  Couldn’t have asked for better

  For all the problems with covid, I could not ask for a better photographer. Had previews the next day. She was seriously amazing.

  I cannot put into words how amazing Danielle was. Super down to earth. VERY accommodating. And all around an amazing person.

  I booked Danielle on a leap of faith and I am so happy that I did! She is accommodating, reasonably priced, and has a great eye. Not only do we have amazing photography from our wedding, we also were able to have an add on family session which was fun. Danielle is able to help people relax when taking their pictures for more natural shots. Her bright personality brings out a fun side in everyone. Danielle also jumped right in to help in various areas during the wedding.

  Brides Beware

  I finally had the gumption to write this review, 3 years later. It just brought too much frustration to my life to think about the situation.
  In general, Danielle is unprofessional. She is unaccommodating and goes back on her word. She rushes through sessions.
  A contract for our wedding was signed before we had had a session. Our engagement photos were our first session and we learned some things then that would have led us not to book her for our wedding. From saying when and where we would meet for a session to saying things would be edited out of a photo and they were not. (I don’t know if she lied about her ability to edit or if she just never had the intention of editing). The major issues happened on the wedding day. Her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. We chose the option of adding a second photographer for the wedding. When we got access to the photo gallery from the wedding day, we noticed there were no photos that were taken by the second shooter. Upon trying to contact Danielle about this, much time had passed in between correspondences (like she was avoiding us) before she finally admitted that those photos were lost.
  This may not seem like that big of a deal, but to a bride, it is. Since then, I have spoken to others who have similar bad experiences with Danielle Lightner Photography.
