle went above and beyond by even stepping outside of her role as the photographer to help things go smoothly (even helping pin all the boutonnières on all of the men at one point)! -

If I could add 100 stars, I would.
Danielle was phenomenal from the start. She was extremely responsive to all of my questions. One thing that I believe makes Danielle stand out from other photographers is her adaptability. For our engagement photos, our initial location did not work out, but she was quick and willing to switch locations at the last minute. She knew exactly where to go to get the perfect pictures that fit our vision. My husband and I were initially so nervous about taking pictures, but Danielle made the process so seamless and FUN! My husband and I still rave about our engagement session.
For our wedding, it was a very chaotic few days leading up to the event. I had to make changes to the schedule at the last minute and she was kind and accomodating, and rolled with the punches like a true professional. She had to deal with a lot of moving parts and did it with true grace. She eased my anxiety and was a pure joy to work with. She also had her second photographer with her, Taylor who was also pure perfection, and they both worked really well with my son, who has ASD. I felt that I had friends working with me, and not just business owners who wanted to collect a payment.
Her work is unmatched, but her kindness towards her clients especially during stressful times is something that you can't get from just anybody. Danielle is truly a special soul, and I will continue to work with her for future projects. I will tell anyone I can about how perfect she is, and having her as your wedding photographer is the only logical choice you can make for a smooth and happy day!

From the moment I spoke to Danielle on the phone, I knew she was our wedding photographer. She is so sweet, personable and professional. During our engagement shoot, she made us feel very relaxed and it alleviated a lot of the nervousness I had around posing, looking natural etc. I absolutely love her editing style too, our photos really look like us and she doesn't overdo it with the editing. The day of our wedding, Danielle was such a calming presence, and she made me feel so comfortable and she also hypes you up and makes it fun! She even had the idea to do an impromptu photo shoot in a clawfoot tub at my venue- it was SO fun and I can't wait to see the photos! I can't wait to have another excuse to require Danielle's services! She is the best. I would recommend her to ANY bride looking in the Philly/NJ area. -

When it came to the priorities for our wedding, photography was definitely right at the top of the list. After the ceremony is done, the food has been eaten, the flowers have wilted and the dancing has finished the important thing that remains are the photos, the memories. So when Danielle was recommended to us and we had seen her timeless and beautiful body of work we were very excited to have her photograph our wedding. She is one of the most down-to-earth and easy-going people we’ve met and for two super awkward people in front of the camera, she made us feel completely comfortable before the big day and especially throughout the wedding day. She made our portraits fun and relaxed and even managed to corral the various family and friends for pictures. Danielle was great at capturing exactly what I wanted and was so accommodating when I asked for a few special shots to be taken. She managed to capture every detail throughout the day so beautifully! I really wanted sunset shots but unfortunately it had rained at some point so the sky was dark with clouds, but she still made it work and when a beautiful double rainbow appeared she immediately pulled us from the reception to take the most beautiful shots with the rainbow. She had a wonderful team with her that were super helpful in capturing all our special shots. Her sneak peek set of photos were all so beautiful and I was so happy with how they came out, I can't wait to receive the rest of our photos as I just know they are going to be absolutely stunning! We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience! I can’t recommend Danielle and her team enough and I can’t wait to have Danielle photograph more happy occasions throughout our life! -

My husband Robert and I got married on 11.5.22 at Ramblewood Country Club. When we first booked with RCC, we asked for recommendations for photographers. The girl we were working with said that Danielle Salerno was the best, and if we could, to go with her. We reached out to Danielle and she sent over her pricing and packages. We booked her in September of 2020 for our November 2022 wedding. I remember a week after booking her, she reached out and said that she received many requests for our date!
In November of 2021, we received an email from Danielle stating that she was doing holiday minis. My husband and I got a puppy in August of 2021, so when I saw Danielle’s email about holiday minis, we jumped right on it. Rob and I decided it would be a good time to get family photos, but to also meet Danielle in person before our wedding. From the moment we met her, we loved her. She is so good at her job that you don’t even feel like someone is taking pictures of you. She makes you feel so comfortable, even if you hate being in front of the camera. She even baked the best snickerdoodle cookies I ever tasted in my life and had them as goodie bags at the end of the photoshoot.
On our wedding day, Danielle was a breath of fresh air. She took every picture we asked for, and got all the right angles. We had our 7 nephews and 1 niece be a part of our wedding party. The pictures she took of them is something we will treasure forever. We got our wedding pictures back a few days before Christmas. It was definitely the best Christmas present we received!
Danielle is such a kind soul. She was extremely easy to work with. Always quick to answer emails or text messages. Rob and I would recommend anyone to hire Danielle as their photographer for their wedding. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Danielle was the BEST! She was so laid back and easy to work with, which made it that much easier for me to relax. Danielle was our wedding photographer for our wedding at The Flanders in OCNJ on July 17th 2021. Words cannot express how impressed I am with the photos she captured to help us treasure our big day. Danielle helped set up the time line for our day, and as the day got closer exchanged many text messages and phone calls to help make sure we were ready and felt confident with how the schedule would flow. She went above and beyond to help us get the different shots we envisioned. From getting onto the Ferris wheel, sandy on the beach, and confetti poppers her pictures perfectly captured the love between my husband and I and our families and friends. She kept us updated on the progress of our wedding gallery through email and provided lots of sneak peaks through her social media! To work with Danielle is not only a pleasure but a beautiful opportunity for DAZZLING photographs!!!! We met Danielle through our venue Running Deer in 2019. We loved her vibrant personality and talent. Not only did Danielle photograph our engagement photos & holiday photos but we were one of those “covid wedding couples” that had to change our dates and Danielle helped with our transition of dates with ease. The experience of getting photographed can be awkward and nerve racking but Danielle makes it fun and easy going! We had a blast at our wedding this past June and everyone absolutely adored getting photographed by Danielle and her team. She is the only photographer i’ll ever use again! Highly recommend!
Danielle was the photographer for our August 2021 wedding in Philly. She was SO wonderful to work with, from start to finish. We opted for a package with an engagement shoot included and she had some really great suggestions for locations to shoot at. Both my fiance and I are a little camera shy and we were worried that we would feel awkward in front of the camera. She offered us lots of little directions but we never felt weird or like we were "posing" for any of the pictures she took. We just got our wedding pictures back and they are absolutely STUNNING. She is a true professional and excellent at her job. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their wedding photographer!! -

The Most Amazing, Genuine Photographer!!
Where do I even start?! I found Danielle in October of 2019 after my now Husband and I got engaged. At the time, I had searched through a ton of photographers and wasn't really loving what I was seeing. When I saw Danielle's work, I instantly fell in love!! The quality of her work is amazing. She doesn't over edit photos with crazy effects like other photographers I have seen. Danielle has such a sweet personality, and made our engagement photo shoot feel so comfortable and relaxed. My husband doesn't like his picture taken, but Danielle made it feel so effortless! We also used Danielle for our wedding (obviously, we loved her so much). She was so flexible with our wedding date after we had to change it 3 times for unforseen circumstances. She is truly a gem. I absolutely recommend Danielle for all of your photography needs!! From our first email up until our last, she was always prompt in responding and kept open communication about everything. Look no further, Danielle is your photographer!! -

If you’re looking for a wedding photographer who is flexible and easy to work with, who is an awesome person that genuinely cares about all of her couples, and who will give you amazing pictures of your day, I highly recommend booking Danielle Salerno!
For me a photographer was my highest priority vendor for my wedding day and I did a lot of extensive research before choosing Danielle. Once I saw her work I just knew I needed her to capture my day. I had a ton of questions before I booked and Danielle was willing to meet with my husband and me in person and patiently answered all of them. When it came time to take our engagement pictures my husband and I chose Island Beach State Park. The area we wanted to use for pictures required us to pile into my husband’s car and drive about ten minutes on the beach. Danielle was more than willing to make it happen for us and we wound up with stunning pictures that we love.
We were all set to have Danielle shoot our wedding in May when COVID hit. My husband and I decided to postpone our big wedding, originally to September 2020 and then again to September 2021. Danielle was extremely accommodating with helping us find a new date in both instances and made the process super simple and stress free for us. We also decided that we still wanted to have a small backyard ceremony on our original wedding date and we were so thankful to have Danielle there to capture the moment we became husband and wife. Danielle was very flexible throughout the whole process, even when we wound up changing the timeline for the ceremony two days beforehand and when we wound up running behind the day of. We now have incredible pictures that we will cherish forever and we already can’t wait to have Danielle capture our big wedding next year!

Book. Her. Now! But seriously, we couldn't have been happier with Danielle as our photographer this past March! We were one of the weddings affected by Covid-19. She communicated to us even before our wedding was cancelled that she was there for us. With a last minute change to have it at our house, she said no problem, and captured our day. She instantly made us feel comfortable, as if we were old friends, and we knew we were in good hands. We could already tell just by how hard she was working on our wedding day that we were going to have amazing photos... what we didn't realize was just how many photos were going to be incredible! If you are looking for a mix of both candid/fun photos as well as natural, romantic shots (that don't feel cheesy) then you have to work with Danielle! She is affordable and so talented. We couldn't recommend her any more! -

I cannot say enough good things about Danielle. I fell in love with her naturally gorgeous photos on her website and Instagram before our wedding, and am so happy with how our photos turned out! Danielle and Nikki were so fun to work with on our wedding day. Danielle is too modest for her talent! She shot my engagement session and wedding, and I am beyond thrilled with the photos and her service! She is so professional and completely willing to go to any length to appease her clients. She has such a calming presence to a nervous bride, and she made my day so much easier by wrangling my family and bridal party to capture every photo I asked for and more. My wife and I were always skeptic about the right photographer for our wedding to capture the right moments. Being awkward with pictures, we were uneasy with actual photoshoots. The first time we met Danielle for our engagement photos, we knew that we had the right photographer. She gives you tips during the photos which lets you know that she actually cares about what the pictures look like. Both the engagement and the wedding pictures came out stunning, and we love every one of them. Plus, we had a ton of group pictures to take, so she was able to set up and we got them taken one by one with no rush. She waited patiently for each group to come up while the second photographer was snapping pictures of the dancing. They made a great team and captured all the moments we wanted and more. -

Megan Sent on 08/16/2018Hire Danielle. Seriously. Danielle deserves all the five star reviews she can get. She was present, helpful, positive and upbeat but was never obtrusive, especially on our wedding day. I had a very specific style I was looking for in my pictures, and through several types of weather (it was 90 degrees with blazing sun and then downpoured two hours later on our wedding day), she took and edited the most perfect set of photos.
Our families barely realized she was taking the pictures during the reception so the candids felt truly joyous and celebratory. The posed photos were comfortable for all our bridesmaids and groomsmen, as well as both my husband and me. They were fun and sweet and never felt awkward. When we were tired of smiling, she was fine with letting us rest (it seems small but this was so critical)!
Danielle stayed later than expected at our wedding to make sure she captured every picture perfect moment. We have recommended her to everyone we know for every occasion. We are already thinking about the next time we can hire her to capture important moments in our lives. -

Lindsey Sent on 08/08/2018Danielle was incredible! From the moment we met her she just had a calmness about her and we loved her unique personality. We were planning our wedding from afar (Lived in FL, wedding in NJ) and she was amazing and ensuring we had all the details. She assured us that if there were sites she needed to scout for us she would and did! Kickball field anyone?
Danielle was fantastic as letting us be ourselves and truly enjoying the moment. My girls love to laugh and have a great time and she was able to capture every moment. She joined us on our bus ride and captured such perfect moments including our impromptu Wawa stop and our groomsman rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody.
Note we had a very large wedding party (10 on each side, yes we are crazy) but she was able to keep everyone moving to ensure we captured all those special moments.
There was one moment of the evening that all we wanted was a group photo of all our guests outside of the venue. She gathered everyone and stood on top of a car to capture us all together. Family and friends are so incredibly important that I wanted this group shot to incapsulate everyone who means the world to us and she delivered!
I would recommend Danielle to anyone getting married or who just wants to get photos taken! She was just incredible!
